Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan tanpa mersakan lelah yang berarti. Kebugaran jasmani sangatlah diperlukan oleh manusia karena faktor tersebut sangatlah menunjang untuk melakukan aktivitas yang akan dilakukan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan derajat kebugaran jasmani siswa yang mengikuti aktivitas ekstrakurikuler olahraga dan ekstrakurikuler non olahraga di SD Kemala Bhayangkari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan ex-post facto. Subjek pada penelitian adalah siswa kelas atas di SD Kemala Bhayangkari di Kota Bandung. Terdapat 45 siswa, diantaranya siswa yang mengikuti aktivitas ekstrakurikuler 25 orang dan Siswa yang mengikuti aktivitas non ekstrakulikuler olahraga 20 orang. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI). Hasil studi menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan derajat kebugaran antara siswa ekstrakurikuler olahraga dan ekstrakurikuler non olahraga di SD Kemala Bhayangkari Kota Bandung. Siswa ekstrakurikuler olahraga menunjukan derajat kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik dibandingkan siswa ekstrakurikuler non olahraga.

Abstract

According to previous research, problems are still found in the net game implementation. The problems are related to infrastructure and the absence of innovation in learning methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of net games and provide recommendations on how to implement the net games in Physical Education subject in elementary schools. The results of previous research on net games became the background for conducting the research using a systematic review method. The database for data search included Google Scholar, Taylor Francis, DOAJ, and Research Gate. From the four databases, 146 research on net games were found. For the systematic review stage, 20 studies were determined as the main sources of this study. From the 20 studies, findings to help solve problems occurring during the implementation of net games were found. The findings found from a table tennis game involved a happy bouncing ball, tennis bet modification, training methods, mini-pong, gender-based cooperative learning, audio-visual learning, Moodle courses, bet holding techniques, reciprocal teaching styles, and command learning styles. The findings found from the volleyball game included mini volleyball ball modification, 3 on 3 games, role-playing, libas game, faith-based methods in Islamic schools, Cooperative Learning Model, Tactical-Game, cooperative learning, Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD), and a playful approach in volleyball games. Based on the 20 studies, the upper-grade elementary school students could participate in net games well. When problems occurred, they could use the findings that have been described.

Abstract

This training aims to disseminate information about the meaning of student involvement in physical education activities that can be used as development instruments, especially for developing social capital, which is a provision in navigating life throughout their lives. Increasing teachers' understanding of the learning process in schools makes physical education activities a social movement with more advantages for the government and society to realize the community's social life as expected. This training was held at the Auditorium of the Graduate School, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The result of this training is that the participants are able to design the Social Capital Integration Model program in the Guidance and Development of Physical Education and Sports in the learning process. This training is an initial step to introduce participants to how to create a program to achieve the learning objectives.

Abstract

The implementation of sports activities and learning is carried out to improve performance. The meaning of the values of sports, as the most important thing of positive sports development, has not been sufficiently revealed. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the development and mastery of the students through the implementation of sport education models containing leadership content and without leadership content. This study used a quasi-experimental control group pre-post test design involving 80 students as the samples through the purposive sampling technique. The samples were divided into two groups of students taking handball game courses. The results showed that there were two influential things, namely intentionally simulated student learning and general students learning without simulation. Thus, a finding of interest in the study was that after implementation of sport education models containing leadership content, performance enhancement in a 27% difference in the application of the simulated education model. Meanwhile, there was no difference in handball games performance, which means that both of them were affected. Furthermore, the development of leadership had a greater influence than the increase in handball games performance with a 22% difference. It might be because the students gained valuable values from the handball learning experience through the sports education model that is useful for learners and coaches and can be applied in sports clubs and, most importantly, in educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the sport education model on physical self-concept and the learning outcomes of invasion game activities in physical education learning. This study used the PSCQ-C questionnaire to measure PSC and TGMD-2 to measure student learning outcomes. This research used experimental method. The research population were upper class students at SDN 178 Gegerkalong KPAD Bandung City, involving 42 students as samples. Based on the results of statistical test data research, the significance value of SEM on PSC pre-test and post-test was Sig. 0.000 0.05, indicating there was a significant difference. While the significance value of SEM on learning outcomes was Sig. 0.000 0.05. These results indicate that there was a significant difference in mean scores between the results of pre-test and post-test of PSC and learning outcomes of the student in invasion game.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the level of physical fitness at SD Negeri 178 Gegerkalong KPAD Bandung City, one of the partner schools of the PGSD Physical Education University of Indonesia. Researchers use purposive sampling, namely students aged 10-12 years consisting of 20 boys and 20 girls in class V. Quantitative descriptive methods were used in this research by describing the data in the form of numbers obtained through the physical fitness test (TKJI). The test components include running 40 meters, hanging bent elbows, lying down for 30 seconds, jumping upright, and running 600 meters. The researchers' findings showed that there were two people in the "Good" category (5%). In the "Medium" category, there were 17 people (42.5%). In the "Poor" category, there were 20 people (50%), and in the "Very Poor" category, there was one person (2.5%). It can be concluded that the 40 students aged 10-12 years, consisting of 20 boys and 20 girls at SD Negeri 178 Gegerkalong KPAD Bandung City, are in the poor category. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of students aged 10-12 years at SD Negeri 178 Gegerkalong KPAD Bandung City in 2023 is categorized as "Poor."

