Abstract

Manado city with an area of 157.27 m2. This city continues to grow and develop along with the development of the world of tourism which is one of the mainstays in the economic sector. With the development of the tourism world, this is very influential in the development of the transportation world, especially ground transportation. Land transportation in Manado city is dominated by mikrolet, taxi and bus. Due to the rapid increase in vehicles and increasing congestion level, one solution to overcome supply and demand problems in Manado City is by implementing mass transit or road pricing. For structuring the solution because there is taxi online which also develops in big cities and one of them is Manado, this solution cannot be used as an alternative to decrease congestion problem so the solution in this study is to implement road pricing. This research began with data collection of manual traffic volume for 15 hours to be calibrated with time data take it for 3 days to get the alpha and beta values with the equation developed by The Bureau of Public Road. Then precede with analysis traffic loading uses the War drop I Balance principle and Solver's assistance is a facility from Microsoft Excel to load traffic to find out road volume. From the results of the sensitivity analysis it can be concluded that the road pricing price will be used is Rp. 2500, -Keywords : arteri primer, road pricing.

Abstract

Along with the development of a city and the increasing flow of traffic, the growth of urban hospitality is also increasing.The hotel not only serves as a stopover or temporary accommodation but in its development the function of hospitality also as a place of social interaction, education, culture and religious. The construction of the Diamond Hotel on Sam Ratulangi road has a positive impact on improving the economy by becoming one of the sources of local revenue (PAD). The smoothness of hotel activities in the form of place to stay and other activities and pressing the unemployment rate with the absorption of labor so that it can become an icon of progress of a region, but in addition to positive impact of the construction of this hotel is also expected to impact on the environment one of which is the impact of traffic.                This development plan will create new problems and add to the complexity of traffic aspect. As a source of new traffic generated accessible to the public, its presence will provide additional traffic volume.Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the impact of traffic, so that the existence of the hotel does not negatively affect the traffic (road users), not only for Diamond Hotel but also the general public, both those concerned with the hotel and the passing road users.The aims of this study is to predict the attraction of traffic movement due to the Diamond Manado hotel and its impact on Sam Ratulangi road performance.Method of study consists of: Initial Site Survey (Determination of Observation Post),(2) Determination of Survey Period and equipment in use:  (a). Primary data collection Survey of traffic volume, Speed, existing attraction and and any attraction at similar hotels, (b). Secondary data collection Network road and land use, Lay out of  Hotel Diamond and (c). Data Processing: attraction analysis and traffic volume using attraction analysis in similar hotels, Performance Analysis of Sam Ratulangi Road ahead of WP using Traffic Flow Model and MKJI, Forecasting the amount of attraction in the future.                Based on the results of the analysis discussed earlier, it can be concluded as follows: 1.The  attraction of visitors due to the activity of Diamond Manado Hotel resulted in an increase in traffic that made the reduce  in the capacity of Sam Ratulangi manado road. 2. The performance of Sam Ratulangi road segment after the attraction of movement from Hotel Diamond Manado could be determine by its level of service (LoS). 3. By knowing the prediction of the attraction of movement, it is necessary to anticipate the step to overcome the increase in the amount of movement to the Manado Diamond Hotel, such as the optimization of parking lots, and more regular parking management.Keywords: traffic impact, urban hospitality, sources of local revenue, attraction of traffic, parking management

