Abstract

This study aims to design a business strategy for Hasanah Coriander Chicken MSME based on internal and external environmental analysis to improve business competitiveness and sustainability. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The analysis was conducted using a strategic management framework that included RBV, PESTEL, as well as IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and IE matrices. The results showed that the main strengths of the business lie in the distinctive taste of its products and the use of digital platforms, while its weaknesses lie in its limited production capacity and business management. Externally, the digital market offers considerable opportunities, but these are offset by intense competition and fluctuations in raw material prices. The business's strategic position is one of hold and maintain, so selective development is recommended through strengthening product quality, optimizing digital marketing, and improving operational efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan desain perencanaan strategik bisnis, yang dapat direalisasikan oleh café sejati coffee and space Subang, menggunakan metode analaisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). metode penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis strategi menggunakan matriks IFAS dan EFAS, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa café sejati cofee subang, ada berada di posisi yang cukup kuat dalam mengoptimalkan kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki dan mampu mengatasi ancaman dan kelemahan dengna nilai IFE 342.75 dan nilai dari EFE sebesar 272. Dalam analisii matriks IFAS dan EFAS menunjukan bahwa café sejati coffee and space menggunakan strategi pertumbuhan cel 1, strategi yang berorientasi meningkatkan pertumbuhan pasar, dengan memperkuat branding dan diferensiasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan, diharpakan dapat meninkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah pelanggan di subang, analisi matriks SWOT menghasilakan lima belas strategi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan, strategi yang sebaiknya diprioritaskan oleh café sejati coffee and space Subang dengan adanya memperkuat branding dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan operasional, yang diharpakan terjadi pertumbuhan pasar di subang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kualitas pelayanan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Barber Shop KnockCut Subang yang telah beroperasi selama dua tahun. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan tetap dan baru, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dimensi kualitas pelayanan seperti tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy dengan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan Barber Shop KnockCut Subang berada pada kategori baik dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dimensi reliability dan responsiveness menjadi faktor utama yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan, sedangkan tangibles dan empathy memberikan kontribusi tambahan dalam membangun pengalaman pelanggan yang menyenangkan. Temuan ini menjadi dasar bagi UMKM untuk terus meningkatkan standar pelayanan dan strategi manajemen pelanggan agar dapat mempertahankan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on work discipline in the final semester students of STIE Sutaatmadja Subang. The research method used is a quantitative method using the SPSS program. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. By using 35 respondents. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that work life balance has a positive effect on work discipline. So the ability to balance time is needed both in terms of work and outside of work. To achieve balance and strengthen work discipline, it is necessary Work-life balance, attitudes, norms and responsibilities in one's life.

