Abstract

The creative economy is vital for Indonesia's economic growth, especially during a global slowdown. It boosts employment and export values, with culinary, crafts, and fashion leading the way. In 2022, fashion, culinary, and crafts had the highest export values. West  Java is a standout province in this industry. The UMKM Juara program aims to expand markets and digitalize MSMEs. Technology and digital tools are reshaping the business landscape, and the creative industry must embrace these advancements to succeed financially. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of digital innovation on business success as a mediator between digital entrepreneurship competence and digital entrepreneurship orientation. The methodology employed was descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires. The sampling technique employed was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, yielding a sample of 306 West Java UMKM Juara in the Fashion Subsector. SEM-AMOS was used to analyze the data in this research. The research findings revealed that digital entrepreneurship competence had a direct and positive effect on business success. Likewise, digital entrepreneurship orientation had a positive effect on business success. Digital innovation mediated digital entrepreneurship competence towards business success. However, digital innovation did not mediate digital entrepreneurship orientation on Business Success.  This findings can be used to improve vocational education curricula or strengthen training programs related to developing digital competencies among learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Bata di media sosial Instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner kepada pengguna Instagram yang mengenal merek Bata. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan harga berpengaruh moderat. Dengan hasil penelitian dan analisis data mengenai Brand Image dan Harga terhadap minat beli dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu, Secara Parsial Variabel Brand Image (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli pada Produk Bata di Sosial Media Instagram.Secara Parsial Variabel Harga (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli pada Produk Bata di Sosial Media Instagram.Secara Simulta Variabek Brand Image (X1) dan Variabel Harga (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli pada Produk Bata di Sosial Media Instagram.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuat kerangka pemetaan strategi inovasi dan pemetaan peranan stakeholder dalam pentahelix collaboration. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui in depth interview kepada pelaku bisnis di industri kreatif unggulan dan melalui studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam hal strategi pemasaran inovasi dalam pemahaman teknik promosi melalui media online masih lemah sehingga sangat bergantung kepada pemasaran secara offline di toko/gerai. Selain itu, pelaku usaha tidak melakukan riset awal sebelum melakukan inovasi produk sehingga produk yang dipasarkan belum tentu diterima konsumen. Strategi inovasi organisasi di industri ini juga belum optimal dimana para pelaku usaha tidak memperhatikan dengan baik tujuan bisnis yang dijalankanya sehingga pengelolaan organisasi seperti struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas tidak sesuai. Dalam prosesnya, para aktor yang terlibat dalam kolaborasi pentahelix akademisi (A), bisnis (B),Community (C), Goverment (G) dan media (M)) memiliki kapasitas dalam penentuan strategi inovasi yang berkaitan dengan inovasi produk, proses, pemasaran, inovasi organisasi dan dapat mengembangkan strategi dengan menjalin kerjasama bersama aktor lainnya. Akademisi memiliki peran sebagai konseptor. Bisnis bertindak sebagai enabler. Community sebagai akselerator. Government beperan sebagai regulator. Media sebagai fasilitator yang menjembatani industry dengan khalayak masayarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Moisturizer Glad2Glow di platform Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden yang telah melakukan pembelian produk tersebut. Analisis data melibatkan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, penguji asumsi klasis, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji r dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa seluruh instrumen pengukuran dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, serta model regesi dinyatakan layak karena telah memenuhi asumsi klasik. Secara persial, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen tersebut juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa 82,4% keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk Moisturizer Glad2Glow di platform Shopee. Konsumen cenderung merasa lebih yakin untuk melakukan pembelian ketika produk yang ditawarkan memiliki mutu yang baik serta didukung oleh pelayanan yang cepat, tanggap, dan profesional. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha secara konsisten melakukan peningkatan dan pengembangan terhadap kualitas produk maupun layanan guna mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen. Upaya tersebut menjadi strategi penting untuk memperkuat daya saing produk di tengan persaingan pasar digital yang semakin ketat, khususnya pada platform Shopee

