Abstract

Badan Penjaminan Mutu of Universitas Lancang Kuning (BPM UNILAK) is an agency that is tasked with organizing an internal quality assurance system (SPMI) and an external quality assurance system (SPME) or what is also known as accreditation, but in managing documents related to SPMI data and accreditation not yet There are information technology-based media that can be utilized in the implementation of these activities, while BPM UNILAK has implemented information technology in daily activities so that there are problems with delays in data presentation, missing data, this, of course, affects the performance of the Quality Assurance Agency and is inefficient in presenting information that is needed at any time and the importance of this activity is very high in building a quality culture at Universitas Lancang Kuning. To answer these problems, it is necessary to have an information technology-based document filing system that can process data more quickly, precisely and integrated to make it better in presenting the information. The methods used in this study include system requirements analysis, system design, implementation and testing and system maintenance. With the use of information technology in the application of computerized-based applications for archiving and presenting accreditation data needs, it is hoped that it can help the academic community more quickly and accurately in processing accreditation instrument data. It is hoped that with the development of archiving applications and the presentation of accreditation instruments by completing the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis stage, the applications built can improve the quality of filling accreditation instruments in data processing that are well integrated and can be used at any time by the community. Abstract

Palm oil is a vegetable oil-producing plant that has more advantages compared to other vegetable oil-producing plants, which have high productivity reaching 4 tons ha-1 Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Palm oil is also a raw material for making food and non-food ingredients, and renewable fuels. The author wants to make an analysis by comparing two methods, namely the AHP Method (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy logic which is able to handle the uncertainty and uncertainty used. Fuzzy logic used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto inference system because this method uses monotonous value applications, the output of the inference output from each rule is explicitly given (crisp) based on α-predicate (fire strength). Whereas the AHP Method can facilitate in calculating the validity to the tolerance level of concentration as criteria and alternatives chosen by the user.

Abstract

Today's technology continues to grow rapidly which can be used to facilitate and support human activities, starting from the homework, business, marketing and office processes. So it takes knowledge to use technology-based facilities to improve human resources that are efficient for life independence. With the development of the world of digitalization technology is becoming evident before humans of this era, where in the past people for shopping and learning must come to the intended destination, but now people only stay at home or anywhere they can do their activities with just the touch of a finger. The ease of this facility is inseparable from the many Android-based applications to market products to be sold, both changing services, goods, and personnel. The condition of changing activities hard to soft activities is because the development of the digital era is very important for students to understand the development and training of Android-based applications in order to gain skills in designing Android-based applications open souce namely with an inventor app that can be used free of charge, its form visuals that make it easier for students to design and create android-based applications.

Abstract

Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) Pekanbaru merupakan Kantor pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan khususnya mengenai lingkungan. Dalam kegiatan dinas luar seperti surveilans kesehatan kapal, surveilans kesehatan masyarakat, bimbingan teknis, pengawasan dokumen kesehatan, surveilans faktor penyakit tidak menular pada kantor cabang kesehatan pelabuhan di provinsi riau seperti Kantor Selat Panjang, Kantor Tanjung Buton, Kantor Siak Sri Indrapura, Kantor Buatan, Kantor Sei. Duku, Kantor Kampung Dalam, kantor KKP Bangkinang dan Kantor Kuantan Singingi. Adapun pengolahan data masih belum teritegrasi dengan baik sehingga susah dalam melakukan pendataan dokumen dan informasi dari hasil kegiatan dinas luar, sementara pengadaan komputer dan sumber daya ada. Dan kegiatan ini selalu dilakukan tiap kegiatan sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengontrol data-data kegiatan dan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Hal inilah yang menjadi ketertarikan penulis untuk membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi karyawan di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Pekanbaru supaya lebih efisien dalam menjalankan kegiatan. Relational Database management System (RDBMS) adalah kumpulan data yang disimpan secara sistematis di dalam komputer yang dapat diolah atau dimanipulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak (program aplikasi) untuk menghasilkan informasi. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi RDBMS sehingga aplikasi berbasis online dapat diakses kapan dan dimana saja dari tempat karyawan melakukan kegiatan dinas luar dapat langsung meng-input dan pengolahan data untuk penyajian informasi yang lebih cepat ke kantor pusat pelabuhan pekanbaru dan dengan pendekatan metode System development Life Cycle (SDLC) dalam penyelesaian masalah kegiatan dinas luar, sehingga diharapkan pengolahan data dapat terintegrasi dan lebih efisien dalam pendataan informasi, dengan demikian diharapkan dapat membantu pihak kantor dalam pengolahan data yang lebih efisien dan lebih aman khususnya dalam pengolahan data dinas luar pada kantor kesehatan pelabuhan pekanbaru

