Abstract

Problem with this research is that there has not been a maximum level of coaching at the Soccer School in Kendal Regency. This study aims to analyze: Curriculum and training programs, Coaches, Athletes, Facilities and infrastructure, Management, Coaching system at the Soccer School in Kendal Regency. This research is qualitative research with data triangulation on data analysis techniques.The results of the study show that: Not all SSBs in Kendal Regency make curriculum and training programs, Not all SSB trainers in Kendal Regency have football license levels, Athletes/students of SSB in Kendal Regency have been classified according to age, facilities and infrastructure at SSB in Kendal District have fulfilling to carry out the coaching program, There is a management or organizational structure with a clear division of tasks at SSB in Kendal District, the Coaching System at the Football School in Kendal Regency has not been going well. The conclusion of this research is: The preparation of curriculum and training programs on SSB in Kendal Regency has not been implemented well. The trainers at SSB in Kendal Regency have not yet qualified as good trainers. Athletes, infrastructure, and management at SSB in Kendal Regency are good enough. The guidance system at SSB in Kendal Regency has not run well.

Abstract

These failures need to be corrected through practice, this is important to support performance when on the field. To increase the ability to exercise can be determining factors for a person's ability. Means there are several essential factors to improve performance in order to achieve optimal sports performance. Based on the background of the problem and the suitability of the focus of the study, this research is oriented to the preparation of a series of physical tests:  How is the preparation of an effective physical test instrument model for athletes in karate? Produce physical test norms of karate athletes aged 14-17 years to identify athletes in the karate sports competition category (Kumite)? Karate is a technique that gives everyone the freedom to use a fist or defend themselves barehanded. Karate is a martial arts branch that has been known for a long time in Indonesia and is a sport that is quite popular with the general public, both in large cities and in small areas. The method used to develop or validate Development products is in the form of a test which includes physical test measurements that can be used to identify karate athletes in the match category (kumite) aged 14 to 17 years. The basic consideration of this type of research and development is used to develop karate physical test instruments. The leg length factor has a dominant effect on karate play. The weight factor in this study is very influential in the game because the more relaxed the body is more freely in moving. The ideals in the body are very influential in karate motion skills. Reaction time test by Androi, Hexagone Obstacle Test, Hurdle Jump, Quick Strike, in this case the training method conducted by the researcher is the right method to measure and improve a physical ability of karate athletes, especially the kumite sparring category, age range of 14-17 years. Anaerobic capacity is determined by the maximum capacity of oxygen consumption and psychological capacity against physiological difficulties. How to train and measure the anaerobic abilities of karate athletes with Rust (Anerobic Running based anaerobic sprint test).

Abstract

PROSUKMA is a special program created by KONI Sragen Regency. This study aims to evaluate the antecedent which includes the background, and planning of coaching programs, evaluating transactions which include recruitment of trainers, athlete recruitment, training programs, supporting facilities and infrastructure, funding, coordination, and welfare of KONI PROSUKMA Sragen development, and evaluating outcomes which include the successful implementation of coaching in the achievement of fostering KONI PROSUKMA Sragen. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the Countenance evaluation model from Robert E. Stake. The subjects in this study were administrators, trainers, and athletes KONI PROSUKMA Sragen Regency. The results of this study are the antecedent evaluation consisting of the background and planning of the KONI PROSUKMA development program, Sragen Regency is clear and well organized, transaction evaluation consisting of recruiting coaches and athletes has been going well, the implementation of the training program is quite proper following the training program the schedule, facilities, and infrastructure are not good enough, some have not been of a national standard, funding is going well enough not enough to meet the needs of coaching, coordination is going well, the welfare provided for trainers, and athletes is quite good, but not yet optimal, and evaluating outcomes in the form of athlete achievement in some sports it is quite good but not stable. There are still sports that have not yet achieved accomplishments.

Abstract

Throw in is a way to start the match again by throwing it into the field. This study aims to determine the difference in effect between weight training methods and arm muscle power to the results of the far throw-in without the start of YATPI Godong extracurricular participants. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling, which was taken by 20 players. Data analysis techniques in this study using ANOVA. Based on the results of the study, weight training (sig value 0.000 < 0.050), the arm muscle power variable obtained sig value 0.255 > 0.050. In the variable type of arm muscle power training (interaction) obtained a sig value of 0.500 > 0.050. From the results of this study, that is, the method of arm muscle weight training affects the throw-in; there is no difference in the arm muscle strength of the throw-in. There is no interaction between weight training methods with arm muscle power in influencing the throw-in. Conclusion there is no interaction between weight training methods with arm muscle power in influencing the throw-in without the start of YATPI Godong extracurricular participants. Suggestions for YATPI Godong football extracurricular players, physical conditions need to be considered for achieving optimal results and need to develop more effective and appropriate training programs.

Abstract

Sebagai atlet Nasional bola voli haruslah memiliki kekuatan otot tungkai yang baik sehingga tinggi lompatan dapat maksimal membentuk serangan dan pertahanan dalam permainan. Meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dapat dilakukan dengan weight training salah satunya back dan front squat, sehingga dalam penelitian ini akan mencari jawaban mengenai 1) pengaruh latihan back squat dan front squat terhadap hasil vertical jump dan hasil lower body power index, 2) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan back squat dan front squat terhadap hasil vertical jump dan lower body power index. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan memberikan weight training back squat kepada kelompok A dan front squat kepada kelompok B yang pembagian kelompoknya menggunakan metode ABBA berdasarkan hasil pre test vertical jump selama 16 kali pertemuan.Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil kelompok A terhadap vertical jump sig(2-tailed) 0.058>0.05 yang berarti tidak memiliki pengaruh, dan hasil lower body power index yakni sig(2-tailed) 0.040<0.05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh. Pada kelompok B hasil vertical jump dan lower body power index ialah sig(2-tailed) 0.001<0.05 dan 0.003<0.05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pada hasil keduanya.Dari hasil analisa data penelitian dapat disimpulkan kedua latihan beban tersebut dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil lompatan dan kekuatan otot tungkai untuk atlet bola voli.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Perbedaan metode latihan single tuck jump dan rim jump terhadap peningkatan hasil smash bola voli pada UKM bola voli Universitas Tadulako Palu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Eksperimen Hasil penelitian ini: (1) latihan single tuck jump memilki hasil rata-rata sebesar 26,626, sedangkan metode latihan rim jump memiliki hasil rata-rata sebesar 24,839 terhadap peningkatan hasil smash bola voli. (2) Atlet yang memiliki tungkai panjang memiliki hasil rata-rata sebesar 25,556, sedangkan atlet yang memiliki tungkai pendek memiliki hasil rata-rata sebesar 24,909 dalam peningkatan hasil smash bola voli. (3) Terdapat interaksi antara latihan single tuck jump dan rim jump dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil smash bola voli. Kelompok dengan menggunakan latihan single tuck jump mengalami rata-rata peningkatan hasil smash bola voli sebesar 25,793, untuk atlet yang memiliki tungkai panjang dan 25,319, untuk atlet yang memiliki tungkai pendek. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan latihan plyometrics single tuck jump dengan rimp jump.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengtahui status dehidrasi serta konsumsi carian pada Atlet Groborogan pada Event Pra Porprov. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, jumlah sampel sebnyak 23 orang putra maupun putri. Tes yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bertanding 4x10 menit, serta menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner sehingga hasilnnya disajikan menggunakan angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata atlet putra dan putri mengalami dehidrasi dari 23 atlet sebnyak 4 orang (17,40%) memiliki status dehidrasi baik, 8 orang (34,80%) memiliki status dehidrasi, 9 orang (39,1%) memiliki status sangat dehidrasi dan 2 orang (8,7%) memiliki status dehidrasi berat. Simpulan penelitian adalah Status dehidrasi Atlet Bola Basket putra dan putri Pra Porprov Kabupaten Grobogan KU-20 sangat dehidrasi sebnyak 39,1%dan dehidrasi sebanyak 34,80%. Tingkat konsumsi cairan dalam kategori kurang yaitu sebnyak 50% atlet perempuan dan pada atlet putra 45,50%. Saran bagi pelatih menyediakan konsumsi cairan yang mengandung mineral dan elektrolit ketika berlatih ataupun bertanding, bagi atlet hendaknya memperhatikan konsumsi cairan agar terhindar dari dehidrasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the basic techniques of dribbling, and leg length in the early childhood development program of SSB Porma in Kudus Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the two-way ANOVA model. The subjects in this study were SSB Porma Kudus athletes in Kudus Regency. The results of this study are the results of the calculation of leg length variables are obtained tvalue = 0.000 < ttable = 0.050, the results of the calculation of the type of exercise variable are obtained tvalue = 0.019 < ttable = 0.050, in the type of exercise variable, the length of the leg are obtained tvalue = 0.940 > ttable = 0.050. The conclusion of this research is there is a difference in the level of dribbling speed between respondents with the slalom drill dribbling training method and respondents who are given the t-drill dribbling training method, and there is a difference in the level of dribbling speed between respondents with long limbs and respondents with low limbs, there is no interaction between dribbling training methods with leg length categories in influencing dribbling speed. Research suggestions are players should increase in dribbling slalom drill practice rather than dribbling t-drill, the trainer should provide various forms of dribbling exercises, it is better to have complete facilities and infrastructure with the aim of supporting the training.

