Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of understanding Islamic religious education for students who have difficulty reading and writing the Koran at SMP Negeri IV Koto. The research method used is a qualitative approach. By collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Islamic religious education teachers and other teachers involved in the process of helping students overcome their difficulties in reading and writing the Koran. This research shows that Islamic religious education plays an important role in helping students overcome difficulties in reading and writing the Koran. Elements such as a structured curriculum, interactive learning, and quality teacher support are very helpful in improving students' ability to master reading and writing the Koran. These results provide a better picture of the importance of Islamic religious education in schools and can serve as a guide to further improve Al-Quran education at SMP Negeri IV Koto School.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of independent learning on AL-Qur'an hadith material at MTsN 7 Agam and describe the steps for implementing independent learning on AL-Qur'an hadith material at MTsN 7 Agam. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of independent learning methods at MTsN 7 Agam is by memorizing verses or hadiths related to the material, by being given assignments to understand the material, and by studying in groups in the classroom. There are several steps in implementing independent learning at MTsN 7 religions including: 1). Set a regular schedule. 2). ⁠Using reading sources such as books and the Koran.3). Determine a comfortable learning environment. 4). Consistent in learning.5). Monitor and evaluate Progress.6). Seek guidance if you have difficulty. Apart from the steps and implementation, there are also obstacles in implementing this independent learning method, the obstacles that hinder the implementation of independent learning at MTsN 7 Agam are: lack of motivation within students and interference from their environment.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was due to some problems, the 7th-grade students of MTsS PPM Diniyyah Pasia have a limited amount of vocabulary and the teacher used the conventional method where the students focused on listening to the explanation of the teacher. This research was about finding out the effect of using silent ways on students’ vocabulary mastery at the 7th grade in MTsS PPM Diniyyah Pasia. This research used experimental research. The researcher used a quasi-experimental design employing pre-test and post-test control designs. The population of this research was at the seventh grade of MTsS PPM Diniyyah Pasia. The sample was VII.2 which was treated as the experimental class and VII.4 was treated as the control class. The findings in this research showed that the t-obtained (-7.951) was lower than the t-table (-1.667). In other words,  the alternative hypothesis  (Ha) was accepted which means that there was a significant effect of using The Effect of Using silent ways on students‘ vocabulary ability. Then, the calculation of post-test of both classes showed that the experimental and control classes obtained (-4.587) were lower than t-table (-1.667). It can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted which means that there is a significant difference between using silent way and using conventional technique. Thus, it can be concluded that the entire hypothesis is accepted. It is proved that the use of silent ways of learning vocabulary can help the students master the vocabulary well. Abstrak  Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa masalah, yaitu siswa kelas 7 MTsS PPM Diniyyah Pasia memiliki jumlah kosakata yang terbatas dan guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional di mana siswa hanya fokus mendengarkan penjelasan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode silent way terhadap penguasaan kosakata siswa kelas 7 MTsS PPM Diniyyah Pasia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Peneliti menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain kontrol pretest dan posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTsS PPM Diniyyah Pasia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VII.2 yang diperlakukan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII.4 sebagai kelas kontrol.  Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung (-7,951) lebih kecil dari t-tabel (-1,667). Sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan metode silent way terhadap kemampuan kosakata siswa. Kemudian, perhitungan post-test kedua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh t hitung (-4,587) lebih kecil dari t tabel (-1,667). Sehingga, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara menggunakan metode silent way dan menggunakan metode konvensional. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan metode silent way dalam pembelajaran kosakata dapat membantu siswa menguasai kosakata dengan baik.

