Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education management and the leadership strategies of the madrasah principal in managing the daytime learning system under conditions of limited facilities and infrastructure at MTs Annur in Sorong City. This is a qualitative study using a case study design involving 19 informants, consisting of the madrasah principal, vice principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that management functions including planning, organizing, executing, and supervising are carried out adaptively and contextually in response to space constraints through the implementation of the daytime learning system. Furthermore, the madrasah principal’s leadership strategies, which are oriented toward exemplary conduct, service, and participation, contribute to fostering a work culture that is disciplined, communicative, and collaborative. The integration of management functions with the values of servant leadership has proven to support the effectiveness of learning as well as organizational sustainability. This study recommends strengthening adaptive leadership and developing a service-based management model in the administration of madrasahs facing resource constraints.

Abstract

Introducing multicultural education early to familiarize students with social and cultural diversity is essential. Schools have a significant role in teaching and organizing multicultural education to form students with high social spirit and tolerance in viewing diversity and differences. However, in practice, some conflicts occur in multicultural education carried out by schools. So, it demands that schools have strategies to overcome these conflicts. This study aims to know and examine more deeply how management strategies become solutions to resolve multicultural disputes in schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data in the study were obtained from observations made by researchers at the location, the results of direct interviews conducted between researchers and informants related to the problems studied, and archival documentation related to the issues explored. Based on the data that has been obtained, the results of the study are known that one of the conflict management strategies in schools in multicultural education is to approach students and find out the causes of conflicts/problems, assist students in resolving multicultural conflicts that occur communicating or providing explanations and understanding related to multicultural education, and integrating multicultural education into subjects.

Abstract

Strategic management is developing, implementing, and evaluating decisions that enable an organization to reach its goals. Furthermore, the study aims to identify the opportunities and challenges of strategic management in the era of information openness. This research uses a library study method by analyzing journals or related articles published in the last five years; as for the research results obtained, the use of SWOT analysis in strategic management to identify opportunities and challenges the organization faces. Following strategic management in the era of information openness, the study of the results of related journals described that organizations exploit information and technology access to perform organizational tasks efficiently. Acquired opportunities and strategic management challenges in the era of information openness include more comprehensive access to data and the ability to access data quickly. Still, the risk of information failure becomes a challenge.

Abstract

School-based management has emerged as a decentralized approach to improving the quality of education. This article explores the challenges and opportunities of implementing school-based management to enhance the quality of education. This research uses a literature review approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies, namely collecting, reading, noting, and processing relevant literature. The research findings identified vital challenges such as lack of understanding, limited resources, resistance to Change, and lack of community participation. However, school-based management also offers significant opportunities, such as program adjustments to local needs, innovative curriculum development, increased stakeholder engagement, more efficient resource management, and enhanced accountability and transparency. These findings are compared with previous research to provide new insights and a broader perspective. In conclusion, the effective implementation of school-based management requires comprehensive and sustainable efforts, including enhancing understanding, providing adequate resources, community involvement, and applying transparent and accountable management practices.

Abstract

Education in the modern era faces challenges from rapid technological advancement and globalization. The primary focus is often directed toward developing practical skills and critical thinking abilities, while spiritual and moral values tend to be overlooked. This research aims to integrate spiritual education into quality management to produce academically excellent individuals with strong moral integrity. This study explores the role of spiritual education in shaping individual character and morals and analyzes its impact on the overall quality of education. The method used in this research is a literature review, where the researcher collects and analyzes various literature sources, including books, articles, and relevant academic journals. The results indicate that spiritual education is crucial in helping students understand their identity, achieve inner peace, and enhance their mental and emotional well-being. Spiritual education in quality management has proven to create a positive work culture, strengthen collaboration, and reduce conflicts within the educational environment. This research also finds that individuals with a deep spiritual understanding are better prepared to face life challenges and can make wise decisions. In conclusion, integrating spiritual education and quality management is essential for shaping a generation characterized by integrity, resilience in the face of change, and the ability to contribute to creating a just and prosperous society.

Abstract

The era of disruption, characterized by uncertainty, complexity, and rapid technological change, demands adaptive, visionary leadership. This study aims to analyze visionary leadership strategies for addressing uncertainty in the modern workplace and to examine their role in building resilient, sustainability-oriented organizations. The research method is a qualitative approach using library research, examining various scientific sources such as journals, books, and academic articles published over the last 3 years. The results show that visionary leadership plays an important role in integrating long-term vision with adaptive actions that are responsive to environmental changes. Visionary leaders build a collaborative, innovative, and flexible organizational culture through effective communication and data-driven decision-making. The discussion also reveals that visionary leaders act as direction-setters, agents of change, spokespersons, and coaches, synergistically encouraging organizations to achieve resilience and competitive advantage.
