Abstract

Sistem informasi pengaduan pengunjung perpustakaan berbasis website ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pengunjung dalam menyampaikan pengaduan, saran, atau masukan terkait layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan di Dinas Perpustakaan Kota Lhokseumawe. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengunjung mengajukan pengaduan tanpa perlu login, yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan pengguna. Proses utama sistem ini meliputi pengajuan pengaduan, validasi data pengaduan, penyimpanan pengaduan dalam database, serta fitur untuk melihat status atau detail pengaduan yang telah diajukan. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan pengaduan menjadi lebih terstruktur, cepat, dan efektif, serta mempermudah petugas dalam menindaklanjuti pengaduan yang masuk. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi berbasis web yang responsif dan ramah pengguna, sehingga dapat diakses dengan mudah melalui berbagai perangkat, baik itu komputer, tablet, maupun smartphone. Implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan kualitas layanan perpustakaan, serta mempererat hubungan antara perpustakaan dan masyarakat. Sistem ini juga bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses pengelolaan pengaduan dan memberikan transparansi yang lebih baik kepada pengunjung mengenai status pengaduan mereka.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas pengembangan sistem pengajuan cuti pada KPP Pratama Lhokseumawe. Sebelumnya, proses pengajuan dan pengelolaan cuti di instansi ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering kali memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan administrasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkanlah sistem berbasis website yang memungkinkan pegawai untuk mengajukan cuti secara online, sementara atasan dapat melakukan persetujuan dan pemantauan status cuti dengan lebih mudah. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data cuti. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil mempercepat proses pengajuan cuti dan mengurangi beban administratif, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pegawai untuk memantau status cuti mereka. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses administrasi cuti di KPP Pratama Lhokseumawe menjadi lebih efektif dan terkelola dengan baik. Abstract

Laporan kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Karyawan berbasis web sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pegawai di Puskesmas Muara Satu. Tugas utama pembuatan sistem ini untuk menyimpan dokumen karyawan seperti Surat Keputusan (SK), Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) dan Surat Izin Praktik (SIP). Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi kesalahan manual, dan mempermudah pengelolaan data karyawan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan platform berbasis web dengan development tools seperti HTML, CSS, PHP, dan MySQL untuk penyimpanan data. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengelola data karyawan secara efisien, menghasilkan dokumen administrasi dengan cepat, akurat dan meningkatkan produktivitas staf administrasi untuk memastikan data tersimpan secara terstruktur serta mudah diakses pada Puskesmas Muara Satu.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a smart wudhu water tap system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) as an interactive educational medium for students. The system is equipped with object detection sensors, voice guidance, and the YOLOv8 algorithm to detect and classify wudu movements in real-time. Accuracy evaluation was performed using the Fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno-Kang (TSK) method, which categorizes the results into three levels: “Low,” “Medium,” and “High.” Test results show excellent detection performance, with an average mAP50 value of 0.993, mAP50-90 of 0.746, recall of 0.998, and defuzzification results in the “High” category. This system is effective in providing educational feedback and supporting technology-based wudhu learning. In the future, this system has the potential to be implemented in schools on a larger scale and developed to improve its accuracy and functionality.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax (LBT) is an important source of revenue for local governments, supporting development and community welfare. However, low taxpayer compliance rates often pose a challenge in achieving the targets for Local Own-Source Revenue (LOSR). This study aims to develop a data-driven classification system to map areas with varying levels of LBT taxpayer compliance in Lhokseumawe City and to implement the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to improve the accuracy of predicting taxpayer compliance. The research data was obtained from the Regional Financial Management Agency (RFMA) of Lhokseumawe City, encompassing LBT data from 2021 to 2023, with variables such as principal amount, penalties, total payments, due dates, and payment dates. This classification system divides taxpayers into two categories: Compliant and Non-Compliant. The results of testing the SVM model indicate that Banda Sakti sub-district has a compliance rate of 98%, Muara Satu has a compliance rate of 99%, Muara Dua has a compliance rate of 99%, and Blang Mangat has a compliance rate of 100%. The accuracy metrics from the implementation of the Support Vector Machine method for assessing land and building tax compliance show a Precision of 86%, a Recall of 100%, and an Accuracy of 86%. By applying the SVM method, it is hoped that there will be an increase in efficiency in the tax collection and management processes, thereby optimally increasing Local Own-Source Revenue (LOSR) and supporting better regional development.

