Abstract

The Studies were carried done to determine how much impact educational costs, teaching staff, amenities and excellent service have on the contentment of parents in the Yayasan Tasik (Taman Anak Sholeh Ibnu Katsir) Batam. This research was carried out using a survey method with a Google Form questionnaire to the parents of the Batam Sholeh Ibnu Katsir Children's Foundation (TASIK) Foundation (TASIK) with a sample size of 40 parents. The technique for sampling uses a method of sampling (Census / Saturated), namely sample selection method If every person in the population is sampled. Hypothesis methods are analyzed using statistical techniques, namely validation tests, reliability tests, determination tests, simple regression tests, multiple regression analysis tests, T statistical tests, and F statistical tests, using the SPSS For Windows Version 25 application. The research results show that tuition fees have a negative and insignificant effect on parent satisfaction. Educators have a noteworthy and favorable influence on the contentment with student parentsThe service excellence has a substantial and favorable impact on parent contentment. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on parent contentment.

Abstract

Batam is a city where quite a lot of people have opened and owned digital printing and offset printing businesses for the needs of consumers in producing their products. So the influence of price, product diversity, digital promotions and place becomes a combination for consumers to determine their purchasing interest. This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, product diversity, digital promotions and location at the Shanghai Studio Store in Batam City. This research uses a causality design with a population of 1 million people. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, totaling 100 people. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the test show that price, digital promotion and place have no partial effect on consumer buying interest, while product diversity has a partial effect on consumer buying interest. Price, product diversity, digital promotions and place simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

Employee development greatly affects the development of the organization. Professionally developed employees can bring various benefits to the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderation variable in Batamindo Industrial Park companies. Human resource development aims to increase employee knowledge in terms of knowledge and practice skills through education, training, non-training and learning tasks. Furthermore, employee performance is the quality of work results, quantity of work, attendance and teamwork ability. This study uses a qualitative approach with a correlational associative research method by distributing questionnaires to employees June-July 2023 using a google form. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that leadership variables and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is due to HR development that is not implemented properly or without a mature plan so that it does not have a significant impact. Poor execution and lack of support from management. Organizational commitment is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of leadership and human resource development on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of talent management, work environment, and competence on employee performance at the Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Industry, and Trade Office of Bintan Regency. The population in this study amounted to 80 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population became the sample, namely 80 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out with a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collected data were processed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that partially, Talent Management has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of <0.001 (<0.05), Work Environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05), and Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of <0.001 (<0.05). Simultaneously, talent management, work environment, and competence have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of <0.001 (<0.05). The Adjusted R Square value is 0.999 or 99.9%, which means that talent management, work environment, and competence are able to explain 99.9% of employee performance variations, while the remaining 0.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Batam City District Office. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Batam City District Office, totaling 75 people. Because the population is less than 100 people, the sampling technique used is a census technique, so that the entire population was used as research respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. Data processing and analysis were carried out with the help of the SPSS program through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Requirements, Service Procedures, Service Time, and Service Rates on Public Satisfaction at the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batam City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were the community who use services at the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Batam City, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. Data processing and analysis were carried out using the SPSS program.The results of the study indicate that simultaneously Service Requirements, Service Procedures, Service Time, and Service Rates have a positive and significant effect on Public Satisfaction, as evidenced by the F-count value of 90.847 which is greater than the F-table of 2.47 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially, Service Requirements have a significant effect on Public Satisfaction with a t-count value of 9.712> t-table 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Service Procedures also have a significant effect on Public Satisfaction with a t-count value of 16.113> t-table 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Service Time has a significant effect on Public Satisfaction with a t-count value of 6.482> t-table 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, Service Rates have the most dominant and significant influence on Public Satisfaction with a t-count value of 17.603 > t-table 1.985 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that improving service quality in all aspects will have an impact on increasing public satisfaction.