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan determinan utama keberhasilan organisasi, khususnya pada perusahaan ritel yang beroperasi dalam lingkungan dengan tingkat persaingan tinggi dan tuntutan kerja yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance, Stres Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan yang terdiri atas karyawan operasional, administrasi, dan supervisor. Instrumen penelitian telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dengan seluruh item pernyataan dinyatakan valid serta nilai Cronbach’s Alpha masing-masing variabel berada di atas 0,70, sehingga instrumen dinyatakan reliabel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance, Stres Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (F = 26,790; Sig. < 0,001). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,754 mengindikasikan bahwa 75,4% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Secara parsial, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan stres kerja, peningkatan kepuasan kerja, serta penerapan Work-Life Balance secara optimal dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Businesses in the tourism services industry must possess superior, competitive human resources due to increasingly intense competition. Employee performance plays a crucial role in business success, particularly in the service sector, which is highly dependent on service quality. This study aims to examine the effects of service competence, work motivation, and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT HAS Nawara Nusantara, with employee engagement serving as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative, survey-based approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT HAS Nawara Nusantara who had worked at the company for at least 1 year. Both direct and indirect relationships among variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that employee engagement is positively and significantly influenced by service competence, work motivation, and transformational leadership. Furthermore, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas service competence and work motivation do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Employee engagement serves as a mediating variable in the relationships among service competence, work motivation, transformational leadership, and employee performance. In conclusion, companies can implement human resource development strategies by enhancing service competence, strengthening work motivation, and applying transformational leadership to foster high and sustainable employee engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee commitment functions as a mediator in the relationship between the performance of Generation Z HR at the Timiangan Raya Farmers Cooperative Garden and transformational leadership, work environment, and work motivation. SEM-PLS was utilized for analysis in this quantitative investigation with 55 respondents. All of the constructs demonstrated strong validity and reliability, according to the measurement test results (loading factor > 0.70; composite reliability 0.94–0.97). Idealized impact on transformational leadership, non-physical aspects on the workplace, the need for accomplishment on work motivation, and emotional commitment on the commitment variable were the characteristics that contributed the most. According to the structural test results, transformational leadership (β = 0.638; p = 0.005) and the work environment (β = 0.524; p < 0.001) were the strongest factors influencing HR performance, while the work environment was the most dominant variable influencing commitment (β = 0.958; p < 0.001). Although it had a smaller coefficient (β = –0.156; p = 0.015), work motivation also had an impact. The results of the mediation test indicated that while commitment did not mediate the impact of the work environment (p = 0.157), it did mediate the influence of transformational leadership (p = 0.016) and work motivation (p = 0.042) on HR performance. With an R2 value of HR performance = 0.953 and an R2 value of commitment = 0.945, the research model demonstrated exceptionally high predictive power. These results demonstrate that the quality of the work environment and leadership have the most effects on boosting the commitment of Generation Z employees. As a result, performance enhancement efforts should concentrate on fostering a positive work environment and motivating leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Premi, Beban Klaim, dan Risk Based Capital (RBC) terhadap Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT BNI Life Insurance selama periode 2015-2024. Profitabilitas pada perusahaan asuransi menjadi indikator efisiensi pengelolaan dana, sekaligus menunjukkan kekuatan finansial perusahaan dalam menghadapi risiko klaim dan ketidakpastian ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan PT BNI Life Insurance periode 2015-2014. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), serta koefisien determinasi yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pendapatan Premi, Beban Klaim, dan Risk Based Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil pengujian secara simultan juga menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Premi, Beban Klaim dan Risk Based Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in regional economic development. However, many MSMEs still face limitations in digital marketing capability, particularly in utilizing social media, marketplaces, and online promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing education programs on improving MSME capabilities in Bandung City. The research employs a quantitative approach using a pretest–posttest design supported by secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The findings indicate that digital marketing education significantly improves MSME capability, particularly in content creation, social media management, and marketplace optimization. The study recommends practice-based education and continuous mentoring to strengthen MSME competitiveness in the digital economy.

Abstract

The banking system is a crucial pillar in economic stability and faces intense competition in the era of globalization, demanding continuous innovation and effective human resource management (HRM). High Turnover Intention (TI) among contract employees, particularly in the Indonesian banking sector (reaching 15%-16%), poses a significant challenge. This issue is exacerbated by Work Placement policies that assign employees far from their domicile, triggering financial dissatisfaction (additional living costs) and fatigue (distance and travel time). This study aims to analyze and test the influence of the independent variables Work Placement, Work Environment Adaptation, and Work Motivation on the Turnover Intention of contract employees at Bank XYZ in Indramayu, by identifying the mediating role of Job Satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to contract employees of Bank XYZ in Indramayu. The results of this study are expected to provide important information for Human Resource Management initiatives in formulating better employee placement and adaptation strategies, as well as enhancing motivation and job satisfaction.
