Abstract

Penggunaan media tanam seperti tanah yang baik semakin berkurang, maka diperlukan media alternatif berupa serbuk gergaji dan arang sekam yang ketersediaanya tinggi di lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman sawi (Brassica juncea L.) dan perbandingan yang optimum dengan penambahan arang sekam pada media tanam serbuk gergaji. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Greenhouse Prodi Biologi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry pada Oktober-November 2022, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial 4 perlakuan dengan 5 pengulangan, yaitu P0 = serbuk gergaji (1 : 0), P1 = serbuk gergaji + arang sekam (1 : 1), P2 = serbuk gergaji + arang sekam (1 : 2), dan P3 = serbuk gergaji + arang sekam (1 : 3). Analisis data menggunakan one way anova dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan tanaman sawi menggunakan media tanam serbuk gergaji dan arang sekam tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah daun, berat basah, dan berat kering tanaman sawi. Namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan klorofil dan distribusi stomata pada P1 dengan jenis stomata yaitu parasitik. Perbandingan media tanam serbuk gergaji dan arang sekam yang optimum terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi terdapat pada P1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of busines level strategy, free cash flow, leverage, profitability, sales growth and litigation risk on the earning management. The population is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Total sample is 39 companies based on Purposive Sampling methode. Technique of data analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 6.0 for Windows as data processing software program. The result show that (1) Busines Level Strategy effect on the Earning Management, (2) Free cash flow effect on the Earning Management, (3) Leverage effect on the Earning Management, (4) Profitability effect on the Earning Management, (5) Sales growth effect on the Earning Management, (6) Litigation Risk effect on the Earning Management. Based on the calculation of coefficient determination (R2) was 0.821 which means 82.1% of the independent variables in this study can affect the dependent variable. While the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other independent variable that are not observed in this study. Abstract

Vitamin C is an essential vitamin that cannot be synthesized by the human body. Both large red chilies and curly red chilies contain Vitamin C, which can help meet human nutritional needs. This research aimed to assess the Vitamin C content in Big Red Chili (Capsicum annum var. longum) and Curly Red Chili (Capsicum annum var. glabiusculum) using the Iodimetric Titration method, serving as a practical application for Biochemistry lab activities. The results indicate that the Vitamin C content in Big Red Chili is lower than that in Curly Red Chili. The average Vitamin C content in Big Red Chili is 243.02, while in Curly Red Chili it is 384.06. The Iodimetric Titration Method is useful for testing Vitamin C levels in different chili varieties during Biochemistry practicum activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan informasi dan membahas tentang Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Dalam Melaksanakan Penilaian Otentik kurikulum 2013 Melalui Kegiatan Supervisi Akademik di SD Negeri 188/IX Tanjung Baru. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 188/IX Tanjung Baru. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020 - 2021, yang dimulai pada bulan Januari 2021. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SD Negeri 188/IX Tanjung Baru yang berjumlah 7 orang. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat tahap peneletian mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan l instrumen observasi pengamatan, Catatan Lapangan bersifat positif maupun negatif serta data instrumen telaah dan observasi proses pembelajaran guru dalam merancang proses pembelajaran. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian otentik kurikulum 2013 yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya penilaian hasil belajar mulai dari pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II.

Abstract

Company has a goal of maximizing the value of the company, which aims to maximize shareholder prosperity. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence firm value. The variables used in this study are Financial Distress, Firm Size and Profitability. This research was conducted on property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method which resulted in 18 companies as research samples from a population of 48 companies. The research method used in this research is analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that financial distress has a negative and significant effect on profitability; firm size has a positive and significant effect on profitability; financial distress has no effect on firm value; firm size has no effect on firm value; profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value; profitability can mediate the relationship between financial distress and firm value; profitability cannot mediate the relationship between firm size and firm value.

Abstract

Avocado plants (Persea americana Mill) were introduced to Indonesia in the 18th century and thrive in tropical and subtropical regions. Indonesia is one of the major avocado-producing countries. Various efforts have been undertaken to optimize the quality, yield, and production of avocado plants, including the provision of essential nutrients in the growing medium. This study aims to optimize the growth of avocado plants by utilizing coffee husk waste in the planting medium. The research design employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with treatments of different doses of coffee husk waste: P0 (without coffee husk waste), P1 (300 g of coffee husk waste), P2 (400 g of coffee husk waste), P3 (500 g of coffee husk waste), and P4 (600 g of coffee husk waste). The parameter measured was the number of leaves 28 days after the application of coffee husk waste. The results showed that the most significant increase in the number of leaves was observed in the P4 treatment, with an average of 12.25 leaves.Key words: Avocado Plants growth, coffee husk waste

Abstract

The existence of an empirical phenomenon of an inconsistent relationship between stock returns and profitability, the inconsistency of macroeconomic influences with stock returns, and the inconsistency of previous research results on factors that affect stock returns are the main reasons behind this research, which questions whether DER, SG (MVA), inflation, and ROA affect stock returns and whether ROA is able to mediate the influence of DER, SG, MVA, and inflation on stock returns. The purpose of the study is to test and analyze whether DER, SG, MVA, inflation, and ROA affect stock returns and whether ROA is able to mediate the effect of DER, SG, MVA, and inflation on stock returns in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the IDX in 2018–2023. The sampling technique is a saturated sample; all populations are sampled. There are 8 companies that meet the qualifications in accordance with the specified population criteria. There are 79 samples from the 8 companies studied with the analysis method used, namely path analysis. At a significance level of 0.05 (5%), the results obtained show that DER, SG, inflation, and ROA have a direct effect on stock returns; MVA has no direct effect on stock returns. Profitability is able to mediate sales growth and MVA on stock returns, but it does not successfully mediate the influence between DER and inflation on stock returns.

Abstract

Performance contains components of competence and productivity results, so performance results are highly dependent on the level of individual ability in achieving them, especially organizational goals. Performance emphasizes the results of the functions of a job or what comes out (out-come). If you pay further attention to what happens in a job or position is a process that processes input into output (work results). This study aims to Organizational Culture and Leadership on Morale. Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance. The effect of Work Morale on Employee Performance. The influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Employee Morale and the influence of Leadership on Employee Performance through Morale.  In this study, the population was 100 employees of the Head Office of the Riaufiber Division of PT RAPP. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is sem. From the results of the study it was found that organizational culture and leadership affect morale and performance. Morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through morale. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through morale.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of mustahiq independence, assess the effects of economic sustainability, and evaluate the synergy of the pentahelix model on the acceptance and utilization of productive zakat funds to enhance long-term effectiveness, efficiency, and welfare. The population consists of 28,087 recipients of BAZNAS productive zakat programs in Riau Province, employing Quota Sampling to ensure group representation. Data analysis is conducted using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling) to assess the program's effects on economic independence and sustainability. The findings indicate that mustahiq independence, sustainability, and pentahelix synergy significantly influence productive zakat programs. However, only pentahelix synergy demonstrates a positive impact, while independence and sustainability have negative influences. This study’s novelty lies in its quantitative, holistic approach to measuring independence, sustainability, and pentahelix synergy. Additionally, the development of specific indicators for these variables is a new contribution, providing a foundation for future research employing robust statistical methods to enhance accuracy and relevance in diverse contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, company size, and ownership structure on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. The research population includes non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2023, with 76 companies selected as samples using a purposive sampling approach. The approach applied in this research is a quantitative approach, with data analysis using panel data regression using Eviews 12 software. The results show that profitability has a negative effect on CSR disclosure, company size has a positive effect on CSR disclosure, institutional ownership has a negative effect on CSR disclosure, while public ownership does not show a significant effect on CSR disclosure