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya aktivitas fisik pada siswa baik di kota maupun desa sehingga menyebabkan tingginya perilaku sedenter yang mana dipengaruhi oleh status ekonomi orang tua. Adapun faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku sedenter anak yaitu lingkungan sekitar, pola asuh, dan latar belakang pekerjaan yang mempengaruhi peran orang tua dalam menunjang tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan level aktivitas fisik dan perilaku sedenter siswa berdasarkan wilayah domisili dan status ekonomi orang tua. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskripstif. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 6 sekolah dasar yang berada di kota dan desa di Kecamatan Indramayu dan Kecamatan Arahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster random sampling sehingga didapatkan hasil dengan jumlah sampel 99 siswa, yang terdiri dari kelas V di kota maupun desa dengan minimal usia 10 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner PAQ-C, ASAQ, dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS melalui Uji Independent Sample T-Test dan Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan level aktivitas fisik siswa berdasarkan wilayah domisili, terdapat perbedaan perilaku sedenter siswa berdasarkan wilayah domisili, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan level aktivitas fisik dan perilaku sedenter siswa berdasarkan wilayah domisili dan status ekonomi orang tua.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai kesesuaian alat dan fasilitas pembelajaran di SLB ABCD YPLAB Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh elemen yang mendukung pembelajaran penjas di sekolah SLB ABCD YPLAB Lembang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan Incidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini mengadaptasi dari penilaian ketersediaan alat Data dianalisis menggunakan tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Proses metode induktif digunakan yaitu untuk pengambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dapat ditarik kesimpulan, yakni dapat disimpulkan 66,67% layak dan 33,33% tidak layak mengenai kesesuaian alat dan fasilitas di SLB ABCD YPLAB Lembang yang sudah sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah. Alat dan fasilitas yang tersedia dimaksimalkan penggunaannya, sebaiknya guru perlu memanfaatkan fungsi dari alat yang sudah disediakan dengan memaksimalkan pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Using the right training method can maximize an athlete's talents and achievements to peak performance, the training method used can optimize a skill. The aim of this research is to determine the comparison of the SSG and TGT training methods on handball playing skills. The method used in this research was an experiment. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The instrument in this research for Handball playing skills uses The Handball Tactical Performance Evaluation (HTPE). The results of the analysis of athletes belonging to the SSG and TGT groups experienced a more significant increase in playing handball with a sig value of 0.000, however those belonging to the SSG group did not have a significant effect on the Sig value. of 0.859 which is greater than α 0.05. However, the SSG group gave an increase, although not big. The use of SSG training can be examined further across age and gender ranges at a later date to maximize research results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kelayakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani adaptif di dua sekolah luar biasa (SLB), yaitu SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang dan SLB D YPAC Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan kondisi sarana dan prasarana di kedua sekolah ini serta membandingkannya dengan standar yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 33 Tahun 2008 tentang sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah telah menyediakan fasilitas yang mendukung kegiatan pendidikan jasmani, namun terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam pemenuhan standar. SLB D YPAC Bandung lebih memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan dengan presentase (70,50%) layak dan (29,50%) tidak layak sementara SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang dengan persentase fasilitas (66,67%) layak dan (33,33%) tidak layak. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh kedua sekolah adalah keterbatasan anggaran dan kurangnya kesadaran mengenai pentingnya fasilitas inklusif, yang menjadi hambatan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih mendukung bagi siswa disabilitas. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani yang inklusif guna mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan jasmani di SLB.
