Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh UMKM Mayashi Fried Chicken di Surabaya untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan dan kesadaran merek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan manajer pemasaran, observasi langsung, dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang terfokus pada promosi lokal, penggunaan media sosial, dan peningkatan kualitas produk telah berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, kesadaran merek, dan volume penjualan UMKM tersebut. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, UMKM, Peningkatan Volume Penjualan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the procedures for employee payroll documentation and data transfer at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human resource (HR) administration. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through library and field research. The findings indicate that digitalizing HR administration improves operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance with regulations. Digital transformation also minimizes errors and supports data risk management. The author's internship experience highlights the importance of responsibility and accuracy in data management to meet professional standards. This research contributes to the development of technology-based administrative systems in the energy sector.

Abstract

This study seeks to assess the impact of amenities, accessibility, and admission fees on consumer choices on the tourism destination of Jawa Timur Park 1 in Batu City. This research employs a quantitative methodology. The study sample comprised 157 individuals who had visited Jawa Timur Park 1. The sample method employed was non-probability sampling using a purposive approach. The data gathering method involved the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The study's results demonstrate that facilities, accessibility, and entrance ticket prices each exert a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit Jawa Timur Park 1. The facilities, accessibility, and admission ticket prices simultaneously influence the choice to attend Jawa Timur Park 1.

Abstract

In today's fast-paced business environment, decision makers face the challenge of processing large amounts of data to make accurate decisions. Data visualization has emerged as a powerful tool to help organizations overcome these challenges. By presenting data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format, decision makers can quickly gain insights into complex data sets and make informed choices that drive business growth. This analysis aims to explore the impact of data visualization on business decision-making, focusing on the benefits of data visualization. This data analysis method will specifically investigate how data visualization can improve the decision-making process in the context of complex and large data sets, offering valuable insights in optimizing business operations. Demonstrating that interactive data visualization platforms such as Tableau play an important role in improving decision-making by providing real-time insights, identifying market trends, and enabling faster response to changes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the monitoring and evaluation of the PA Flow project at PLTU Keban Agung in the Business Development Division of PT PLN Nusantara Power Surabaya. Monitoring and evaluation in MRO units plays an important role in the context of electricity generation. Through case studies and data analysis, this research identifies areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions to improve the service quality of the MRO unit. The results provide in-depth insight into the importance of monitoring and evaluating the PA Flow PLTU Keban Agung project in the Business Development Generation Derivatives Sector at PT PLN Nusantara Power.

Abstract

The beauty industry continues to grow rapidly, encouraging brands to create innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness amidst increasingly fierce competition. Social media platforms, such as Instagram, are the main means for brands, one of which is N'PURE to attract audience attention by utilizing Brand Ambassadors, Content Marketing, and Taglines. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of brand ambassadors, content marketing, and taglines on brand awareness on followers of the @npureofficial Instagram account. The method applied in this research is quantitative, with data collected using a questionnaire. A total of 100 respondents were used as samples in this study, with the criteria that followers of the @npureofficial Instagram account were over 17 years old. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 30. The findings of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, content marketing and taglines simultaneously and partially have a significant impact on brand awareness. This shows that marketing strategies that include brand ambassadors, content marketing and taglines are effective in increasing brand awareness.

Abstract

Maxim is an online transportation service that is often used by people in Indonesia by offering various services including Maxim Ride, Maxim Car, Maxim Delivery, Maxim Food, and Maxim Cargo. Maxim also offers cheap fares start three kilometers on every service used by the community so that it can attract people's interest in using it, it is also supported by Maxim who continues to exist in various regions of Indonesia to enjoy the online transportation service. However, it is possible that there are still problems when users use the service, namely the accuracy of the lacking maps and the less variable payment method. So there needs to be optimization on navigation accuracy and payment flexibility in Maxim application.Therefore, through the MSIB Batch 4 Program of Certified Independent Studies on Product Management Fundamentals for Digital Product at Apiary Academy, The researchers applied the study to Maxim's application in the form of a Final Project supported by a qualitative descriptive research method through a survey and in dep depth interview to find out more details about the user's problems for navigation accuracy planning and flexibility payments can be maximally accepted by the public especially today's users. Abstract

Snack-producing, buying, and selling micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Surabaya are the partners in this community service project. In the city of Surabaya, MSMEs that have transformed into Community Service Partners have been around for almost a decade. However, there is still a lot of work to be done in the digital space for its marketing efforts. As a result, these MSMEs receive assistance in enhancing their marketing system with the assistance of digital marketing in order to support improved sales activities and expand their business objectives. Additionally, assistance with marketing their products through digital media accounts is provided to MSMEs. Instagram and Tiktok, in addition to digital media administration.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dokumen dalam organisasi modern, khususnya surat masuk dan keluar, memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung efisiensi administrasi dan pengambilan keputusan. PT Rekaindo Global Jasa, sebagai anak perusahaan PT INKA, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan dokumen yang masih manual, termasuk sistem pengarsipan yang tidak teratur, petugas yang menangani surat tidak memiliki keahlian khusus dan kurang teliti, serta proses pengurusan surat yang lambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur pengelolaan surat, mengidentifikasi kendala, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan efisiensi melalui implementasi teknologi digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan surat secara manual mengakibatkan inefisiensi dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Implementasi sistem manajemen dokumen elektronik (EDMS) diusulkan untuk mengotomatisasi pencatatan, meningkatkan akurasi, mempercepat distribusi, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan dokumen. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya digitalisasi dalam mendukung efisiensi administrasi, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan daya saing perusahaan di era modern. Implementasi EDMS tidak hanya relevan bagi PT Rekaindo Global Jasa tetapi juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh potongan harga dan iklan terhadap minat beli pengguna aplikasi shopee. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel sebanyak 150 responden yang sudah perna melakukan transaksi melalui aplikasi shopee dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa potongan harga dan iklan perpengaruh simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dalam melakukan transaksi melalui aplikasi shopee. Pengaruh secara parsial, potongan harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dan iklan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kata Kunci: Potongan Harga, Iklan, Minat Beli.
