Abstract

Uang Kuliah Tunggal atau yang biasa disebut UKT merupakan suatu kebijakan baru di dunia pendidikan Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk meringankan biaya pendidikan khususnya pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN). Golongan UKT dibagi menjadi 8 kelompok, yaitu kelompok 1 dengan biaya UKT paling rendah, hingga kelompok 8 dengan biaya UKT paling tinggi. Tiap kelompok mempunyai presentase masing-masing untuk jumlah penerima pada kelompok UKT tersebut. Sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang ingin mengajukan keringanan karena biaya UKT yang sudah mereka dapatkan tidak sesuai dengan perekonomian keluarga. Dalam penentuan UKT, Beberapa PTN di kota Makassar menggunakan metode wawancara. Banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa baru yang diwawancarai untuk menetapkan UKT maka mempengaruhi tingkat kelelahan dari pewawancara dan juga mempengaruhi keputusan yang diambil tidak lagi bersifat objektif, sehingga perlu sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu menangani masalah tersebut. Sistem akan menyeleksi setiap alternatif menggunakan delapan kriteria yaitu pendapatan orangtua/wali, rekening air, rekening listrik, PBB (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan), jumlah tanggungan, kepemilikan mobil, kepemilikan motor dan tagihan telepon. Hasil akhir didapatkan bahwa sistem penentuan kelompok uang kuliah tunggal dapat memberi bahan pertimbangan dalam penentuan kelompok UKT dan dapat membantu mengurangi subyektifitas dalam penentuan kelompok UKT Calon Mahasiswa Baru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui hasil perancangan,kevalidan,kepraktisan dan keefektifan device remote dan monitoring lokasi kendaraan bermotor roda dua. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) model pengembangan prototype. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar. Subjek uji coba lapangan berjumlah 50 responden. Pada tahap pengujian sistem dipilih dua validator yang memahami tentang hardware dan software. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dari perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perancangan device remote dan monitoring memiliki lima tahap yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, tahap rancangan cepat, tahap desain prototype, tahap pengembangan prototype, tahap uji coba prototype dan berulang sampai prototype ; (2) Sistem device remote dan monitoring berada pada kategori sangat valid dan praktis ; (3) Kepraktisan sistem remote dan monitoring kendaraan bermotor berbasis GPS berada pada kategori sangat praktis; (4) Sementara keefektifan sistem device remote dan monitoring berada pada kategori sangat efektif.

Abstract

E-voting Merupakan penggunaan hardware dan software untuk mendirikan sebuah sistem elektronik yang berguna dalam proses pemilihan dengan membuat suara elektronik yang menggantikan kertas suara. E-Voting diperkenalkan oleh beberapa e-goverment terutama di Eropa dalam permintaan untuk melayani ketentuan pemungutan suara dengan menyediakan sistem kontrol, sehingga pemilih dapat memberikan suaranya kapanpun dan dimanapun. Senat Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) akan melaksanakna pemilihan rektor baru periode 2020-2024 dengan sistem e-voting. Dengan penggunaan e-voting anggota senat dan perwakilan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan penggunaan hak suaranya dilakukan secara online. E-voting ini berbasis web mempunyai kemampuan dapat diakses dimanapun tetapi proses pemilihan tetap didalam bilik. Dalam sistem ini hasil yang diperoleh dari E-voting di Universitas Negeri Makassar dari tiga bagian penting yaitu, , sistem pemilihan suara, sistem perhitungan suara, dan sistem cetak hasil pemilihan serta terdapat tiga hak akses yaitu admin, panitia, pemilih.

Abstract

Pada sektor pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah telah mengalami perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yaitu melalui elektronic government (egovernment). Salah satu upaya subbagian tenaga kependidikan kepegawaian pada biroumum dan keuangan Univrsitas Negeri Makassar dalam mendukung e-government yaitu dengan melaksanakan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG). Seluruh kegiatan kepegawaian tidak jauh dari pengolahan data pegawai. Pada subbagian tenaga kependidikan kepegawaian pada biro umum dan keuangan Univrsitas Negeri Makassar proses pengolahan data masih menggunakan microsoft excel atau secara manual dalam memasukan data dan pencarian data, sehingga dalam pengolahan data butuh waktu yang lama dan tidak efisien dalam pengerjaannya. Tujuan dari pengembangan aplikasi ini untuk Optimalisasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kepegawaian Melalui Pembangunan Aplikasi Dokumen Digital Pada Subbagian Tenaga Kependidikan.

Abstract

Smartphone is widely used around the world. It’s user authentication usually used pin code, pattern code, fingerprint and conventional login authentication. This kinds of authentication mechanism is intrusive because those mechanisms requires users to give exclusive interaction for user authentication during the process. One of authentication method which is non-intrusive during data collection is authentication by using gait. This mechanism classified as non-intrusive because this mechanism could gather biometric data without being noticed by the authentication subjects. Since it is non-intrusive, this mechanism allows re-authentications without bothering the authentication subjects. One of the recent gait recognition is using accelerometer on smartphone to measure and capture acceleration data on gait. This method extract step cycles in various length, map and interpolate the data into higher sample count, and then use each of mapped and interpolated data as feature using recognition. Regardless the classification or recognition method, using each mapped and interpolated data as features would result in high processing time during classification or recognition due to high feature count. In this research, we try to simplify the features of gait data with minimum data loss so it might give robust result with less latency by aligning cubic Bezier curve to step cycle data and extracting the Bezier properties.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the results of developing a monitoring system based on a website and WhatsApp gateway at SD Telkom Makassar, as well as to evaluate the system's performance using ISO/IEC 25010 standards. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) approach. The development model applied is the prototype model. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The system was implemented with several technologies, including the Laravel framework, MySQL, and WhatsApp gateway. The system testing used ISO/IEC 25010, covering 8 aspects: (1) Functional suitability aspect fulfilled 134 out of 134 total features, scoring 100% and categorized as suitable. (2) The Usability aspect achieved a percentage score of 96.3%, classified as very good. (3) The Performance efficiency aspect received a grade of B with a performance percentage of 82%. (4) Reliability aspect achieved a metric score of 100%. (5) The Maintainability aspect met the criteria of instrumentation, consistency, and simplicity. (6) The Portability aspect achieved a perfect score with no errors. (7) Compatibility aspect scored well with no errors. (8) The Security aspect was at Vulnerability Level 0 (safe). The developed system successfully met the ISO/IEC 25010 testing standards, this qualifying as a reliable information system

Abstract

The agricultural sector faces serious challenges due to climate change and rising global food needs, which demand more efficient implementation of water and plant nutrient management. Viticulture, particularly on an urban scale, requires precise irrigation and fertilization arrangements because grapes are very sensitive to water availability and nutrient concentrations at certain growth phases. This research aims to design and implement a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Nutrition Irrigation System for home wine hobbyists using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The developed system is able to monitor environmental and soil conditions in real-time and control irrigation and fertilization automatically based on predetermined parameters. The results of the performance evaluation showed that the system had an average response time of ±1–3 seconds from the time the sensor data was received until the actuator was activated. TDS sensors are able to detect changes in the concentration of fertilizer solutions in the range of 0–1200 ppm, thus supporting the quality control of nutrient solutions. The results of functional tests show that the system successfully activates irrigation automatically when soil moisture is below the 75% threshold and runs scheduled fertilization consistently. In addition, the system is able to send real-time monitoring and actuator status notifications through an online application with a 100% message success rate during testing. Overall, the system has been shown to improve the efficiency of water and nutrient management in urban grape cultivation and has the potential to be further developed on a larger scale and applied to precision agriculture
