Abstract

AbstractIn this study focusing on the correlation of Green Product Awareness, Consumer Preference, Product Knowledge on Purchase Interest, the basis of this research is to find out the business opportunities of Virgin coconut oil (VCO) products in West Sulawesi Province. In the process of analyzing research data to be carried out using descriptive analysis methods. The results of the study are described in a descriptive manner, some dominant indicators are obtained which are interpreted based on the categories, very strong, strong, sufficient, weak and very weak. The test results are in line with the community's knowledge regarding the benefits of coconut, the location of where the community lives, which geographically the number of distribution of coconut trees is very large, and finally coconut is still considered a herbal medicine that can cure various diseases so that it can affect the mentality and attitude of people's beliefs.  The researcher concluded that the relationship was created because general knowledge of coconut supports interest in Virgin coconut oil (VCO) products. It only takes various ways so that the Virgin coconut oil (VCO) industrial product can be officially formed and developed in West Sulawesi.Keywords: Green Product Awareness, Consumer Preference, Product Knowledge, Purchase Intention AbstrakPada penelitian ini berfokus pada deskriptifikasi Green Product Awareness, Preferensi Konsumen, Pengetahuan Produk dalam mendukung Minat Beli, dasar penelitian ini ingin mengetahui peluang bisnis dari produk Virgin coconut oil (VCO) di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Dalam proses analisis data penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diuraikan secara deskripsi, memperoleh beberapa indikator yang cukup dominan yang diinterpretasikan berdasarkan kategori, Sangat kuat, kuat, cukup, lemah dan sangat lemah. Hasil pengujian selaras dengan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait manfaat kelapa, lokasi tempat tinggal masyarakat yang jika dilihat secara geografis jumlah sebaran pohon kelapa sangat besar, dan terakhir kelapa sampai saat ini masih dianggap sebagai obat herbal yang dapat menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit sehingga dapat mempengaruhi mental dan sikap masyarakat keyakinan. peneliti menyimpulkan hubungan tercipta karena pengetahuan umum terhadap kelapa mendukung minat terhadap Produk Virgin coconut oil (VCO), hanya saja diperlukan berbagai cara agar industri produk Virgin coconut oil (VCO) dapat terbentuk secara resmi dan berkembang di Sulawesi Barat. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of investment risk, level of income (capital), investment motivation and basic knowledge of investment on investment interest in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi. The research design is quantitative. The sample in this study were 93 students from the accounting study program and management study program, the Faculty of Economics, University of West Sulawesi, in 2017 and 2020. Data collection in this study used the questionnaire method. Instrument trials were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that t count with a value of x1 of 4,883, x2 of 5,703, x3 of 2,253 and x4 of 2,401 is greater than the value of t table with a value of 1.662. The significance value of variable x to variable y is below 0.05 so that H1, H2, H3 and H4 can be accepted and it can be concluded that all variables x, namely Investment Risk, Level of Income (Capital), Motivation and Basic Knowledge have an effect on variable y, namely Investment Interest. The ability of the independent variables to explain changes in the dependent variable is 57.40%.

Abstract

Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Adapun permasalahan dalam skripsi ini, sebagai berikut: 1) Apakah kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, 2) Apakah komitmen berpengaruh terhadap terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, 3) Apakah kepercayaan dan komitmen berpengaruh secara bersama – sama/ Simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada 4 Rumah Makan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Kecamatan Pamboang, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantatif degan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif sumber data ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam skripsi tersebut adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan penulusuran referensi. Kemudian teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yakni : regresi berganda, penujian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Pertama, Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t-hitung 4,739 > t-tabel 1,661. Kedua, Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t-hitung 8,385 t-tabel 1,661. Ketiga, kepercayaan dan komitmen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 dengan nilai F-hitung 77,717 > F-tabel 3,09

Abstract

Abstrak, Peran Medi Sosial dan Motivasi Pasca Covid-19 Terhadap Minat Pengunjung Pada Pantai Dato Kabupaten Majene. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan motivasi pasca covid-19 terhadap minat pengunjung pada pantai dato Kabupaten Majene. Dengan menggunakan metode SPSS, terhadap 50 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung yang datang kepantai dato Kabupaten Majene. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel penelitian. Analisis Uji t digunakan untuk menguji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengunjung, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengunjung, media sosial dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengunjung pada pantai dato Kabupaten Majene. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Motivasi dan Minat Pengunjung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh eWOM dan Trust terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada Market Place Shopee di Kab. Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif,dengan variabel independen eWOM dan Trust sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 70 responden. Terknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu dengan menggunakan eWOM dan Trust sebagai variabel independen dan Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di Kab.Majene sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara simultan variabel eWOM dan Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di kab. Majene. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel eWOM tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di Kab. Majene dan variabel Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Market Place Shopee di Kab. Majene.

