Abstract

UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam pemulihan perekonomian terutama ketika tejadi krisis. Karena pentingnya peran UMKM dalam perekonomian suatu negara maka Kementrian Pendidikan , Kebudayaan , Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) menggelar suatu program kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa dan diharapkan melahirkan wirausaha muda. Program tersebut adalah Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK) dan program ini dilaksanakan di 17 perguruan tinggi diseluruh Indonesia. Universitas Riau menjadi salah satu perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan dan mendukung program wirausaha merdeka dengan tema kegiatan Wirausaha Merdeka Akselerasi Pertumbuhan Enterprenuer Muda (WMK Aksi Pemuda). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 200 kelompok atau diikuti oleh 1001 mahasiswa yang nantinya akan menampilkan hasil prototype produk yang akan dibimbing oleh dosen pembimbing lapangan atau konsultan bisnis

Abstract

Memasuki era globalisasi, kecenderungan jiwa manusia dipengaruhi oleh permainan cyber digital lebih kuat, sehingga setiap orang bisa mengakses informasi yang ada di mana saja. Ketidakterbatasan ini menyebabkan salah satu fungsi pokok penegakan kedaulatan bangsa adalah tentang rasa nasionalisme terhadap bangsanya sendiri. Peran pemuda sangat dibutuhkan sehingga mampu menjadi penopang pembangunan bangsa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempertahankan dan menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme kebangsaan pemuda Indonesia. Adapun metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui seminar tatap muka. Harapan yang diinginkan adalah terjadinya penumbuhan rasa kebangsaan terhadap negara kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

Abstract

Pelatihan bootcamp ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Lancang Kuning di Kota Pekanbaru. Pelaksanaan pelatihan didasari atas dasar minimnya pemahaman peserta terkait metode penelitian kualitatif beserta metode pengolahan datanya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan screening awal yang dilakukan melalui sesi diskusi dengan peserta pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil screening, diketahui bahwa peserta pelatihan menganggap metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode yang rumit dan tidak familiar, sehingga lebih memilih metode kuantitatif untuk pengumpulan dan pengolahan data karya akhir. Sebagai upaya penyelesaian masalah ini, peserta dibekali pengetahuan mengenai teori-teori dasar metode kualitatif, contoh-contoh judul kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif, hingga praktik penggunaan software/aplikasi pengolahan data Atlas.ti yang dilakukan menggunakan data kualitatif yang tersedia. Hasilnya, keseluruhan peserta berhasil menyelesaikan praktik pengolahan data kualitatif dan mendapatkan gambaran terkait metode penelitian kualitatif beserta bentuk datanya.

Abstract

The barge burning event go gue cap lak is a local tradition of the Chinese community in Bagansiapiapi. This event is a cultural ritual event for the people of the east coast of Sumatra Island. The event has had an economic effect on the people of Bagansiapiapi City at large. The research was conducted by observation, unstructured in-depth interviews, and literature study. The Baking Barge go gue cap lak tradition event was analyzed from the perspective of the potential local revenue generated on the economic activity conditions of the people of Bagansiapiapi City, namely by using a SWOT analysis technique (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) systematically. The barge-burning cultural event is a unique and specific cultural event for the people of the east coast of Sumatra. The barge-burning cultural event is able to attract thousands of local and foreign tourists. The barge-burning cultural event has a great economic effect on local revenue of the Rokan Hilir district government.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Prajnamitra Maitreya Pekanbaru Foundation faces the challenge of increasing teacher job satisfaction through the application of a school organizational culture with characteristics of educational background, ethnicity, religion, and different character and mindset of teachers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on teachers’ job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was the entire study population of 57 teachers at Prajnamitra Maitreya Foundation Pekanbaru. The Likert Scale is used for collecting survey data. This research using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) for revealed that organizational culture has significant effect on job satisfaction

