Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan PABA Binjai berfokus pada pendidikan tingkat sekolah menengah atas dan berlokasi di Jl. Padang Sidempuan Rambung Barat, Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Yayasan ini menghadapi kendala dalam memahami minat belajar murid, sehingga sulit untuk menerapkan metode pengajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode untuk membantu Yayasan Pendidikan PABA Binjai dalam mendiagnosis minat belajar murid. Penelitian ini menganalisis sistem yang berjalan di Yayasan Pendidikan PABA Binjai dengan menggunakan Sistem Pakar untuk Diagnosa Minat Belajar Murid berbasis web, menggunakan Metode Teorema Bayes (Studi Kasus Yayasan Pendidikan PABA Binjai). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi diagnosa minat belajar murid menggunakan Metode Teorema Bayes memungkinkan yayasan untuk mengetahui minat belajar murid, sehingga dapat menerapkan metode pengajaran yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, Metode Teorema Bayes dapat diterapkan untuk mendiagnosis minat belajar murid berdasarkan nilai-nilai pada setiap ciri-ciri murid dan penerapan langkah serta rumus metode ini. Dengan pemrograman web menggunakan HTML, PHP, dan MySQL, aplikasi diagnosa minat belajar murid di Yayasan Pendidikan PABA Binjai dapat dibangun secara efektif menggunakan Metode Teorema Bayes.

Abstract

Technology is developing rapidly, widely, and rapidly. This causes various influences on human life patterns, both patterns of thought and behavior. As we know, smartphones in this era have a very rapid development. All groups of adults, students, and children use them. Parents need to be more understanding of using and utilizing information technology to help children's growth and development, and the strong influence of information technology in people's lives raises concerns for some parents that this technological progress will only hurt children's growth and development. Some parents use smartphones as a shortcut in assisting children, and parents use them to accompany their children so that they can carry out activities without worrying about their children playing dirty and messing up the house, which will make them cranky and disturb their parents. Parents should pay more attention to supervising and monitoring what children do when using smartphones to reduce the negative impact caused by the use of smartphones, which should be used and utilized for positive things. Early childhooders tend to be happy with the new things they get through play activities; playing is enjoyable for children, allowing them to explore all potential. Parents giving smartphones in early childhood will undoubtedly affect the development of children. Smartphones should not be given in early childhood because, at that age, children should be taught to get to know the environment and socialize well.

Abstract

This research explores the role of social media (Instagram, TikTok, and Platform X) in exposing legal violations during the Palestine-Israel conflict. The study aims to understand the impact of these three platforms through the Instagram account @suarasurabayamedia. The findings indicate that Instagram accelerates information dissemination and visual impact, TikTok creates mass awareness through short video formats, and Platform X provides space for diverse perspectives. The social media's focus on Israeli atrocities influences public opinion, supports international solidarity movements, and triggers international pressure and UN resolutions. The impact of social media involves information dissemination, support, amplification of marginalized voices, but also carries the risk of inaccurate information and criticism from authorities. Therefore, the use of social media needs to be balanced with responsibility to prevent the spread of harmful information or worsening conflict situations.

Abstract

This research explores the supervision and law enforcement concerning digital businesses. The rapid growth of digital businesses has significantly impacted the global economy, while simultaneously posing various legal challenges. This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of supervision and law enforcement on digital business actors in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach, involving literature review, analysis of relevant legal regulations, and case studies on the implementation of supervision and law enforcement on digital businesses in various countries. The findings highlight the legal challenges faced by governments and supervisory bodies in coping with the developments in the digital business landscape. The study also evaluates various strategies that can be employed to enhance the effectiveness of supervision and law enforcement on digital businesses, including cross-sectoral collaboration, the utilization of information technology, and the development of regulations that are responsive to the dynamics of digital businesses. The implications of the research findings are expected to provide a more comprehensive insight into addressing the legal challenges emerging alongside the evolution of digital businesses in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the response of law enforcement officials to 4,444 cases of criminal acts of gambling via electronic media in Indonesia. The approach in this research refers to legal norms contained in legal regulations and literature, involving normative legal analysis and a qualitative approach. The research results show that law enforcement policies against criminal acts of gambling via electronic media need to be regulated and integrated in the legal field, as well as developing new laws. The use of these legal instruments is considered important to support development in various sectors, which depends on development needs, community legal awareness, and their views on behavioral assessment. In imposing sentences on perpetrators of gambling crimes, a general minimum criminal system and a special maximum criminal system are applied. However, in this system, judges do not have complete freedom to determine the appropriate type of punishment, but must follow the provisions for criminal intimidation regulated in law. In conclusion, to eradicate criminal acts of gambling via electronic media in Indonesia, it is necessary to increase the quality and quantity of Information Technology and Electronic Equipment (ITE) investigators at the National Police and National Police Headquarters levels, especially because law enforcement officers face difficulties identifying online gambling brokers who use fake identities and catch them effectively.