Abstract

The topic of this study is a study of the marketing activities of companies that adopt social media marketing, and how emotional attachment activities that usually can only be facilitated by service personnel and how they can influence brand stories through eword of mouth where there is still little research with the research model.To find theoretical gaps on the topics surrounding this study, the authors have studied 104 articles in journals. Conceptual references to definitions, dimensions and indicators are 56 articles and references to partial proving of relationships between variables that approach the topic of this study are 48 articles. By filtering similar research variables, only 26 articles. Then re-filtered with exactly the same variables (SMM, EA, EWOM, BS) only 15 articles which only explained the partial relationship between the variables and none of them have formed a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through the eword of mouth. Although there is 1 journal that has a somewhat similar research model, namely (Hudson, Huang, Roth, & Madden, 2016) but with 2 different variables. So there is a theoretical gap where there has been no research with a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through an eword of mouth with an analysis unit in the marketplace industry in Indonesia, so this is behind deductively why this research is important to fill the gap.The research method used is explanatory survey. The analytical units of this study are Marketplace Industries in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data used is primary data obtained through a survey of a sample of 100 customers and partners who have become followers of official social media accounts of the Indonesian and Malaysian marketplace industries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green leadership on green mindfulness in members of the Bageur Waste Bank in Dangdeur Village, Subang Regency. The study used a survey method with a questionnaire to 30 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that the data collection instrument was feasible to use. However, the results of regression analysis showed no real influence between green leadership and green mindfulness. Green leadership in Bank Sampah Bageur is carried out through environmental examples and education by its leaders, while members show an understanding of the importance of waste management. The limitations of the study are the small sample size and less than optimal communication between researchers and respondents. Further research with more comprehensive methods is recommended to understand the factors supporting green mindfulness in waste banks.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of organizational culture at Diamond Subang Hotel, which adopts a sharia-based operational model. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews with hotel management and staff. The results show that the organizational culture at Diamond Subang Hotel places great emphasis on sharia principles, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly, professional service. This includes providing halal food, implementing a modest dress code, and creating a conducive environment for Muslim guests. The implementation of sharia-based values not only enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction, but also contributes to a positive image and increased hotel occupancy rates. Cleanliness and comfort are key focuses, aligning with Islamic teachings, while staff training programs support the development of professional and friendly services. This research demonstrates that a strong organizational culture in accordance with sharia principles offers a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Dampak dari globalisasi yang terus meningkat mengakibatkan lingkungan bisnis modern telah menjadi lebih kompleks, rumit, dan penuh persaingan. Peternakan unggas adalah salah satu industri yang berusaha untuk tetap mampu bersaing. Salah satu dari banyak jenis bebek pedaging yang diternakkan di Indonesia adalah hibrida. Bebek hibrida memiliki rasa daging yang gurih dan empuk, dan bertelur lebih awal daripada jenis lain. Para peternak bebek biasanya melakukan survei tentang kebiasaan masyarakat dan apa yang menjadi permintaan pasar. Di sinilah pentingnya dalam menjalankan bisnis karena semakin sulit untuk memprediksi perubahan situasi dan kondisi eksternal yang terus berubah. perusahaan dituntut untuk bisa mengikuti kondisi yang terus dinamis. Rancangan formulasi dan Implementasi strategi memiliki posisi penting dalam perumusan strategi langkah awal, sistem perumusan strategi merupakan tahap pertama yang terpisah dari tahap perencanan stratejik, penyusunan program, dan penyusunan anggaran. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah perencanaan strategi yang sesuai dengan konteks yang akan di hadapi oleh Usaha Peternakan Bebek Pedaging "Sanjaya Hibrida". Penelitian ini bersifat perancangan karena memerlukan penggalian data secara mendalam melalui serangkaian wawancara dan diskusi, serta eksplorasi sumber informasi di berbagai situs web. Dalam penelitian ini, data dan informasi dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dari literatur dan kebijakan pemerintah. hasil analisis SWOT yang dilakukan pada Peternakan Bebek Pedaging Sanjaya Hibrida, diketahui dari lingkungan eksternal-nya bahwa peternakan Sanjaya Hibrida ini memiliki peluang yang baik untuk pengembangan bisnis. Dari segi internal, peternakan Sanjaya Hibrida ini memiliki lebih banyak kekuatan daripada kelemahan. hasil analisis Matriks SWOT, terbentuklah Visi, Misi, dan Strategi Peternakan Bebek Pedaging Sanjaya Hibrida.

Abstract

As technology and information advance, companies must adapt to stay competitive globally. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia and other countries are key drivers of the economy. SMEs can enhance accuracy in cost determination by replacing traditional cost accounting methods with the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system. ABC calculates costs for each activity, focusing on production process costs. This research examines the application of ABC in the shredded oncom business unit of Bumdes Kaler Subang. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of ABC in this context, using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through direct interviews. The results show that the ABC method accurately allocates overhead costs, resulting in a total production cost per unit of Rp. 14,572.

Abstract

Program Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula (TKMP) merupakan salah satu kebijakan strategis Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia dalam upaya menekan angka pengangguran dan mendorong penciptaan wirausaha baru yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, keberhasilan program ini tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pemberian bantuan sarana usaha, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan manajerial peserta, khususnya dalam aspek manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan peserta TKMP Tahun 2025 di Kabupaten Cianjur melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen keuangan usaha mikro serta pemasaran digital. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan partisipatif, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap 30 peserta TKMP dengan jenis usaha campuran yang mencakup sektor kuliner, perdagangan, dan jasa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, serta pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran. Selain itu, peserta mulai menunjukkan perubahan perilaku usaha yang lebih terencana dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha peserta TKMP serta mendukung efektivitas program ketenagakerjaan berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.