Abstract

One of the methods used in the calculation of the travel time of a vehicle on one road segment is the volume-delay function. This delay function is an exponential relationship between  the volume of vehicles traveling across a road to the capacity of this road. Travel time is an important element in the transportation system. How a driver or traveler  chooses a travel route to reach their destination is determined by travel time. Volume Delay Function, VDF, is a major component in the equilibrium of a route selection model because it could influence drivers to change the route of travel by considering and comparing traffic volumes on each alternative path. Variables used in VDF were consist of travel time, travel time of free flow, traffic volume and roadway capacity of considered road segment; whereas for the existing parameters are the exponential functional coefficient namely the comparison between the traffic volume with the capacity of the road segment in which the traffic volume is calculated. These parameters imply the  explanation of the condition of the road segment under considered.In macroscopic traffic engineering it could be seen that in order to study a traffic flow, there are three variables namely  flow (volume, flow), speed (speed), and density (density). In practice, the relationship between speed and volume could be used for many purposes in planning, managing and determining transport policies, while microscopically, the flow of traffic is a configuration  of a combination of movement of each vehicle separately, and also the configuration  of the movement of the driver or traveler  and his vehicle.In this study the VDF were categories in two parts namely the mathematical and behavioral sections. This is done in order to clarify the process of calibrating the parameters and mathematical variables contained in VDF, in order to implement its objectives on the road segments of existing review in Manado city. As it is known that the policy of Manado city government to determine the direction of traffic flow towards the center of Manado city has been applied from several years ago. With the determination of the direction of traffic flow on the segment of the primary roads in the city of Manado, then the travel time to the center of Manado could be to review.Based on this, it were  try to apply the Volume-Delay Function on the road in Manado in accordance with the policy of traffic flow direction as imposed by the Local Government of Manado. The aims of this research were to know the traffic flow that occur at peak hour in Pierre Tendean,s road segment; To know the amount of free travel time that occurred in Pierre Tendean,s road segment and to perform calibration due to the behavior of parameters on volume-delay function as is applied to road segment review in Manado city.In this research, it were used observation method to collect primary and secondary data. The determination of unit of observation sample were based on Stratified Cluster Sampling Method.Based on the results it could be revealed as follows: (1). The primary survey in the form of traffic survey on road with artery function in Manado City, were result in traffic data obtained during peak hour as below: The morning’s peak hour at  Boulevard road artery road segment were results in the maximum  travel time (T) of 7.236 minutes with a vehicle capacity of 2752 smp / hour.(2). The afternoon’s peak hour at Boulevard artery road segment were result in maximum. (3). The free-flow travel time (To) based on the result of the survey of travel time (T) ( in minutes) and capacity Q (smp / hour) with calculations generated for morning’s travel time free peak hour = 4.6022 minutes (0.076703855 hours), for afternoon’s travel time free peak hour = 6.9851 Minutes (0.11641783 hours), and for combined travel time free flow peak hour ( morning and afternoon) = 3.8559 Minutes (0.064264484 hours).(4). The calibration of delayed VDF parameter functions to BPR i.e.α value of 0.047384, and β value of 2.283846.By this research, it is hoped that the calibration process of the parameters of the behavior of the road segment, i.e. the exponential coefficients, can be applied.  Keywords: calibration, delay parameter, free travel time, peak hour, stratified clustered sampling,  road capacity

Abstract

Tomohon City is one of the cities in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Before 2003 was one of the subdistricts in Minahasa District. In his development, Tomohon experienced a lot of progress, so there is aspiration of its citizens to improve the status of Tomohon into a city. Tomohon became an autonomous region (city) with the enactment of Law Number 10 Year 2003 regarding the Establishment of South Minahasa Regency and Tomohon City in North Sulawesi Province by DPR RI, but the inauguration was only on August 4, 2003. To support the activity and development of Tomohon City needed infrastructure physically and non-physically available so as not to inhibit the process. Physical infrastructure that includes facilities and infrastructure, use, design, etc. and non-physical include social relations, economic activity, etc.      The need for physical infrastructure is essential to support the accessibility of urban activities and developments. The pedestrian lanes should be used only for pedestrian activity, not other activities such asvehicle activity and vehicle parking, trade because it can endanger safety and reduce the comfort of pedestrian circulation. Planning for pedestrian track requirements should be well planned in accordance with the rules andregulations of pedestrian path planning by considering and prioritizing safety and comfort aspects of pedestrians.       Another factor that is often added as a support for comfort is physical comfort. Physical comfort is closely related to the aspect of the suitability of the shape and the design of the objects or elements built into thesurrounding environment, such as the suitability of park benches, garden lights, pedestrian paths, billboards and other infrastructure. Physical comfort is often associated with the concept of "ergonomic", ie objects orstructures built dimensional and structural to follow the needs of human gestures users. It is intended that the object or structure built can be optimal and convenient for use by pedestrian pedestrian pedestrian users.      In addition to increasing knowledge and understanding the comfort level of pedestrian, the aims of this research are to . know the existing condition and supporting facilities of the pedestrian lane in the TomohonCentral Area is related to the convenience aspect of the users, to analize the perceptions and preferences of pedestrian lane users on the convenience of the pedestrian lane in the Tomohon Central Area, and to prepare some recommendations for improving the quality of services to function effectively and comfortably for pedestrian lane users and also expected to be applied to other pedestrian routes.Method used in this study are data sampling and stastistical analysis. Results revealed that  the dimension of the pedestrian lane in the Tomohon Central Area has met the minimum standard of a pedestrian track in urban areas, the calculation of the analysis of the main priority of the pedestrian line function in Tomohon City Centerregarding the  priority choice of function of pedestrian special path is quite good. From the description can be drawn the average conclusion that the perception of pedestrian pedestrian users, especially pedestrians generally feel quite comfortable in the utilization of pedestrian paths in Tomohon Central Area. Current conditions in the pedestrian path in the Tomohon City Center area in terms of convenience according to the theory of comfort as in the aspect of convenience itself is: the sun, the scenery in the pedestrian path, the clarity of circulation between pedestrians and other users, vehicle noise, aroma the safety of the  Aspects expected by respondents in terms to improve the convenience of pedestrian paths in the Tomohon City Center that is added shade trees to reduce the blazing sun. Keywords: comfort level of pedestrian, physical comfort, quality service, padestrianlane, special path

Abstract

The road infrastructure sector is one of the lifebloods in the region's economic growth, so theaccuracy of its provision through the amount of investment is of paramount importance. With regardto economic development, road and bridge investments have a wide influence both for road users and/ or bridges as well as for the region as a whole. Therefore, it is necessary to have the right policies inthe way of the roads so as to support the development of the region and its economic growth.Currently, the construction of road and bridge infrastructure throughout the province of NorthSulawesi is being actively undertaken, including the construction of Manado - Bitung Toll Road, withfunding sources from the State Budget, Loan China as well as funding sources from multiyearcontracted Investors. In accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 56/2011, toll road concessionsmay be undertaken by the Government for economically viable but less financially feasible segments.So with the limitation of pure Government fund and weak domestic fund mobilization, it is necessaryto initiate the development of toll road through bilateral / multirateral loan mechanism.      The aims of this research is: To analyze the intersection capacity of the intersection of ManadoBitungatSimpangSukurintwoconditionsbefore(junction3arm)andafteraccessroadofSimpangSusunSukur (Exit Tol Manado - Bitung Segment 1) was built (junction 4 arm), to analyzePerformance of Manado-Bitung Road Area with PKJI 2014 Method and  to formulate the necessaryhandling at the Sukur intersection.      In this research it were used data collection method (Primary and secondary sampling method).      The primary survey is a traffic survey on Manado - Bitung road (eksisting), especially in thelocation of Sukur Intersection in the intersection survey in three approach namely Sukur, Manado andKauditan approach were give proportion of LV(%), HV(%) and MC (%) as follows : 56.5; 1.2; and42.3 for Sukur approach, 5.73; 7.3; and 35.5 for Manado approach and 52.9; 6.2 ; and  40.9 forKauditan respectively. The calculation of the degree of saturation (DS) in observation year (2017)shows that 2/3 of the daytime is greater than 0.75 which means there will be a possibility of traffic(queue) with an opportunity above 70%. From the results of performance analysis on Manado -Bitung roads in 2020 and so on the existing volume has passed the available capacity. By the year2018 VCR has reached 0.82 and this has become a warning for the passengers of the road to open anew road that is Manado - Bitung toll road. The level of service of Manado - Bitung road is in therange of service level D until 2019 and service level E in 2020 and 2021 to F. Sukur - Matungkas roadsegment until the end of 2022 the available volume is still below the available capacity and obtainedservice level of Sukur - Matungkas road is in the range of service level A and B from 2017 to 2022. Keywords: intersection capacity analysis, economic growth, level of service, degree of saturation

