Abstract

Train is the main mode of transportation that we often use, the train itself can be used as a tool for shipping goods and mobilizing passengers, this transportation is very unique and has its own path in the form of steel strings across from hundreds of kilometers, railroad bearing structures currently exist which uses concrete and wood, the railroad is very vital and is an important supporting facility. The process of railroad monitoring is complex and complicated, takes a long time, the previous method is simple and conventional by tracing the railroad tracks manually or using a geometric gauge mounted direl or also known as railpod, railpod will follow the rails and will provide report if there is a train track that is damaged, broken or shifted, this research will create an image-based monitoring system using drones as a track monitor, another way is to take pictures using satellite data that will provide clear information about road conditions before being passed by the train, the railroad data processing system by using image processing can display visual responses up to cm in size, the response appears if there is a shift in the path then the system directly provides data in the form of location and shifting paths on the main computer, this system is more c eTat in checking and analyzing train track data with high accuracy and precision up to 90%, in addition to imagery from satellite images can use drones, drones themselves are very easy in maintenance and use and are able to cut production costs and even workplace accidents in the field workers themselves can be avoided because the drone is able to reach the track and railroad that is difficult for example through the tunnel or the railroad track along the hills and densely populated.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu penyedia jasa layanan internet PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) mempunyai kewajibanuntuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi seluruh pelanggan yang menggunakan layanannya. Untukmenyediakan kehandalan yang prima pada jaringan maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang berjalan untukmemantau aktifitas pada layanan yang tersedia. Sistem monitoring jaringan internet menyajikan informasimengenai kondisi jaringan dan pengunaan utilisasi pada jaringan yang berjalan. Sistem monitoring ini akanmembantu operasional jaringan telekomunikasi yang dimiliki oleh PT ICON+ sehingga memberikankenyamanan dan kehandalan pada layanan jaringan internet. Penggunaan transparent web proxy akanmemberikan fungsi tambahan yang sangat berguna dan dibutuhkan oleh system monitoring jaringan. Carakerjanya adalah dengan merekam seluruh pesan berupa log dari trafik yang melewati jaringan perusahaan.Sehingga aktifitas pengguna dapat disimpan dan diketahui sehingga efektifitas pada penggunaan layanan internetdapat dicapai. Hasil yang didapatkan dari log yang tersimpan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu sumberinformasi referensi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan optimalisasi layanan jaringan internet perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Internet, Network Monitoring System, Proxy.

Abstract

Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi is a manufacturing industry in the field of manufacturing spare parts that produces stamping parts (cold forming), tools, and dies. One of the problems faced by this company is the low productivity of employees due to the influence of poor implementation and implementation of K3. The research is aimed at analyzing work safety in order to increase productivity. Data processing in this study used the Safe T Score method (safe T score) to determine the effect of accident rates on work productivity. Then the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method is used to analyze the causes of potential accidents. The research results obtained are the Safe T Score (safe t value) in the period 2019 to 2020 which is -0.41 which means that the situation is improving. in the year 2019-2020. From the results obtained in the FTA model, it can be seen the causes that caused the accident problem that occurred at PT. Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi, which is falling while working, being hit by raw materials/finished products, being hit by a fire and being pinched by a machine. Abstract

Saat ini di Indonesia moda transportasi udara merupakan moda transportasi yang cukup banyak dijadikan pilihan oleh masyarakat, salah satu faktor yang mengindikasikannya adalah jumlah kunjungan masyarakat ke bandara dan trafik penerbangan sudah sangat padat sehingga banyak dibuat bandara-bandara baru di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Di bandara banyak sekali permasalahan yang mesti segera diselesaikan berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik sehingga bandara diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi-solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut dan menjadikan bandara lebih aman serta nyaman. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di bandara yaitu berkaitan dengan keberadaan burung yang sedang melakukan migrasi dari satu tempat ke tempat lain melintasi kawasan bandara. Banyak kasus terjadi bahwa mesin pesawat jet menabrak dan menyedot burung ke dalam mesin yang berdampak sangat fatal bagi pesawat karena mesin pesawat akan mati. Untuk permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan merancang sistem monitoring gangguan burung pada area bandara menggunakan sistem radar dan vision recognition. Dimana tahapan vision recognition yang digunakan adalah image detection, image acquisition, texture recognition, color recognition dan bird recognition. Dan hasilnya sistem monitoring ini dapat mengidentifikasi keberadaan burung dan membedakannya dengan objek lain, setelah sistem dapat mengetahui keberadaan burung maka alarm akan menyala untuk mengusir keberadaan burung sehingga landasan akan dapat dipastikan aman untuk digunakan pesawat take off dan landing.

Abstract

The village administrative office in Jenggala village is one of the offices that have trouble doing services to the public, especially in making official letters. The lack of facilities in managing and making official letters applied by the people can disrupt the staff's performance and slow down the official letters' pace. Some of the problems that occur are general administrative work done manually, limited working hours at the office, public data loss previously submitted, and poor reporting. The head office does not know all messages and information presented in a certain period. The researcher aims to create an android-based administration service application to facilitate the public in making the official letters as needed. Researchers design the application to be fast, precise, and effective communication between the people and the officer. Researchers built applications to facilitate the village government in managing the reports in making official letters delivered by the citizen of Jenggala. Abstract

Ornamental fish enthusiasts sometimes busy with other matters that take a long time so they do not have time to care for their pet fish. Therefore it is needed automation in maintaining fish in the aquarium. This study aims to make it easier to maintain ornamental fish in the aquarium by automate feeding activities, replacing water, and adjusting water temperatures. This automation uses the prototype method so that it is easy to improve continuously, data collection is done by collecting several articles related to the title taken by the author. NodeMCU is used as a temperature sensor data reader, pH, Ultrasonic and servo data receiver, relay to turn on the valve, pump, heater, fan. The results of the data will be sent wirelessly to smartphones via the Blynk application. The results of this study are a tool that can feed according to a predetermined schedule, replacing water according to the acidity of the water's pH, and adjusting the temperature to its natural habitat. Thus this automation tool will be useful for fans who are busy with their work, especially those who often go out of town in days.

