Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan dari tiga variabel independen (keramahan, ketepatan waktu, dan harga) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Emas Mini Gold di Kota Batam. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai faktor penentu loyalitas dan keputusan pembelian. Kepuasan pelanggan tidak hanya mempengaruhi tingkat pembelian berulang, tetapi juga menjadi kunci dalam membangun citra merek yang kuat di pasar yang kompetitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan ketepatan waktu dan harga memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan keramahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, model yang menggabungkan ketiga variabel ini dapat menjelaskan sekitar 82,7% dari variabilitas kepuasan pelanggan. Ketepatan waktu terbukti menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh, diikuti oleh harga dan keramahan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel ini secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan aspek ketepatan waktu dalam pelayanan dan menjaga harga yang kompetitif, serta mempertahankan keramahan dalam setiap interaksi dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut untuk memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan secara keseluruhan, yang pada gilirannya akan mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis di masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keterlibatan generasi muda memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang terus berkembang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi generasi muda melalui pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL). Fokus utama program adalah membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, serta kemampuan mengembangkan usaha kecil yang berdaya saing. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan terstruktur, diskusi kelompok, pendampingan langsung, serta praktik simulasi usaha. Para peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi, dengan penerapan langsung di lingkungan masyarakat Kelurahan Galang Baru. Melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif ini, diharapkan peserta mampu menerapkan teori kewirausahaan ke dalam praktik nyata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam merancang usaha, mengatur strategi pemasaran, serta mengelola keuangan dasar. Selain itu, program ini turut mendorong lahirnya ide-ide kreatif berbasis potensi lokal sebagai pijakan pengembangan usaha ke depan. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara pembelajaran teoritis dan praktik lapangan mampu menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha di kalangan pemuda secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Pemuda, UMKM Berkelanjutan, Pengembangan SDM, Digitalisasi Usaha Lokal ABSTRACT The involvement of young people in supporting the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has become a crucial element amid the rapid transformation of the economic landscape. Through the implementation of a Field Work Program (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan/KLL), this initiative aims to enhance the capacity of youth by equipping them with practical skills and in-depth knowledge necessary for starting and managing long-term, sustainable small businesses. Participants were actively engaged in a variety of activities, including training sessions, group discussions, and business simulation practices. This approach effectively combines theoretical insights in entrepreneurship with direct application in the community setting of Kelurahan Galang Baru. The program outcomes showed significant improvement in participants' business management abilities, covering areas such as business planning, digital marketing strategies, and basic financial management. Furthermore, the activity successfully sparked new business ideas rooted in local potential. These results indicate that educational and participatory approaches are highly effective in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and motivation among youth. Abstract

The "Quality Culture" program at Nabilah Batam Islamic High School aims to develop competitive human resources through socialization and interactive discussions with students. The material presented covers the importance of quality culture, strong character development, and strategies to enhance competitiveness. Questionnaire results show increased motivation, self-confidence, understanding of quality culture, and students' readiness to improve competitiveness after participating in this program, with a Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) value of 57.65%. The main driving factors are strong commitment from the school, teacher support, and student enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the challenges include limited resources and diverse student backgrounds. The program produces outputs in the form of quality young people and social activities conducted by students. To enhance program effectiveness, strengthening school leadership commitment, implementing sustainable teacher development programs, and actively involving parents and the community are necessary. With these efforts, the school can build a stronger quality culture, improve education quality, and produce high-achieving and competitive graduates in both academic and non-academic fields. The collaboration between the school, teachers, students, and the community has been crucial in overcoming challenges and ensuring the program's success in preparing students to become competitive human resources and contribute positively to society.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Government Information Systems (SIP) in the era of digitalization 4.0 in increasing the value of Human Resources (HR). The research object focuses on the implementation of SIP in government organizations and its impact on productivity and human resource value. The main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of SIP on improving work efficiency and human resource value in the context of government in the digital era. The research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis, examining the relationship between SIP, Digital Era 4.0, HR Productivity, and HR Value. Data was collected through surveys and analyzed using inferential statistical techniques. The results of the study show that SIP has a positive influence on HR Value, with HR Productivity acting as a mediating variable. However, the effect of this mediation is not statistically significant. SIP quality and integration were found to be key factors that affect system effectiveness in increasing productivity and HR value. This research highlights the importance of optimal SIP implementation and the need for an adaptive organizational culture to maximize the benefits of technology in improving HR performance in the government sector.

Abstract

The study purpose was to examine the effect of professionalism, digital communication, service quality, and consumer trust on purchase decisions at Eyelash Beautysn.Id. In the beauty service industry, particularly eyelash extension services, consumers face perceived risk due to the intangible nature of services and the sensitivity of the treatment area. Therefore, understanding the determinants of purchase decisions is essential for improving business competitiveness and customer retention. Materials and methods. This research employed a quantitative explanatory design with a survey approach. The population consisted of 720 customers of Eyelash Beautysn.Id, with a sample of 88 respondents selected for analysis. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability before analysis. Classical assumption tests were conducted prior to multiple linear regression analysis. Hypotheses were tested using t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results. The findings indicate that professionalism (Sig.=0.018), digital communication (Sig.=0.015), service quality (Sig.=0.031), and consumer trust (Sig.=0.031) each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, the four variables significantly influence purchase decisions (F-test Sig.=0.000). The model demonstrates a strong relationship (R=0.743) with an explanatory power of 55.2% (R²=0.552; Adjusted R²=0.531). Conclusions. Purchase decisions at Eyelash Beautysn.Id are significantly shaped by the integration of professional service execution, effective digital interaction, high service quality, and strong consumer trust. Strengthening these aspects in a consistent and integrated manner can enhance repurchase intentions and customer recommendations.
