Abstract

This study aims to examine the perceptions of MSME actors regarding the use of QRIS as a non-cash transaction tool in the area of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, where the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, perceived risks, and perceived security represent perceptions. This type of research is quantitative, and the data used is primary. The data collection process in this study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to respondents using Google Forms. Data analysis techniques with research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using the SPSS program. The research results indicate that the perception of ease of use significantly affects the use of QRIS among MSME actors in the area of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, the perception of benefits substantially affects the use of QRIS among MSME actors in the area of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, the perception of risk does not significantly affect the use of QRIS among MSME actors in the area of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, and the perception of security does not significantly affect the use of QRIS among MSME actors in the area of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.

Abstract

Digital payment transactions and the widespread use of electronic devices are hallmarks of the cashless society that is emerging in tandem with the Fourth Industrial change and the change in financial technology. This study aims to examine how people in Central Java perceive the ease, benefits, and hazards of using QRIS, and how these factors influence their decision-making process. This study used a casual associative design and was quantitative in nature. This study used purposive sampling, which selects a population subset according to norms. One hundred people participated in this study. This study included multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, classical assumption testing, and instrument testing. With a simultaneous test value of 70.201 and a Ftable value of 2.70, along with partial test values of the three variables exceeding the t table value of 1.986, this study concludes that perceptions of convenience, benefits, and risk significantly impact the decision to use BRImo QRIS in Central Java.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The financial literacy mentorship program, which is focused on outdoor classroom activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (MIM PK) 1 Sindon Boyolali, was initiated in response to elementary school pupils' lack of understanding of financial management. Many youngsters prioritize wants above needs and fail to understand the necessity of financial management at a young age. The program aims to improve kids' financial literacy through hands-on experiences and outdoor learning, while simultaneously raising environmental consciousness. The program employs a variety of tactics, including modeling buying and selling using toy money and veggies, sowing vegetable seeds in recycled plastic bottles, and organizing a Market Day where kids sell their produce. Students are taught the fundamentals of transactions, financial planning, and simple entrepreneurship. University students enrolled in the Accounting Education and Elementary School Teacher Education programs also mentor and assess the learning process. The program's results demonstrate that students' financial literacy improved significantly, with an average rise of 1.5 points between the pre-test and the post-test. Aside from financial literacy, kids learn the value of environmental stewardship through horticultural activities. This program successfully improves students' understanding of financial literacy while establishing environmentally conscious ideals.Keywords: financial literacy, outdoor classroom, green school, muhammadiyah elementary schoolABSTRAK Program pendampingan literasi keuangan berbasis kelas alam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (MIM PK) 1 Sindon Boyolali dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Banyak siswa cenderung lebih fokus pada keinginan dibandingkan kebutuhan, serta belum memahami pentingnya mengelola keuangan sejak dini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa melalui pengalaman langsung dan pendekatan berbasis kelas alam, serta menanamkan kesadaran ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan berbagai metode, seperti simulasi jual beli menggunakan uang dan sayuran mainan, penanaman bibit sayuran di galon plastik bekas, serta Market Day yang melibatkan penjualan hasil panen. Siswa diajarkan konsep dasar transaksi, perencanaan keuangan, dan kewirausahaan sederhana. Mahasiswa dari Prodi Pendidikan Akuntansi dan PGSD juga terlibat dalam pendampingan dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan literasi keuangan siswa, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor dari pretest sebesar 1,5 poin pada posttest. Selain peningkatan literasi keuangan, siswa juga belajar tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam. Program ini berhasil memperkuat pemahaman siswa tentang literasi keuangan sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai peduli lingkungan.Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, sekolah alam, sekolah hijau, madrasah ibtidaiyah muhammadiyah

Abstract

In the digital era Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help complete work quickly, especially in the academic field used by students. The purpose of this study is to determine students perceptions and the usefulness of using AI in helping to complete academic tasks. The object of this research is at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, while the subjects are UMS students. The method in this research is to use mixed method with sequential exploratory approach, the data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation (qualitative), and questionnaires (quantitative). The number of informants was 12 students (qualitative), and 157 respondents (quantitative). The results of this study show that the perception of the use of AI is needed to help students complete academic tasks including : articles, proposals, practice reports, citations and bibliographies, transating, making presentation. While the types of AI that are often used by students are ChatGPT, Google Scholar, Canva, Perplexity, Mendeley, Grammarly, Google Gemini, Poe AI, Blackbox AI, and Cici AI. For the usefulness of AI 56,7% for working on articles, 50,3% for working on papers or essays, 33,1% for working on proposals, 32,5% for working on final reports, 26,8% for working on presentations, 26,1% for writing, 0,6% for other tasks.