Abstract

In the Bojongmalaka area, the people have difficulty with clean water. The water condition there is murky and yellow so it is not suitable for use. On the basis of that problem, the executor of community service grant from Widyatama University collaborated between Mechanical Engineering study program and Information Systems Study program to try to serve the community to solve this clean water problem and the result is a water filter applied to Bojongmalaka village community with the hope of helping solve the problem of clean water in the village of Bojongmalaka. This activity involves lecturers and students at Widyatama University. Stages of Implementation of Devotion is done with Problem Identification, Tool Making, Socialization, Implementation, Assistance and Evaluation, Evaluation of program implementation, Program Sustainability. Based on the questionnaire distributed to the community, 51 % of the community used digging wells, 63 % treated the water so that it was safe to drink, and 88.9 % of the water was clear, odorless. Bojongmalaka village head Dedi Dermawan and residents are very enthusiastic about this activity can help the problems faced by residents. The head of Bojongmalaka village thanked Widyatama University and the Director-General of Dikti Ristek for their funding in 2021. Dedi hoped that similar activities could be continued for other problems in Bojongmalaka village..

Abstract

− MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is a type of business that is in great demand by the people of Indonesia. The ease of adopting innovation in business and especially in technology is one of the main advantages of MSMEs. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is experiencing good growth every year. However, since March 2020, a virus whose presence has disrupted the existing order, especially in terms of the economy, is the corona virus. In Indonesia itself, especially in West Java, the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy was implemented to suppress the spread of this virus, which resulted in the economy of West Java, one of which was slumped by experiencing a contraction of minus 5.90. This condition forces MSMEs who are members of the Department of Trade and Industry (DISDAGIN) of Bandung City. Around 6000 MSME products assisted by DISDAGIN Bandung City to digitize in order to maintain their business through optimization of marketing content, the use of SEO, SEM, advertising and optimization of customer needs which will be implemented in their business, so that it is expected to boost product marketing to a greater reach. This research method includes 6 stages which result in practical training accompanied by lecturers and students of Information Systems Study Program of Widyatama University.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how educational leaders make decisions based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. The wheels of educational organization will not run smoothly if the decision making does not pay attention to these foundations, especially on complex problems. This study uses a literature method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Islam has provided guidance for an educational leader in making the right decisions, namely through deliberation and obeying government regulations (Laws, Government Regulations, Ministerial Regulations, Regional Regulations etc.). Philosophically, leaders must be able to think critically about the problems at hand, determine problems and root causes accurately, analyze and conclude so that they can be accepted logically by all interested parties in education. Psychologically, the decisions taken must be believed to be true so that they can be accepted and carried out happily by members and stakeholders. Sociologically, the decisions made can establish better ties of cooperation between internal organizations and external organizations, both as users of educational services or as supporters of the educational organization itself. Intakes that use a variety of bases will be more acceptable to all parties. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pengambilan keputusan pemimpin pendidikan berlandaskan agama, filosofi, psikologi dan sosiologi. Roda organisasi pendidikan tidak akan berjalan mulus jika dalam pengambilan keputusan kurang memperhatikan landasan-landasan tersebut terutama pada masalah yang komplek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Islam telah memberikan petunjuk bagi seorang pemimpin pendidikan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat yaitu melalui musyawarah dan mentaati aturan pemerintah (Undang-undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri, Peraturan daerah dsb). Secara filosofis, pemimpin harus mampu bernalar kritis terhadap masalah yang dihadapi, menentukan masalah dan akar masalah secara akurat, menganalisa dan menyimpulkan agar dapat diterima secara nalar oleh semua pihak yang berkepentingan dalam pendidikan. Secara psikologi, keputusan yang diambil harus diyakini kebenarannya agar dapat diterima dan dijalankan dengan senang hati oleh para anggota dan stakeholder. Secara sosiologis, keputusan yang dibuat dapat menjalin ikatan kerjasama yang lebih baik diantara intern organisasi, dengan ektern organisasi baik sebagai pengguna jasa pendidikan ataupun pendukung organisasi pendidikan itu sendiri. Pengambilan yang menggunakan beragam landasan akan lebih dapat diterima oleh semua pihak.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui efektivitas organisasi dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi sistem pelayanan publik dengan merancang platform digital undangan online berbentuk web, 2) meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan organisasi dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah prototyping yang memungkinkan pengguna berinteraksi dengan pengembang sistem dan memberikan umpan balik serta saran untuk peningkatan sistem. Metode ini didasarkan pada konsep model bekerja, atau working model, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model menjadi sistem akhir dengan lebih cepat dan biaya yang lebih rendah daripada metode tradisional. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah membangun website undangan online terpusat bagi sekretariat umum di wilayah Polda Jawa Barat, sehingga organisasi dapat memanfaatkan digitalisasi sistem pelayanan publik, meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan, mempercepat proses, dan memberikan layanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat.
