Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh network behavior terhadap venture performance dengan social capital dan tacit knowledge sebagai variabel mediasi pada usaha kecil di kecamatan percut sei tuan. Desain penelitian adalah analisis regresi sebagai alat analisis dan metode kausal step digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara variabel independen dan dependen dengan dimediasi oleh variabel mediating. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan paradigma kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh usaha kecil yang ada pada kecamatan percut sei tuan sejumlah 295 usaha dengan sampel 170 usaha. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel network behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable venture performance. Untuk variabel social capital berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable venture performance, begitu juga dengan variabel tacit knowledge yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable venture performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh market orientation, inovasi, learning orientation terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada industri roti di Medan. Desain penelitian ini analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 100 pelaku usaha industry roti di kota Medan. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel market orientation, inovasi dan learning orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Kata kunci: Market Orientation, Inovasi, Learning Orientation, Keunggulan Bersaing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), dan Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham. Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuantitatif dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan yang diteliti maka secara parsial.

Abstract

The problems of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after Covid-19 include increasing raw material prices, limited human resources, minimal capital, facilities and infrastructure and lack of access to product marketing. Of the many problems that attract the author in this article, access to marketing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises products needs more attention from business actors or academics. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of marketing strategies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency and their impact on competitive advantage and purchasing decisions. The research is included in the quantitative descriptive research model and the author sets the sample to 100 respondents who are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that are scattered in South Labuhanbatu Regency. This research was conducted from September - December 2022. The sample withdrawal technique used a purposive sampling approach. All indicators in this study will be tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) tool from the IBM SPSS AMOS package in hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis and discussion and testing of the research hypothesis, it was found that 33 respondents had used digital marketing including through social media such as fb, ig, tiktok, wa and others. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the marketing strategy variable has the most dominant direct impact on competitive advantage and the competitive advantage variable hypothesis test has a direct impact on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing strategy variable has no direct impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The implementation of training and development programs should have various benefits for long-term careerdevelopment helping employees to accept future tasks and responsibilities. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is explanatory research. The populat ion is employees of the Madani Medan hotel sample purposive sampling method, namely employees involved in training and development programs. The data collection technique is using the questionnaire method. The results of the study showed that training did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee development has a significant effect on employee performance. R Square for y (employee performance) is 0.425. This means that 42.5% of employees work variable (Y) is influenced by variables X1 (training) and X2 (employee development) and the balance is 57.5% determined by other variables outside of research contribution. This research has a high urgency because it can provide useful insights for both HR practitioners, companies and academics i n understanding the relationship between employee training and development and employee performance. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference in designing more effective and efficient policies that will ultimately improve employee p erformance and the company's competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication, individual characteristics, work ability and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Nusantara Plantation IV. The type of research used in this study is an associative type. The sample used is the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan with a total of 175 respondents. In this study researchers used primary data sources. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study it was found that organizational communication significantly influences employee performance, individual characteristics variables significantly influence employee performance, work ability variables significantly affect employee performance, and work ethic variables significantly influence employee performance as well as organizational communication variables. Individual characteristics, work abilities and work ethics of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV jointly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan, thus the proposed hypothesis is proven.