Abstract

This research discusses how to apply rewards to increase Aqidah Akhlak motivation at MTsN 7 Agam. The type of research used is a qualitative research method by exploring data in the field related to problems that have been formulated using descriptive analysis methods to provide an overview of the application of the reward method in increasing student learning motivation in the Aqidah Ahalak class VII subject at MTSN 7 Agam. The data in this research was obtained through primary and secondary data, namely direct observation and interviews with Aqidah Akhlak teachers at the research location and also direct interviews with students at MTsN 7Agam using research instruments in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, documentation and analyzed using data reduction steps, presentation of data and conclusions. This research aims to determine the application of rewards at MTsN 7 Agam, to determine the forms of application of rewards at MTsN 7 Agam, and to determine the application of rewards to increase student motivation at MTsN 7 Agam. Research Results: The process of applying rewards to increase student motivation at MTsN 7 Agam, namely that teachers and students make an agreement that if students work well and excel, then their achievements will be rewarded. There are forms of imbalance given to students such as giving gifts, praise, body movements such as applause, thumbs up, etc.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of Islam in Indonesia since its inception until now, cannot be separated from the role of Islamic educational institutions. When viewed from the early entry of Islam into Indonesia, Islamic educational institutions experienced several changes in name and form, which were the result of changes in the social conditions of society and developments in science and technology. Starting from Islamic education which is still patterned as Hindu education to the establishment of technology-based Islamic education institutions at this time. Among the classical Islamic educational institutions that still exist today include surau, pesantren, meunasah, Islamic tertiary institutions, etc. There are some Islamic educational institutions whose existence is no longer found, some are still standing but have experienced a decline in function, some have managed to survive by adapting to the demands of the times. One of the classical Islamic educational institutions that is able to develop according to the times is the pesantren. Evidenced by the existence of Islamic boarding schools with various special sciences that are integrated with the values of Islamic education. This article was written using the library research method which utilizes various scientific literature to obtain the necessary data. AbstrakPesatnya perkembangan Islam di Indonesia sejak awal masuknya hingga saat ini, tidak terlepas dari peran lembaga pendidikan Islam. Jika dilihat dari awal masuknya Islam ke Indonesia, lembaga pendidikan Islam mengalami beberapa perubahan nama dan bentuk, yang merupakan akibat dari perubahan keadaan social masyarakat serta perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Mulai dari pendidikan Islam yang masih bercorak pendidikan Hindu hingga berdirinya lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berbasis teknologi pada saat ini. Diantara lembaga pendidikan Islam klasik yang masih eksis bertahan hingga saat ini diantaranya adalah surau, pesantren, meunasah, perguruan tinggi Islam, dll. Ada sebagian lembaga pendidikan Islam yang sudah tidak ditemui lagi eksistensinya, ada yang masih berdiri namun mengalami penurunan fungsi, ada yang berhasil bertahan dengan menyesuaikan tuntutan zaman. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam klasik yang mampu berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman adalah pesantren. Terbukti dengan adanya pesantren dengan berbagai keilmuan khusus yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam.  Artikel ini ditulis dengan memakai metode library research yang memanfaatkan berbagai literatur ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan.

Abstract

The learning method is a crucial component in the learning process. Appropriate learning methods can improve student learning outcomes. One method that is often used in learning is the lecture method. However, many people find this lecture method boring, watching, does not make students active, the material cannot be digested properly. From this phenomenon, the researcher aims to explain the implementation of the lecture method in improving learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at SMA N 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research, namely research that examines facts and collects data that occurs in the field using data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Based on the research conducted, the researchers concluded that the implementation of the lecture method in improving learning outcomes inIslamic religious education subjects had their respective strengths and weaknesses. The advantages of using this lecture method are that the lecture method is very effective if the number of students is quite large, while the drawback of this lecture method is that students become bored if the teacher explains learning material does not use media which is used as a support for the process in implementing the lecture method in class. The lecture method also influences student learning outcomes obtained in class.The learning outcomes obtained by students in Islamic religious education subjects are sufficient for the KKM (minimum completeness criteria) that has been set.

Abstract

Keterampilan pengelolaan kelas merupakan bagian dari kompetensi pedagogik guru yang memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keterampilan pengelolaan kelas oleh guru terhadap prestasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMPN 3 Tigo Nagari. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI telah menerapkan keterampilan pengelolaan kelas dalam berbagai aspek, seperti pengaturan tempat duduk, pengarahan interaksi, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran variatif. Prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik ketika pengelolaan kelas dilakukan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilan pengelolaan kelas oleh guru berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract
