Abstract

A guest book is a tool to find out the number or how many guests have come to a place. Problems faced in the process of recording guest books at PT. PLN (Persero) Lhoksukon ULP is a process that is still manual in its recording or data collection, where the user has to fill in guest data in the guest agenda book which results in a lot of waste of material and the risk of losing data, so that it does not run effectively and efficiently. The aim of developing the system that will be developed is to make it easier for users to register guests and print monthly guest data if needed. This website was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages, Codeigniter as a framework, and MySQL as data storage. The solution applied in developing this application is to use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system design method. In this process, use case diagrams are used to explain the activities carried out by users, class diagrams to explain the data structure of the system, activity diagrams to describe user interactions with related objects in the system. The result of developing this system is an application called the Website-Based Guest Book Application at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Lhoksukon. In this application, users can fill in guest data and print guest data in a computerized manner so that it becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pembuatan sistem informasi permintaan alat tulis kantor bertujuan untuk mengubah cara pengelolaan atk pada suatu instansi dengan mengurangi penggunaan tanpa kertas pada PT Perta Arun Gas. Dalam penulisan laporan kerja praktek ini penulis melakukan analisa dengan menggunakan studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan mengenai proses perancangan permintaan alat tulis kantor yang sampai saat ini PT Perta Arun Gas masih belum mempunyai sistem informasi permintaan alat tulis kantor untuk mendata dan mengelola atk. Sehingga dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama belum ada perubahan dan cenderung kurang dapat mempermudah proses permintaan alat tulis kantor, penulis memutuskan untuk merancang sistem informasi permintaan alat tulis kantor berbasis web yang sangat membantu dalam proses pendataan dan pengelolaan alat tulis kantor. Sistem informasi permintaan alat tulis kantor ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, CSS, Xampp digunakan untuk menjalankan web server dan Mysql digunakan untuk pengelolaandatabase.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses pengaduan kerusakan fasilitas  di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kota (SETDAKO) Lhokseumawe adalah proses yang masih bersifat manual dalam pengaduan dan pendataannya, dimana pengguna (Pegawai dan Pihak Administrasi) harus mensurvey langsung dan mendata kerusakan yang masih manual sehingga mengakibatkan banyaknya pemborosan material dan resiko kehilangan data, sehingga tidak berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Tujuan dari pemgembangan system yang akan dikembangkan adalah untuk mempermudah pengguna (Pegawai dan Pihak Administrasi) dalam proses perbaikan fasilitas dan mendata fasilitas yang rusak dan mencetak laporan fasilitas yang rusak perbulan jika dibutuhkan. Website ini di kembangkan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP dan HTML, Framework, dan MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data. Solusi yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode perancangan Sistem UML (Unified Modeling Language). Pada proses ini, digunakan use case diagram untuk menjelaskan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh pengguna, dan activity diagram untuk menjelaskan alur proses pengaduan kerusakan fasilitas dan pendataan fasilitas yang rusak. Hasil dari  pengembangan sistem ini yang dikembangkan adalah sebuah aplikasi yang disebut Aplikasi Pengaduan Kerusakan Fasilitas Berbasis Website di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kota (SETDAKO) Lhokseumawe. . Pada aplikasi ini pengguna dapat mengisi data fasilitas yang rusak dan dilaporkan langsung melalui web dan petugas / pegawai dapat mencetak pendaatan perbulan pada keruskan fasilitas kantor data secara terkomputerisasi sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) is a government program to provide health insurance to all Indonesian citizens. In its implementation, determining the eligibility of premium assistance recipients still faces challenges regarding accuracy and efficiency. This study aims to implement the C5.0 algorithm in classifying the eligibility of JKN premium assistance recipients and measure the accuracy of the resulting classification model. The method used is the C5.0 algorithm with the boosting technique with 10 trials and global pruning, with a 70:30 training and testing data split ratio, minimum cases of 2, and confidence level of 0.2. The research results show that the classification model performs excellently with an accuracy rate of 94.27%, precision of 83.78%, Recall of 90.29%, F1-Score of 86.92%, and AUC of 92.81%. The Specificity, reaching 95.34%, demonstrates the model's reliability in identifying ineligible participants for assistance. With a total algorithm execution time of 0.2224 seconds, these results indicate that the C5.0 algorithm can be implemented as an effective decision support system in determining the eligibility of JKN premium assistance recipients.

