Abstract

This articel have a purpose to see the practicality of wordwall-based learning media in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education class V at SDN 19 Kampung Jawa, Solok City. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development with a 4D model modified into 3D, namely 1) Define (definition), 2) Design (design), 3) Develop (development). The results of this study indicate that the wordwall-based learning media has a practical value of 78% on tests conducted on teachers and 98% on tests conducted on students. So it can be concluded that the wordwall-based learning media has proven to be very practical to be used as an interactive media that supports the learning process in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education class V at SDN 19 Kampung Jawa, Solok City.

Abstract

Abstract

Mind Mapping is a learning model that can make it easier for students to understand and remember subject matter and can map material into students' minds by taking creative and innovative notes based on the material they understand. When carrying out the learning process sometimes there are some problems experienced by students. The formulation of the problem determined in this study is what are the problems felt by students when the teacher implements the mind mapping learning model in PAI learning in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. The purpose of this study is to describe what problems are felt by students when the teacher implements the mind mapping learning model in PAI learning in Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive type. The data in this study the authors obtained by using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research that the author conducted showed that when the teacher implemented the mind mapping learning model there were problems felt by the students, both from the cognitive aspect, the affective aspect, and the student's psychomotor aspect. The problems experienced by students in cognitive aspects such as the ability to understand learning materials, the ability to store the acquisition of learning outcomes in the form of material points made into mind mapping and students feel out of ideas in creativity when making mind mapping. The problems experienced by students in the affective aspect are the low interest and motivation of students to learn and easily give up if there are obstacles in the process of making mind mapping, and the last problem experienced by students in the psychomotor aspect is that students do not summarize the material into points but make ideas such as paragraphs. , there is no central image in mind mapping, students make mind mapping with the position of the paper in portrait, students make mind mapping on the top of the paper not in the middle of the paper, and use lined paper in making mind mapping.

Abstract

Online games is a game that is played with the supported of an internet network. Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, this online game will have a bad impact for an individual if he cant’t manage the time while playing the game. At this time, online Indonesian people, including teenagers. Online games at this time have become a necessity that cannot be abandoned by many people starting from children, teenagers and even adults but at this time the most enthusiasts of online game are among teenagers. This study aims to determine the impact of online games on the implementation of prayer worship, to determine the factors that cause the negative impact of online games and to determine the efforts to overcome the impact of online games on the implementation of youth prayers in Nagari Alahan Panjang. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of research that is descriptive. Sources of data were taken from fifteen informants through in-depth interviews who had been selected using the purposive sampling technique, the informants consisted of ten teenagers ranging in age from 12-18 years and five parents of teenagers playing online games. The result of this study indicate that negative impacts. In addition to the positive impact, it turns out that is online game also his negative impact namely: 1) Causing addition, 2) Procrastinating prayers times, neglecting and even leaving the implementation of prayer, 3) Laziness to pray, 4) Waste of time and material, 5) Words that are not polite, 6) Rebbuting parents, 7) Irritability, 8) Can interfere with health. The result of this study can be used as information for researchers in examining this problem in a more in-depth context.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the efforts of PAI teachers in improving students' social deviant behavior at SMP Negeri 22 Padang, the first is what are the forms of social deviant behavior of students at SMP Negeri 22 Padang, what are the causal factors in students' social deviant behavior at SMP Negeri 22 Padang , and how the efforts of PAI teachers in improving students' social deviant behavior at SMP Negeri 22 Padang. This research is a research using qualitative methods, with a case study approach. Sources of data from this study were three informants through interviews consisting of PAI teachers, BK teachers, and students at SMP Negeri 22 Padang. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validation technique is by using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of PAI teachers in improving social deviant behavior at SMP Negeri 22 Padang are: First: related to the form of social deviant behavior of students at SMP Negeri 22 Padang, namely: a) being rude to teachers, b) saying rudely, c) carrying cellphones going to school, d) not collecting PAI assignments, e) skipping school. Second, there are three factors that cause students' social deviant behavior, namely: a) family factors, b) friend factors. c) community environmental factors. Third, regarding the efforts of PAI teachers in improving students' social deviant behavior, there are three, namely: a) preventive efforts, b) repressive efforts, and c) curative efforts.

