Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini untuk memberikan solusinya meliputi; kurangnya sistem manajemen bisnis yang professional, pencatatan keuangan belum dilakukan secara sistematis, strategi harga sewa tidak berbasis analisis pasar dan tidak adanya rencana pengembangan jangka panjang menyebabkan homestay sulit berkembang dan menghadapi risiko kehilangan tamu tetap. Metode penulisan laporan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berbasis kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan Teknik observasi, penyuluhan, penyebaran kuesioner, diskusi dan tanya- jawab. Teknik analisis data menerapkan SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil menemukan faktor- factor utama yang mempengaruhi tingkat efisiensi pengendalaian homestay di desa Margaluyu Bandung, Jawa Barat. Kesimpulan, berbasis bisnis kanvas mengarahkan pada sistem manajemen bisnis yang profesional, Penentuan harga dan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana yang disiplin pada pencatatan keuangan secara sistematis, penentuan strategi harga sewa berbasis analisis pasar dan memberi dasar strategi rencana pengembangan jangka panjang untuk berkembang dan menghadapi risiko kehilangan tamu tetap. Saran harapan ke depan dapat dilanjutkan dengan pengarahan dan pendampingan bisnis lebing konkrit.

Abstract

Counseling on tilapia cultivation in floating cages was carried out in Margaluyu Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency and was carried out on March 1-2 2024. Margaluyu Village has potential for fisheries because it has 2 large lakes in the village. This activity is to increase people's knowledge and skills in this field. This community service aims to exchange ideas with value fish farmers in floating cages and provide information on this and its impact on the development of tilapia cultivation and the welfare of local communities. The extension methods used include lectures, field observations, group discussions and practical extension. The results of this community service show the community's active participation in extension activities, with a significant level of knowledge and skills after participating in the program. The evaluation also showed positive changes in the community's understanding and knowledge regarding tilapia cultivation. Thus, it can be concluded that outreach activities on tilapia cultivation in floating cages have a positive impact on developing local fisheries potential and community welfare in Margaluyu Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Margaluyu memiliki potensi pariwisata berbasis komunitas yang menjanjikan, namun kualitas homestay masyarakat masih rendah, khususnya pada penerapan standar CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) dan pemanfaatan kearifan lokal. Rendahnya standar layanan, keterbatasan pemasaran digital, serta minimnya manajemen bisnis menjadi alasan pentingnya pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas POKDARWIS dalam mengelola homestay secara profesional, ramah lingkungan, dan berkarakter lokal. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, praktik lapangan, serta pendampingan intensif berbasis problem-solving. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, pre-test dan post-test peserta, serta checklist kepatuhan CHSE. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku homestay dalam menerapkan CHSE, mengoptimalkan branding berbasis kearifan lokal, dan mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam operasional. Pendampingan ini berdampak positif pada daya tarik wisata dan ekonomi lokal. Integrasi CHSE dan kearifan lokal melalui pendampingan POKDARWIS terbukti menjadi strategi efektif meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing homestay desa wisata.

Abstract

Margaluyu Village is one of the tourist villages located in Bandung Regency, West Java, which has extraordinary natural potential. Margaluyu Village has long been inaugurated as a tourist village that is often a destination for domestic and foreign tourists. However, currently, there are not many homestay facilities in Margaluyu Village that have excellent hospitality service standards, so this activity aims to provide knowledge and skills to homestay owners regarding quality excellent service that can be provided by simple homestays. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training and counseling, as well as consultation and technical guidance. The stages of the activity begin with the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The focus of the material given to participants is on the elements of excellent service, namely on improving hospitality capabilities and creating tour packages for homestay owners.

Abstract

The concept of the creative economy has emerged recently, one of which is the emergence of small and medium industries (IKM) in urban kampong. The creative economy is the driving force for the nation's economy, so its existence needs to be managed and developed. The emergence of the IKM creative economy concept is inseparable from the cultural characteristics of rural communities, which have characteristics of "gotong royong" and "guyub". The community's cultural character triggers the emergence of creative economic areas in urban kampong corridors. This study aims to determine the sustainability of the creative economy area in urban kampong now and in the future by referring to the Penta helix concept. The method used is qualitative, namely conducting observations and interviews and exploring the research that has been carried out regarding the title and the actions needed for the sustainability of the current and future creative economy areas. The location used as a case study is an urban kampong settlement in the Paseban area of Central Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the sustainability of the creative economy area in urban kampong settlements has not been fully implemented according to the penta helix model, nor has it been implemented sustainably. The researcher's suggestion that the community's creative economy area is always sustainable is that the Penta helix model must always be applied, and cooperation between the 5 elements must always be compact.

Abstract

Supply chain risk management is the process of detecting, analyzing, and managing risks associated with a company’s supply chain. Risk reduction is implemented throughout the supply chain of SME that manufacture character pillows, doormats, floor mattresses, and scouring pads. This company's supply chain has various issues, including variations in client demand, volatility in the number of products produced, and the company's failure to effectively oversee the supply chain, which results in decreased quality and decreased customer satisfaction. The goal of this study is to use the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) approach to mitigate supply chain risk and develop solutions to minimize or eliminate supply chain risk with the highest RPN and risk score. The risk mitigation approach was employed in this study, with three stages: risk identification, evaluation, and risk analysis, as well as establishing a risk mitigation strategy. The FMEA approach of risk mitigation yielded the three highest RPN (Risk Priority Number) values of the 31 supply chain concerns. These three dangers are inaccuracies in the number of products produced, consumer complaints against companies, and rapid changes in production orders. Our findings theoretically highlight the risks that arise in SME supply chain operations, such as planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and return. Meanwhile, organizations can use the research findings to coordinate their supply chain plans.
