Abstract

Teori tentang arsitektur bersifat memaparkan tentang apa itu arsitektur menurut posisi teoritis arsitek dan paradigma yang dianutnya.Paradigma arsitektur mencangkup kerangka berpikir, prinsip, dan pendekatan yang mendefinisikan tren dan nilai-nilai dalam dunia arsitektur pada suatu periode tertentu. Ini mencerminkan bagaimana arsitek memandang dan mendekati desain serta pembangunan ruang fisik. Dalam revitalisasi ruang dalam dunia arsitektur teknologi memiliki peran dalam mengubah paradigma arsitektur menjadi lebih baik yang memiliki fungsi yang lebih dinamis, berkelanjutan, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan. Teknologi informasi memiliki hubungan dalam dunia arsitektur dimana arsitek dapat melakukan riset dan eksplorasi desain dengan lebih efektif, mengakses referensi secara cepat, dan terlibat dalam diskusi global tren arsitektur. Kesemuanya ini berkontribusi pada transpormasi paradigma arsitektur dari pendekatan tradisional menuju pendekatan yang lebih inovatif, terbuka terhadap teknologi dan berkelanjutan. Dalam revitaliasi ruang pada tulisan ini merupakan peran peran teknologi informasi yang mengubah paradigma paradigma arsitektur pada dunia arsitektur yang memiliki fungsi yang baik dan memudahkan dalam berarsitektur. Sedangkan masih banyak lagi peran teknologi informasi yang dapat membantu para arsitek maupun dalam bidang jurusan arsitektur dalam mendesain dan revitalisasi ruang.Kata kunci : Revitalisasi; Teknologi Informasi; Paradigma Arsitektur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ibu hamil yang berisiko mengalami gizi buruk menggunakan metode klasifikasi machine learning, khususnya Random Forest, dengan memanfaatkan data dari RISKESDAS 2018. Dataset yang digunakan mencakup informasi demografi dan pola makan, termasuk usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, status ekonomi, pola makan, dan akses ke layanan kesehatan. Data tersebut diolah melalui proses preprocessing yang meliputi penanganan nilai yang hilang, transformasi variabel kategori menggunakan OneHotEncoder, dan normalisasi fitur numerik. Model Random Forest kemudian dilatih dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score, serta confusion matrix untuk memahami kinerja klasifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Random Forest memiliki akurasi sebesar 0.67, precision sebesar 0.6, recall sebesar 0.67, dan F1-score sebesar 0.63 dalam mengklasifikasikan risiko gizi buruk pada ibu hamil. Confusion matrix memperlihatkan distribusi prediksi yang benar dan salah, sedangkan feature importance analysis mengidentifikasi fitur pola makan dan status ekonomi sebagai yang paling berpengaruh dalam prediksi risiko gizi buruk. Model Random Forest ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang efektif untuk mengidentifikasi ibu hamil yang berisiko tinggi mengalami gizi buruk, memungkinkan intervensi dini dan terarah dalam program kesehatan ibu hamil, sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Penelitian ini juga menyediakan dasar untuk studi lanjutan yang dapat menggunakan dataset yang lebih luas dan beragam untuk memperbaiki akurasi dan generalisasi model.

Abstract

The study is motivated by the difficulties encountered in the learning process of computer assembly. Inadequate support for the learning process arises from the insufficient availability of hardware components corresponding to the student population, leading to challenges for students in understanding and applying the subject matter. The shortage of components is primarily due to budget constraints for procurement, resulting in damage to school visual aids caused by errors made by students during practical exercises. Hence, there is a necessity to develop computer assembly learning materials incorporating virtual reality technology. The research utilized the Research and Development (R&D) four-D (4D) development model, consisting of Define, Design, and Develop stages. The multimedia development model applied in this study follows the Luther-Sutopo version, involving six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The research integrates both the 4D and Luther-Sutopo versions of the multimedia development model. The outcomes of this investigation include computer assembly learning materials based on virtual reality, presenting explanations of hardware components and a simulation segment for computer assembly. The product validity testing resulted in a score of 0.78, meeting the validity criteria. Regarding practicality, the test outcomes indicated a score of 85.11, demonstrating high practicality. Furthermore, the effectiveness test yielded a score of 0.74, indicating a high level of effectiveness.

Abstract

The rapid advancements in modern computer architecture pose significant challenges for organizations to remain relevant and efficient. This article explores the adaptation strategies implemented by organizations in response to the evolving landscape of contemporary computer architecture. The primary focus is on organizational efforts to align technological infrastructure, business processes, and organizational culture to support operational effectiveness. The discussion encompasses digital transformation, organizational cultural shifts, change management, cybersecurity, and the integration of new technologies as key elements in the adaptation strategy. By detailing the challenges and solutions applied, this research provides profound insights into how organizations can optimize their performance through intelligent adaptation to the developments in modern computer architecture. The findings of this study offer practical guidance for organizational leaders in designing successful adaptation strategies in this ever-changing era.

