Abstract

This study aims to determine interpersonal communication and team work on employee performance mediated by self-efficacy on PPKS Medan employees. The total population in this study amounted to 135 people, using the saturated sample technique, the total number of PPKS Medan employees was obtained. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Sources of data in this study using primary data. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the method used in this research is statistics with data collection techniques through questionnaires to all PPKS Medan employees. The results showed that interpersonal communication had a significant positive effect on employee performance (tcount 3,009 and significance 0.000 <0.05) for PPKS Medan employees. Team work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 2.473 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.481 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees, Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy (tcount 3.120 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees, Team work positive and significant effect on self-efficacy (ttable 1.656 and significance 0.000 <0.05) PPKS Medan employees

Abstract

In the past the division of work roles and family duties was very clear. Where the husband is the breadwinner while the wife takes care of his family and children. In line with the development of business and the business world, opportunities for education and work not only for men but also women. At present there has been a change in demographic trends that not only hit Indonesia but also the world. Like the increase in the number of women entering the workforce, and the increasing number of families where husbands and wives, each works and has their own income. Based on the data that has been observed, the type of research is descriptive research using surveys. Based on the form of the problem, this research includes Quantitative Descriptive research. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy in accordance for applied to LKP English Hypnosis Center (IHC) in increasing the number of trainees in time pandemic COVID-19 based on an analysis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats, Opportunity). In this study, the author uses a qualitative method with the technique of triangulation data. Technique collection data used is method observation, Interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Technique analysis data used are SWOT analysis, IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, SWOT diagram, and the SWOT matrix. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis using the IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, SWOT diagram, and SWOT matrix, then it can be it is known that the LKP Indonesian Hypnosis Center (IHC) is running strategy SO (Strength- Opportunity) is a strategy where the organization uses their strengths and opportunities to run their business. With thereby LKP English Hypnosis Center (IHC) should concentrate maintain and increase program training which varies according to the needs of the community with 3 main points, namely: (1) Utilization of social media with a maximum for promotion sales. (2) Use of online seminars to expand market segments and increase the quantity of loyal participant training. (3) Development program training in accordance needs as adjustment self so that effort permanent endure in time pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work conflict and workload on work stres with a non-physical work environment as a moderating variable in the North Sumatra Education Office. The design of this research is to test regression with moderating variables by using an interaction test or often called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) or interaction test is a special application of linear multiple regression where the regression equation contains an interaction element (multiplication of two or more independent variables). In this study, the entire population was opened by 115 employees, while the sample was 95 employees at the North Sumatra Education Office. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work conflict and workload have a significant effect on work stres. Non-physical work environment variables as moderating variables that can strengthen the effect of work conflict and workload on work stres.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini, telekomunikasi memegang peranan yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam kehidupan manusia. Seiring dengan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat sekarang ini, masyarakat membutuhkan akses informasi yang beragam, mudah, cepat dan handal. Hal merupakan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi operator provider telekomunikasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh apa brand image, kualitas produk dan harga bagi calon konsumen untuk memutuskan menjadi pelanggan IndiHome. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi, analisis data bersifat induktif atau kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih adanya minat para konsumen Kota Medan untuk menggunakan IndiHome karena dari segi komersil yaitu perusahaan Telkom yang sudah berdiri sejak lama, yang dahulunya bernama speedy menjadi indihome dan meningkatkan kepercayaan orang untuk berlangganan serta menggunakan indihome ini dari segi ketersediaan jaringan ditempat-tempat umum diseluruh Indonesia baik dikantor, sekolah atau kampus, cafe maupun taman umum dengan menggunakan fitur wifi.id. Harga yang ditawarkan masih bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Dengan harga yang ditawarkan memudahkan untuk memilih paket sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dengan menggunakan sistem fiber optic dan layanan Triple Play yang dapat menggunakan tiga layanan sekaligus dalam waktu yang bersamaan bahkan akan ditambah menjadi empat layanan yang semakin meningkatkan keinginan konsumen untuk menjadi pelanggan indihome. Dan perusahaan selalu memberikan promo untuk menjaga keloyalitas pelanggannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan adanya peran employee engagement dalam memediasi etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada Dosen Universitas Harapan Medan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel independen yaitu etika kerja Islam dan variabel dependen yaitu organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan variabel mediasi adalah employee engagement. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen Universitas Harapan Medan berjumlah 146 orang Dosen dengan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa variabel etika kerja Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh etika kerja Islam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Untuk peneliti lain disarankan untuk menambah variable lain, seperti komitmen afektif dan kecerdasan spiritual untuk mengetahui apakah etika kerja islam berpengaruh variable tersebut

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of welfare benefits, work skills, and work dis­ci­pline on employee morale, moderated by leadership behavior. This research used a quan­ti­ta­tive approach. The research was conducted at PT Swalayan Maju Bersama Medan. The po­pulation in this study was 198 employees, and a sample of 132 people was taken using a pro­por­tional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used was Moderated Re­gres­sion Analysis (MRA). The results of the study proved that welfare benefits, work skills, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee morale. Leadership behavior did not play a role in moderating either the influence of welfare benefits, work skills, or work discipline on employee morale. It was recommended that the leadership of PT Swalayan Maju Bersama played a more active role in strengthening the provision of welfare benefits, opportunities to improve employee work skills, and increased employee work discipline in an effort to improve employee morale even better. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kesejahteraan, kete­ram­pilan kerja dan disiplin kerja pada semangat kerja karyawan dimoderasi perilaku kepe­mim­pinan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Swalayan Maju Bersama Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 198 orang karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 132 orang yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak propor­sio­nal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil pe­nelitian membuktikan bahwa tunjangan kesejahteraan, keterampilan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan pada semangat kerja karyawan. Perilaku kepemimpinan tidak ber­pe­ran memoderasi baik pengaruh tunjangan kesejahteraan, keterampilan kerja maupun disiplin kerja pada semangat kerja karyawan di PT Swalayan Maju Bersama Medan. Disarankan agar pimpinan PT Swalayan Maju Bersama lebih berperan aktif dalam penguatan pemberian tun­jang­an kesejahteraan, kesempatan peningkatan keterampilan kerja karyawan, dan pening­kat­an disiplin kerja karyawan sebagai upaya meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, firm size and profitability on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2020. The population used in this study is a company listed food and beverage index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2020 which amounted to 38 companies, a sample of 26 companies and a total of 104 observations. The sampling technique used is purposive Sampling. The results of partial hypothesis testing that Leverage and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2020. the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing that liquidity, leverage, firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2020. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. The total population in this study was 102 people, and by using the saturated sampling technique, a sample of 102 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. Organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. Compensation, organizational climate and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine whether motivation mediates the influence of competence, human resource development on employee performance. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. With a sample size of 138, the participants in this study were all employees of the North Sumatra Province Transportation Service. This type of research is associative quantitative, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and then processing the data using the SPSS Version 25 tool. The research location was at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra Province. The results mean that the content has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, meaning that every time the load increases, work motivation also increases, if there is a decrease in the load on work motivation, it will decrease significantly. Income has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. HR development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to influence competence indirectly on employee performance. Work motivation can indirectly influence HR development on employee performance.
