Abstract

Kampung Adat Cirendeu is one of several indigenous communities that continue to uphold local traditions amidst the pressures of modernization. This study aims to understand the traditional governance structure in Kampung Adat Cirendeu, the local wisdom values it embodies, and how this community confronts the challenges of modernization. Data were collected through extensive interviews with traditional leaders and village administrators. The findings indicate that the traditional governance structure comprises the Sesepuh (Elders), Ais Pangampih, Paniten, and several other officials, each with specific duties. The Cirendeu indigenous community employs selective adaptation strategies to preserve their local wisdom, even though modernization brings government programs that sometimes conflict with their customs. This study provides insights into how local traditions can endure in the face of changing times.

Abstract

This study examines the role of madrasas as educational and social institutions within the framework of Islamic education sociology. The research adopts a literature review method to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by madrasas in fulfilling their dual roles in modern society. Data were collected from relevant journals, books, and studies and analyzed using a four-step process: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings highlight the significant contribution of madrasas in shaping students' character, promoting Islamic values, and addressing social issues. Despite challenges such as adapting to technological advancements and societal modernization, madrasas remain pivotal in fostering moderation, tolerance, and cultural preservation. This study underscores the importance of madrasas in creating a harmonious and ethically guided community aligned with Islamic principles.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji peran madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan sosial dalam kerangka sosiologi pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka untuk menganalisis tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi madrasah dalam memenuhi peran gandanya dalam masyarakat modern. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal, buku, dan penelitian yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan proses empat langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Temuan ini menyoroti kontribusi signifikan madrasah dalam membentuk karakter siswa, mempromosikan nilai-nilai Islam, dan mengatasi masalah sosial. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti adaptasi terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan modernisasi masyarakat, sekolah tetap berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan sikap moderat, toleransi, dan pelestarian budaya. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya madrasah dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan beretika serta selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

The Piring Talam Sapinggan Dance is a Minangkabau cultural heritage that combines traditional dance movements with extreme attractions such as stepping on glass and spitting fire. This article examines the performativity and meaning contained in the performance, starting from the dance movements to the closing attraction. This research was conducted through direct observation of performances that display artistic and symbolic aspects of each movement and attraction. The research results show that the Piring Talam Sapinggan Dance not only emphasizes the beauty of movement, but also symbolizes strength, courage and respect for traditional values. The attraction of stepping on glass and spitting fire at the end of the show strengthens the symbolism of physical strength and agility, while maintaining the unique tradition passed down from generation to generation.

Abstract

UKM Dede Satoe di Surabaya menghadapi setidaknya empat permasalahan utama, yaitu proses pengolahan yang belum memenuhi standar keamanan pangan internasional, atribut dan desain kemasan yang belum sesuai standar internasional, terbatasnya sarana pemasaran, dan terbatasnya pemahaman tentang manajemen bisnis yang membuatnya kalah bersaing dengan pabrikan. Oleh sebab itu, selama tiga tahun (2018-2020) dilaksanakan program pendampingan yang bersifat holistik yang meliputi: pendampingan dan pelatihan standardisasi keamanan pangan sesuai standar pangan internasional, perbaikan atribut dan desain kemasan produk, pembekalan manajemen bisnis khusunya keuangan, serta pendampingan penggunaan berbagai media baik online maupun offline untuk memperluas sarana pemasaran. Tujuan dilaksanakannya program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan daya saing UKM sehingga target dan pangsa pasarnya menjadi lebih luas dan bersaing di pasar global. Hasilnya, di akhir tahun 2020, produk mitra telah tersertifikasi keamanan pangan internasional (HACCP), produk telah memiliki desain kemasan ekonomis dengan atribut sesuai standar internasional, UKM mampu menyajikan laporan keuangan dan menggunakannya untuk berbagai macam pengambilan keputusan, dan adanya peningkatan signifikan transaksi penjualan online dan ekspor.

Abstract

This study examines how product diversification strategies, product innovation, market penetration, and brand image influence company performance within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in Indonesia, characterized by intense competition and shifting consumer preferences. The study aims to evaluate the impact of product diversification and the contribution of product innovation, market penetration, and brand image in enhancing company performance. Data were collected from 75 respondents using a non-probability approach with purposive sampling techniques. The research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The findings reveal that product diversification and market penetration have a positive and significant impact on company performance, whereas product innovation and brand image show no significant influence in this context. This study offers practical insights for FMCG companies to prioritize product diversification and market penetration strategies that align with consumer preferences and market needs. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana strategi diversifikasi produk, inovasi produk, penetrasi pasar, dan citra merek memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan di sektor Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) di Indonesia, yang dihadapkan pada persaingan ketat dan perubahan preferensi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh diversifikasi produk serta kontribusi inovasi produk, penetrasi pasar, dan citra merek dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Data penelitian diambil dari 75 responden penelitian ini melalui pendekatan non-probability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan analisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi produk dan penetrasi pasar memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan inovasi produk dan citra merek tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dalam konteks ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi perusahaan FMCG untuk fokus pada strategi diversifikasi produk dan penetrasi pasar yang selaras dengan preferensi konsumen dan kebutuhan pasar.

Abstract

Temperatur merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas masyarakat, berbagai hal dipengaruhi oleh temperature salah satunya adalah cuaca. Keperluan informasi tentang temperature dapat terpenuhi dengan melakukan prediksi memanfaatkan algoritma Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren dari temperature di daerah Ternate, Maluku Utara serta prediksi dari data temperatur. Hasil analisis data tahun 2010 – 2023, menunjukkan tren temperatur minimum di Ternate mengalami kenaikan secara konsisten. Prediksi temperatur minimum, temperatur maksimum, dan temperatur rata-rata menghasilkan nilai MAPE masing – masing sebesar 2.12, 2.51, dan 1.93.

Abstract

His research is a descriptive qualitative research using a checklist sheet instrument. Researchers in this study collected data with documentation. The main data source used in this study was class IV students, totaliting 30 students and the answers of class IV students for the 2023/2024 academic year. The results showed that there were 4 types of errors made by students including conceptual errors, operational errors, principle errors and careless errors. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher, as many as 26 out of 30 students or 62% of students made conceptual errors, as many as 27 of 30 students or 67,3 % made operational errors, as many as 19 of 30 students or 28% made principle and as many as 6 out of 30 students or 4,6% made careless mistakes in solving math problem on multiplication material. The types of errors made by students were error in understanding the multiplication cocept, multiplication procedure errors and error in using arithmetic operations.

Abstract

One way to attract investors is to see how a company's performance can be rated well. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of tax avoidance, board of commissioners, and leverage on firm value with profitability being the role of moderating the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The data used in this study used quantitative data from financial statement data registered on the IDX in 2018 – 2021 with 124 samples used using the purposive sampling method. The hypothesis was tested by regression analysis of panel data. The tests conducted found that tax avoidance and the board of commissioners had a significant effect on firm value, leverage did not affect firm value. The results of the interaction test show that profitability cannot moderate between tax avoidance variables and leverage on firm value, but profitability can moderate the board of commissioners on firm value with result of Adjusted R2 value gets a result of 22.63% , where there are still 77.37% more variables that can affect the dependent variable, including: Firm Value.

Abstract

The new Criminal Code significantly expands the scope of corporate criminal liability in Indonesia. This research analyzes in depth the regulations regarding criminal acts of corruption involving corporations in the new Criminal Code through comparative studies with previous regulations and analysis of jurisprudence. This research identifies challenges and opportunities in law enforcement against criminal acts of corporate corruption. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide more effective policy recommendations in eradicating corruption in the business environment.
