Abstract

PT. Samco Farma merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri farmasi yang memproduksi obat. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah masalah perawatan (maintenance) pada mesin. Salah satu hambatan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam produksi adalah terjadinya downtime pada mesin. Downtime meliputi mesin berhenti beroperasi akibat kerusakan mesin atau peralatan, bongkar pasang sparepart, pelaksanaan prosedur setup adjustment dan lain-lainnya. Downtime juga sangat berpengaruh pada perusahaan yang mengakibatkan tidak efisiennya tingkat produksi sehingga target produksi tidak tercapai dan menimbulkan deffect yang banyak. Penelitian ini mengukur nilai OEE pada mesin cartoning selama bulan Januari-Juni 2022 dan menganalisis nilai tersebut. Nilai OEE yang diperoleh secara berturut-turut dalam 6 bulan adalah 72,23%, 64,18%, 73,61%, 67,36%, 60,36%,dan 71,62% nilai tersebut masuk kedalam kategori sedang yaitu dibawah standar OEE 85%. Penyebab tidak tercapainya nilai OEE karena rendahnya nilai rate of quality yang disebabkan oleh tinggi rendahnya jumlah deffect yang dipengaruhi oleh downtime disetiap bulannya. Kata kunci: OEE, Effectiveness, Cartoning Machine, Maintenance, Product Packaging

Abstract

Dibentuknya Telkom Coorporate University Center (TCUC) oleh PT.Telkom Indonesia Tbk menjadi bukti pelaksanaan konsep Learning Organization (LO), namun fakta dilapangan menunjukan adanya perilaku kerja karyawan TCUC yang masih negatif.Untuk melihat ada pengaruh dari pelaksanaan LOterhadap perilaku kerja karyawan dilakukan pengukuran pengaruh antara kedua variabel.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapat dari hasil wawancara, kuesioner, dan survey lapangan sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari sumber literature.Metode yang digunakan untuk melihat pengaruh antara dua variabel menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), metode ini memungkinkan untuk mengatasi ketidak normalan data walaupun skala yang digunakan berupa skala likert sehingga tetap memberikan hasil yang akurat. Dalam penelitian ini variabel learning organization di turunkan menjadi indikator sebagai berikut: Personal Mastery (PM), Mental Model (MM), Shared Vision (SH), System Thinking (ST), Team Learning (TL). Sedangkan Perilaku Kerja Karyawan di turunkan menjadi indikator sebagai berikut: Social Relationship (SR), Vocational Skill (VS), Work Motivation (WM), Initiative-Confidence (IC).Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara PM-VS, PM-WM, MM-SR, MM-VS, MM-WM, ST-WM, ST-IC.Dengan hasil yang didapat maka harus ada upaya yang fokus pada perbaikan aspekLO yang berhubungan dengan prilaku karyawan.

Abstract

Legal certainty in the area of geothermal energy exploitation is very important to ensure the sustainability of geothermal operations in Indonesia. One interesting case to be analyzed is the joint operation contract in the Dieng and Patuha areas. Legal certainty regarding geothermal licensing in these areas has a significant impact on investment and the development of geothermal technology in Indonesia. This study aims to find out the legal status of the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 2789 K/30/MEM/2012 and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 2192K/30/MEM/2014 reviewed with the licensing theory and legal certainty theory. This study uses a normative legal method with a juridical-normative approach. The results found that the legal product from the geothermal authority in the form of a Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources concerning Affirmation of the Working Area for Geothermal Resources Concession has an impact on the absence of legal certainty even though the existing regulations are sufficient to regulate geothermal permits. Abstract

The development of private forests can provide benefits for farmers because timber commodity has a good selling point. In addition, there is added value if the farmer combining forestry commodity with other commodities such as fruits and crops. Farmers in the Cibatok Dua Village develop private forests and earn additional income for their household needs. This study aims to calculate the contribution of agroforestry in the management of private forests in Cibatok Dua Village to farmers income and identify the types of forestry plants, fruit trees, and the types of agricultural crops with agroforestry systems in the Cibatok Dua Village. The results showed that farmers develop simple agroforestry system with intercropping patterns. That system combining forest trees and agricultural crops as well as fruits between them. The tree that planted was Albisia (Albizia moluccana) and intercropped plants were banana, papaya, coconut, sweet potato, cassava, maize, yam, cloves, pandan, and galangal. Yields from community forests contributes 36% of the total income of farmers. Based on the financial analysis performed by the Discounted Cash Flow method, obtained NPV of Rp 64,197,125, IRR 15%, and Net B / C 2. It means that private forest management by Cibatok Dua Village farmers is financially feasible.

Abstract

The continuity and development of the cake production business needs to be maintained with steps to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore, an effort is needed using a method in determining the right combination of production factors from the products made and the combination of products produced. This problem can be overcome by creating an optimization model using the simplex method. The simplex method is a method that mathematically starts from a basic feasible solution to another basic feasible solution and is done repeatedly (iterative) so that finally an optimal basic solution is obtained. The optimum value is obtained by analyzing whether the resources have been fully used (scarce) or excessively (Abundant) used with the optimal simplex table approach. Based on the results of iteration 3, it is obtained that line Z no longer has a negative value so that the solution obtained is optimal, meaning that Rosalina Bakery cake shop if you want to get maximum profit, it produces brownie cakes (x1) as much as 3.3333; Bolu Pandan (x2) as much as 8.6667. The maximum profit will be achieved at Rp 93,999.9 rounded up to Rp 94.000,- per day. Abstract