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 4 Tualang yang beralamat di Desa Maredan Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak adalah sekolah negeri yang lokasinya cukup jauh dari keramaian dan berlokasi di tengah perkebungan sawit. Sekolah ini tergolong baru dan beroperasi 4 tahun ini. Memiliki 4 gedung yang terdiri dari 1 gedung kantor dan 3 gedung untuk proses belajar mengajar (PBM). Sekolah ini juga memiliki keterbatasan guru, terutama untuk guru bidang Teknik Informatika Komputer (TIK) yaitu hanya 1 (satu) orang, pelajaran TIK yang diajarkan hanya Aplikasi MS Office dan Selama ini siswa belajar komputer dengan materi TIK yang terbatas dikarenakan tenaga pengajar dan penguasaan materi yang belum menguasai banyak tentang TIK sebagaimana seharusnya. Oleh karena itu maka diperlukan pelatihan dasar membuat website dan dasar jaringan LAN komputer bagi siswa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan 2 (dua) hari dengan materi berbeda dan dilaksanakan secara kombinasi teori dan praktek langsung sampai berhasil. Hari pertama siswa mempelajari dari dasar tentang konsep webserver, membuat webserver, konsep website secara teori dan praktek membuat website sampai pada akhirnya peserta bisa membuat website sendiri. Pada hari kedua peserta mempelajari tentang Jaringan komputer local, dimulai dari teori jaringan, tools jaringan, alamat komputer, pengenalan kabel jaringan, switch dan langkah membuat jaringan komputer local, pada akhirnya peserta bisa membuat jaringan lokal komputer dan menghubungkan semua komputer yang digunakan saat pembuatan webserver dan website. Metoda ini memberikan pemahaman dan kompetensi pada peserta dalam memahami konsep kerja internet secara simulasi, yaitu mengakses sebuah alamat website dari komputer yang berbeda.

Abstract

SIM Accreditation Cloud is a media accreditation simulation facility that is used by the Study Program and BPM in implementing and monitoring the feasibility of the study program whether it is in accordance with the standards that should be in creating a quality culture. In the face of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (PERMENDIKBUD) No. 5 of 2020 and the regulation of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BANPT) No. 1 of 2020, related to the mechanism for extending the accreditation of universities and study programs that already use the Higher Education Accreditation Instrument (IAPT 3.0) and Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS 4.0), so We need a system that can help Lancang Kuning University in the preparation and implementation of accreditation assessment simulations for both universities and study programs in order to be able to adjust the implementation and preparation of the mechanism for extending the validity period of accreditation for colleges and study programs. However, the fact is that until now there has been no study program that has proposed an extension of the accreditation period using the Study Program accreditation instrument. Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Migas Inovasi Riau beralamat di jalan garuda sakti km.3 Panam Pekanbaru adalah sekolah swasta yang berada dipinggir jalan utama ring road kota pekanbaru. Sekolah ini tergolong baru dan beroperasi 1 tahun ini. Pada kegiatan PKM ini peserta didik yang merupakan siswa kelas 1 jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Siswa ini semester depan akan melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Seluruh siswa ini berjumlah 43 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas TKJ 1 dan TKJ 2. Diberikan pelatihan dasar jaringan 20% teori dan 80% praktek. Materi yang diberikan adalah komputer, pengaturan alamat komputer, media jaringan komputer dan praktek membuat jaringan client-server sederhana dengan membuat simulasi mini internet. Berdasarkan ketersediaan perangkat komputer dilokasi maka pelatihan diberikan 2 sesi dengan peserta setiap sesi dibagi dalam 7 kelompok dan masing masing kelompok beranggotakan 3 orang. Peserta antusias mengikuti pelatihan terutama bagian prakteknya membuat kabel jaringan UTP yang di pasang connector RJ 45, menyambungkan ke switch dan komputer mereka dan mengerjakan settingan pada komputer mereka agar terhubung dalam jaringan dan komputer web server (laptop instruktur). Hasil dari pelatihan ini terjadi peningkatan keterampilan siswa membuat kabel jaringan 83%, membuat jaringan komputer LAN kabel, membuat jaringan komputer klien-server dan membuat mini internet terjadi peningkatan 100%, sedangkan praktek pengkabelan meningkat 68%. Untuk pengetahuan teori terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dasar jaringan komputer 23% dan teori dasar komputer 15%. Pada akhir kegiatan peserta diberi sertifikat pelatihan.

Abstract

Abstrak- Penasehat Akademik merupakan Proses Pengisian kartu rencana study bagi mahasiswa yang akan mengambil matakuliah apa yang akan diambil untuk semester selanjutnya. Sebelum terjadinya proses belajar mengajar (PBM) berlangsung pada awal semester, kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan adalah adalah penyusunan matakuliah bagi mahasiswa. rancangan sistem ini menggunakan inference forward chaining, dengan implementasi sistem menggunakan sistem database MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Forward Chaining adalah metode inference enggine yang mencocokan fakta atau pernyataan dimulai dari bagian sebelah kiri (IF dulu). Dengan kata lain, penalaran dimulai dari fakta terlebih dahulu untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis. Tesis ini membangun suatu sistem pakar berbasis aturan dalam penyusunan Kartu Rencana Study (KRS) bagi mahasiswa khususnya yang akan mengambil matakuliah menggunakan metode forward chaining. Tujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa yang belum tahu dalam pengisian kartu rencana study tanpa langsung bertemu dengan dosen pembimbing akademik nya dalam pengambilan matakuliah. Kata kunci : sistem pakar, forward chaining, matakuliah Abstract- Academic adviser is a card charging process study plans for students who will take courses which will be taken for the next semester. Prior to the teaching and learning process (PBM) took place at the beginning of the semester, is a routine activity undertaken is the preparation course for students. The system design uses forward chaining inference, with the implementation of the system using MySQL database system and the PHP programming language. Forward Chaining is a method of inference enggine that match facts or statements starting from the left (first IF). In other words, reasoning from facts first started to test the truth of the hypothesis. This thesis build a rule-based expert system in preparation Card Study Plan (KRS) for students who will take courses in particular using forward chaining method.
