Abstract

Guru adalah aset utama sekolah, karena dengan kinerja guru yang baik maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Banyak faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui, menganalisa, dan menguji determinasi kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru, yang diukur melalui kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional guru pada Yayasan Prajnamitra Maiteya Pekanbaru, sebagai yayasan yang menaungi Sekolah Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Prajnamitra Maitreya Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 57 orang, yang dibagi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa bekerja dan unit kerja. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Sementara kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk keerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja guru berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine, test, and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational culture, and competence on job satisfaction and performance of Pekanbaru City Health Office employees. (2) To find out, test, and analyze the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. In this study, the population was all employees of the Pekanbaru City Health Office, namely 99 employees (Health Service Data for 2020). The sample is part of the population members. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample. The number of samples used in this study is all members of the population of the research object, as many as 99 respondents. The data collection technique used is the documentation of existing data in the agency and the distribution of questionnaires through the google form. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SEM Structural Equation Analysis model with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study show that the increase in performance can increase is really influenced by high employee motivation. Organizational culture has no significant impact on employee job satisfaction at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. Employee competence is proven to have a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. Employee work motivation does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee work organizational culture does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Employee competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and communication on organizational commitment and employee performance at the Rokan Hulu General Hospital. The data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and employee data. The population in this study were employees of the Rokan Hulu General Hospital, the sample selection used the total sample method, with a total sample of 114 people. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance, motivation had no significant effect on organizational commitment, communication had no significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on organizational commitment, and motivation has a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, workload, and work discipline on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The number of samples in this study was the entire study population of 45 teachers at the Pekanbaru Akramunas Foundation. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. This study uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) to prove that job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction; workload has an insignificant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction; Work stress has no significant positive effect on teacher performance; Workload has no significant positive effect on work performance; Work Discipline has no significant negative effect on work performance and. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and workload on job satisfaction and performance of the Pekanbaru Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The number of samples in this study was the entire population of the study as many as 79 personnel of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pekanbaru Police. Data collection techniques with Interval. This study uses SEM PLS Models. The results show that organizational culture has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction and workload has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction of the Criminal Investigation Police personnel. Pekanbaru. But organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance and workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Pekanbaru Police Criminal Investigation Unit. While job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Pekanbaru Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi informasi (TI), situasi pandemi COVID-19, serta himbauan pembelajaran daring ataupun jarak jauh oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) di tahun 2020 memacu pemanfaatan TI di dunia pendidikan. Salah satu perguruan tinggi XYZ di Kota Pekanbaru turut mengindahkan himbauan ini dan mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk menunjang proses bisnisnya di tengah pandemi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penyelesaian evaluasi besaran kapabilitas tata kelola yang belum pernah dilaksanakan XYZ. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi posisi kapabilitas tata kelola TI bagi XYZ, serta dapat menjadi acuan penelitian serupa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi campuran dan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019. Berdasarkan RACI chart COBIT 2019, dipilih seorang kepala pengelolaan TI beserta dua orang stafnya, dan seorang kepala kepegawaian sebagai responden. Hasilnya, ditemukan kapabilitas BAI02 berada pada level 2, APO04, APO07, BAI03, DSS01, DSS05 berada pada level 1, BAI11 dan DSS04 berada pada level 0, dimana keseluruhan capaian ini belum mencapai tingkat ekspektasi yang berada pada level 3. Beberapa saran rekomendasi terkait hasil temuan mencakup harus diupayakannya pembenahan pengelolaan proyek TI, pengelolaan kebutuhan SDM, peninjauan keamanan TI, dan rekomendasi lainnya.

Abstract

In order to ensure tax compliance and encourage transparency and efficiency in state revenue collection, the Indonesian government continues to make efforts to increase understanding and awareness regarding tax regulations among stakeholders. This research provides significant benefits for all participants and can be a first step in building a community of accountants who are more competent and skilled in dealing with the dynamics of taxation in this ever-evolving era. This research method is a literature study, analysis of learning needs, development of teaching materials, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed teaching materials. The conclusion of this study is the importance of a deep understanding of the rules and procedures related to Withholding Tax. In this context, accountants play a central role in assisting companies or their clients in fulfilling their tax obligations and avoiding administrative or criminal sanctions. It is hoped that accountants will have a better understanding of legal provisions, tax rates, withholding and reporting procedures, as well as recent changes in tax regulations regarding withholding tax.

Abstract

Education has a strategic function to achieve the national goals of the Indonesian nation as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution. Schools as the institutions that provide formal education need to ensure the quality of education offered by all teachers. Teachers as professional educators are at the forefront of a school. Schools continue to strive to improve the quality of education and services, by focusing on job satisfaction and improving teacher performance in order to provide the best quality education and services to students. This study aims to analyze the effect of pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, professional competence on job satisfaction and performance of vocational school teachers at the Prajnamitra Maitreya Foundation, Riau. The number of samples in this study was 55 teachers. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis with path analysis. By using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares), this study proves that personality competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Pedagogic competence, social competence, and professional competence have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Personal competence and professional competence also have a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance Pedagogic competence, social competence, and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Competence, on the motivation and performance of teachers in SMA in Tapung District. The method used in collecting data in this research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri in Tapung sub-district with a total of 112 teachers. The sample of this study used the Stratified Random Sampling method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that Organizational Commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on Motivation, Competence had a positive and insignificant effect on Performance, and Organizational Commitment had a positive and insignificant effect on motivation. on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance in high school teachers in Tapung District.

Abstract

Pendidikan nonformal adalah jalur pendidikan diluar pendidikan formal yang dapat dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang. Filosofi pendidikan nonformal adalah bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap pada diri peserta didik yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Lembaga pendidikan nonformal menyediakan kesempatan pembelajaran bagi warga negara yang tidak sempat menyicipi pendidikan formal melalui pengembangan potensi peserta didik. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tata kelola manajemen pada lembaga pendidikan nonformal. Adapun metode kegiatan adalah melalui seminar tatap muka langsung. Harapan yang diinginkan adalah tercapaianya teta kelola manajemen yang baik pada lembaga pendidikan nonformal.
