Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran kapital sosial terhadap budaya organisasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan di Organisasi Perlindungan dan Pendampingan Anak Titian Kasih Bengkayang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif etnografi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kapital sosial di Titian Kasih berada dalam kondisi yang kuat dan positif, dengan hubungan antar karyawan yang erat dan kepercayaan yang tinggi. Kapital sosial berperan penting dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang inklusif, peduli, dan responsif, serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, rasa memiliki, dan kolaborasi yang baik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana kapital sosial dan budaya organisasi dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan kualitas layanan di organisasi nirlaba.

Abstract

Internship program skills and quality of student learning internship is an educational strategy to combine theory with practical work in the industrial world. This program aims to analyze the impact of internship programs on the development of skills and improving the quality of learning of students participating in PT Sujaya Processing Food, this internship program is a learning approach that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in the industrial work environment. This study shows that student internship programs can effectively develop student skills. This includes technical skills, such as operating production machines, quality control in the food industry, and a better understanding of industrial work systems. In addition, soft skills such as discipline in working, effective communication, and teamwork have increased significantly for students.

Abstract

Internship is a key component of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, aiming to enhance students’ practical skills in real work environments. This article presents the internship experience of a Management student from Institut Shanti Bhuana in the warehouse logistics division of PT. Intitama Berlian Perkebunan, West Kalimantan. Over a four-month period, the student was involved in inventory receipt, recording, distribution, reporting, and other operational support tasks. The results show improved technical and soft skills, along with a deeper understanding of logistics management within the plantation industry.

Abstract

The internship program is one of the essential activities to enhance students’ competencies through direct field experience in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Internship activities at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Bengkayang Regency offer a strategic opportunity to bridge academic theory with real- world practices in the fields of public service and licensing. Through this program, students are able to experience the service process firsthand, improve their communication skills, and develop essential soft skills such as teamwork. The internship also helps cultivate students' character and work ethics. This study aims to evaluate the quality of services at the Public Service Mall (MPP) and explore how students' participation contributes to improving public service delivery. Moreover, MBKM-based internships not only enrich students’ learning experience but also prepare them to face real-world challenges and become more job-ready. The goal of MBKM is to ensure that graduates possess not only academic knowledge but also practical experience to serve as a valuable foundation for their future careers. Student involvement in this program can also contribute to service quality improvements, such as offering input on procedures and enhancing communication between officers and license applicants. MBKM optimizes the development of student competencies through practical experience in collaboration with government and industry, allowing them to simultaneously enhance both soft and hard skills.

Abstract

The trade war started with the policies of Donald Trump's presidential administration. The current political situation can affect stock returns, as well as economic policies that can affect stock price movements. This research is a quantitative study that has the purpose of this study to observe banking stocks by comparing stock prices whether it affects BBRI and BBCA after the trump tariff policy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method as a research approach. The calculation for data analysis techniques uses fundamental analysis by observing the comparison of standard deviation, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Data sources were obtained from stockbit.com. in this study the value of BBRI and BBCA shares is still within the average value of 4000 & 8000, meaning that as an investor this stock is worth buying. Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan literasi kewirausahaan digital kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) binaan UPT Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Kecamatan Bengkayang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui dua tahap utama yaitu pengenalan literasi kewirausahaan digital dan pendampingan pembuatan katalog digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Program ini melibatkan KWT Tomat Intan dan KWT Karya Tani dengan fokus pada peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran hasil tani melalui platform digital seperti Facebook dan WhatsApp. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui presentasi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan workshop pembuatan katalog digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk pertanian. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok wanita tani dalam jangka panjang melalui optimalisasi pemasaran digital hasil pertanian mereka.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is an effort to create a safe and healthy working environment. The company, which is engaged in power generation, experienced many near-miss cases from 2016 to 2023. Near-miss incidents are an early signal of the potential for severe accidents in the future if not resolved immediately. Identifying and addressing potential hazards early is necessary to prevent fatal work accidents. This study aims to analyze the reporting pattern of near-miss incidents by company employees through the IZAT application (Zero et al.) with a social network analysis (SNA) approach. This method identifies relationships and interaction patterns between employees in reporting near-miss incidents, thus revealing objects that need special attention. Data was obtained from September 2020 to July 2023. The analysis showed that 276 employees actively reported various near-miss incidents through IZAT (Zero Accident Assistant Application). This pattern reflects employees' sensitivity to potential hazards in their work environment. The findings of this study make a positive contribution to the improvement of the occupational safety and health management system in the company regarding the mitigation of potential hazards based on incoming report data. The recommendations provided are related to occupational safety aspects that need to be prioritized for management improvement. The implication of this research is to increase employee awareness in identifying and reporting potential hazards so as to prevent work accidents in the future.

Abstract

The situation caused by the pandemic has prompted every company to protect the safety of its employees. The energy/electricity industry cluster continues to operate despite the need for social restrictions in several locations, including the East Java power plant. This study identifies the risks of human activities at power plants throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative data information gleaned from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research a technique that combines Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Of the 17 activities carried out in the risk analysis using the FMEA method, the activities that show the five locations with the highest RPN scores are the workshop, warehouse, administration building, Coal Handling Control Building [CHCB], and employee training. We will integrate this analysis with the risk analysis that has been prepared previously by the applicable administrative regulations. Human resource risk management is concerned with enhancing productivity among workers by lowering days ignored because of a lack of jobs. The results can serve as recommendations for evaluating COVID-19 risk management and preventive measures in power generation companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationships among attitude toward use, behavioral intention to use, and actual use by utilizing the technology acceptance model. A quantitative research design was using multiple linear regressions. The study involved 90 samples from MSMEs in border areas selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that attitude toward use significantly and positively affects actual use directly. Furthermore, behavioral intention to use also has a strong and significant effect on actual use. Behavioral intention to use as a mediator also gives a partial mediation between attitude toward use and actual use. These findings highlight that while positive attitudes can directly affect actual use, behavioral intention further enhances the likelihood of actual technology adoption. The study concludes that effective strategies to improve financial technology usage should simultaneously build positive attitudes and strengthen behavioral intention.