Abstract

This journal examines the phenomenon of Information Technology crimes, commonly known as cybercrime, and the legal countermeasures in the context of Indonesian law. The continuous advancement of information technology has opened doors for criminals to exploit digital means as tools to achieve their illicit objectives. This research aims to analyze the most prevalent types of information technology crimes in Indonesia and identify the legal framework's role in combating and mitigating the negative impacts of these crimes. The research methodology involves the analysis of secondary data, including case studies of information technology crimes that have occurred in Indonesia. The findings indicate that crimes such as identity theft, online fraud, and ransomware attacks pose serious threats to digital security in Indonesia. Therefore, concerted efforts are needed to develop an effective legal framework to combat these crimes. The journal also reviews the development of legal regulations concerning information technology crimes in Indonesia, such as the ITE Law (Electronic Information and Transactions Law), and analyzes the effectiveness and challenges faced in law enforcement. Additionally, the research discusses preventive and counteraction initiatives undertaken by the government, law enforcement agencies, and the private sector. The research findings provide in-depth insights into the complexity of information technology crime issues and the challenges in addressing them in Indonesia. The implications of this research are expected to support the improvement of policies, regulations, and more effective law enforcement efforts in facing the threats of information technology crimes in the future.

Abstract

Presentation in architecture has developed over time. From initially using hand drawings, he then switched to using visuals created by computers. The more technology develops, the more interesting the presentations produced. The results of the presentation also become more realistic so that they are closer to the original design object. Technological developments are increasingly advanced and the use of Virtual Reality technology is widely used in almost all fields, including in the field of architecture. In Architecture, the use of Virtual Reality as a presentation tool has been widely used. However, the method used requires quite a large amount of money and is still too complicated to apply. However, currently Virtual Reality can be done simply and can be applied generally and by architectural practitioners.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning at the basic education level, especially in Kindergarten (TK), is an urgent need in facing the demands of developments in information technology. This service aims to develop and evaluate digital teaching materials in the form of Flipbooks as an innovative means of improving the competency of kindergarten teachers at Citra Indonesia Kindergarten. The development method used is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model, which involves needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of digital teaching materials. The Flipbook digital teaching materials developed focus on increasing kindergarten teachers' understanding and skills in managing interesting and interactive learning. The materials presented are designed to fulfill the kindergarten curriculum and integrate technology as a learning medium that can motivate pre-school children. The implementation of Flipbook in learning activities at Citra Indonesia Kindergarten is carried out through intensive training and mentoring to ensure teachers' mastery of technology. The evaluation was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires to measure the effectiveness of using Flipbook digital teaching materials in improving the competence of kindergarten teachers. The evaluation results show a significant increase in understanding of interactive learning concepts and mastery of technology by kindergarten teachers. Therefore, the development of Flipbook digital teaching materials can be an effective alternative in improving the quality of learning at Citra Indonesia Kindergarten, as well as stimulating teacher creativity and motivation in teaching.

Abstract

The HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is an infection-causing virus that targets the immune system, making it more vulnerable to illness and infection. East Java (33,043), Papua (25,586), West Java (24,650), and Central Java (18,038 persons) all had more HIV/AIDS infections in 2017 than DKI Jakarta (46,378), which was followed by East Java (33,043), West Java (24,650), and a smaller number—25,586—in Papua. Nationally, West Java is still among the four provinces with the highest HIV/AIDS cases. This shows that HIV/AIDS has become a threat to the wider community because in addition to threatening the lives of sufferers, this disease is at risk of transmission that will increase. The increase in HIV/AIDS cases can be a problem in the psychology of the sufferer, because this disease can have a negative impact in the form of physical, psychological, social and spiritual problems that cause PLWHA (People with HIV AIDS) to live a stressful life. In this study, calculations were carried out using the K-Means algorithm with the Optimize Parameters Grid on data on the spread of HIV / AIDS cases in 2019-2021 sourced from the West Java Provincial Health Office. K-Means is one of the algorithms in data mining that can be used for grouping / clustering of data. The data used in this study were 971 records. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the cluster of t h e spread of HIV/ AIDS as an effort to assist the government in reducing the number of HIV / AIDS cases in West Java province. The results o f this study are comparing DBI with the K-Means method from k-2 to k-20 contained in the table above, it can be seen that the cluster that is close to 0 is k-2, with a DBI value of 0.414. Because the value of k-2 is the smallest value compared to other k, it can be concluded that k-2 with a value of 0.414 which is closest to 0 is the best cluster result.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based decision support system (DSS) for selecting pre-wedding photoshoot locations in Medan, utilizing the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The DSS provides an efficient tool to assist couples in making informed decisions by evaluating various location options based on multiple criteria such as aesthetics, accessibility, and cost. The study employs a combination of data collection from popular pre-wedding locations, user preferences, and algorithmic processing to rank and recommend optimal locations. The MOORA method is chosen for its ability to handle multi-criteria decision-making problems effectively. The system's effectiveness was tested using real-world data, demonstrating its potential to simplify and enhance the decision-making process for users. Results indicate that the DSS can significantly reduce the time and effort required to choose a suitable pre-wedding location, while also providing personalized recommendations that align with user preferences. The findings suggest that the MOORA-based DSS can be a valuable tool for the wedding planning industry, offering a scalable solution that could be adapted to other location-based decision-making contexts.

Abstract

The development of science and technology today is growing so rapidly, this has had a huge impact on human life. One example of technology that is developing so rapidly is the use of digital applications as a technique for depicting building structures. For example, these digital applications include AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp design software. This application is a phenomenon that shows technological developments and the current needs of the architecture and construction industry. Depicting building structures using digital applications is the process of creating a digital model of the building to be built. a process of creating building engineering drawings in 3D (three-dimensional) form using computer applications that meet design standards. Digital applications can simplify and speed up the process of designing, implementing and maintaining buildings. Digital applications can also help save costs, time and resources, as well as reduce errors, conflicts and waste.