Abstract

The people of Kotanopan have a high interest in sports such as futsal and badminton, an interesting phenomenon that shows the popularity of these sports and opens up many business opportunities. Most sports facilities for rent still use a conventional system where prospective renters must come directly to the field or call the manager to make a reservation, making it prone to errors in the reservation process. From the management's side, they often encounter obstacles when processing tenant reservations, especially when sorting the schedules that the tenants have created. This research aims to build a sports facility reservation service system using the First Come, First Served (FCFS) method. This method is the most suitable scheduling system for the sports facility reservation system in Kotanopan. The results of the First Come First Served (FCFS) method experiment with a random trial of 5 users, each with execution times of 3, 3, 5, 5, and 9, yielded an average waiting time of 1 minute and an average reservation completion time of 6. With the test results showing that the system can meet the needs and has functions accessible to every system user, it is hoped that this system can facilitate users in making reservations online.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based hospital recommendation and mapping system utilizing Dijkstra's algorithm and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. The AHP method is used to determine the best hospital based on various criteria, such as the number of inpatient rooms, number of doctors, security, hospital class type, and available facilities. Meanwhile, the shortest path to the destination is determined using Dijkstra's method to the recommended hospital. 12 hospitals served as the research subjects for a case study carried out in Lhokseumawe City. The results show that Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital is the best recommendation with the highest ranking value of 0.21. Furthermore, Dijkstra's algorithm for finding the shortest route showed that the distance from the starting point in Gampong Batuphat Timur to the recommended hospital is 17,375 meters. This developed system can assist the public in selecting the best hospital while also finding the fastest route to reach it.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) based on the Forward Chaining method to assist prospective students in selecting a study program that aligns with their interests, talents, and abilities. The system is designed to analyze 34 facts related to the respondents' interests and talents using predefined Rules, generating program recommendations in the form of rankings based on suitability weights. Testing was conducted with 100 respondents, one of whom, named Najmil Ula, was recommended to choose the Chemical Engineering program with a suitability weight of 2,3 or 26.44%, based on fulfilled facts such as an interest in understand in physics and love doing an experiment. Additionally, the system provided alternative recommendations, such as Informatics Engineering and Arcitecture, with lower suitability levels. These results demonstrate that the system can provide relevant and objective recommendation, making it an effective tool to support prospective students in selecting study programs that match their potential.

Abstract

Kemampuan menulis ini menjadi hal yang harus dipahami, tetapi tidak semua mampu menulis karya ilmiah yang berkualitas mengingat masih ada yang mengalami kesulitan berkenaan dengan kendala menulis karya ilmiah. Keterbatasan tersebut seperti penguasaan tata bahasa yang baik, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan juga penggunaan daftar pustaka yang masih belum akurat yang menjadi tantangan utama yang harus dihadapi mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemanfaatan ChatGPT dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dari ide sampai publikasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara daring pada hari sabtu 19 April 2025, diikuti 195 peserta dari berbagai universitas. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup pemaparan materi, panduan teknis, dan coaching clinic penggunaan ChatGPT. Sebanyak 167 atau sebesar 85,64% memberikan respon yang baik menggunakan ChatGPT dan terdapat beberapa peserta kesulitan dalam menggunakan ChatGPT. Kesimpulan di dalam kegiatan webinar ini, bahwa teknologi ChatGPT mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang struktur dan format penulisan karya ilmiah dengan memanfaatkan ChatGPT serta menumbuhkan kesadaran pemanfaatan teknologi sesuai etika dan kaidah keilmuan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a food commodity price prediction system based on Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) using average-based methods, with a case study of price data from 2018 to 2023. The system is designed to predict the prices of five main commodities: Super Quality Rice, Fresh Chicken Meat, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Bulk Cooking Oil, and Premium Quality Sugar. The prediction process involves constructing the Universe of Discourse, intervals, and fuzzy logic relations (FLR and FLRG) to model historical price patterns. The results show that this model provides accurate predictions, with the best Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.49% for Super Quality Rice, while MAPE for other commodities ranges from 0.69% to 1.44%. The comparison graph between actual data and prediction results demonstrates consistent pattern alignment, suitable for commodities with both high price fluctuations and stable trends. This system proves effective in projecting future food prices with low error rates, making it a reliable tool to support strategic decision-making in managing food commodity prices during the five-year analysis period.

Abstract

This study presents the development of a web-based industrial waste prediction system using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method to forecast the volume of liquid and solid waste generated by PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM). The predictive model is built upon historical waste data collected between 2020 and 2023, serving as the foundation for the statistical analysis. The system is developed using the Flask web framework, offering an interactive and user-friendly interface, while SQLite3 is employed as a lightweight local database solution for efficient data handling. The ARIMA (1,1,1) model was selected based on stationarity testing and examining ACF and PACF patterns. The results suggest that the model can moderately capture prediction trends, although limitations in accuracy are evident. For 2024, liquid waste is projected to decrease from 30,600 tons in January to 29,400 tons in December. In contrast, solid waste displays a more stable trend, with an average monthly generation of approximately 23.2 tons. Model performance was evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method, yielding high error rates—166.11% for liquid waste and 100% for solid waste, highlighting the significant impact of data quality and completeness on prediction accuracy. The system generates visual outputs through interactive graphs and tables accessible via a web browser, supporting data-driven decision-making. This research is a predictive tool for PT PIM and a reference for future development of technology-driven waste management systems to promote environmental sustainability.
