Abstract

Abstrack: Factor - The Influence Of Factors, Incidence Of PEB. ICU is and intensive room used to take care patients that need nursing and special treatment, on the critical condition and having a chance to be saved. The writer got the data from ICU RSUD Dr. Moewardi Hospital of Surakarta that there is an increastment of PEB victims from year 2010 to 2011 where the number of PEB victims on 2010 were 9 patients and on 2011 were were 79 patients. This study aims to clarify between the two dependent variables and independent through hypothesis testing at the time was past, so this type of research is to design Eksplantory Reserver retrospectively. The research was conducted by Chi Square test. There are not relation between factors that influence incident of PEB to patient in treatment in ICU room of RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. There was no effect of the relationship between the incidence of PEB by a factor of gravida, distension of the uterus, a history of comorbid disease, maternal age and parity in patients hospitalized in the ICU Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta.

Abstract

The usage of air conditioner or air conditioner machine is a necessity for daily life. An office building, which has many rooms, needs more air conditioner (AC) as an attempt to fulfill comfort necessity to the rooms usage in the office building. By operating a large number of air conditioner, it requires a preventive maintenance system (preventive maintenance) that can give preventive act which is hoped being capable to keep the function and performance of the air conditioners functioning optimally. AC split preventive maintenance can be distinguished into 2 activities, they are small scale activity by cleaning the filter, the indoor part, the dust, etc, and then large scale preventive activity by doing complete cleaning to both outdoor and indoor components. At the building of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang, the preventive maintenance activities have had been undertaken by service provider vendor. All this time, the scheduling was not well-structured, so the activities which are undertaken by vendor are uncontrollable. To solve that problem, it needs analysis about the scheduling of preventive maintenance. Analysis is undertaken by looking for the tendency of treatment by classifying based on the capacity of the AC split. Based on this activity, it obtains the largest percentage treatment at interval 3 months, 1 pk (70.59%), and 2 pk (76.67%). These tendencies are used to arrange the new large scale preventive maintenance schedule, whereas the small scale scheduling is planned using literature study. The comparison of Budget Plan is used to compare between the result of the new scheduling and the earlier scheduling activity.

Abstract

Research on feature extraction of wood texture with features and angle direction israrely done, especially in teak, mahogany, mindi, and albasia. This research isneeded to select more efficient and effective features and angle directions to identify wood species. The features tested were Angular Second Moment (ASM), Contrast, IDM / Homogenity, Entropy, Correlation and the direction of the computational 0, 45, 90, and 135 degrees of gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). The experimental results show that the selected angles are 0, 45, and 90 degrees and features are IDM and Entropy.Kata kunci : gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM), features extraction, woodclassification

Abstract

Government buildings are buildings used for official purposes. Condition of the building must be taken to ensure that the activities there are running smoothly. One of the solution by doing some maintenance management well. This is related to maintenance activities at the Directorate Building of State Polytechnic of Semarang as one of public universities in Semarang. The purpose of this study is to enhance building maintenance management by arranging modeling Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for the maintenance and care, especially on architectural components of Directorate Building State Polytechnic of Semarang. Observations on object research, literature study, testing on SOP modeling and interviews are some methods of research to be conducted in this study. All data were analyzed which then bring out some output SOP maintenance modeling component architecture which provides manual book, routine and periodic scheduling maintenance actions, flow charts and also checklists form. Where the manufacturing modeling of SOP will be tested is based on Permen PU No. 24/PRT/M/2008 on the Guidelines of Building Maintenance and Repair and also other related regulations.

Abstract

As a functioning building for public facilities, the building maintenance of components and utilities at FAVE Hotel Diponegoro Semarang are very important, related to the level of customer satisfaction and company performance. One of the main components to be considered in the hotel building is the performance of the rooms, because it determines the level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to have Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) about the maintenance and the treatment on terms and conditions. This research study about the standard operating procedure especially in the maintenance and the treatment of architectural component at FAVE Hotel Diponegoro Semarang. The author conducted direct interviews, identified the condition of the rooms’ arsitectural components, and distributed questionnaires to all hotel staff for strengthening the purpose of this study. The result of the questionnaire showed that the standardization of work is important in the implementation of the activities. After the SOP design was formed, the author tested the SOP in the field directly and spread the questionnaires to all hotel staff to conclude the response to the existence of the SOP. The results obtained 0% very less, 0% less, 3% enough, 15% good, and 83% very good, this is based on SOP generated in terms of tools, materials, and methods of implementation. Therefore, hopefully this research can give real contributions and positive effect to the performance of guest room of FAVE Hotel Diponegoro Semarang.Kata kunci : Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), maintenance, architecturalcomponents, hotel