Abstract

Individual differences that exist in students in the class must be a concern for the teacher. In that difference there are students who are fast, moderate and slow. In carrying out teaching tasks, teachers should not only focus on students who are smart and vice versa, teachers should not only focus on students who are slow. So this study aims to examine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in guiding slow learner students. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data was taken from three informants through in-depth interviews consisting of curriculum representatives, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Special Advisor teachers. All interview and observation data were analyzed using the Milles & Hubberman Analysis Interactive model. The results of this study found five efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers to guide slow learner students, namely: i) Individual approach, ii) Learning media, iii) Giving praise, iv) Providing motivation, and v) Coordinating with parents. This research can provide knowledge of the steps taken by teachers to deal with slow learners so that they can improve learning management.

Abstract

Research on the CTL is based on many findings that most students have yet to be able to make connections between what they learn and its various uses in real life. This study aimed to develop an Alquran-based CTL model in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in Higher Education, specifically on the syntax design of the Quran-based CTL model. This study used the RD method with the ADDIE model approach. The results of this study were the syntax of the Quran-based CTL model in PAI learning in Higher Education, which were summarized in the acronym OBAMATARE-Alquran, O: direct/orientate, BA: (baca) read Alquran, MA: (masalah) formulate a problem, TA: (tanya jawab) discussion, ask-answer-group/independent (solving problems)/guiding inquiry and displaying results, RE: reflection and evaluation. The syntax uses verses from Alquran relevant to the learning theme. OBAMATARE-Alquran, the Alquran-based CTL model, follows seven CTL activities. Constructivism, inquiry, question and answer and learning community activities could be seen in learning activities when students discussed in groups and investigated the details of the provided problems in LKM and picture/video shows. Then students found roots and problem solutions by exploring information. Students would exemplify ways to solve problems throughout the modelling step of solving problems. Reflections were done on the opening and closing activities. Meanwhile, evaluation in the form of authentic assessment was carried out during learning and at the end. This research is only limited to Alquran-based CTL syntax, requires further trials. This research can be developed in the form of learning modules, learning media and learning evaluation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out students' motivation in memorizing Quran at An-Nazhifa and Serambi Minang, Padang, Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method with the case study approach. The data was collected from forty-eight samples through deep interviews chosen by purposive sampling. Fourty-eight samples are the management of Rumah Quran, six of them are ustadz and ustadzah, twenty students and twenty of them are students' parents. The result of the interview will be analyzed by using NVivo12. Overall, the analysis of the research shows that there are ten students’ motivations, such as i) getting a reward by reading Quran, ii) becoming a theologian, iii) becoming a hafiz, iv) achieving goals easier, v) making parents happy, vi) get a chance to help their parents on the afterlife, vii) to study and get the scholarship, ix) family's encouragement, x) want to be Quran's teacher. These motivations can be the encouragement for the students to be hafiz Quran. Hopefully, this research can be a reference for the teacher and parents to encourage their children in memorizing Quran

Abstract

Pelatihan tahsin dan tilawah Alquran merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan yang ada pada ekstrakurikuler ROHIS di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 8 Padang yang menjadi wadah pengembangan diri bagi siswa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Alquran dan akhlak siswa terhadap Alquran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah aktivitas pelatihan tahsin dan tilawah Alquran ini dapat memperbaiki akhlak peserta ROHIS di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 8 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data diambil dari delapan orang informan melalui wawancara yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, seluruh informan terdiri dari satu orang pembina ROHIS dan tujuh anggota ROHIS yang aktif tergabung di anggota pelatihan tahsin dan tilawah Alquran. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwasanya pelaksanaan kegiatan tahsin dan tilawah Alquran menggunakan sistem halaqah dan metode sima’i serta terdapat lima hal yang dapat memperbaiki akhlak peserta ROHIS dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan tahsin dan tilawah Alquran yaitu: 1) Meningkatkan Keimanan Terhadap Alquran, 2) Memperbaiki Bacaan Alquran, 3) Meningkatkan Motivasi Mempelajari Alquran, 4) Mengamalkan Ajaran Alquran, dan 5) Mengajarkan Alquran Kepada Orang Lain.
