Abstract

Stunting is one of the chronic nutritional problems that inhibits physical growth and cognitive development of children. This study aims to develop a local culture-based Supplementary Food for School Children (PMTAS) menu as an effort to prevent stunting in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions. The method used is Research and Development (R n D) with ADDIE Action model analysis (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) which involves needs analysis, menu design, product development, implementation in schools, and evaluation of effectiveness. The results of this study have important implications in the context of stunting prevention, but also in the development of national nutrition and education policies. These findings underline that school-based interventions with a local food-based approach can be used as a model to be applied in various regions in Indonesia. However, adaptation is needed in implementation in areas with different socio-economic and cultural conditions. By focusing on local food, this approach opens up opportunities to create new theories about the role of local culture in food acceptance and its effects on improving children's nutritional status. As an additional contribution to the literature, this study suggests that the role of local culture in food acceptance by children be the focus for theory development. In addition, the role of school-based interventions as a key factor in preventing stunting needs to be explored further, including by considering how parental involvement can be strengthened through school programs.

Abstract

Permainan judi online semakin marak di Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan salah satu kasus aduan yang sulit diberantas di Indonesia. Perjudian online ini disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi yang sangat canggih, tekanan sosial ekonomi, dan peran media social sebagai platform iklan. Perjudian tidak hanya dilakukan oleh pria dewasa, tetapi juga anak-anak, remaja dan perempuan pun juga terlibat. Masyarakat menganggap hal yang lumrah ataupun menjadi kebiasaan disaat mengisi kekosongan waktu mereka. Namun demikian, perjudian tetap merupakan tindakan melanggar hukum yang merugikan individu dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan, untuk itu masih diperlukan upaya akan bahayanya perjudian online. Dijelaskan bahwa konsep anak remaja merupakan era perubahan yang dilalui dari masa kanak- kanak menuju dewasa. Maka dari itu di masa pubertas anak-anak remaja mesti diberi edukasi akan kesadaran dampaknya perjudian online tersebut. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan ini adalah kalangan remaja yang bersekolah di SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta, Kelurahan Cipinang Melayu, Kecamatan Makasar, Kota Jakarta Timur. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini secara garis besar terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi, dan tahap pelaporan hasil Iuran kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, pertama bahwa kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar yang dihadiri oleh kalangan pelajar di Lingkungan sekolah SMA Negeri 81 Jakarta dengan antusias. Kedua bahwa kegiatan telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada anak remaja tentang upaya penaggulangan judi online di kalangan pelajar.

Abstract

Scientific publications play an important role in education, especially for teachers who want to contribute to the development of science and teaching practices. For madrasah teachers, the ability to publish research results and teaching experiences not only increases professional credibility but also enriches the educational literature. Therefore, strategies to improve scientific publications through publication competency training become very relevant. This training aims to develop madrasah teachers' competence in scientific publications, especially in publishing articles in accredited journals. The training implementation method includes theoretical and practical sessions designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the process of writing, editing, and publishing scientific papers. During the day, participants will be mentored by experts in the field of scientific publications, who will provide comprehensive materials and practical guidance. The results of this training showed an increase in teachers' understanding of the importance of scientific publications and technical skills in writing and publishing articles in accredited journals. In addition, the training successfully established a collaborative network between schools and universities, both in Aceh and at the national level. This network is expected to support the continuous development of teachers' competencies and expand their access to academic resources. Thus, this publication competency training for madrasah teachers not only improves the ability of individual teachers in scientific publications, but also strengthens the relationship between educational institutions, thus creating synergy for the advancement of education in Indonesia

Abstract

Pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah merupakan salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas akademik mahasiswa, khususnya di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum, di mana dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, mahasiswa tidak hanya dituntut memahami teori dan praktik hukum, tetapi juga harus mampu menuangkan pemikirannya secara tertulis dalam bentuk karya ilmiah yang berkualitas. Namun kenyataannya, masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan memadai dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah sesuai standar akademik dan etika penulisan hukum sehingga menjadi penting untuk mengadakan pelatihan penulisan artikel kepada mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan pemahaman mengenai struktur artikel ilmiah hukum, dimulai dari pemilihan tema dan judul, penyusunan abstrak, pendahuluan, metode penelitian, hingga pembahasan dan kesimpulan, serta pentingnya menghindari plagiarisme. Metode pelatihan ini meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan praktik menulis. Target yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan ini ialah meningkatnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah hukum yang kritis, analitis, dan sistematis, yang diharapkan layak untuk diajukan dalam jurnal nasional atau institusional. Luaran pelatihan ini diharapkan menghasilkan laporan kegiatan serta artikel ilmiah yang disusun oleh peserta pelatihan sebagai kontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu hukum.