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara maritim dengan luas wilayah perairan lebih dari 3,5 juta km2. Pembangunan pelabuhan perikanan yang baik dapat menggali potensi sumber daya perikanan laut dan memicu perkembangan perekonomian nasional maupun lokal. Dengan semakin meningkatnya jumlah produksi dalam sektor perikanan perlu adanya pelayanan transportasi laut yang baik. Untuk menilai sejauh mana optimalnya kinerja operasional pelabuhan maka mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja operasional pelabuhan sesuai Standart Kinerja Operasional Pelabuhan yang berlaku sebagai salah satu upaya dalam peningkatan pelayanan transportasi laut di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bitung. Pengukuran pencapaian pelabuhan ini menggunakan metode perhitungan sesuai Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut nomor HK103/2/2/DJPL-17 tentang Pedoman Perhitungan Kinerja Pelayanan Operasional Pelabuhan tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Waiting Time (WT) 0,25 jam, Postpone Time (PT) tidak ada, Approach Time (AT) 1 jam, Berthing Time (BT) 128 jam, Berth Working Time (BWT) 12 jam, Effective Time (ET) 10 jam, Not Operation Time (NOT) 114 jam, Idle Time (IT) 2 jam, Turn Round Time (TRT) 129,25 jam, ET/BT 7,81 %, Ton/Gang/Hour 0,42, T/G/H, Ton/Ship/Hour 0.137 T/S/H, Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) 69,42 %, Berth Throughput (BTP) 4,67 Ton/meter2, Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) 8,34 %, dan Yard Throughput (YTP) 2,502 ton/m2. Hasil ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan Standar Kinerja Pelayanan Operasional Pelabuhan menurut Keputusan Dirjen Perhubungan Laut Nomor UM.002/38/18/DJPL-11 tanggal 15 Desember 2011 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bitung pada tahun 2018 untuk pelayanan utilisasi fasilitas sudah memenuhi Standar Kinerja Operasional Pelabuhan, sedangkan untuk indikator pelayanan kapal dan pelayanan bongkar muat dinilai masih kurang baik sehingga perlu dioptimalkan lagi tingkat efektifitas pemakaian waktu bertambat dan aktifitas bongkar muat di pelabuhan.

Abstract

Transportasi yang handal, aman dan nyaman merupakan beberapa alasan responden memilih moda transportasi yang akan digunakan dalam mencapai tempat tujuan. Hal inilah yang menjadi akar permasalahan transportasi di Kota Manado khususnya pada Trayek Malalayang-Pusat Kota dimana moda taxi online cenderung lebih diminati, dilihat dari segi kualitas pelayanan, aksesibilitas keterjangkauan dan waktu. Dampaknya penumpang yang menggunakan moda mikrolet beralih ke moda taxi online.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dalam pemilihan moda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Stated Preference, kemudian diolah dengan analisa statistik binomial logit.Survei dilaksanakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 310 responden berisi karakteristik pelaku perjalanan, meliputi kondisi sosio-ekonomi, dengan atribut selisih biaya perjalanan, selisih jarak jalan kaki, selisih waktu tunggu, selisih waktu tempuh dan selisih waktu jalan kaki antara moda mikrolet dan taxi online.Hasil survey dikumpulkan dan kemudian dilakukan analisa regresi linear dan pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model binomial logit sehingga didapat variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda diantaranya jika selisih waktu tempuh kurang dari 20 menit probabilitas pelaku perjalanan memilih angkutan kota lebih besar 50%, selisih jarak jalan kaki kurang dari 24 meter probabilitas pelaku perjalanan memilih angkutan kota lebih besar 50%, selisih biaya perjalanan jika harga taxi online di naikan menjadi Rp.50.000 maka probabilitas pelaku perjalanan memilih angkutan kota adalah 20,82%, selisih waktu tunggu jika kurang dari 1 menit probabilitas pelaku perjalanan memilih angkutan kota adalah lebih besar 50% dan selisih jarak jalan kaki jika kurang dari 3 menit probabilitas memilih angkutan kota adalah lebih besar 50%. Persamaan  utilitas diperoleh : Y= 0.522017 - 3.66226*  + 0.2094233X₂ + 0.020204  + 0.142912 + 0.370036  Hasil dari regresi yang diperoleh, telah memenuhi syarat, sehingga seluruh variabel bebas bersama–sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Kata Kunci : Binomial Logit, Pemilihan Moda,  Stated Preference.

