Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat mengenai literasi pengemasan dengan pendekatan ramah lingkungan ini bertujuan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mengenai pengemasan ramah lingkungan dan pemasaran hasil produk pertanian KWT berbasis digital yang merupakan strategi penguatan nilai produk dan pemenuhan aspek higiene. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan pendampingan langsung melalui observasi awal, penjadwalan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 sesi melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab, literasi pengemasan, literasi strategi pemasaran berbasis digital, workshop desain serta pengemasan produk yang berorientasi pada nilai Kesehatan dan ramah lingkungan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian ini menggambarkan peningkatan nilai produk sebebsar 20% setelah dilakukannya pengemasan dan proses pemasaran. Dengan tingkat pemberdayaan KWT sebesar 89,23%. Selain itu, secara teknis dan digital pada aspek pengemasan dan pemasaran mendukung transformasi ekonomi berbasis pangan lokal yang inklusif, berkelanjutan, dan kompetitif secara sosial-ekonomi, sehingga menjadi model efektif dalam pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil di daerah perbatasan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the American stock exchange index (DJIA) and the effect of Bank Infonesia – 7 Days (Reverse) Repo Rate or known as BI7dRR on one of the stock indices in Indonesia that has comapnies with high liquidity, namely the LQ45 stock index. The period used as testing data is data derived from the publication of the movement of the Dow Jones Industrial Average and LQ45 stock index and percentage data from Bank Indonesia – 7 Days (Reverse) Repo Rate (BI7dRR) in 2016 – 2019. Data source of this study is a secondary data source obtained through the official stock movement websites (idx.com and nyse.com) as well as Bank Indonesia publications regarding BI7dRR movements. The design of this study uses a quantitative research design using multiple linier regression analysis models so that before testing the model, the data is tested first using classical assumptions. The results of this study indicate that the American Stock Exchange Index (DJIA) is significant and positive for the LQ45 stock index. Meanwhile, BI7dRR has an opposite or negative insignificant direction of influence on the LQ45. The positive influence of the American Stock Exchange Index (DJIA) on LQ45 is due to the fact that the United States is the country with the largest stock index and is the destination country for exports from Indonesia so that growth or movements that occur in America can shake growth in Indonesia. On the other side, BI7dRR is not significant and negative towards the LQ45 stock index, this is because the type of investor in Indonesia is the type who likes to make short-term investments compared to long-term invesments. BI7dRR is a monetary policy in replacing the BI Rate so that at the beginning of its implementation there was a decrese in the percentage of the BI7dRR movement, this was done in order to encourage the domestic economy in accodance with the objectives to be achieved by the government through more optimal credit distribution in the community.

Abstract

Unsafe Condition Reporting is an important source of information for companies to determine whether the reporting can be identified effectively as the key to reducing work accidents. This research aims to ascertain the Social Network Analysis visualization network in the context of reporting unsafe conditions in the IZAT application and categorizing data processing outcomes. The findings revealed that the data collection process yielded 26,658 data items. The Unsafe Condition content comprised 79,667 words, with 2,388 unique words identified. The average number of occurrences per word was 33.36139. Certain network property calculations can be inferred from these results. Then, the word mapping with five related topics was carried out. The results of the categorization of the unsafe condition word mapping can be used as evaluation material for companies to prevent work accidents. In particular, the network visualization results can identify the most discussed topics and social network relationships of reporting in the IZAT application.

Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, transformation in communication, work patterns, and access to information has reshaped how educational institutions present themselves to the public. Effective use of social media and websites can strengthen madrasas' competitive position amid the rapid flow of information and rising expectations for educational quality. This study explores the utilisation of digital platforms—specifically official websites and Instagram—as promotional tools in MAN 1 and MAN 2 Banjarmasin to enhance their institutional advantage. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with public relations and media administrators, complemented by content analysis of both schools’ online channels. The findings show that MAN 1 Banjarmasin is more proficient in managing its website, offering structured, informative, and consistently updated content that boosts institutional credibility. In contrast, MAN 2 Banjarmasin leverages Instagram more actively as an interactive space to engage students, parents, and the broader community through visual storytelling and social interaction. Despite these strengths, both schools encounter challenges related to limited human resources, technical skills, and insufficient institutional backing. This study underscores the need for integrated digital marketing strategies and recommends that madrasas build stronger cross-platform coordination to solidify their online identity, enhance public trust, and increase student enrollment through sustained engagement on digital media.

Abstract

This study uses the Triple Bottom Line approach to analyze strategies for increasing the potential of digital-based MSMEs to implement a green economy in border areas. In the digital context, it is urgent to study this topic because MSMEs that cannot adapt to information technology risk being left behind. Therefore, it is important to identify strategies that can support the transformation and competitiveness of MSMEs in the market. Integrating the principles of the green economy and the Triple Bottom Line emphasizes balancing social, economic, and environmental dimensions while encouraging innovation and collaboration between the government, private sector, and community. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data sources were obtained through observation, a literature study, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with respondents from four MSME clusters in border areas. MSME clusters were grouped into three categories: creative industries, services, and culinary. Data validation was carried out in the form of problem-based learning (PBL)-based focus group discussions (FGDs) with all informants. The results of this study describe strategies to improve MSME human resources, including building a digital education platform, training digital practitioners, strengthening infrastructure, branding, product differentiation, and designing a digital payment system.

Abstract

Shopee sebagai salah satu platfrom e-commerce terbesar dituntut untuk mampu memberikan kualitas layanan elektronik (e-Service quality) yang optimal guna menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat perbedaan presepsi konsumen terhadap dimensi kualitas layanan elekronik yang dirasakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh layanan elektronik (e-service quality) terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna Shopee Kalimantan Barat. Fenomena persaingan pada layanan elektronik ecommearce yang kompetitif menuntut perusahaan untuk memahami variabel mana yang paling efektif dalam mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 223 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh tujuh variabel yang telah ditentukan yaitu Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation dan Contact terhadap kepuasan  konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga variable yang terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam menciptakan kepuasan bagi para konsumen. Dalam temuan ini menegasakan bahwa Efficiency, Fulfillment, dan Compensation menjadi  pilar utama dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen penguna Shopee di Kalimantan Barat. secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pihak Shopee dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Serta Hasil dalam penelitian ini berdampak pada manajerial bagi perusahaan untuk lebih memprioritaskan strategi pada aspek System Availability, Privacy, Responsiveness, dan Contact guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen pada Perusahaan e-commerce terutama Shopee.
