Cybercrime targeting Android devices through phishing methods, especially through the WhatsApp messaging app, has emerged as a critical issue in cybersecurity. It requires comprehensive investigation and analysis. This research attempts to address this critical issue by conducting a comprehensive digital forensic investigation using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) framework methodology. Using advanced reverse engineering techniques and Vscode's APKTool extension tool, called APKLab, the research carefully examines the structure and mechanism of hidden encoded APK files that aim to steal sensitive information, such as SMS messages containing one-time passwords (OTPs), and send them via the Telegram app to attackers who can use them to access personal and banking data. As a result, this research provides a deeper understanding of the cybersecurity threats to Android devices and suggestions for mitigation measures for users and organizations. The recommendations are consistent with NIST principles. They emphasize the importance of user education, application source code reviews, system updates, and considering the use of additional security software. By filling an important gap in digital forensics, this research aims to provide insight into preventing and mitigating phishing scams via APK files on WhatsApp Android. It also highlights the importance of strong cybersecurity measures and encourages continued research efforts to effectively counter emerging cyber threats.

Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik known as SPBE is a government administration that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services with the aim of realizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable government governance, quality, and trustworthy public services. Because he role of ICT in supporting work processes and services in achieving the vision and mission of the Regional Government of West Java Province is very important, it is necessary to evaluate the use and implementation of ICT solutions for continuous improvement in all Regional Apparatus. In the department spatial planning and development, e-government maturity measurements are carried out in 4 domains (application, infrastructure, information security and IT governance and) by adopting a descriptive research method using questionnaire data with a scale of 5 likers. The results showed the evaluation of the maturity of the SPBE in department spatial planning and development obtained a “Very Poor” category with a total index value of 0.61. This research also provides recommendations and considerations in making decisions on how to take policies in implementing e-Government Implementation in the community development service to determine the development priority scale from the level of maturity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis pengaruh ekspor, impor, dan nilai tukar terhadap cadangan devisa Indonesia pada periode 2017:1–2021:12. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder time series yang berasal dari Badan pusat statistic (BPS) dan Bank Indonesia dari berbagai publikasi. Teknis analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Vector Error correction model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan jangka pendek terjadi pada variabel ekspor yang mempengaruhi cadangan devisa, nilai tukar mempengaruhi cadangan devisa, impor yang mempengaruhi ekspor dan impor yang mempengaruhi impor. Sementara hubungan jangka panjang semua variabel memiliki hubungan jangka panjang atau terjadi kointegrasi.

Dengue surveillance is a follow-up process for KDRS dengue fever reports in an area. Geographic Information System is a system that has a very good ability in visualizing spatial data. This paper discusses how GIS is one of the solutions that can be applied in presenting dengue surveillance map information in the city of Bandung. Thus, the authorities can see the distribution map of dengue fever patients in Bandung and the results of the surveillance carried out by the relevant health center can then be used as a consideration for the relevant agencies in taking measures to deal with dengue fever. In analyzing system requirements and modeling them, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The output target of this research is the design of geographic information systems mapping dengue fever surveillance in the city of Bandung.

Dampak menggunakan media sosial dalam bentuk WA, Instagram, Twiter dan sebagainya, akibat perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membawa pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh tersebut, bisa mengarah pada kebaikan atau keburukan tergantung pada penggunanya karena bermedia sosial ibaratnya menggunakan pisau, kalau tidak benar menggunakannya maka akan melukai dirinya sendiri. Penelitian terhadap pengaruh media sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Bintang Merah Sejahtera (Bahtera), bertujuan agar pimpinan koperasi lebih perhatian lagi dan kritis dalam mencermati terhadap kinerja karyawannya atau mengkaji produktivitas karyawannya bekerja karena pengaruh penggunaan alat komunikasi di dalam media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial, terutama untuk hal yang bersinggungan langsung dengan aspek kehidupan sehari-hari sangat sulit di lepas dari penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, setiap menggunakan media sosial agar berfikir akan dampak negative yang ditimbukan akibat menggunakan yang tidak benar. Batasan benar dan tidak benar dalam menggunakan media sosial, terletak pada kontrol diri masing-masing individu.

Penelitian mengenai optimalisasi penggunaan media teknologi informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dakwah di lingkungan Jakarta Islamic Center menggunakan metoda pengamatan (observasi), wawancara (interview) dan pendokumentasian dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Responden orang-orang tertentu yang membidangi masalah kegiatan dakwah dan syiar islam. Penggunaan media teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan dakwah merupakan hal penting yang mengikuti era perkembangan dan kemajuan zaman. Era teknologi informasi banyak membantu dan memberikan kemudahan dalam melaksanakan dakwah islam, walaupun tidak dipungkiri masih ada sisi kelemahannya.

Efficient attendance tracking and academic schedule management are critical for students and lecturers in higher education. However, many existing systems lack user-friendly interfaces and integrated functionality, resulting in inefficiencies and reduced user satisfaction. This study aims to develop and evaluate the user experience of ‘Attend’, a mobile application designed to address these challenges. The target population consisted of higher education students and lecturers, with 35 student respondents participating in the evaluation phase through interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) to inform the design of an intuitive and functional interface prototype. The authors conducted usability testing using the Maze App to assess task completion efficiency, followed by a user experience evaluation using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results showed that users were able to complete tasks efficiently, although some interface components required refinement. The UEQ scores showed 'Above Average' ratings for attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, and novelty. The app also received 'Good' ratings for perspicuity and stimulation for improving clarity. These findings suggest that Attend effectively meets the needs and expectations of users in academic settings. This study contributes to the development of mobile-based educational tools by demonstrating the importance of incorporating user feedback in the design process to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Vehicle inventory management and data collection information system is a system based on a Management Information System so that it has complete implementation functions that aim to record all vehicles. The main objective of developing this information system is to provide services that are faster, transparent and accurate on the service side of borrowing official vehicles within the Widyatama University environment. In the current vehicle inventory information system, it is not yet computerized and is done manually. The inventory registration information system is expected to be useful for minimizing errors that have occurred so far such as the unclear condition of the vehicle and when the vehicle will return, the design of the inventory information system is expected to produce an inventory information system that can work optimally and efficiently can perform testing services, readiness of drivers and management of motorized vehicles that operate according to the provisions that have been regulated, where the type of service can be adjusted to vehicle test data that is periodic, mutations in (Arrive) / out (booking) can be seen clearly by officers or users, other functions are there are changes to the function and status of the vehicle so that the vehicle will always be available and ready to be used.

Political communication has a central role in shaping public opinion and political dynamics in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the role of text in the context of Social Network Analysis (SNA) and political communication in Indonesia. This research combines NLP (Natural Language Processing) text analysis with SNA to understand how texts related to politics can provide insight into the relationship between political figures, political issues, and society. The research methodology involves collecting text data from various sources, such as social media, online news, blogs, and political discussion forums. The text data is then processed, analyzed and modeled with SNA analysis tools and NLP algorithms to identify relationships and communication patterns in a political context. In addition, this research also considers how the sentiments in these texts can influence the dynamics of sociopolitical networks. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of how political texts can be used as a tool for SNA analysis, with a focus on the Indonesian context. The findings of this research can be useful for political researchers, communication practitioners, and political decision makers to understand the political dynamics that are developing in the digital era. Apart from that, this research also has implications in understanding how political issues and political figures are understood and perceived by the public in political communication in Indonesia.
