Abstract

Expert system is a computer system that resembles the ability in making decisions of an expert and is part of artificial intelligence, hence with it to detect the growth of watermelon plants not everyone can know the growth of watermelon plants without an expert. The purpose of making these systems and applications to design and build Expert System for Watermelon Plant Growth Based Detection that uses certainty factor for use by farmers and the community to know the growth of watermelon plants without having to ask directly to expert experts, which can be said that the calculation of certainty factor on the characteristics of watermelon disease has a confidence level of 99.70%, because in this case Certainty Factor commonly used for decision making in the face of uncertainty of an event. This app is designed by beginning with SDLC and use case.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) untuk menentukan kelayakan penerimaan KIP, Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) merupakan bantuan tunai pendidikan sampai lulus sekolah menengah ke atas dengan usia anak sekolah 6-21 tahun. Sasaran penerima KIP adalah penerima Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) ataupun yang terdaftar sebagai peserta Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Pendistribusian KIP sering kali tidak tepat sasaran. Hal ini disebabkan karena perhitungan penerima KIP masih menggunakan sistem manual dan belum terkomputerisasi. Perhitungan manual dirasa semakin tidak efektif bagi staff yang bertugas dalam masalah pencacahan data peserta didik. Demi mempermudah pekerjaan dan menghindari kesalahan perhitungan data dengan sistem manual maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu mengambil keputusan penerima KIP secara cepat dan lebih akurat, yang diolah dengan sistem yang pasti dan tanpa unsur subyektif.

Abstract

Ditemui fakta bahwa  pengguna smartphone dan tablet adalah anak-anak. Fakta ini terlihat dari banyak dijumpai diberbagai ruang publik seperti di Restoran, Taman bermain, Bandara, Pusat perbelanjaan dan lain-lain  dimana para orang tua akan memberikan anak-anak mereka gadged agar anak-anak tidak rewel atau ketika para orang tua butuh waktu luang tanpa gangguan anak-anak. Anak usia dini diperbolehkan menggunakan teknologi digital sejak sekitar usia 2–3 tahun, dengan pengawasan orang dewasa. Tujuan kegiatan Pelatihan literasi digital bagi orang tua diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang risiko dan manfaat penggunaan teknologi digital, serta memberikan keterampilan untuk mengawasi dan membimbing anak-anak dalam penggunaan teknologi. Dengan demikian, orang tua dapat berperan aktif dalam mendukung pendidikan anak di era digital. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan pada penulisan artikel kegiatan ini. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah orang tua di Desa Gading Rejo yang memiliki anak-anak usia dini hingga remaja. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan orang tua dalam literasi digital. Meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua dalam mendampingi penggunaan teknologi sebagai media belajar anak. Masyarakat juga semakin sadar akan peran penting literasi digital, tidak hanya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tetapi juga dalam proses pendidikan anak. Kegiatan ini menciptakan perubahan yang berkelanjutan dalam cara masyarakat memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung pendidikan anak di era digital.

