Abstract

The livestock sector is a leading sector after agriculture. This is evident in the numerous livestock businesses, both large and small, that are developing in the Sidenreng Rappang area. However, in supporting the development of this sector, the current process for submitting assistance proposals still faces various obstacles, such as a manual submission system, inefficient processes, and a lack of transparency in verification and selection. Due to these obstacles, farmers can now submit assistance proposals electronically through this application. The integrated system within this application will enable a more transparent proposal selection process and real-time access by relevant parties, including the livestock service. The development method used in creating this application is R&D, which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. One of the stages is an information system built using a web-based system and a database system as its storage medium. This system was built using PHP and MySQL, then integrated with PHPMyAdmin using XAMPP as the local host. Furthermore, this application also helps the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Office provide an effective and efficient solution for the proposal submission process.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Mamdani-type Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) to predict the number of new students in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. The main problem addressed is the annual fluctuation in student enrollment, which complicates capacity and resource planning. The data used includes historical admission records and questionnaire results from 30 respondents, consisting of lecturers, administrative staff, and program management representatives. The analysis focused on three aspects: ease of use, security and reliability, and user satisfaction and benefits of the application. The results indicate that the Mamdani-based prediction application achieved high accuracy and received positive responses from users. The average agreement rate for ease of use was 90%, security and reliability 87%, and satisfaction and benefits 88%. The strength of the Mamdani method lies in its ability to handle linguistic input variables and uncertainty, providing adaptive and relevant prediction results. However, further development is recommended for the automatic backup feature and result verification mechanisms to enhance data security. Overall, the implementation of the Mamdani method for predicting new student enrollment has proven to be practically beneficial for study program management and provides a theoretical contribution to the application of fuzzy logic in higher education. This research can serve as a foundation for developing more advanced predictive models in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PT. Japfa's Partnership Management Information System based on Android in supporting operational efficiency and enhancing partnership transparency in broiler chicken farming. The research focuses on three main variables: ease of use of the application, security and reliability of the application, and the benefits of the application for farmers. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 farmers partnered with PT. Japfa, and in-depth interviews were conducted to gather further insights into user experiences.The findings indicate that the application facilitates the management of farm operational data through an intuitive interface, and automation features that enhance financial reporting efficiency. However, some farmers requested more intensive training on how to use the application. In terms of security and reliability, the application successfully protects sensitive data and handles system errors effectively, though routine updates are still needed to improve security. Additionally, the application provides significant benefits in terms of partnership transparency, accelerating harvest reporting, and organizing feedstock management more effectively.This research contributes valuable insights into the development of technology-based applications for the livestock sector, particularly in information-based partnership management. Recommendations for future research include enhancing poultry health monitoring features and integrating data more comprehensively to support more efficient management.