Abstract

In this study, the creator highlights research regarding one of the advancements in human-made conscious innovation, especially robots. The progress of robots is very complex and currently similar to humans. The examination technique used is to use a written survey by looking at books, diaries and other writings that can be used as reasons for research, with educational provisions it will build scientists' insight and develop information about the problems raised in the research. . In certain countries, robots are widely used and are starting to replace human tasks, for example in Japan, robots are widely used in cafes and accommodation areas. By utilizing robots, human work begins to decrease. This exploration creates opportunities if robots are used in retail or shopping areas, with this system providing suggestions for the advancement of mechanical technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the current global era, easy access to the Internet is very important. Why not, everyone has a device that makes it easier to navigate cyberspace. This comfort certainly affects expressions that were previously expressed through the real world, but the virtual world is absorbing more and more of it. There are many situations in the household where husbands and wives communicate more via devices, there by neglecting their responsibilities. The adverse effects brought about by social media result in conflict either due to indifference or jealousy on the part of the spouse becomes excessively acquainted with social media. One of the reasons an intriguing factor in divorce cases involves the utilization of social media.

Abstract

Software Arsitektur Berbasis AI (SABAI) adalah perangkat lunak yang menggunakan teknologi kecerdasan buatan untuk membantu desainer arsitektur dalam menghasilkan rencana, sketsa, dan render 3D secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh SABAI terhadap proses desain dan pembelajaran arsitektur, dengan menggunakan studi kasus maket ai, salah satu platform SABAI yang populer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 6 mahasiswa arsitektur yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan maket ai dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak menggunakan maket ai. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah skor tes kemampuan desain dan kuesioner kepuasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok dalam hal skor tes kemampuan desain dan kepuasan belajar. Kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan maket ai memiliki skor tes kemampuan desain yang lebih tinggi dan kepuasan belajar yang lebih besar daripada kelompok kontrol yang tidak menggunakan maket ai. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah SABAI, khususnya maket ai, memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap proses desain dan pembelajaran arsitektur. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan SABAI sebagai alat bantu desain dan pembelajaran arsitektur yang efektif dan inovatif.

An in-depth analysis of the relationship between architectural elements and digital technologies provides a better understanding of the strategic role of multimedia architecture as a driver for the development of study spaces. By detailing how integrating digital technologies into multimedia architectural elements can shape cutting-edge learning experiences and improve the effectiveness of ICT learning, this research creates an in-depth understanding of the complexity of the relationship between physical space and the development of digital technologies. A comprehensive analysis of the aesthetic, functional and technological aspects of multimedia architecture provides insight into its important role in shaping a paradigm shift in environmental studies. Abstract

Berbicara soal teknologi tentu saja menjadi pembahasan yang sangat luas dimana dapat dikatakan bahwa, persoalan media digital terjadi disetiap individu dan banyak masyarakat menyalahgunakan media teknologi padahal, media teknologi informasi ini berdampak positif bagi kita jika individu itu sendiri melakukan perilaku yang baik terhadap penggunaan media teknologi, media internet berfungsi sebagai pengetahuan untuk mengetahui informasi yang ada di seluruh dunia yang akan dapat membuat anak milenial yang dimana anak tersebut sudah menggunakan media digital Kemudian di era digital, media digital dapat mencuci otak seorang anak ketika ia terus menerus memainkan internet, Untuk itu dalam mencegah kasus ini kita harus menerapkan ke generasi muda untuk melakukan kebijakan perlindungan anak terhadap teknologi dan internet agar sorang anak generasi muda dapat mengembangkan pengetahuannya melalu media teknologi dan internet akan semakin maju dan berkembang kedepannya. Implementasi kebijakan perlindungan anak terhadap penggunaan teknologi dan internet merupakan langkah penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan dan keamanan anak-anak di era digital. Analisis melibatkan evaluasi efektivitas kebijakan yang telah diimplementasikan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam melindungi anak-anak dari potensi risiko seperti kekerasan online, konten tidak sesuai, dan penyalahgunaan data pribadi. Dengan demikian, implementasi kebijakan ini dapat menjadi landasan kuat dalam menciptakan lingkungan online yang aman dan mendukung perkembangan positif anak-anak.Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Kebijakan Perlindungan Anak; Teknologi dan Internet.
