Abstract

Abstrak: Saat ini penggunaan teknologi telah banyak dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran diberbagai lembaga pendidikan. Sebagai Universitas berbasis pesantren yang sehari-hari menggunakan Bahasa Arab, Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) telah memiliki media pembelajaran baik dalam bentuk buku bahasa arab (Durusullughah Al-Arabiyah), dan dalam bentuk aplikasi, diantaranya aplikasi android menggunakan metode terjemahan (bit.ly/tamrinlughah) dan metode langsung (http://bit.ly/duruslughah). Seiring berkembangkan teknologi augmented reality (AR) maka diperlukan sebuah trobosan baru pada media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran Bahasa arab dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AR. Konten diambil dari buku Bahasa Arab Durusullughah Al-Arabiyah karya KH. Imam Zarkasyi dan KH. Imam Syubani sebagai trimurti pendiri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Media ini berbasis Android dan dibuat menggunakan tools seperti Blender 3D, Corel Draw, dan Unity 3D. Aplikasi ini dapat berjalan pada smartphone berspesifikasi minimal android versi OS 4.0 Jelly Bean, ukuran layar 4 inches, RAM 512 MB, ruang kosong memori minimal 200 MB dan kamera belakang 13 MP. Hasil penelitian dengan teknologi AR ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya media pembelajaran Bahasa arab UNIDA Gontor dan dapat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran Bahasa arab di lingkungan kampus pesantren maupun masyarakat umum. Untuk pengembangan kedepan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi lain misalnya Virtual Reality dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Augmented Reality, Bahasa Arab, Android Abstract: Currently, the use of technology has been widely developed as a medium of learning in various educational institutions. As a pesantren-based university that uses arabic language for daily activities, the University of Darussalam Gontor  (UNIDA Gontor) already has a learning medium in the form of Arabic books (Durusullughah Al-Arabiya), and in the form of applications, including Android applications using the translation method (bit.ly/tamrinlughah ) and direct method (bit.ly/duruslughah ). Along with developing augmented reality (AR) technology, a breakthrough in learning media is desired. This research aims to develop Arabic language learning media by utilising AR technology. Content is taken from the Arabic book Durusullughah Al-Arabiyah by KH. Imam Zarkasyi and KH. Imam Syubani as the founding father of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. This media is based on Android and is made using tools such as Blender 3D, Corel Draw, and Unity 3D. This application can run on a minimum android smartphone specification OS 4.0 Jelly Bean, 4 inches screen size, 512 MB RAM, free memory space of at least 200 MB and a 13 MP rear camera. The results of this research with AR technology are expected to be able to enrich UNIDA Gontor's Arabic language learning media and can be useful for the development of Arabic language learning media in the pesantren-based university environment and for pesantren based university specifically and the public generally. Abstract

The speed of a web journal to load pages reflects the website performance. It has influenced user satisfaction. This study aims to study and analyze the performance of journal websites in Indonesia that are accredited by SINTA 1 by the Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This test uses parameters owned by GTmetrix tools and calculated using descriptive statistical methods. This research hypothesis regarding the reliability of website speed testing has been tested and confirmed based on experiments. The research involved 61 journal websites, which were taken from December 2019 to February 2020. 366 individual website speed tests from 6 test server region have done, and recommendations have been given on test results. The test result showed that parameter based on PageSpeed score provided the value of 7.9% (grades A to B) and 92.1% (grade C to F) and YSlow score provided a value of 2.5% (grade B) and 97.5% (C to F). The experimental results prove that the performance of the journal website is still a lot in the low category. With the recommendation, it was expected that the speed and responsiveness of the journal website would increase

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen kunjungan berbasis website di Universitas Darussalam Gontor dengan metode Model-View-Controller (MVC) sebagai kerangka utama. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan proses pencatatan dan konfirmasi kunjungan secara efisien dan terstruktur. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan tahapan model waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi manajemen kunjungan yang memiliki fitur berupa kalender akademik kampus, pembuatan kartu mahram, pendaftaran kunjungan, data kartu mahram, data kunjungan dan lainnya. Dengan hasil pengujian yang menunjukkan bahwa admin BAPENTA 94% sangat setuju, staff BAPENTA 96% sangat setuju dan pengunjung 95% sangat setuju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan baik dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi manajemen kunjungan.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis on social media is widely used to represent public perceptions of sports performance, particularly in international competitions. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of YouTube user comments regarding the performance of the Indonesian National Football Team during the FIFA World Cup 2026 Asian Qualifiers. The data were collected from user comments on videos related to the matches and analyzed using a machine learning–based sentiment analysis approach. Sentiment classification was performed using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The results indicate that the proposed approach is able to effectively identify public sentiment toward the national team’s performance during the qualification matches. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into public perceptions and contribute to sentiment analysis research in the field of sports.