Abstract

Engaging in financial transactions (muamalah) must adhere to sharia principles to ensure ethical and just practices, particularly in modern innovations such as PayLater systems. This study aims to analyze the alignment of PayLater transactions on Indonesian e-commerce platforms with sharia business principles. The research adopts a qualitative design with literature study approach. Data were collected through documentation methods, including journals, articles, and websites. The analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, involving three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PayLater transactions in Indonesian e-commerce platforms are largely inconsistent with sharia business principles. These inconsistencies include the presence of riba (usury) in the form of interest-based charges, gharar (uncertainty) in unclear contractual terms, violations of ba’i (trade ethics), and a lack of fairness in penalty structures. The study highlights the need for reforming PayLater systems to ensure compliance with Islamic principles and foster ethical financial practices.

Abstract

Public speaking memerlukan keterampilan khusus untuk meyakinkan audiens. Kegiatan pelatihan bertujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mitra Samira Travel. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Solo Grand City Hotel Surakarta, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, pelaksanaan hari Sabtu, 4 Januari 2025, diikuti 80 mitra. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 6 jam dengan metode Training of Trainer (TOT) yang dibagi menjadi dua sesi, pertama menggunakan metode ceramah dan kedua adalah metode praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan sesi 1 sangat memuaskan, yaitu 45 peserta paham sangat baik, 25 peserta paham dan 10 peserta menyatakan kurang paham. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan sesi 2 yaitu berkelompok yang masing-masing beranggotakan 7 sampai 10 orang yang dibagi berdasarkan keinginan peserta untuk mengikuti pelatihan pada bagian mana. Hasilnya sangat memuaskan karena semua peserta maju sehingga tampak profesinya masing-masing sesuai dengan yang diinginkan; Kepercayaan diri mitra juga meningkat, mereka mampu membaca materi dengan baik, dan mampu menerapkan teknik public speaking dengan baik. Kegiatan terakhir adalah evaluasi dengan hasil kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi Company Product (CP), Business Seminar (SEBI), dan Umrah Inspiration Seminar (SIU).

Abstract

Kesadaran menjaga lingkungan sekitar merupakan salah satu karakter yang harus ditanamkan kepada anak sejak dini. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan dengan melaksanakan Program Adiwiyata di sekolah. Program Adiwiyata merupakan salah satu program yang mengajarkan siswa untuk peduli dan sadar akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas, lebih lanjut tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat berupa implementasi program Adiwiyata di sekolah. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai lingkungan di MIM Potronayan 2. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pendidikan masyarakat yang difokuskan pada warga sekolah terutama para siswa di MIM Potronayan 2. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Adiwiyata di MIM Potronayan 2 menunjukkan perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Siswa yang awalnya kurang paham mengenai pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar menjadi lebih tahu dan menyadari betapa pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar mereka. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusias para siswa dalam menjaga tanaman yang telah mereka tanam dan juga kesadaran mereka untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Oleh karena itu, program Adiwiyata merupakan salah satu program yang sangat baik untuk dilaksanakan di sekolah sebagai salah satu usaha penanaman karakter cinta lingkungan sejak dini.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang efektif memerlukan inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran dasar-dasar akuntansi dengan menerapkan metode flipped classroom dengan chaneel whatsapp untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi persamaan dasar akuntansi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) 4 Negeri Klaten, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Experimental Design. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 71 peserta didik dari kelas X Akuntansi 1 dan X Akuntansi 2. Proses analisis data uji menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji homogenitas. Uji prasyarat meliputi penghitung nilai rata-rata (mean), uji normalitas, dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan paired sampel t-test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, hasil pretetst nilai signifikansi pada uji one-sided adalah 0,007 dan uji two-sided adalah 0,014, keduanya lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang diterapkan sebesar 0,05. Ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar antara kelompok kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Selain itu, hasil posttest menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004 untuk uji one-sided dan 0,009 untuk uji two-sided, yang juga lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hal ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok. Sehingga dengan menerapakan metode flipped classroom dengan channel whatsapp dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

In the recent years, there has been a concern on how to make an innovative learning in the classroom in order to provide supportive learning environment. Such learning environment can be constructed in which it also highly relates to the learning media used by the teacher. Learning media are utilized to transfer lesson into easier way before it was delivered to the students. The main objective of this research was to describe the perception of teacher candidates who were still in the undergraduate degreeregarding with the use of board game as one of the learning media. This research was quantitative research and utilized questionnaire to collect the data. The objects of this research were 129 teacher candidates in the Department of Geography Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The questionnaires were distributed in two days by using simple random sampling by the method of accidental sampling in which it was given to the teacher candidates who came to the lecturer. Descriptive statistics was used to interpret the data. In general, the teacher candidates perceived the potential of the board game as a learning media in order to increase the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. The teacher candidates also had sufficient understanding on the implementation of the board game.