Abstract

This research discusses digital signal processing in the context of developing deep learning-based speech recognition technology. Given the increasing demand for accurate and efficient speech recognition systems, digital signal processing techniques are essential. The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. This research method consists of several stages: introduction, research design, data collection, data preprocessing, Deep Learning Model Development, performance training and evaluation, experiments and testing, and data analysis. These findings are expected to contribute to developing more sophisticated and applicable speech recognition systems in various fields. For example, in virtual assistants such as Siri and Google Assistant, improved speech recognition accuracy will allow for more natural interactions and faster responses, improving the user experience. This technology can be used in security systems for safer and more reliable voice authentication, replacing or supplementing passwords and fingerprints. Additionally, in accessibility technology, more accurate voice recognition will be particularly beneficial for individuals with visual impairments or mobility, allowing them to control devices and access information with just voice commands. Other benefits include improvements in automated phone apps, automatic transcription for meetings or conferences, and the development of smart home devices that can be fully voice-operated.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology on smartphones supported by Android technology can make it easier for users to access all information anywhere and anytime. Currently, many educational institutions use Android as a learning tool and information media as well as various implementations of online student assessments. One of them is the use of CBT (Computer Based Test) facilities. SMK Ma'arif 1 Sendangagung is located in the countryside far from the city centre or district. Implementing student exams/assessments at these school are still manual using paper which has many shortcomings. For example, the leakage of questions in the preparation of exam questions, duplicating and distributing question texts, cheating during the exam, and needing a lot of time to scan answer sheets, require a lot of money, energy, and time. Therefore, an android-based exam application system is needed to make it easier for teachers and students to carry out school exams and semester assessments in a hybrid manner. This research aims to design an Android-based exam application system to make it easier for teachers and students to take grades on students. The use of this technology also aims to make Ma'arif 1 Sendangagung Vocational School more advanced with the application of Android technology. The stages of the research method are first data collection, second data analysis, third application design, and fourth result report.  The results of this study are an Android School Examination Application at Maarif 1 Sendangagung Vocational School. The application was built using Delphi EMBARCADERO, Android SDK (Software Development Kit), Android Developer Tools (ADT), and Android Operating System: Froyo 2.2 with Google API SDK 25.2.5, Java, XML. This School Exam Android application can save time in the process of assessing student exam results and make it easier to check student scores

Abstract

Computer Networks Refers To Computing Devices That Are Connected And Can Exchange Data And Share Resources With. These Network Devices Use A System Of Rules, Known As A Communication Protocol, To Transmit Information Via Physical Or Wireless Technology. Two Computers Can Be Said To Be Connected In A Network If Both Have The Ability To Communicate And Exchange Information. The Author Chooses A Place At The Patria Gadingrejo Pringsewu Senior High School, Lampung. Computer Network Implementation Using Star Topology. In This Paper, A Computer Network Is Simulated At Patria Gadingrejo Pringsewu High School, Lampung, INDONESIA. Using Draw.Io Software As A Simulation Tool. Simulation Data Obtained From Computer And Network Engineering Laboratory Room, Accounting Laboratory Room And General Laboratory Room. Each Laboratory Room Has 1 Switch And 1 Wireless Router. The Performance Analyzed Is Packet Loss, Delay And Throughput. The Simulation Results Using Draw.Io Software Show That The Delay That Occurs In The Computer And Network Engineering Laboratory Is 30.4 Ms, The Accounting Laboratory Is 43.4 Ms And The General Laboratory Is 50.2 Ms. While The Entire Room Does Not Experience Packet Loss During The Simulation Process. The Throughput Results For TKJ-Laboratory Rooms Are 0.51 kbps, For Akuntansi-Laboratory Rooms Are 0.38 Kbps And for general Laboratory Rooms Are 0.37 kbps.

Abstract

The government's policy on the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program aims to encourage students to master various fields of science and their fields of expertise so that they are ready to compete in the global world. This policy allows students to choose the courses they will take based on their wishes. The lack of practical competence of students, which is caused by learning with traditional methods centered on lecturers, is a problem raised in this activity so the innovation of Technopreneurship Through the Smart Farming Platform as an Implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is deemed necessary. The purpose of this PKm activity is to improve students' practical competence, by collaborating across fields of entrepreneur science with technology to prepare students to face the world of work dominated by technology. The research method applied in this activity is qualitative with a case study research type. The subjects of this research are students involved in the Smart Farming program as part of the MBKM program. This Pkm activity resulted in the Smart Farming program being implemented as part of MBKM, successfully bridging the gap between the academic world and the industrial world. Students are not only equipped with theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that are relevant to market needs.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role as the main pillar of the Indonesian economy, considering their significant contribution in supporting national economic stability and their ability to absorb most of the workforce in the country. Currently, Kurnia Jaya Farm, an MSME that focuses on chicken farming, faces various challenges such as low production capacity, management, marketing and inadequate cultivation skills. The purpose of PKM is to improve the ability of partners in the productivity of laying hens and market products well. The method used involves a series of systematic stages, including socialization activities, training, technology implementation, and providing ongoing assistance. The application of smart farming technology in livestock farming that allows automatic control and monitoring of livestock using sensors and machines, thereby increasing the effectiveness of livestock activities. While the business platform, to form a digital marketing ecosystem in increasing the marketing of livestock products. The results of this activity increase the knowledge and ability of partners in using smart farming and business platforms so as to minimize the obstacles faced by farmers and improve marketing.