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in corporate leadership, significantly reshaping how organizations operate and adapt in an increasingly digital world. As AI continues to evolve, understanding its impact on leadership practices is crucial for organizations seeking to stay competitive. This study employs a Rapid Literature Review approach to explore AI's beneficial impacts on corporate leadership over the last five years, synthesizing findings from 21 research articles. The PRISMA 2020 framework is used to select the articles for review, and Atlas.ti is applied to identify patterns in the literature and label the findings. The analysis reveals five key domains where AI demonstrates significant benefits, including building trust and ethical governance, enhancing decision-making and strategic insights, improving collaboration and team dynamics, increasing operational efficiency and productivity, and fostering emerging leadership dimensions. The findings highlight how AI embeds transparency and accountability, supports data-driven decision-making, and optimizes human resource processes. Additionally, AI fosters innovation by enabling leaders to adopt inclusive practices. This study provides valuable insights for leaders seeking to leverage AI for sustainable growth, emphasizing its potential in reshaping corporate leadership. By understanding and implementing these benefits, organizations can position themselves to thrive in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of the leadership style of the work environment and compensation on job satisfaction and performance of public high school teachers in Tandun and Ujung Batu sub-districts. The motivation for this research is to form a research model in the field of education, especially teacher satisfaction and performance. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all public high school teachers in Tandun and Ujung Batu sub-districts. The sample selection technique uses the census method. The sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. Data analysis techniques use the Smart PLS application. The conclusion of this study is that the conceptual model can be used to test the model of job satisfaction and teacher performance. Recommendations for subsequent research are to use the conceptual model that has been made and test the hypothesis on current research objects and other research objects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interface quality of the Research and Community Service Information System (SIPP) at Universitas XYZ using Ben Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules. SIPP plays an essential role in managing research and community service activities carried out by university lecturers. However, no previous studies have specifically evaluated the system’s interface design in accordance with recognized user interface principles. This research adopts a qualitative approach through two main methods: participatory observation and expert review. The researcher actively used the system as a user to identify real-world usability issues, while the expert review involved a practitioner with UI/UX expertise. The analysis revealed that several principles of the Eight Golden Rules have not yet been fully implemented, such as limited feedback on user actions, absence of shortcuts to facilitate navigation, and a lack of confirmation prompts during critical operations. Based on these findings, interface improvement recommendations were developed in the form of wireframes using Balsamiq Cloud to enhance usability, control, and efficiency for lecturers at Universitas XYZ as system’s primary users.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the trends and implementation of Virtual Reality (VR) in employee training in Indonesia through a systematic literature review of 18 articles published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis shows that the use of VR in employee training began to develop in 2020 and has increased rapidly in the past five years. VR applications span various sectors such as construction, energy, healthcare, fintech, MSMEs, and tourism. The types of training developed include technical simulations, occupational safety, soft skills development, leadership, and disaster preparedness. Furthermore, recent trends show the integration of VR with other technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality. These findings confirm that VR has become a strategic approach in developing employee competencies across sectors in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital marketing, brand image, and service quality on purchasing decisions at One Street Food in Pekanbaru. The population in this study consists of 19,000 visitors to OSF in Pekanbaru. The data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the aid of statistical software. The population for this research consists of consumers who made purchases at One Street Food Pekanbaru. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, amounting to 100 people, and the sample will be taken using the accidental sampling method. The data analysis in this study employs multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Based on the research findings, it was found that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at One Street Food in Pekanbaru. It is recommended that One Street Food (OSF) in Pekanbaru should consistently pay attention to how to create a strong brand image to foster purchasing decisions, particularly in terms of increasing the variety of tenants available for selection, so that the brand image applied to OSF can further enhance consumer purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada One Street Food di Pekanbaru. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 19.000 pengujung OSF di Pekanbaru. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software statistic. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada One Street Food Pekanbaru. Sedangkan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 100 orang dan akan diambil dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada One Strett Food di Pekanbaru. Disarankan kepada One Street Food (OSF) di Pekanbaru untuk diharapkan selalu memperhatikan dengan baik bagaimana cara menciptakan citra merek yang baik agar mampu menciptakan keputusan pembelian. Terutama terkait cara meningkatkan ragam tenant untuk dipilih, sehingga citra merek yang diterapkan pada OSF dapat lebih meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.