Abstract

Peningkatan volume lalu lintas akan menyebabkan berubahnya perilaku lalu lintas pada suatu ruas jalan. Jalan Satsuit Tubun merupakan jalan lokal primer di kota Manado yang memiliki volume kendaraan yang cukup tinggi setiap hari. Dimana ruas jalan ini tidak pernah sepi dari kendaraan yang setiap harinya beroperasi. Ruas jalan Satsuit Tubun juga terdapat parkir yang berada pada badan jalan (parking on street) yang mengakibatkan kapasitas jalan berubah sehingga kinerja jalan juga berubah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari kapasitas ruas jalan akibat penggunaan badan jalan sebagai lahan parkir dengan menggunakan model hubungan matematis antara Volume, Kecepatan dan Kepadatan dan mendapatkan tingkat pelayanan/kinerja jalan akibat lokasi penelitian dengan adanya parking on street.Kapasitas didapatkan dengan menggunakan Model Linear Greenshields, Model Logaritmik Greenberg dan Model Eksponensial Underwood yang mempunyai koefisien regresi terbesar sedangkan derajat kejenuhan dan tingkat pelayanan dari ruas jalan tersebut dengan menggunakan pedoman MKJI’1997.Kapasitas ruas Jalan Satsuit Tubun akibat adanya parkir dipinggir jalan berdasarkan model linear Greenshields didapatkan hasil sebesar 1989 smp/jam, berbeda dengan tanpa adanya parkir di pinggir jalan didapatkan hasil sebesar 2517 smp/jam. Membuat kapasitas ruas jalan menurun sebesar 21% sehingga mengurangi nilai dari kapasitas jalan. Tingkat pelayanan secara keseluruhan untuk ruas Jalan Satsuit Tubun dengan adanya parkir adalah Level          of Service F yang berarti terjadi kemacetan, kecepatan rendah, arus kedatangan melebihi kapasitas, antrian panjang dan terjadi hambatan-hambatan yang besar. Dibandingkan tanpa adanya parkir kinerja jalan menjadi Level of Service C yang berarti arus stabil, kebebasan yang cukup untuk memilih kecepatan, nilai derajat kejenuhan masih dapat ditolerir < 0,77.Kata Kunci: Parkir di Badan Jalan, Tingkat Pelayanan, Kapasitas

