Abstract

Desa Pandean adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desa ini merupakan salah satu penghasil bawang merah terbesar di Nganjuk. Selain itu, terdapatnya Usaha Kecil, Menengah Dan Mikro (UMKM) di Desa Pandean yang juga memiliki daya tarik wisata yang dapat menunjang daya tarik wisata di Desa Pandean. Potensi alam Desa Pandean juga dapat dijadikan sebagai daya tarik Desa Pandean berupa agrowisata. Dengan pengelolaan dan pembinaan yang baik setiap hari, Desa Pandian dapat dijadikan sebagai desa wisata yang bersaing dengan desa wisata lainnya, khususnya di wilayah Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Desa Pandean adalah salah satu wilayah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desa ini merupakan salah satu produsen bawang merah terbesar di Nganjuk. Selain itu, Desa Pandean juga memiliki UMKM dan objek wisata yang dapat mendukung untuk menjadi daya tarik wisata di Desa Pandean. Desa ini memiliki potensi alam yang layak untuk dikembangkan menjadi lokasi wisata karena memiliki lahan persawahan yang luas untuk menghasilkan berbagai komoditas, termasuk bawang merah yang telah menjadi tujuan wisatawan dari luar Jawa untuk mempelajari pengembangan bawang merah berkualitas. Dengan manajemen yang efektif dan pelatihan yang rutin, Desa Pandean bisa menjadi desa wisata yang bersaing dengan desa wisata lainnya, terutama di wilayah Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This research has the main objective, namely to find out and analyze strategies in the digital marketing dimension that are applied in increasing sales at Bronchips Brownie Chips MSMEs. The research carried out was descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted on Bronchips Brownie Chips MSMEs. The subjects of this research are owners, employees and several consumers. Research Design & Methods: The data analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis using the IFAS and EFAS tables. Findings: The results of research analysis using IFAS and EFAS show that Bronchips Brownie Chips have a strength factor that gets a total score of 3.01 while the weakness factor gets a total score of 0.34. Threats received a total score of 0.51 while Opportunities received a total score of 2.77. Overall, the total value of internal strategy factors is 3.35, while the total value of external strategy factors is 3.28. Judging from the consequences of the SWOT line, Bronchips Brownie Chips is in quadrant I with a value of (X;Y) (2.67; 2.26), namely by using aggressive planning. Making plans that require strengths to become opportunities is an aggressive strategy. Contribution & Value Added: The main contribution behind this research is for entrepreneurs and MSMEs who have not yet gone digital to know the potential and impact of implementing digital marketing

Abstract

Jarak Village is one of the villages in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. Jarak Village has the potential to become a Tourism Village because it has one of the aspects needed to become a Tourism Village namely the authenticity of its culture, customs, and natural tourism potentials. However, based on surveys and observations from researchers, Jarak Village still has problems or obstacles in developing it into a Tourism Village. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to plan strategies that can be applied to make the Jarak Village feasible to become a Tourism Village in Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. In this study a qualitative descriptive method was used to get a complete picture of the village of the Distance. The data used is from primary and secondary data obtained through surveys, observations, interviews, documentation, as well as literature studies from previous related studies. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using a SWOT study to produce a strategic direction to develop the Distance Village into a Tourism Village. The results of this study are that there are several strategies and detailed descriptions that can be applied, namely in the form of competitive strategies, diversification strategies, overview strategies, and defensive strategies.

Abstract

The Kucur Aren swimming pool is a tourist attraction located in Wonokerto Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. The Covid-19 pandemic caused this tour to be abandoned for approximately three years. This community service activity aims to provide waste bin facilities by recycling paint bucket waste as an appropriate technology that can support the revitalization process and develop the tourist attraction of the Kucur Aren swimming pool. The method used in this research is Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which involves the community as partners and emphasizes the values of social transformation, collaboration, and community empowerment. The result of this activity is the reopening of the Kucur Aren swimming pool as a tourist destination equipped with various supporting facilities.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an effective strategy to increase company brand awareness. As social media develops quite rapidly, many companies use social media to market and introduce their products. To be able to attract an audience on social media, one of which is Tiktok, you need content that is interesting and follows developments in trends. PT Otak Kanan is a company that operates in the creative industry sector and has subsidiaries, one of which is Kisana, which is a hair removal cream product brand. This brand has problems with branding that is not optimal because this brand is still relatively new. Therefore, this research aims to observe, find out, provide solutions, and be involved directly using the method of implementing active participant observation in creating content marketing using soft selling and hard selling on Tiktok to increase brand awareness. Social media also plays a key role in marketing for brand awareness. The results show that creating interesting creative content by implementing softselling and hardselling on social media platforms such as Tiktok can increase company brand awareness.

Abstract

The Community Economic Program (EMAS) has an important role in the community, especially to provide support to community groups and individuals who have potential with the aim of increasing income with various efforts, namely providing access to business capital, training, and guidance needed to advance the business. With the current era shifting to digitalization, it is necessary to implement it as a form of mustahik business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the results and impact of business development assistance in the form of financial report assistance and digital marketing on the Community Economy program. This study used field research methods by collecting data through direct observation and focus group discussions. The collected data was analyzed descriptively to identify the success of the implementation of the interventions that have been given to the Community Economic Program (EMAS) KSM Malang. The results showed that this EMAS program can have a positive impact on the development and increase of mustahik business in increasing the number of consumers after being provided with financial report assistance and introducing digital marketing to LMI assisted mustahik.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) and its impact on the procurement processes for goods and services. The research focuses on understanding how the adoption of LPSE influences efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the procurement activities of organizations. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study evaluates the integration of LPSE in streamlining the procurement workflow, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing communication between stakeholders. The findings highlight the advantages and challenges associated with the electronic procurement system, shedding light on potential improvements for optimal utilization. The study contributes to the broader discourse on digital transformation in procurement, emphasizing the need for organizations to adapt and leverage technology to enhance overall procurement effectiveness.

Abstract

Exports are goods and services produced in one country and sold to buyers in another country. The biggest contributing factor to Gross Domestic Product is exports. "Woven Earth Craft" products are handicrafts made by hand using natural materials, such as soil or natural fibers, and formed through woven techniques. The purpose of this research is to find out how to develop Woven Earth Craft export products. The research method used is qualitative research method. The development carried out is branding, using appropriate packaging, using digital marketing strategies and completing export documents. With this, the steps taken by Woven Earth Craft are first planning, adjusting and testing international markets. This export development provides deep insight into the importance of product development as a foundation for meeting consumer demands and achieving business growth. By doing this development Woven Earth Craft is able to compete in the international market.

Abstract

In the tourism village scheme, KKN students focus their work program in Sumberagung Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency on developing tourism potential. One of the tourism potentials in Sumberagung Village is embung or reservoir. In developing the tourism potential of Embung Sumberagung, KKN students conduct branding and promotion for the tour. The implementation of this activity is carried out using the participation method where KKN students actively participate and take the initiative in branding and promoting Embung Sumberagung tourism. With the branding and promotion of Embung Sumberagung tourism, it can add information to the community or tourists so that this tourism potential can be known by a wider community.
