Abstract

Interpersonal intelligence is one of the theories of multiple intelligences that was coined by Howard Gardner. Interpersonal intelligence is a person's ability to interact socially with his environment or establish good social relations. The importance of implementing learning that can improve interpersonal intelligence from an early age because early childhood education is the beginning for children to know their environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of interpersonal intelligence according to Howard Gardner according to several previous and recent studies. Kecerdasan interpersonal merupakan salah satu terori dari kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) yang dicetuskan oleh Howard Gardner. Kecerdasan interpersonal merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk berinteraksi sosial dengan lingkunganya atau menjalin hubungan sosial dengan baik. Pentingnya menerapkan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal sejak dini karena Pendidikan anak usia dini sebagai awal untuk anak mengenal lingkungannya. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan oleh penulis dapat diketahui bahwa konsep kecerdasan interpersonal yang dikemukakan oleh Howard Gardner yaitu yang baik dan menjalin hubungan yang harmonis dengan orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan systematic review, yaitu penulis melakukan pencarian sistematis  melalui database elektronik yakni: Google Scholar. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengembangan kecerdasan interpersonal menurut howard gardner menurut beberapa peneitian terdahulu maupun terbaru.

Abstract

The Sundanese indigenous people are famous for their cultural wisdom, namely pamali. Pamali as a typical Sundanese cultural product has a conditional meaning for children's development that needs to be continuously explored. This study aims to analyze the existence and moral development contained in the pamali of the Sundanese indigenous people in early childhood. This type of research is a systematic review of 20 journals with related criteria using qualitative methods. through the syntax, in literature, there are five traditional villages and two Sundanese villages that still apply pamali as part of the order of life and rules that have been passed down from generation to generation. Each of these pamali contains moral values ​​such as discipline, humility, care for the environment, and politeness which are reflected in the sentence of pamali. In line with Kohlberg's moral development, early childhood is included in the level 1 category, namely pre-conventional morality. The implications for children can be seen from how they can know when the taboos are through an understanding of taboos so it is hoped that this will foster an attitude of obedience to the rules that surround them to strengthen their knowledge of the cultural values ​​of the area.

Abstract

Kompetensi sosial-emosional merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dikembangkan guna menunjang kualitas kehidupan bersosial. Dalam prosesnya, pendekatan pembelajaran menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan pengembangan kompetensi belajar. Salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang memiliki fokus terhadap pengembangan sosial-emosional yaitu Reggio Emilia. Namun, perlu adanya penelaahan untuk memastikan efektivitas dari pendekatan Reggio Emilia dalam membangun kompetensi sosial-emosional, khususnya pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur yang ada mengenai implementasi pendekatan Reggio Emilia dalam membangun kompetensi sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan pada penulisan artikel ini adalah systematic review. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pencarian secara terstruktur dan komprehensif pada database yang terpercaya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menyeleksi literatur berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, dengan cara melihat relevansi artikel dan data yang diinginkan, sehingga didapat 12 artikel yang dijadikan subjek penelitian. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Reggio Emilia dapat membantu membangun kompetensi sosial-emosional anak melalui berbagai aktivitas yang menekankan pada pengalaman nyata dan kreativitas anak. Selain itu, faktor keberhasilan dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan Reggio Emilia dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan lingkungan bermain, media dan metode pembelajaran, kompetensi guru, serta partisipasi orang tua.Social-emotional competence is an important aspect that needs to be developed to support the quality of social life. In the process, the learning approach becomes a determining factor for the success of developing learning competencies. One learning approach that has a focus on social- emotional development is Reggio Emilia. However, there needs to be a study to ensure the effectiveness of the Reggio Emilia approach in building social-emotional competence, especially in early childhood. This study aims to carry out a systematic review of the existing literature regarding the implementation of the Reggio Emilia approach in building social-emotional competence in early childhood. The method used in writing articles is a systematic review. Data collection techniques are carried out by searching in a structured and comprehensive manner in a trusted database. Data analysis was carried out by selecting literature based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, by looking at the relevance of the articles and the desired data, so that 12 articles were obtained as research subjects. The results of the literature review show that the Reggio Emilia approach can help build children's social-emotional competence through various activities that emphasize real experiences and children's creativity. In addition, the success fac- tor in integrating the Reggio Emilia approach is influenced by the management of the playing environment, learning media and methods, teacher competence, and parental participation.