Plastic is one of the human needs in everyday life, as a place to wrap food and drinks, because plastic is practical, clean, and makes it easy for humans. Plastic is also an artificial inorganic material composed of chemicals that are quite harmful to the environment. To deal with plastic waste, a way is needed, to process the plastic waste into materials that are more useful and also have benefits for nature, one way is by recycling the plastic waste into fuel, namely fuel in the form of oil. By processing plastic waste into fuel oil, besides being able to reduce plastic waste, we can also save petroleum supplies in nature. In addition, the oil produced from this plastic also has a calorific value that is quite high on par with fossil fuels such as gasoline and diesel. The purpose of this research is to create a new tool size and create a new tool design from existing plastic waste processing equipment. The research method that the author uses is a field study method by analyzing existing waste processing equipment into liquid fuel and modifying the tool with Solidworks Software. In modifying the plastic waste processing equipment into liquid fuel, the first step is to modify the frame size which is more compact and not much free space and in modifying the design of the plastic waste processing equipment to become liquid fuel, the design is more attractive and elegant, while also prioritizing safety. Keyword: Oil, Design, Waste, Plastic, Solidworks

Abstract

This study aims to determine the root causes of waste in the reactor washing process and blending tank in the Department Production 2 PT. Pardic Jaya Chemicals which causes excessive costs or expenses if it is not identified what is the main cause of the problem. The research method used is root cause analysis (RCA) with Cause and EffectAnalysis or Fishbone Diagram. The results of the root cause research found several main factors, including differences in perception, limited tools, contaminated air and the character of the resin that was too solid. Proposed improvements to overcome this problem are by refreshing the work instructions, replacing the washing solvent with ethyl acetate by using distilled ethyl acetate (ETAC Ex-Dist) and adding N2 gas (Nitrogen) into the washing solvent. Keywords: Waste, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, proposed improvement plan, solvent

Abstract

PT. Prisma Engineering Unggul is an engineering company and manufacturer of engineering transportation equipment, designing and manufacturing engineering products specifically for off-road applications used in the mining, oil and gas, agroforestry and transportation sectors. Production machine layout at PT. Prisma Engineering Unggul has not followed the layout of the production area in accordance with the flow of the material handling process. So the machines are still very close together or far apart, so that a lot of materials and products are scattered about in the wrong place, causing buildup and making it difficult to walk in the production area. Objectives To find out the best spacing layouts for arranging production machines using the systematic layout planning (SLP) method and ARC (Activity Relationship Chart),ARD (Activity Relationship Diagram tools using field study methods, linear studies, brainstorming (brainstorming/feedback). Based on the method (SLP) can determine the relationship between the activities of the relationship between machines can produce machine layout to be based on production flow. For the proposed layout of the machine distances that have been made, it can be seen that the machines are neater in sequence with the flow of material. So that the activity of moving material is lower and the total time is relatively short, production results can also be placed not scattered and make it easier to walk in the production area.Keywords : SLP, ARC, ARD, Layout, Machine Distance.

Abstract

This paper contains a model to determine the optimal production level in batch size and determine the delivery pattern to minimize shortages and expiration. This paper is part of a case study on traditional tofu small and medium enterprises located in Cianjur, West Java. One of the problems that are often faced is the frequent occurrence of shortages and expiration due to inappropriate daily production levels and the length of time for product delivery to traditional markets in the surrounding area. There are three important steps in this paper, namely 1) determining the optimal daily production level based on cost criteria, 2) determining the order of product distribution to several retailers by considering the savings in distance or travel time, 3) determining the schedule of production and distribution activities taking into account the age of the product, namely one day. The method used to determine the daily production level is to make a mathematical model by considering the costs due to shortages, namely lost sales costs and losses due to expiration (expired costs). The model is validated by numerical method. Meanwhile, to determine the delivery pattern, the saving matrix method (Nyoman Pujawan) is used. From the calculation results, the optimal daily production level is 5000 units which is equivalent to 3.125 batches, with the production start time from 14.00 to 23.00. Product delivery is divided into 3 groups or shipping routes, namely group 1 distribution to retail 1 and 5, group 2 distribution to retail 2 and 3, while the last route is to retail 4. The shipping process uses one fleet starting from 23.00 to 05.00. In this case the company only has one fleet.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berisi mengenai model optimasi  untuk menentukan tingkat produksi optimum bagi produk-produk berumur pendek atau produk katagori cepat rusak (perishable products). Pada tahun 2020 penulis telah mengembangkan model optimasi untuk menentukan tingkat produksi optimum untuk produk tunggal (single item) bagi produk katagori umur pendek atau cepat rusak (perishable products). Dalam tulisan ini penulis mengembangkan model tersebut untuk produk ganda atau multi produk (multi item). Variable biaya yang dipertimbangkan dalam model ini sama dengan model  single item yaitu diantaranya, biaya produksi, biaya set-up, biaya penyimpanan dan biaya kadaluarsa (expired cost). Model yang dikembangkan berangkat dari system produksi yang menganut system produksi batch (batch production system). Pada model multi item ini semua produk menggunakan fasilitas yang sama sehingga kegiatan produksi untuk tiap item dilakukan secara bergantian dengan mengikuti ukuran batch tertentu. Model optimasi yang dikembangkan adalah untuk menentukan ukuran batch setiap item dalam tiap putaran produksi sehingga dapat meminimasi biaya total, meminimasi kelangkaan serta mengurangi penumpukan yang berakibat terhadap terjadinya kadaluarsa. Konstrain yang dipertimbangkan adalah kapasitas, demand, dan life time (umur produk). Validasi model dilakukan secara matematis dan empiris. Secara matematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep turunan, sedangkan empiris menggunakan contoh kasus ril di lapangan.Penulis  berharap model ini akan memberikan manfaat praktis bagi para praktisi maupun bagi kalangan akademisi khususnya mahasiswa.