Abstract

Karang Taruna merupakan organisasi sosial yang menjadi wadah dan sarana tumbuh kembang bagi setiap anggota masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda. Landasannya adalah kesadaran dan tanggung jawab sosial dari dan untuk masyarakat. dan kelompok pemuda di daerah lain. Semua itu bertujuan agar karang taruna mempunyai arsip disetiap kegiatan, terutama karang taruna bina maju yang belum mempunyai wadah untuk mempublikasikan setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Banyak kegiatan atau progja karang taruna bina maju, namun penyimpanan yang dilakukan sebelunya hanya sebatas di simpan pada handphone atau ponsel masing masing. Hal itu sangatlah beresiko karena bias saja mereka kehilangan file file yang tersimpan di hanphone atau ponsel. Implementasi web mobile sebagai media informasi Karang Taruna Bina Maju Kampung Sendang Agung bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses informasi bagi masyarakat, khususnya anggota Karang Taruna di kampung tersebut. Web mobile ini dirancang dengan menggunakan teknologi responsif sehingga dapat diakses melalui perangkat mobile seperti smartphone dan tablet. Web mobile ini menyediakan informasi terkait kegiatan Karang Taruna, informasi tentang organisasi Karang Taruna, profil anggota Karang Taruna, dan informasi penting lainnya. Selain itu, web mobile ini juga memfasilitasi fitur untuk memberikan masukan dan saran kepada pengurus Karang Taruna. Dalam proses pengembangan web mobile ini, digunakanlah bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript serta framework Bootstrap untuk memudahkan proses pengembangan dan memastikan tampilan yang responsif pada berbagai ukuran layar perangkat mobile. Dengan adanya implementasi web mobile sebagai media informasi Karang Taruna Bina Maju Kampung Sendang Agung, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih mudah mengakses informasi terkait Karang Taruna dan ikut aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang diadakan oleh organisasi tersebut.

Abstract

Pendampingan pasien yaitu mendampingi atau menemani pasien berobat, menjemput dan mengantarkan pasien dari pengobatan awal sampai sembuh, Serta memberikan pelayanan real dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasien. Pendampingan di respek peduli ini pendampingan yang bersifat nya mendamingi  pasien yang kurang mampu dan kendala jauh dari tempat berobat. Dengan adanya penentuan pasien mana yang layak mendapatkan pendampingan dari Yayasan espek Peduli Indonesia Regional Lampung maka permasalahan atau segala urusan yang berkaitan dengan pasien dapat diselesaikan dengan baik Sistem ,pendukung ,keputusan ,ialah ,sesuatu alternatife system ,yang interaktif ,guna ,membantu ,didalam ,mengambi ,keputusan ,melalui ,pemakaian ,informasi serta ,model- model ,keputusan ,untuk ,memcahkan ,permasalahan ,yang bersifat semi ,terstruktur ataupun ,yang ,tidak terstruktur. Aplikai ,ini ,terbuat ,dengan ,metode ,SAW ( Simple ,Additive Weighting). Dengan ,Memakai ,system ,pendukung ,keputusan ,memastikan penderita ,layak ,memperoleh pendampingan ,pada Yayasan ,Respek Peduli ,Indonesia (YRPI) Regional ,Lampung dalam penentuan pasien layak mendapatkan pendampingan yang tepat menggunakan metode SAW terdapat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi penelitian. Penelitian tersebut berdasarkan kesetikelengkapan berkas, kelas BPJS, jarak tempat tinggal pasien, dan masyaakat tidak mampu. Sedangkan alternatifnya adalah penderita 1, penderita 2, penderita 3, penderita 4, dan penderita 5. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pasien 1 mendapatkan nilai terbesar 0.775, pasien 2 mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0.82, pasien 3 mendapatkan nilai 0.7325, pasien 4 mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0.6075. Lalu pasien 5 mendapatkan  nilai sebesar 0.5025.