Abstract

Kemandirian untuk anak usia dini itu sangat penting, namun nyatanya masih banyak anak usia dini yang kemandirian dalam dirinya belum muncul. Oleh karena itu, perlu ditemukan metode yang sesuai untuk membantu mengembangkan karakter mandiri anak usia dini. Metode montessori merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan kemandirian anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah metode Montessori dalm mengembangkan kemandirian pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini merupakan sistematik review dengan teknik analisis data tematik. Untuk mencari sumber-sumber yang relevan, penulis menggunakan database seperti Google Scholar, Crossref, dan Semantic Scholar. Dalam pencarian awal, penulis berhasil mengidentifikasi 20 jurnal yang kemudian disaring berdasarkan kriteria eksklusif, seperti tujuan penelitian, metode penelitian, bahasa, dan relevansi dengan metode Montessori dan dibentuknya kemandirian pada anak usia dini. Dari proses seleksi tersebut, penulis berhasil menemukan jurnal-jurnal yang memiliki hubungan yang cukup erat dengan dibentuknya kemandirian untuk anak dengan menerapkan metode Montessori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Montessori dapat digunakan dalam membentuk karakter mandiri pada anak usia dini. Kegiatan Parctical Life Skill dalam metode Montessori efektif untuk membangun kemandirian anak melalui cara guru membiasakan anak dalam melakukan kegiatan sendiri secara berulang dan anak dibebaskan dalam berekplorasi untuk dikembangkannya bakat serta minat berdasarkan kemampuan anak. Independence for early childhood is very important, but in fact there are still many young children whose independence in themselves has not emerged. Therefore, it is necessary to find appropriate methods to help develop the independent character of early childhood. The Montessori method is one way to develop children's independence. This study aims to examine the Montessori method in developing independence in early childhood. The method used in this article is a systematic review using thematic data analysis techniques. To find relevant sources, the authors use databases such as Google Scholar, Crossref, and Semantic Scholar. In the initial search, the authors managed to identify 20 journals which were then filtered based on exclusive criteria, such as research objectives, research methods, language, and relevance to the Montessori method and the formation of independence in early childhood. From this selection process, the authors managed to find journals that had a fairly close relationship with the formation of independence for children by applying the Montessori method. The results of this study indicate that the Montessori method can be used in forming independent characters in early childhood. Practical Life Skill activities in the Montessori method are effective for building children's independence through the way the teacher accustoms children to doing their own activities repeatedly and frees children to explore to develop talents and interests based on children's abilities.

Abstract

Pendidik atau guru adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan. Khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini, guru memiliki peranan yang sangat kritikal sebagai role model bagi anak. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan teori belajar sosial kognitif Albert Bandura, dimana Bandura menekankan bahwa guru adalah model yang akan terus diamati oleh orang yang mempelajarinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pendidik anak usia dini berdasarkan kajian teori belajar sosial kognitif Albert Bandura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review  dan google scholar sebagai database elektronik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisa data tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Menurut Bandura guru berperan sebagai model dimana setiap gerak-geriknya akan dipelajari dan ditiru anak. Dalam proses pemodelan ada 4 unsur utama yaitu perhatian (attention); retensi (retention); peniruan tingkah laku model (behavior production process); motivasi dan penguatan (motivation and reinforcement process). Untuk bisa menekankan pemodelan perlu adanya penguatan atau stimulus-stimulus tertentu pada anak. Stimulus tersebut yaitu vicarious reinforcement; vicarious punishment; vicarious motivation; vicarious emotion; dan atribut model.Educators or teachers are one of the important components in education. Especially in early childhood education institutions, teachers have a very critical role as role models for children. This is reinforced by Albert Bandura's cognitive social learning theory, where Bandura emphasizes that the teacher is a model that will be continuously observed by those who study it. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of early childhood educators based on the study of Albert Bandura's cognitive social learning theory. This study uses a systematic review method and Google Scholar as an electronic database. The data analysis technique used is thematic data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that teachers have an important role in early childhood education. According to Bandura, the teacher acts as a model where every movement will be studied and imitated by children. In the modeling process there are 4 main elements, namely attention; retention; imitation of model behavior (behavior production process); motivation and reinforcement (motivation and reinforcement process). To be able to emphasize modeling, there needs to be reinforcement or certain stimuli in children. The stimulus is vicarious reinforcement; vicarious punishment; vicarious motivation; vicarious emotions; and model attributes.