Abstract

Early health detection is an important strategy in preventing disease risks in the community. Through routine health checks, disease risk factors can be identified early so that preventive interventions can be carried out appropriately. However, the utilization of early health detection services at the community level, especially in rural areas, is still not optimal. This study aims to describe early health detection as an effort to prevent disease risks in the community of Hamlet 1, Baru Village, Kampar Regency. This study is a descriptive study with a survey approach. The subjects were 312 heads of families domiciled in Hamlet 1, Baru Village, Kampar Regency. Data were collected through family data collection using a health platform that includes routine health check behavior for non-communicable diseases, early detection of cervical cancer, smoking behavior in the home, and infant immunization coverage by age group. Most families have not undergone routine health checks at least every 6 months, specifically abdominal circumference examinations (80.45%), early detection of cervical cancer (92.63%), blood sugar (59.62%), and cholesterol (58.97%). In addition, 43.27% of family members smoke in the home. Infant immunization coverage shows disparities across almost all age groups, particularly for follow-up immunizations such as PCV, Rotavirus, Influenza, MR, JE, Varicella, and Hepatitis A. The persistently low early detection of NCDs and suboptimal infant immunization coverage highlight the need to strengthen health education, increase access to services, and strengthen the role of families and health workers at the community level.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic challenges faced by environmental rights defenders in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand, including the abuse of the law through the practice of Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs) used by corporations or authorities to silence public criticism of environmental damage. Although all three countries have legal instruments for protection, their implementation is still limited and does not comprehensively cover aspects of procedural law. This study uses a normative legal approach with a comparative legal method to analyze the form of anti-SLAPP legal protection and its potential integration into the criminal procedural system. The results show that Indonesia and the Philippines still limit legal protection to environmental issues, while Thailand has more advanced normative provisions but has not been effective in preventing SLAPPs at the early stages of the legal process. A legal mechanism is needed that allows for the termination of SLAPP cases at the investigation or prosecution stage through clear legal indicators and strengthening prosecutorial discretion based on the principle of public interest. The novelty of this study lies in the proposed integration of Anti-SLAPP principles into criminal procedural law as a preventive measure against the criminalization of environmental activists and as a recognition of ecological justice, where protection of public participation and freedom of expression is an integral part of social justice in the context of environmental protection.

Abstract

Waste remains a problem in the environment that continues to this day and must be addressed. The habit of littering, not recycling, and the lack of efforts to separate organic and un organic waste are major factors in the increase in waste volume. In addition, uneven environmental education exacerbates this condition, particularly among students. This study aims to determine the effect of educational videos on students' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior in waste management. This is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design, which is an experiment conducted on only one group with a one-group pre-test and post-test design measured by a pre-test conducted before the education and a post-test conducted after the education. The research was conducted at the Payung Negeri Pekanbaru Institute of Health with a sample of 40 first-year public health students at Payung Negeri Pekanbaru Institute of Health in 2025. The results of the statistical test using Wilcoxon showed a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), which means that there is an effect of providing educational videos on the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of waste management among first-year public health students at the Payung Negeri Pekanbaru Institute of Health

Abstract

Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kunjungan ulang adalah hubungan antara mutu layanan yang diterima pasien dengan keputusannya untuk kembali menggunakan layanan di kemudian hari. Pelayanan yang baik cenderung meningkatkan minat kunjungan ulang, sedangkan pelayanan yang buruk dapat menurunkannya. Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kunjungan Ulang Pasien KB di Puskesmas Melur Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2025.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi responden yang akan dijadikan sampel. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berminat berkunjung ulang (54%).Analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara Tangible (p = 0.504), Reliability (p = 0.143), Responsiveness (p = 0.987), Assurance (p = 0.770) dengan kunjungan ulang pasien KB di Puskesmas Melur Pekanbaru. Dan ada pengaruh antara Emphaty (p = 0.041) dengan kunjungan ulang pasien KB di Puskesmas Melur Pekanbaru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh dimensi Emphaty dalam kualitas pelayanan terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien KB di Puskesmas Melur Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2025. Disarankanagar penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan perbandingan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan dan loyalitas pasien di Puskesmas Melur Pekanbaru Tahun2025. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengembangkan dan melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif guna memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam dan lebih komprehensif.
