Abstract

Business transformation in the digital era requires an innovative marketing approach. One way is by utilizing the potential of the internet and information technology. This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

Abstract

. Bank BJB is a banking industry operating under the auspices of the Regional-Owned Enterprises located in West Java. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank BJB Branch Office in Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative method with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies and service quality have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as evidenced by the increasing number of customers using products and programs offered by Bank BJB Branch Office in Mojokerto.

Abstract

PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara, which is a subsidiary of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara (Persero), is a national sugar industry and overseas 36 sugar factories throughout Indonesia. Income Tax 21 policy on natura or enjoyment obtained in tax implementation. This research is written using descriptive method of analysing the results directly to the company during the internship. As for natura or enjoyment obtained by employees in the form of Office Clothing, K3 facilities, Health COB, Extra Voiding, Sports Activities, Icip-Icip Sugar, PG Service House, Service Vehicles for certain Positions and Pension Contributions by the Company.

Abstract

Investment is a channel funds for future profits for investors. However, investment also has the risk of loss, so investors must be careful. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy had declined, as well as the IHSG. At that time, many companies in various sectors also experienced turmoil and decreased performance, one of which was in the property and real estate sector. Knowing this, it is important for investors to analyze the company's performance and shares before making investment decisions to avoid the risk of loss. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance and condition of the company's shares. The research sample is in the form of financial reports for the 2018-2022 period from 8 property and real estate companies. The analysis in this study uses financial ratios. Current ratio, earnings per share, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and dividend payout ratio are used to analyze company fundamentals, while price earning ratio and price to book value are used for intrinsic stock valuation. The results showed that 8 property and real estate companies had good performance. Based on the PER assessment at the end of 2022, many of the company's shares are undervalued, which is worth buying, while the PBV assessment shows that MKPI, DMAS, and PBSA shares are overvalued, which is worth selling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh UMKM Mayashi Fried Chicken di Surabaya untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan kesadaran merek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan manajer pemasaran, observasi langsung, dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang terfokus pada promosi lokal, penggunaan media sosial, dan peningkatan kualitas produk telah berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, kesadaran merek, dan volume penjualan UMKM tersebut. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, UMKM, Peningkatan Volume Penjualan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the procedures for employee payroll documentation and data transfer at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human resource (HR) administration. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through library and field research. The findings indicate that digitalizing HR administration improves operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance with regulations. Digital transformation also minimizes errors and supports data risk management. The author's internship experience highlights the importance of responsibility and accuracy in data management to meet professional standards. This research contributes to the development of technology-based administrative systems in the energy sector.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the impact of amenities, accessibility, and admission fees on consumer choices on the tourism destination of Jawa Timur Park 1 in Batu City. This research employs a quantitative methodology. The study sample comprised 157 individuals who had visited Jawa Timur Park 1. The sample method employed was non-probability sampling using a purposive approach. The data gathering method involved the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The study's results demonstrate that facilities, accessibility, and entrance ticket prices each exert a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit Jawa Timur Park 1. The facilities, accessibility, and admission ticket prices simultaneously influence the choice to attend Jawa Timur Park 1.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the monitoring and evaluation of the PA Flow project at PLTU Keban Agung in the Business Development Division of PT PLN Nusantara Power Surabaya. Monitoring and evaluation in MRO units plays an important role in the context of electricity generation. Through case studies and data analysis, this research identifies areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions to improve the service quality of the MRO unit. The results provide in-depth insight into the importance of monitoring and evaluating the PA Flow PLTU Keban Agung project in the Business Development Generation Derivatives Sector at PT PLN Nusantara Power.

Abstract

The beauty industry continues to grow rapidly, encouraging brands to create innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness amidst increasingly fierce competition. Social media platforms, such as Instagram, are the main means for brands, one of which is N'PURE to attract audience attention by utilizing Brand Ambassadors, Content Marketing, and Taglines. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of brand ambassadors, content marketing, and taglines on brand awareness on followers of the @npureofficial Instagram account. The method applied in this research is quantitative, with data collected using a questionnaire. A total of 100 respondents were used as samples in this study, with the criteria that followers of the @npureofficial Instagram account were over 17 years old. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 30. The findings of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, content marketing and taglines simultaneously and partially have a significant impact on brand awareness. This shows that marketing strategies that include brand ambassadors, content marketing and taglines are effective in increasing brand awareness.