Abstract

The current fish resources are abundant, and the discovery of new species has increased the variety of fish in the ocean. These fish are categorized into three groups: demersal, pelagic, and reef fish, each with unique characteristics of their respective groups. The manual classification process for large datasets requires a long time and involves complex procedures. With the advent of data and information technology, it is now possible to recognize and identify several fish species found in the ocean, which can be classified into the three groups. To simplify this classification process, a web-based system has been developed to classify fish into these groups. The data to be processed in this research will be classified using the Naive Bayes method to address this issue. This technique utilizes large datasets to extract information that was previously unknown or inaccessible, and it can provide accurate information for various purposes. The data for this study will be collected from various internet references and direct data obtained from fish landing sites (TPI) in Lhokseumawe and North Aceh. Additionally, a literature review method will be used to complement the data analysis process. The development of the web-based system will be implemented to facilitate the classification of fish species based on the existing data.

Abstract

In continuing lectures, financial readiness is needed to finance education. Single Tuition Fee (Uang Kuliah Tunggal or UKT) is a tuition fee in one semester where there is only one type of fee collection based on the economic and social conditions of the student's parents/guardians so that each student's payment is not the same. The existence of these group differences plus the increase in the UKT group can trigger demonstrations at Malikussaleh University for new students of the class of 2023. Therefore, a decision support system is needed in grouping UKT groups. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor  algorithm with  a dataset of 1381 UKT data for new students class of 2023. Furthermore, a split dataset was carried out  by dividing 90% of training data and 10% of testing data. Then the attributes used consist of 13 attributes including father's income, mother's income, father's education, mother's education, father's job, mother's job, home status, house area, number of cars, number of motorcycles, number of brothers, number of working brothers, and number of younger siblings. The outputs produced in this study are classified into 7 classes, namely UKT 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. The accuracy results obtained at K = 15 were 70.5% with an error value of  29.5% with the results of the number of data in UKT 1 as many as 16 people, UKT 2 as many as 38 people, UKT 3 as many as 27 people, UKT 4 as many as 32 people, UKT 5 as many as 26 people, and UKT 6, and UKT 7 as many as 0 people.

Abstract

Emas diakui secara global sebagai safe haven asset dengan nilai yang relative stabil, meskipun harganya tetap mengalami fluktasi akibat pengaruh faktor ekonomi  seperti kondisi global, inflasi, serta keseimbangan permintaan dan penawaran. Oleh karena itu, peramalan harga emas yang akurat menjadi penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja metode Single Exponential Smoothing dan Double Exponential Smoothing dalam meramalkan harga emas. Data yang digunakan berupa data deret waktu bulanan harga emas periode januari 2022 – 2024 yang diperoleh dari beberapa took emas. Sistem peramalan dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP. Evaluasi akurasi dilakukan menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode mampu memberikan prediksi yang cukup baik, namun metode SES menghasilkan nilai MAPE yang lebih rendah dibandingkan DES. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha emas dalam menentukan strategi investasi yang tepat

Abstract

Academic consultation is an important service for students in obtaining information related to academic regulations, procedures, and requirements. However, the consultation process, which is still carried out manually, often causes delays in the delivery of information and limited access, especially when students need answers quickly. Therefore, a system is needed that is capable of providing academic consultation services automatically and based on official documents. This study aims to design and build a student academic consultation chatbot using Large Language Model (LLM) technology and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. The methods used include calling up Academic Guidelines documents, splitting text into several parts (text splitting), creating embeddings using the HuggingFace all-MiniLM-L12-v2 model, and storing embeddings in a vector database. Next, the system performs a relevant document search process using a retriever and utilizes the LLaMA 3.1-8B-Instant model to generate answers based on the context found. The chatbot's performance was evaluated using ROUGE metrics, including ROUGE-1, ROUGE-2, and ROUGE-L, with measurements of precision, recall, and F1-score. The evaluation results showed that the chatbot was able to provide relevant answers in accordance with academic documents. The average evaluation scores obtained were precision of 47,57%, recall of 67,85%, and F1-score of 53,36%. The higher recall score indicates that the system is quite good at covering reference information, although the accuracy of word selection can still be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based hospital recommendation and mapping system utilizing Dijkstra's algorithm and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. The AHP method is used to determine the best hospital based on various criteria, such as the number of inpatient rooms, number of doctors, security, hospital class type, and available facilities. Meanwhile, the shortest path to the destination is determined using Dijkstra's method to the recommended hospital. 12 hospitals served as the research subjects for a case study carried out in Lhokseumawe City. The results show that Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital is the best recommendation with the highest ranking value of 0.21. Furthermore, Dijkstra's algorithm for finding the shortest route showed that the distance from the starting point in Gampong Batuphat Timur to the recommended hospital is 17,375 meters. This developed system can assist the public in selecting the best hospital while also finding the fastest route to reach it.