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada 6 simpang bersinyal, yaitu persimpangan Jalan Yos Sudarso-Jalan Maesa, Jalan B.W Lapian-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan Yos Sudarso-Jalan Jenderal R.E Martadinata, Jalan R.E Martadinata-Jalan R.E Martadinata IV, Jalan Diponegoro-Jalan Lumimuut-Jalan Toar Jalan 14 Februari, Jalan Babe Palar-Jalan Maengket-Jalan 17 Agustus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang (emp) dari beberapa jenis kendaraan yang ada di kota Manado. Masing-masing kendaraan memiliki karakteristik pergerakan berbeda-beda sehingga perlu dikonversikan satu terhadap lainnya agar pengaruh setiap kendaraan terhadap lalu lintas keseluruhan dapat diketahui. Mobil penumpang diambil sebagai kendaraan acuan, sementara jenis kendaraan lainnya diekivalensikan. Survei dilakukan pada jam-jam puncak dengan kondisi arus lalu lintas jenuh (saturation flow). Data Sampel diperoleh dengan cara perekaman melalui kamera video (handy cam) dan dianalisa, sehingga diperoleh data jumlah kendaraan yang berbeda-beda per periode pelepasan (saat lampu hijau) yang sama. Sampel harus diseleksi karena tidak semua kondisi lalu lintas jenuh dapat dipakai sebagai bahan analisa. Sampel yang memenuhi syarat dianalisa dengan metode statistik regresi berganda untuk mendapatkan koefisien persamaan yang merupakan nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang untuk tiap tipe kendaraan. Selanjutnya, nilai emp akhir tiap jenis kendaraan didapat dengan merata-ratakan nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang dari tiap lengan simpang yang ditinjau.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang (emp) untuk kendaraan ringan/ LV (Light vehicle) = 1,00, Simpang Jalan Yos Sudarso-Jalan Maesa kendaraan berat (HV) = 3,1; sepeda motor (MC) = 0,4; Simpang Jalan B.W Lapian-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman kendaraan berat (HV) = 1,6; sepeda motor (MC) = 0,6; Simpang Jalan Yos Sudarso-Jalan Jenderal R.E Martadinata kendaraan berat (HV) = 2,3; sepeda motor (MC) = 0,4; Simpang Jalan R.E Martadinata-Jalan R.E Martadinata IV kendaraan berat (HV) = 0,9; sepeda motor (MC) = 0,3; Simpang Jalan Diponegoro-Jalan Lumimuut-Jalan Toar-Jalan 14 Februari kendaraan berat (HV) = 1,5; sepeda motor (MC) = 0,7; Simpang Jalan Babe Palar-Jalan Maengket-Jalan 17 Agustus kendaraan berat (HV) = 1,2; sepeda motor (MC) = 0,5.Nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang (emp) di kota Manado diambil dari nilai rata-rata ekivalensi mobil penumpang (emp) enam simpang bersinyal sehingga diperoleh kendaraan berat (HV) = 1,7 dan sepeda motor (MC) = 0,4. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang (emp)  yang diberikan oleh MKJI 1997 (HV=1,3; MC=0,4) sudah tidak layak digunakan pada persimpangan di kota Manado karena nilai ekivalensi mobil penumpang (emp) tersebut berbeda dengan hasil perhitungan. Abstract

Kota Manado berkembang dengan pesat di tandai dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan industri, perdagangan, bisnis, pertokoan, dan pemukiman, sehingga aktivitas perjalanan menjadi tinggi dan menimbulkan kemacetan yang tinggi pula, akibat ketidakmampuan jalan untuk menampung volume kendaraan yang melewati ruas-ruas jalan tersebut setiap hari. Pemerintah telah melakukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi kemacetan ini, namun belum berjalan efisien. Oleh karena itu bisa diterapkan Sistem Jalan Berbayar atau Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) pada ruas Jalan Sam Ratulangi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dalam pemilihan rute. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Stated Preference, kemudian diolah dengan analisa statistik binomial logit. Survei ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 responden berisi karakteristik pelaku perjalanan, meliputi kondisi sosio-ekonomi, dengan atribut selisih biaya perjalanan, selisih Volume Capacity Ratio (VCR), selisih kecepatan dan selisih waktu tempuh perjalanan antara Jalan Sam Ratulangi dan Jalan 17 Agustus di Kota Manado. Hasil penelitian dikumpulkan dan kemudian dilakukan analisa regresi linear dan pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model binomial logit sehingga didapat variabel-variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat dalam pemilihan rute. Akan terjadi perpindahan pemilihan rute, apabila selisih biaya perjalanan dari kedua rute tersebut > Rp. 4.000, kemudian jika selisih VCR Jl. Sam Ratulangi = 0,15 maka probabilitas pemilihan rute akan seimbang, dan apabila bila selisih VCR > 0,15 maka responden akan cenderung memilih Jl. 17 Agustus, pelaku perjalanan akan memilih rute Jl. Sam Ratulangi bila selisih kecepatan > 2 km/jam, Akan terjadi perpindahan rute dari Jl. Sam Ratulangi ke Jl 17 Austus apabila selisih waktu tempuh > -5 menit. Persamaan  utilitas diperoleh: Y =  0,838445 + 0,000188  + 0,051353  + 0,022483  + 0,336948 Hasil dari regresi yang diperoleh telah memenuhi syarat, sehingga seluruh variabel bebas bersama–sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Kata kunci: Binomial Logit, Electronic Road Pricing, Pemilihan Rute, Stated Preference
