Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan riset pada mahasiswa PGSD melalui implementasi PjBL pada mata kuliah IPA Terapan. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan 38 mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Semarang yang mengikuti perkuliahan IPA Terapan. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, membersihkan data, mengelompokan data, menganalisis data, menafsirkan data, dan membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Negeri Semarang memiliki keterampilan riset dengan kategori cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan riset pada tahapan pelaporan, kemudian tahapan persiapan, dan tahap pelaksanaan berturut-turut merupakan tahap riset yang sulit untuk dilakukan mahasiswa. Rekomendasi berdasar hasil penelitian ini, yaitu institusi pendidikan perlu memperkuat pembekalan riset pada mahasiswa melalui program perkuliahan dan di luar perkuliahan, dosen juga perlu membiasakan mahasiswa melalukan riset dan mendorong mahasiswa mengikuti berbagai kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan riset seperti kegiatan seminar, pelatihan/workshop dan kegiatan study club yang dilakukan organisasi kemahasiswaan.

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk melatih pemanfaatan dan budidaya tanaman obat tradisional yang memiliki potensi sebagai imunomodulator antigen Covid-19. Tanaman obat tradisional seperti jahe, kunyit, dan kumis kucing memiliki potensi sebagai obat alternatif Covid-19 terutama untuk meningkatkan sistem imun tubuh. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan dan budidaya tanaman obat tradisional imunomodulator antigen Covid-19. Peserta yang terlibat dalam PKM ini sebanyak 14 orang tua siswa Yayasan Fallah An-Nuur Desa Sindanghaji. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa sudah mengetahui beberapa jenis tanaman obat tradisional tetapi belum mengetahui manfaat dan cara penggunaanya, partisipan juga belum mengetahui bahwa beberapa tanaman obat tradisional seperti jahe, kunyit, temu lawak dan meniran bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan sistem imun yang dapat meminimalisir dari potensi terkena Covid-19. Partisipan kegiatan PKM mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan serta budidaya tanaman obat tradisional yang berpotensi sebagai imunomodulator antigen Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the critical thinking skills of high school students based on a systematic literature review of a number of studies both nationally and internationally. The approach taken is a literature review, selecting 15 relevant articles published between 2012 and 2024 that measure critical thinking skills using indicators proposed by Facione, Ennis, or similar frameworks. The findings of this study indicate that, in general, high school students' critical thinking skills fall into the low to moderate category, particularly with weaknesses evident in evaluation and inference indicators. Internal factors such as motivation, self-confidence, and metacognitive skills, as well as external factors including learning models, school atmosphere, and the quality of questions posed by teachers, have a significant influence on the achievement of these skills. Active learning methods such as Problem-Based Learning, Argument-Driven Inquiry, STEM-based learning, and the use of Open Educational Resources have proven to effectively enhance critical thinking skills. For future research, it is recommended to test combinations of active learning methods with educational technology and conduct longitudinal studies to monitor the continuous development of these skills.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the effectiveness of learning through the development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) by utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) technology. By combining the concept of traditional LKPD with AR, this study creates an innovation in the delivery of learning materials. Learning methods integrated with AR can provide a more interactive and immersive learning experience for students. Augmented Reality LKPD assisted by Augmented Reality is designed for various subjects, presenting interesting and dynamic visualizations. The main benefit of this study is to increase student engagement and understanding in learning. By utilizing AR technology, this study also has the potential to change the traditional paradigm of learning into a more modern and relevant experience with current technological developments. The results of the validity of LKPD experts assisted by Augmented Reality by material experts are 79%, learning media design experts are 80%, language experts are 85%, and lecturers/practitioners' assessments are 88% with a very valid category. For the results of large-scale trials of media, the results are 78.4% with interesting criteria. Keywords: Student Worksheets, Augmented Reality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the literature on discovery learning models on environmental pollution material on student learning outcome. Data collection is done by collection related books and journals for later reading dan review. In addition to the collected data, testing and comparison of the data found was carried out. The data analysis technique was carried out qualitatively by quoting the appropriate opinion. The results showed that the discovery learning model is a good model used in learning environmental materials on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the many learning theories that support the discovery learning model.

