Abstract

The research background is to identification the position of utilities such as drinking water pipes, waste water pipes, fiber optic cables, and electrical cables below the road surface that have not been properly mapped when excavation work or road preservation. This study aims to utilize the KSD-24 type GPR that was just owned by PUtech in early 2024. The research method used is primary data collection from GPR brand Koden Electronics Co., Ltd with type KSD-24. Data collection was conducted on two paths that pass-through utilities. The data processed and interpreted in the form of radargram images. The results of the study indicate that the KSD-24 GPR tool can obtain information about the existence of utility networks below the road surface. The results of the radargram image from the KSD-24 GPR tool provide the same distance and depth display on utility installations/installations, both utilities without water volume/dry such as water pipes, steel reinforcement series and cable installations. Likewise for utilities with additional water volume as a simulation of under ground drainage. The KSD-24 type GPR tool is proposed to be included in the curriculum, specifically the Road and Bridge Inspection course in the Road and Bridge Construction Technology Study Program.

Abstract

Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik known as SPBE is a government administration that utilizes information and communication technology to provide services with the aim of realizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable government governance, quality, and trustworthy public services. Because he role of ICT in supporting work processes and services in achieving the vision and mission of the Regional Government of West Java Province is very important, it is necessary to evaluate the use and implementation of ICT solutions for continuous improvement in all Regional Apparatus. In the department spatial planning and development, e-government maturity measurements are carried out in 4 domains (application, infrastructure, information security and IT governance and) by adopting a descriptive research method using questionnaire data with a scale of 5 likers. The results showed the evaluation of the maturity of the SPBE in department spatial planning and development obtained a “Very Poor” category with a total index value of 0.61. This research also provides recommendations and considerations in making decisions on how to take policies in implementing e-Government Implementation in the community development service to determine the development priority scale from the level of maturity.

Abstract

Company X is a growing company along with increasing customer demand and employee needs, which means a computerized system is needed to reduce errors in salary calculations. Currently the company is still less effective in calculating employee salaries because it still calculates, pays salaries and makes reports manually with methods in data collection, namely using interviews with company owners, conducting field observations and also questionnaires used for assessment of system design, the design method uses prototypes which have stages, namely listening to customers or collecting needs, Design and Test in assessment The trial uses a System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment of the respondent's assessment data, then calculates using the formula from the System Usability Scale, the smallest value is 78 and the largest value is 90 from the depalan respondent by answering 10 questions which has an average score of 86 from the qualifications in the table above "Very Feasible" the user interface must be designed so that it is easy to use and easy to understand so that payroll data input errors can be avoided. The use of autofill features and real-time data validation can help reduce input errors. And to create an effective user interface, it is necessary to understand user needs and expectations well. This can be achieved by involving users during the design and testing process, such as surveys, interviews, and prototype trials.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren salafiyah pada umumnya masih menggunakan metode manual dalam penyampaian informasi. Hal itu berpotensi menimbulkan penyampaian informasi kurang efektif.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (User Interface) website Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Cipedes Al-Asyiqien II menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yang mencakup proses desain yang berfokus pada pengguna. Teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dengan 9 narasumber yang terdiri dari 1 ustadz, 4 santri, dan 4 wali santri. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna membutuhkan media yang terstruktur berupa informasi yang mudah diakses dan ramah pengguna terutama bagi yang memiliki kondisi keterbatasan teknologi. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan UI yang sederhana, responsif, dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Metode Design Thinking efektif dalam menemukan kebutuhan dan menghasilkan solusi desain. Hasil dari testing yang sudah dilakukan oleh pengguna, selanjutnya akan diproses menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) sebagai metode evaluasi tingkat kegunaan antarmuka yang dirancang. Evaluasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan skor 75.8 dan 77.0 yang termasuk kedalam kategori usability baik dan dapat diterima.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the manual system of room rental at the Student Activity Center (PKM) of Widyatama University, which often causes problems such as unclear information on room availability and schedule conflicts. This problem is important to study because it has an impact on the efficiency of campus facility usage. Therefore, this study aims to design a prototype of a room rental application based on the Design Thinking method that focuses on user needs. The method used is Design Thinking with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and surveys, then analyzed using usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Maze. The results of this study involved 22 participants in the usability test, consisting of 20 students as users and 2 admins as admins. Usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Maze, with an average SUS score of 82.10 (user) and 83 (admin). This study shows that the Design Thinking approach is effective in designing a user-friendly room rental application. Based on these results, the study concluded that this application is worthy of further development. This study recommends further development at the implementation stage of web-based and mobile applications as well as expanding usability evaluation to more diverse user groups. Thus, it is expected that the designed system can be implemented in real terms to support the smooth running of student activities in the campus environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan chatbot berbasis AI menggunakan teknologi Gemini LLM untuk mendukung layanan pelanggan Terrarium.qu secara otomatis dan responsif. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan pemilik usaha dalam menyediakan pelayanan cepat dan efisien kepada pelanggan, terutama karena keterlambatan respon dapat menyebabkan hilangnya peluang transaksi. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, dan evaluasi secara sistematis. Proses analisis melibatkan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, sementara tahap implementasi menggunakan berbagai teknologi seperti React, Firebase, dan Gemini AI. Evaluasi sistem dil-akukan melalui pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black-box serta pengujian kepuasan pengguna dengan pendekatan Task Level Satisfaction (TLS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem chatbot dapat menjawab pertanyaan pengguna dengan baik, memberikan tangga-pan secara cepat, serta membantu admin dalam mengelola data dan memahami konteks percakapan melalui fitur ringkasan otomatis. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mendukung pengelolaan data kategori dan FAQ yang fleksibel, serta menyajikan tampilan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan pengguna.