Abstract

In the district of Pati, precisely in the area of Gedudero Village, Sukolilo District, is one of the milled corners. Milled Padas can be applied as a substitute for sand and stone times on the foundation. The purpose of this study was to find out the physical  haracteristics (compressive strength) mortar mixture of ground beans and utilize milled pad as a substitute of fine aggregate in the manufacture of efficient mortar.The specimens made are cube shaped pieces of 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm with mixture ratio 1 PC: 4 Sand; 1 PC: 3 Sand: 1 Grind Padas; 1 PC: 2 Sand: 2 Grind Padas; 1 PC: 1 Sand: 3 Grind Padas; 1 PC: 4 Grind Padas. From the graph of test results of 28-day mortar strength pressures, it is known that the maximum compressive strength achieved by mortar with a mixture ratio of 1 PC: 3 Sand: 1 Grind Padas mixture of 144.84 kg / cm2. Mortar is made without using a mixture of grind padas with a ratio of 1 PC : 4 Sand yields a compressive strength of 132.88 kg / cm2. For the lowest compressive strength, obtain on mortar with mixture cement 1 Cement: 4 Grind padas of 109.80 kg / cm2. While to obtain an efficient mixture, obtained on mortar with a mixture of 1 PC: 1 PS: 3 PG. This grind padas can replace the sand with a certain mixture ratio.Kata kunci : grind padas, compressive strength, mortar

Abstract

Saat ini, pemanfaatan sistem informasi dalam menunjang berbagai aspek kegiatan pada organisasi merupakan hal yang sudah lazim untuk ditemukan. Hal ini disebabkan dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi, sebuah organisasi dapat memangkas berbagai aspek, mulai dari segi biaya, ruang penyimpanan, waktu hingga akurasi data yang lebih terjamin. Salah satu sistem informasi yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan adalah sistem informasi sumber daya manusia. Sistem informasi sumber daya manusia merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibangun khusus untuk menunjang berbagai kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam suatu organisasi. Adapun sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang dibangun dan dikembangkan pada penelitian ini akan digambarkan dengan menggunakan permodelan use case diagram. Sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang dibangun dan dikembangkan pada penelitian ini memiliki berbagai fungsi, diantaranya fungsi untuk mengelola data karyawan, data surat peringatan, cuti, surat tugas, surat mutasi, surat pengalaman kerja, surat keterangan tenaga kerja keluar hingga mengelola laporan.

Abstract

Monitoring is one of the important stages that must be carried out regularly, especially on the stock of goods. With the continuous monitoring process, it is hoped that all goods will always be under supervision so that stock management becomes easier and more accurate. PT XYZ at this time, in monitoring the stock of goods, they still use general applications that are devoted to calculating numbers, resulting in the current stock of monitoring system having several shortcomings, namely the unavailability of the login function and reports that must be reprocessed with the different application. Based on these problems, the authors conducted a research entitled designing a prototype monitoring stock of goods information system at PT XYZ. The information system that built in this study will be defined using the waterfall modeling and use case diagrams. The final result of this research is a prototype of an stock of monitoring information system that allows system users to carry out various functions such as functions to change their own passwords, perform CRUD management of user data, item data, category data, brand data, unit data, vehicles data, supplier data, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data and processing reports that related to the stock of goods at PT XYZ.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization like now, the use of technology has penetrated into various aspects of life. The utilization of computer systems to support human work has become a commonplace thing. This also applies in the process of leasing a storage tank at PT XYZ. At present the storage tank rental system still uses a general program that only aimed at processing numbers. This certainly causes the currently existing rental system has several shortcomings, such as the unavailability of the function to control and report leasing of the existing storage tank. Based on these problems, the authors conducted a study entitled the prototype design of crude palm oil (CPO) storage tanks and palm kernel oil (PKO) systems. The system to be designed in this study was designed using waterfall modeling and use case diagrams. The rental system designed by this research has the function of changing user passwords, processing data such as user data, tanks, vehicles, customers, recipients, receipts and expenditures of palm oil, as well as reports on oil palm revenues and expenditures.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that provides storage tanks to accommodate palm oil before it is finally shipped via the port. In its business process, PT XYZhas used technology to support its business activities, namely the crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO) storage tank rental system that theauthor has built in the previous research. However, concomitant with the development of the company, the need for the system has also increased sothat the existing system does not capable the needs of system users in managing data on tank mutation, free fatty acids tank and shrinkage claims. Basedon these problems, the authors decided to develop a storage tank rental system as a solution to answer the needs of system users. The system developedand implemented in this study is described using the waterfall method, use case diagrams and class diagrams. The palm oil storage tank rentalinformation system that developed in this study has a new additional function as a solution to the problems faced by PT XYZ in managing data. Thefollowing are the functions contained in a system that has been developed and implemented to change user passwords, processing data such as userdata, tanks, vehicles, customers, recipients, receiving and releasing palm oil, tank mutation, free fatty acids tank, claims of shrinkage and revenuereports, palm oil expenditure reports, tank mutation reports, free fatty acids tank reports and shrinkage claims reports.Keywords: Development, Information System, Carter, Storage Tank, Palm Oil.