Abstract

It is important to reexamine the enhancement of human resource professionalism, particularly in the field of education, specifically for academics. The aim of this research is to determine the application of human resource management in improving professionalism and the influencing factors related to the application of human resource management in enhancing the professionalism of teachers in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. This qualitative study investigates a social phenomenon, utilizing initial observation, interviews, documentation, and drawing conclusions from the description of the human resource role. The research was conducted in several public high schools in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. The research findings reveal that enhancing teacher professionalism requires training and enhancing the competencies of each individual involved in teaching activities. The implications of this research can provide insights to schools to offer training for every teacher, focusing on learning attitudes, skills, specific knowledge, and behaviors related to their profession

Abstract

Housewives weavers in Balla tumuka Village, as the main partners in this activity, carry out weaving activities in a traditional way using godokan tools. This has implications for the low quality of woven fabrics and a long time to make woven products. In addition, Balla Tumuka village is included in the category of very underdeveloped villages, so it also has implications for marketing methods that are not effective and efficient. The second partner in this activity is Bumdes Balla tumuka with the problem of Bumdes activities as a grocery store, so has implications for the lack of development of bumdes. Then, through the nation's vocabulary programme implemented according to the needs of the weaving group of housewives and bumdes, to increase the competitiveness of their respective products through intellectual property, namely trademarks on products owned by Bumdes and Weavers, and Copyright by the Weaving Group on Motifs.

Abstract

The Samboyang Rope Processing Business Group in Babarura Village is the main partner in this activity. Carrying out pelpangang activities in the traditional way using a manual rolling tool. This has implications for the quality of the rope, the time it takes to make anchor ropes. Apart from that, Tinambung sub-district is the only business The largest anchor rope spinner in West Sulawesi. Apart from that, there has been no innovation in diversifying the forms of products produced from processing anchor ship mooring ropes, until now they have only been used as fishing aids or ship ties, and in the economic marketing and digital bookkeeping sectors. needs to be implemented. Then through a community service program carried out according to the needs of the Samboyang Rope Processing Business Group to increase group productivity. In addition, product diversification from ship mooring rope processing provides new opportunities for the group to increase the added value of their products, marketing training and digital bookkeeping, opening up opportunities for the Samboyang rope processing business group to be competitive in a wider market.

Abstract

Seaweed cultivation in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi, has not experienced significant development as in neighboring Polewali Mandar and Mamuju Regency. This can be seen from the absence of active seaweed cultivation activities in Majene Regency. The aim of this research is to assess the physical and chemical aspects of water to determine the suitability of locations for cultivating Eucheuma cottonii seaweed in Majene waters. The method used to measure ecological suitability included parameters such as temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, phosphate, nitrate and salinity. Subsequently, the data is scored to determine suitability classes: suitable (S1) with values ranging from 37 to 48, moderately suitable (S2) with values between 36 and 25 and non sultable (S3)/N) with value 25. The results showed that after applying weighting and scoring, locations such as East Banggae, Pamboang 1, Tubo Sendana, and Sendana 2 showed suitable scoring result with scores of 39, 39, 40, and 40. While locations such as Pamboang 2, Pamboang 3, Malunda, and Sendana 1 showed moderately suitable scoring results with scores of 33, 33, 34 and 36. Majene waters have potential areas for seaweed cultivation based on classes S1 (suitable) and S2 (moderately suitable).Keywords:SeaweedMajene WatersLocation SuitabilityWater QualityAquaculture

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the impact of innovation and technological progress on smartphone sales in Sikapaiya, Majene.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 25 on 100 respondents.Findings: The results show that innovation and technological progress have a significant effect on smartphone sales, both partially and simultaneously. The findings have significant implications for increasing smartphone sales, suggesting that mobile phone companies can boost sales by developing better innovations and technologies.
