Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock prices simultaneously and partially in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study, liquidity is measured by the quick ratio, and rentabili-tas is measured by return on equity. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 18 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where, based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 10 companies is obtained. The data source of this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from the company's financial statements. The data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that the liquidity and profitability variables partially had a positive and insignificant effect on the share price of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Simultaneously, liquidity and profitability variables affect stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and empirically test the impact of financial leverage on investment decisions, firms' value, and the role of investment decisions as a mediator. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data. Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022 are the research population. Sampling was done using purposive sampling, and a sample of 117 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling. The study's results showed that leverage did not affect investment decisions. However, leverage showed a positive effect on firms' value. Investment decisions have a positive effect on firms' value. Investment decisions can mediate the effect of leverage on firms' value. This study theoretically offers a framework for understanding the role of financial leverage on firm value through investment decisions. In addition, this study can be a reference for further research. Practically, this study can be a reference for investors in choosing stock investments and stakeholders in manufacturing companies to overcome obstacles, maximize market value, and optimize capital structure.

Abstract

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged companies to carry out digital transformation, especially in the field of financial management, in order to improve the quality of financial information and support more effective and efficient investment decision-making. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of digital transformation in financial management is carried out, how it affects the quality of financial information, and to what extent it contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of investment decision-making in companies. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies in several companies that have implemented a digital financial management system. The results of the study show that digital transformation is implemented through digitalization of financial processes, transaction automation, cross-functional data integration, and the use of big data technology and artificial intelligence (AI). The application of this technology has been proven to increase the accuracy, relevance, and speed of financial information so as to support management in conducting a more comprehensive investment feasibility analysis. In addition, digital transformation also contributes to accelerating the decision-making process, reducing operational costs, and increasing the company's responsiveness to market changes. This study recommends that companies continue to invest in technology and human resource competency development to optimize the benefits of digital transformation in supporting higher quality investment decisions.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia’s coffee industry reflects changes in consumer behavior, where coffee consumption has become part of lifestyle and social interaction. The coexistence of traditional coffee shops and modern cafés in Semarang City has intensified competition and encouraged consumer switching behavior. This study examines the influence of push, pull, and mooring factors on consumers’ switching intentions using the Push–Pull–Mooring (PPM) framework. A quantitative survey was conducted with 150 consumers in Semarang City who had experience visiting both traditional coffee shops and modern cafés. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The results show that the push and pull effects positively and significantly influence consumers’ switching intentions from traditional coffee shops to modern cafés, whereas the mooring effect negatively and significantly influences these intentions. Dissatisfaction with traditional coffee shops and the attractiveness of modern cafés encourage consumers to switch, whereas emotional attachment, habitual behavior, familiarity, and switching costs restrain switching intention. The pull effect demonstrates the strongest influence among the examined variables. However, this study focuses on switching intention rather than actual switching behavior, as consumers may simultaneously consume coffee in both traditional coffee shops and modern cafés. This study extends the application of the PPM framework into an offline experiential consumption context and suggests that coffee businesses should strengthen emotional engagement and relationship-based strategies to sustain consumer loyalty in increasingly competitive coffee markets.