Abstract

The increasing sedentary lifestyle in the digital era has the potential to cause various health problems due to lack of physical activity. One approach that can be taken to encourage physical activity is through the use of digital games with body movement-based control mechanisms. This study aims to develop a body gesture-based game character control system using a hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model. CNN is used to extract spatial features from each video frame, while LSTM serves to model the temporal relationship between frames so that movement patterns can be recognized sequentially. The research method used refers to the Machine Learning Lifecycle stages, starting from data collection, preprocessing, model development, to implementation in the endless runner game genre. Testing results show that the CNN–LSTM model is capable of classifying body gestures and generating outputs that can be used as commands to control game characters. The implementation of this system enables more natural and interactive game interactions without conventional input devices, and has the potential to encourage players to lead a more active lifestyle.

Abstract

Since the announcement of the policy plan for a name transfer system in the sale of used mobile phones, the issue has attracted widespread public attention and discussion. People have expressed their opinions on social media platforms, particularly TikTok. This study aims to classify the sentiment of TikTok users using Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. The data were collected through a comment scraping technique on related content.The research stages include text preprocessing, sentiment labeling into positive, negative, and neutral categories, and feature extraction using TF-IDF. The classification process employs Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithms, which are then evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results of this study indicate that both methods are capable of classifying sentiment effectively. However, the Support Vector Machine method is superior to the Naive Bayes method with an accuracy rate of 99.57% compared to 94.30%. This study is expected to help the government understand public responses to the planned policy of the used mobile phone name transfer system.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi usaha jasa persewaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Toko Akasa Teknik sebagai usaha persewaan mesin vacuum cleaner masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan data penyewaan, transaksi, dan pelaporan yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi persewaan berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis secara terpusat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan arsitektur Model–View–Controller (MVC) dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, mempercepat proses penyewaan, serta memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan dan memantau status sewa. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta mendukung daya saing Toko Akasa Teknik di era digital.

Abstract

Career selection is an important process for students at Darussalam Gontor University (UNIDA) because it influences their academic development and future employment. However, many UNIDA students experience difficulties in determining suitable careers due to a lack of understanding of their psychological characteristics. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) for career recommendations for UNIDA students based on psychological test results using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The psychological data used are non-clinical test results collected through a structured questionnaire from six respondents and converted into numerical scores. The research stages include determining criteria and weights, compiling a decision matrix, normalization process, calculating preference values, and ranking career alternatives using SAW. The career alternatives used consist of academics, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, and social/public services. The results show that the managerial career alternative obtained the highest preference value of 0.861, followed by entrepreneurs at 0.824, corporate professionals at 0.778, social/public services at 0.737, and academics at 0.703. These findings demonstrate that the SAW method is capable of providing objective and systematic career recommendations based on the psychological profiles of UNIDA students. This research is expected to assist UNIDA students and academics in making more informed career decisions tailored to individual characteristics

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan teknik bercocok tanam tanpa menggunakan tanah sebagai media tanamnya, sehingga pada hidroponik sangat membutuhkan air sebagai pengganti tanah untuk memenuhi nutrisi tanaman. Pengecekan nutrisi pada tanaman selada hidroponik sangat diperlukan, karena pertumbuhan bergantung pada nutrisi dan nilai pH yang ideal. Nilai pH yang ideal untuk tanaman selada adalah 6.00 – 7.00, sedangkan air pada hidroponik biasanya bersifat basa. Untuk mencapai nilai pH yang sesuai dengan tanaman, metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pengecekan dengan pH meter lalu mencampurkan cairan asam atau basa hingga nilai pH sesuai dengan tanaman. Metode ini dianggap kurang efektif karena membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan keahlian khusus. Maka, dibutuhkan sistem otomatis yang membuat lebih efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memudahkan bagi para petani hidroponik dalam pemantauan dan penetralisir nilai pH air pada tanaman selada secara otomatis. Alat utama yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sensor pH 4502C sebagai sensor pendeteksi nilai pH pada air, solenoid valve sebagai alat untuk menyalurkan cairan asam dan basa, relay sebagai pengatur arus masuk listrik dan ethernet shield sebagai media untuk menghubungkan arduino ke web server. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem kontrol pH tanaman selada dengan media hidroponik yang dapat memberikan informasi terhadap pengguna melalui lokal intranet berbasis website sehingga dapat memantau kondisi tanaman. Hasil dari pengujian yaitu nilai pH pada tanaman selada turun menjadi 5,67 dimana pH awal pada tanaman selada yaitu 8.00, hal ini menandakan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan kedepan diharapkan bisa diintegrasikan dengan aplikasi mobile.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) differences in Calculus learning achievement between students using mobile learning with differentiated instruction (DI) and those using modules, (2) differences in achievement based on students' learning styles, and (3) the interaction between instructional methods and learning styles on learning outcomes. The participants were 112 Informatics Engineering students at Universitas Darussalam Gontor in the 2023/2024 academic year, divided into two groups: 59 students in the experimental group (using mobile learning) and 53 in the control group (using modules). The study was conducted over five sessions on the topic of Absolute Value Equations and Inequalities. A quasi-experimental method with a 2x3 factorial design was used. The research instruments included an achievement test and a learning style questionnaire. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA after confirming normality and homogeneity assumptions. The results showed that: (1) mobile learning with DI is more effective than modules, (2) learning styles significantly affect learning achievement, and (3) there is no interaction between instructional method and learning style. These findings suggest that mobile learning with DI can be effectively implemented regardless of students' learning styles and supports the development of inclusive digital learning environments in higher education.
