Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan desain perencanaan strategik bisnis, yang dapat direalisasikan oleh café sejati coffee and space Subang, menggunakan metode analaisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). metode penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis strategi menggunakan matriks IFAS dan EFAS, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa café sejati cofee subang, ada berada di posisi yang cukup kuat dalam mengoptimalkan kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki dan mampu mengatasi ancaman dan kelemahan dengna nilai IFE 342.75 dan nilai dari EFE sebesar 272. Dalam analisii matriks IFAS dan EFAS menunjukan bahwa café sejati coffee and space menggunakan strategi pertumbuhan cel 1, strategi yang berorientasi meningkatkan pertumbuhan pasar, dengan memperkuat branding dan diferensiasi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan, diharpakan dapat meninkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah pelanggan di subang, analisi matriks SWOT menghasilakan lima belas strategi alternatif yang dapat diterapkan, strategi yang sebaiknya diprioritaskan oleh café sejati coffee and space Subang dengan adanya memperkuat branding dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan operasional, yang diharpakan terjadi pertumbuhan pasar di subang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kualitas pelayanan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Barber Shop KnockCut Subang yang telah beroperasi selama dua tahun. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan tetap dan baru, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dimensi kualitas pelayanan seperti tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy dengan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan Barber Shop KnockCut Subang berada pada kategori baik dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dimensi reliability dan responsiveness menjadi faktor utama yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan, sedangkan tangibles dan empathy memberikan kontribusi tambahan dalam membangun pengalaman pelanggan yang menyenangkan. Temuan ini menjadi dasar bagi UMKM untuk terus meningkatkan standar pelayanan dan strategi manajemen pelanggan agar dapat mempertahankan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Determining the location of the business is an activity that is not easy, many factors affect the decision in determining the location because it involves the company's operational costs. This study aims to determine the factors that were taken into consideration by PT Yakult Factory Seremban Malaysia in choosing the current location of the factory. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected through interviews and observations in the field as well as reviewing secondary data related to in-depth research object information from informants who have been determined and carried out continuously until saturated. The results of the study revealed that the factors that were taken into consideration in selecting the business location of PT. Yakult Factory Seremban Malaysia namely; 1) availability of labor, 2) availability of electricity, 3) transportation facilities, 4) health, safety and fire prevention services, 5) local government regulations, 6) community attitudes, 7) land and building costs, 8) Possible expansion 9) Road Width. 10) Sewer 11) Location of raw materials 12) Market location. Abstract

Restaurant Catering Tini Cake & Cookies is a homemade catering based restaurant that provides buffet food in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to analyze on service quality and determine the attributes that become a priority in improving the quality of restaurant service Tini Cake & Cookies. The methode used in this research is Servqual (Service Quality). This method measures the quality of service and be used to analyze the cause of service problem and dimensions used in this research are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance. From the research result can be seen that the quality of service at the restaurant has not meet the need and desires of consumers. Based on the Servqual analysis shows that the attribute of improvement priority is attribute RES3 (the speed of the restaurant in responding to conditions when seat is full) from Responsiveness dimension. Based on the assesment, the attribute has the greatest negative gap value of -0,64 so it needs to be improved from human side.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on work discipline in the final semester students of STIE Sutaatmadja Subang. The research method used is a quantitative method using the SPSS program. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. By using 35 respondents. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that work life balance has a positive effect on work discipline. So the ability to balance time is needed both in terms of work and outside of work. To achieve balance and strengthen work discipline, it is necessary Work-life balance, attitudes, norms and responsibilities in one's life.

Abstract

The topic of this study is a study of the marketing activities of companies that adopt social media marketing, and how emotional attachment activities that usually can only be facilitated by service personnel and how they can influence brand stories through eword of mouth where there is still little research with the research model.To find theoretical gaps on the topics surrounding this study, the authors have studied 104 articles in journals. Conceptual references to definitions, dimensions and indicators are 56 articles and references to partial proving of relationships between variables that approach the topic of this study are 48 articles. By filtering similar research variables, only 26 articles. Then re-filtered with exactly the same variables (SMM, EA, EWOM, BS) only 15 articles which only explained the partial relationship between the variables and none of them have formed a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through the eword of mouth. Although there is 1 journal that has a somewhat similar research model, namely (Hudson, Huang, Roth, & Madden, 2016) but with 2 different variables. So there is a theoretical gap where there has been no research with a social media marketing model based on emotional attachment and brand story through an eword of mouth with an analysis unit in the marketplace industry in Indonesia, so this is behind deductively why this research is important to fill the gap.The research method used is explanatory survey. The analytical units of this study are Marketplace Industries in Indonesia and Malaysia. The data used is primary data obtained through a survey of a sample of 100 customers and partners who have become followers of official social media accounts of the Indonesian and Malaysian marketplace industries.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green leadership on green mindfulness in members of the Bageur Waste Bank in Dangdeur Village, Subang Regency. The study used a survey method with a questionnaire to 30 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that the data collection instrument was feasible to use. However, the results of regression analysis showed no real influence between green leadership and green mindfulness. Green leadership in Bank Sampah Bageur is carried out through environmental examples and education by its leaders, while members show an understanding of the importance of waste management. The limitations of the study are the small sample size and less than optimal communication between researchers and respondents. Further research with more comprehensive methods is recommended to understand the factors supporting green mindfulness in waste banks.

Abstract

The sharia hotel business continues to grow in Indonesia, with increasing demand from Muslim tourists seeking tourism experiences that align with their religious values. Sustainability is an important aspect of the sharia hotel business, because Islam teaches Muslims to be responsible stewards of the earth. This research aims to analyze the current conditions of the sustainability business in sharia hotels in Indonesia. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the sustainability practices implemented by sharia hotels, such as energy use, water management, waste reduction, and social responsibility. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with sharia hotel managers. The data was analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The research results showed that sharia hotels in Indonesia generally implement sustainable practices. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of energy use and water management. Sharia hotels also need to improve communication about their commitment to sustainability to guests and other stakeholders. The sustainability business is an important opportunity for sharia hotels in Indonesia. By implementing sustainable practices, sharia hotels can improve their image, attract more guests, and contribute to environmental conservation.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of organizational culture at Diamond Subang Hotel, which adopts a sharia-based operational model. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through interviews with hotel management and staff. The results show that the organizational culture at Diamond Subang Hotel places great emphasis on sharia principles, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly, professional service. This includes providing halal food, implementing a modest dress code, and creating a conducive environment for Muslim guests. The implementation of sharia-based values not only enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction, but also contributes to a positive image and increased hotel occupancy rates. Cleanliness and comfort are key focuses, aligning with Islamic teachings, while staff training programs support the development of professional and friendly services. This research demonstrates that a strong organizational culture in accordance with sharia principles offers a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Health promotion is a process of community empowerment through informing and influencing activities. Along with developments in time and technology, social media has developed which is considered to be an effective and efficient health promotion medium. Social media is a medium that makes it easier for people to get information about various things because social media can be easily accessed by all groups. The descriptive research method uses a qualitative approach, so the data that has been collected will be analyzed more deeply in a qualitative descriptive manner. The data will be arranged systematically and explained in words that provide a clearer picture. The results of a systematic review of this research show how effective and important the use of social media is in marketing trends in hospitals and it turns out that many hospitals in their marketing use more than one social media platform in order to influence reputation, increase trust and sharing as one of the hospital's marketing strategies.