Abstract

The availability of teaching materials that can increase the activeness and independence of children's learning, especially beginner swimmers in the efficiency of improving the ability of motion techniques, greatly affects the quality and success and ability of students to digest the material and increase their own interest to always be enthusiastic in the swimming learning process. The purpose of this study is to produce swimming learning modules in increasing interest in learning and efficiency of swimming motion techniques in children. The method used in this research is (Research and Development) from Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. This study uses research instruments in the form of interviews with prospective module users including children and beginner swimmers to find out the response to the module. Based on the student response questionnaire, the results obtained were students' interest and positive responses to the modules that had been made. At the development stage the product was produced in the form of a swimming learning module for beginners, validated by 6 experts, and a questionnaire in response to the module. The module testing phase was conducted in 20 children who are beginner swimmers in several Semarang City clubs. Modules are prepared by taking into account aspects of the accuracy of the contents, digestibility of modules, stages of swimming, module attractiveness, appearance, and use of language and terms. Overall, the modules produced were declared valid and according to the experts included in the criteria were eligible to be used. Modules were produced with design and content components that have been tailored to the needs of users.

Abstract

The Anak Rantau futsal club as a forum for fostering athlet in the city of Medan to achieve achievements. to improve sports achievement, it is necessary to monitor talent, nursery, and coaching. This study aims to evaluate: Context: Background, Vision Mission, Development program objectives. Input: SDM, facilities and infrastructure availability, funding. Process: training programs implementation, coaches/athletes admision systems, the use of facilities and infrastructure, coordination. Product: achievement and welfare. This study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model developed Stuflebeam. The research subjects included administrators, coaches, athletes, parents. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results showed: first the context of background, vision, mission, program objectives was good and transparent, the second input of on SDM (administrators, coaches, athletes) was good and placed according to their fields, facilities and infrastructure availability at field aspects are inadequate, funding are running poorly because they come from club owners and have not sufficiently fulfilled coaching needs, the third process of regarding the coaching program implementation was quite good according to the training program schedule, athlete recruitment system and good category coordination, while the recruitment system coaches and the use of medium category facilities and infrastructure, trainer recruitment is appointed directly by the management, coordination has been gone very well, the four development program products regarding achievement and welfare were categorized as unstable achievement and the welfare aspects of coaches and athletes were obtained from the results prize when become a champion.
