Abstract

Regenerasi pembinaan atlet pada olahraga pendidikan melalui pemasalan dan pembibitan bisa dilakukan melalui jalur ekstrakurikuler yang dilakukan pada sekolah. Ekstrakurikuler yang merupakan program sekolah tidak bisa dibiarkan sebagai program yang berada diluar sistem pembinaan. Ekstrakurikuler bisa dijadikan dasar dalam sebuah sistem pembinaan yang berjenjang. Kerjasama, koordinasi serta memaksimalkan semua program yang menjadi bagian dalam suatu lapisan pembinaan dalam sebuah instansi maupun organisasi akan menjadi solusi yang berharga dalam pelaksanaan sistem pembinaan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sekolah penyelenggara ekstrakurikuler sepakbola (2) Pengurus sepakbola (3) Instansi olahraga yang berada di lingkungan Kabupaten Banyumas, dan (4) Peserta, atlet dan pelatih sepakbola. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa dokumen maupun deskripsi mengenai permasalahan, hambatan dan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan mengenai pembinaan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola, sistem pembinaan sepakbola dan sistem pembinaan olahragadi Kabupaten Banyumas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Sekolah penyelenggaraekstrakuriukuler sepakbola belum memiliki sistem dalam melaksanakan program ekstrakurikuler, (2) Sistem pembinaan sepakbola di Banyumas belum terprogram secara berkelanjutan, (3) Sistem pembinaan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di Kabupaten Banyumas yang belum berjalan merupakan imbas dari berbagai hambatan yang perlu dicarikan solusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti merekomendasikan : (1) Perlu dirancang model ideal pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler sepakbola yang dapat dijadikan solusi dalam pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah, (2) Model ideal sistem pembinaan ekstrakurikuler sepakbolas ebagai dasar pembibitan atlet di Kabupaten Banyumas sebagai solusi yang dapat digunakan pada sistem pembinaan sepakbola di Kabupaten Banyumas.  Kata-kata kunci : pembinaan, ekstrakurikuler, sepakbola.

Abstract

Media swimcard merupakan perantara dalam proses pembelajaran yang digunakan untukmeningkatkan kemampuan kognitif serta psikomotorik siswa SLB. Metode pelaksanaanpengabdian ini dilakukan dengan berproses pada empat macam, yaitu membuat planning,melakukan tindakan, mengobservasi dan menilai serta merefleksi. Hasil pengabdian dislb surya bunda adalah berhasil, terbukti dilihat dari kemampuan sebelum dankemampuan sesudah di tes setelah mendapatkan sosialisasi swimcard renang gaya bebas.Peningkatan kemampuan kognitif dirangsang oleh media bergambar yang menstimulussiswa untuk lebih mengetahu gerakan renang gaya bebas yang baik dan benar. Programpengabdian kepada masyarakat di slb hendaknya kita tingkatkan, terbukti dengandilaksanakannya program sosialisasi swimcard di slb surya bunda mempunyai efek yangpositif, sebagai berikut, Siswa menjadi lebih antusias dalam belajar pendidikan jasmaniterutama materi aktifitas air(renang gaya bebas), Siswa lebih menguasai pemahamangaya bebas dari segi teknik gerakannya, Terobosan inovasi swimcard menjadikan nilailebih dalam siswa belajar, Sebelum terjun kea rah praktek gerakan siswa akan lebihmengetahui arah dan tujuan gerak yang ingin atau akan dicapai, Sebagai usahapeningkatan literasi pendidikan jasmani di sekolah.

Abstract

Sports game is one of game and sport material that aims to develop learners’ motor coordination through team play activities. Not all schools teach all the materials in big ball games. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to develop a great ball game that can develop motor coordination skills of learners. Development procedures used; 1) analyzing the products that will be developed, 2) develop initial product, 3) validation experts, 4) field trial, 5) revision of the product, and the results of product development. Instruments used; 1) the data of pulse capture, (2) the questionnaire related to the learner psychomotor responses, cognitive, and affective (3) observation of the effectiveness of the basic techniques used in the product. Results of this study that have been found; (1) TEAMS SPORT products games, (2) the effectiveness of game products to increase physical activities of students, (3) the TEAMS SPORT game can overcome the limitations of the instructional time allocation, (4) the complexity of motor coordination skill. The conclusion are the use of SPORT TEAMS game product in learning gives the effect to the physical intensity, can cope with limited facilities and infrastructure, can overcome the limitations of instructional time allocation, and provide an experience of complex motor coordination. Suggestions for Sports teachers in high school to use this game at school, in learning a great ball game high school class X.