Abstract

In various corners, there is no discussion other than a matter of improving the economic level, the fulfilment of lust and passion. Adults and children make no difference. We are aware that humans need collateral and support in their material aspects. In the Scriptures, we are reminded of the importance of the value of property and material potential in encouraging many charities. However, we must not forget that the economic facilities that we want to control are all just roads, not end. The purpose of using these means is to defend and fight for great and noble values. Most people do not know the purpose of their existence. They live in vain amid the stuffy life. Some of them live for charity and struggle. Some of them live playfully, far from seriousness, and as if they have no purpose. They should take the straight path of life in His direction.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of the guided inquiry method on students' adaptive reasoning ability at the secondary school level. With a quasi-experimental design using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, class X IPS 1 applied guided discovery, while class X IPS 2 was the control with conventional learning. Adaptive reasoning ability data were obtained from pretests and posttests, then tested using paired-sample T-test. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental class (N-Gain: 0.64) compared to the control class (N-Gain: 0.55), with a significance value of 0.009. This finding indicates that the application of the guided discovery method has a more significant positive impact on improving students' adaptive reasoning ability when compared to conventional learning. The implication is that teachers and education practitioners can consider using this method to improve the quality of mathematics learning at the secondary school level. Further studies could explore specific aspects of this method and its long-term impact on student achievement

Abstract

Pengembangan profesi berkelanjutan (PKB) merupakan upaya guru untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalitas sebagai pendidik. Salah bentuk PKB yang dianjurkan adalah pengembangan pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti melalui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis Citizen Science (CS). Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan gagasan CS dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya pada pembelajaran biologi di MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini berupa pelatihan teoritis dan praktik mengenai implementasi program Citizen Science dalam pembelajaran biologi. Peserta yang terlibat dalam PKM ini sebanyak 27 guru di MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Majalengka. PKM ini melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pra-pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pasca pelaksanaan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan guru di MGMP Biologi Kabupaten Majalengka memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait pembelajaran inovatif berbasis CS dalam bentuk teoritis dan praktis untuk dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran biologi yang relevan. Online Citizen Science (OCS) melalui media sosial dan web seperti iNaturalist dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran biologi secara online yang dapat terhubung dengan para Citizen Scientist di seluruh dunia. Respon peserta kegiatan sangat positif terhadap kegiatan PKM ini karena telah memberikan perspektif baru terkait pembelajaran biologi yang melibatkan komunitas belajar melalui keterlibatan dalam program CS.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing and implementing e-module teaching materials for the human reproductive system using the Flip PDF Corporate application. Following the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the study begins with an analysis of student and teacher needs, along with an examination of the human reproductive system's basic competencies. The resulting e-module structure includes sections such as Introduction, Human Reproductive System overview, and Closing, among others. Expert validation, involving biologists and digital media experts, contributes to the development process. The study's implementation results indicate positive outcomes, with an average test score of 79.50, surpassing the KKM standard, and a good classification value. All students passed, with 53% achieving a good grade and 47% reaching a very good grade. Student responses also highlight the favorable material and technical quality aspects of the Flip PDF Corporate application. Overall, the research successfully demonstrates the effectiveness of the designed teaching materials for the human reproductive system.

Abstract

Tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21 yang terus berkembang menekankan urgensi bagi para pendidik untuk memahami keterampilan berpikir siswa melalui kerangka yang koheren dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi secara empiris sebuah model teoretis yang menjelaskan hubungan antar empat komponen utama keterampilan abad ke-21, yaitu Berpikir Kritis, Kreativitas, Komunikasi, dan Kolaborasi (4C). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS, data dikumpulkan dari 300 siswa sekolah menengah atas di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Berpikir Kritis secara signifikan memprediksi Kolaborasi dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,641, yang berarti 64,1% variansi dalam Kolaborasi dijelaskan oleh Berpikir Kritis. Selain itu, Berpikir Kritis juga menjelaskan 45,4% variansi dalam Komunikasi (R² = 0,454). Temuan ini mendukung keterkaitan struktural antar konstruk 4C dan menegaskan peran sentral Berpikir Kritis dalam meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21 lainnya. Variansi yang tidak terjelaskan menunjukkan adanya faktor lain yang memengaruhi namun tidak tercakup dalam model ini.