Abstract

The development of creativity is an educational demand in the 21st century. This writing aims to discuss briefly the implementation of long-project storytelling in early childhood education and its implications for developing children’s creativity. The method used is Early Child Research and Practice (ECRP) with data collection techniques through observation, documentation and field notes on teachers and children. The research was conducted at the Bunda Balita Playgroup, Bandung City. The long-project storytelling was conducted in three meetings. The researchers explored the theme of learning about houses and the sub-theme of learning about various forms of houses (fairy houses). The learning innovation conducted in the long-project storytelling method is by implementing the Reggio Emilia learning approach.  It shows learning activity by utilizing existing resources in the school environment. Through the long-project storytelling learning method, children experience an increased profile of language development. This can be seen when they can listen attentively to stories and answer the teacher’s questions enthusiastically. Researchers came up with creative ideas that emerged within children, including aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, aspects of detail or elaboration, and aspects of working together in creativity (teamwork and creativity).

Abstract

Tradition is a valuable treasure in every culture that should be preserved and maintained. One tradition still being applied in Minangkabau is turun mandi.  Minangkabau is known for its ethnicity that uses the mother's lineage; this system allows children to be born and grow up in their mother's family and will have less time with their father's family. For this reason, the tradition in Minangkabau called turun mandi regulates the involvement of the father's family in parenting. This article aims to describe the father's family's involvement in the extended family's care through this tradition. This study uses a literature study approach that uses various related articles as data sources, and this study also uses content analysis and descriptive analysis in analyzing data. The results of the research are divided into three parts; Portraits of extended families in parenting in Indonesia, family gratitude for the birth of a child, involvement of an extended family since the birth of a child in Minangkabau, a gift from the father's family (bako) as a guide for the child.

Abstract

Psikologi inklusi dapat menciptakan lingkungan aman dan mendukung, di mana anak merasa diterima dan dihargai, mengurangi stres serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya pendidik mengalami kendala seperti stigma sosial, kompleksitas kebutuhan anak dan kurangnya sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi psikologi inklusi yang tepat agar keterampilan sosial emosional dapat terkembangkan dengan optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada dua orang guru PAUD yang bekerja di sekolah inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat bantu visual, cerita, permainan, dan kegiatan berbasis kelompok, dapat mengembangkan keterampilan sosial emosioal anak seperti mengenali dan mengelola emosi serta mengembangkan rasa empati. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relation between the stimulation of play that is provided by parents and the development of linguistic and social skills in young children. One of the most important methods in which children develop their social, emotional, and cognitive abilities is through play. The purpose of this study was to identify different types of play, such as physical, symbolic, and social play, as well as the role that parents play in supporting these types of play. This was accomplished through observations, interviews with parents, and documenting of play activities. According to the findings, parents who are actively involved in play with their children have the ability to improve their children's social skills, including the ability to share, cooperate, resolve conflicts, and understand diverse points of view. In addition, it was discovered that play stimulation, particularly in the form of role-playing and group play, plays a significant role in the development of empathy, communication skills, and language acquisition. The excessive use of digital media and the restricted amount of time that parents have available to spend with their children were highlighted as variables that inhibit the quality of interactions that occur during play. The findings of this study indicate that parental play stimulation is an essential component in the process of nurturing both social and language development in young children. This finding has implications for both parents and educators in terms of the development of play activities that support children's overall growth and development.

Abstract

Mengasuh anak berkebutuhan khusus menimbulkan tantangan yang unik bagi orang tua, yang sering kali memengaruhi tingkat stres mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat stres orang tua dalam pengasuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) dan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan mereka. Berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi orang tua dalam merawat ABK, seperti kebutuhan yang unik dan peran penting mereka dalam mendukung perkembangan anak, menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan menganalisis 11 jurnal yang relevan, yang diterbitkan antara 2017 hingga 2024 dari 220 artikel. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian masyarakat berfokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua dalam pola asuh dan pengelolaan stres, yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap ABK. Selain itu, pentingnya dukungan emosional, memberikan informasi atau edukasi, dan mekanisme koping yang tepat juga ditemukan sebagai faktor kunci dalam mengurangi tingkat stres dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan holistik yang mencakup edukasi, dukungan sosial, dan teknik pengelolaan stres untuk mendukung orang tua dalam pengasuhan ABK.