Abstract

The Covid-19 phenomenon has forced PJOK learning activities to be carried out online. This study aims to find out how the implementation of PJOK learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at State Junior High Schools in Tonjong District, Brebes Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of the research is a public junior high school in the District of Tonjong. The results showed that learning plans such as silabus and RPP were sourced from the MGMP, while teaching materials and assessment instruments had their own guidelines for each school. The method used is online. The media used is Whatsapp. The implementation of learning is not in accordance with the existing RPP. Learning evaluation is carried out on all aspects including affective aspects through observation, cognitive aspects through quizzes, and psychomotor aspects through practice videos. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in the aspect of learning planning it has been implemented well. In the aspect of implementing learning, teachers have not utilized the current technology, such as zoom or google meet. In the evaluation aspect, all aspects of the assessment have been carried out. One of the obstacles in PJOK learning activities is the limited quota and network, and there are some students who do not have mobile phones.

By general implementation activity use Aras Mezzo approach , namely empowerment done with use group as an intervention medium : education and training, as well dynamics divided groups _ become three stages , ie stage preparation , stage implementation , and stages evaluation and monitoring. Abstract

The aim of the researcher through this research is to produce game media products to facilitate physical fitness learning in fourth grade elementary schools. This research is a research and development (R&D). The results of the initial product expert validation obtained an average (83.3%) very good. With the revision, the safety of students and equipment was adjusted to the characteristics of elementary school students. The results of small-scale trials obtained on average (83.61%) were very good. The expert's revision results stated that it was feasible to use. The results of large-scale trials obtained on average (89.38%) are very good. Based on the results of the research analysis, the puzzle run game media can be used as a medium for learning physical fitness activities in elementary schools. suggestions for physical education teachers, it is hoped that they can use this media for learning physical fitness activities according to the media use book so that they can help students become more active and enthusiastic about participating in physical education learning at school.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of the research is a public junior high school in the District of Boja. The subjects in this study were principals, PJOK teachers, and students at state junior high schools throughout Boja District. The results showed that learning plans such as syllabus and lesson plans were sourced from the MGMP, while the implementation of learning was not in accordance with the existing lesson plans or could be said to adjust to the situation. The learning method used is the online method. The learning media used are Google Classroom, Zoom, Whatsapp and Goggle Drive. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in the aspect of learning planning it has been implemented quite well or not optimally. In the aspect of learning implementation, teachers have not used current technology, such as zoom or google classroom. In the evaluation aspect, all aspects of the assessment have been carried out. One of the obstacles in PJOK learning activities is unstable signal, limited quota and network, and there are some students who do not have mobile phones.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of pass and move training on improving the passing and control abilities of U-15 football athletes at the Kendal R19 Academy. The research method uses experimental research with a population and sample of 20 athletes. The results of the first hypothesis research obtained were 19.304 > t table 2.093 with a percentage increase of 33% so that there was an increase in passing ability in the U-15 football athlete at the Kendal Academy of R19. The second hypothesis is that the t value is 9.037 > t table 2.093 with a percentage increase of 28% so that there is an increase in the ability to control the U-15 football athletes at the Kendal Academy of R19. In conclusion, there is an effect of pass and move training on passing ability in U-15 soccer athletes at Kendal R19 Academy. There is also the effect of pass and move training on the control ability of U-15 soccer athletes at the Kendal R19 Academy. So that pass and move training can be a training reference that can improve the athlete's passing and control abilities.

Abstract

The speed of football players is also useful for running speed, changing direction and speed in shooting and kicking the ball. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of running with the ball exercise on the results of dribbling speed on Cahaya Gunung female team Kendal Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the one group post test and pre test design research design. The object of this research is 16 players. The data analysis technique used the t test with a significant level of 5% or 0.05. The results of the t test on the hypothesis obtained the value of t count 8.938 > t table 2.074, the results concluded that there was an effect of the running with the ball training method on the results of dribbling speed on Cahaya Gunung female team Kendal Regency. The results of the percentage increase in dribbling speed obtained by running with the ball exercise had an increase of 27.01%. The conclusions in this study, there is an effect of running with the ball exercise on the results of dribbling speed on Cahaya Gunung female team Kendal Regency. The advice that researchers can give is that it is hoped that coaches and players can implement running exercises with the ball so as to increase dribbling speed

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of speed and agility training on the ability to dribble. This type of research uses experimental research methods regarding causal relationships. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The design in this study used a pre-test and post-test one group. Data analysis techniques use percentages assisted by SPPS. The results of the study can be seen from Speed ​​Training showing that the exercises carried out are able to provide a better change of 8.10% for speed training compared to before being given training. The results of the Agility Training research showed that the exercises carried out were able to provide a better change of 6.34% for agility training compared to before being given training. The results of the dribbling research showed that the exercises carried out were able to provide a better change of 38.95% in the ability to dribble the ball compared to before being given the exercise. The conclusions from this study indicate that there is a significant effect on speed and agility training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal extracurricular students at SMP N 3 Talang, Tegal Regency.
