Abstract

From year to year, the badminton club's achievements in Cirebon Regency have not increased. They have not been able to excel at provincial and national championships. This study aims to evaluate the development of club management, coach, athlete, training, competition, infrastructure, and funding for badminton clubs in Cirebon Regency. The research method is the Countenance Stake evaluation research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis are data reduction methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the club management does not have AD/ART of the club and there are multiple positions, the coach is constrained in competency development, there is no standardization in the acceptance of athletes, no standardized training program, the competition agenda for some clubs has been set, the infrastructure for some clubs are already PBSI standard, it does not have a coaching budget planning. The conclusion of this research is that the club management development is not appropriate, the coach development is not appropriate, the athlete development is not appropriate, the training development is not appropriate, the competition development of some of the clubs is appropriate, the infrastructure of some of the clubs is appropriate, the funding is not appropriate.

Abstract

The background of this research is to know the management condition in the Three League Soccer Competition, Jambi Province. This study purposed to Analyze Human Resource Management in the League Three football competition Jambi Province, Analyze Funding Management in the League Three football competition, Analyze Management Methods in the League Three football competition in Jambi Province, Analyze the Management of Facilities and Infrastructure in the League Three Jambi Province football competition. Analyzed Technology Management in the League Three football Competition Jambi Province and Analyzed Marketing Management in the League Three Football Competition Jambi Province. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The research used a naturalistic interactive qualitative research approach, or a natural research. The results were human resource management is categorized as good and is under the planned process, financial management is categorized as moderate because there was no collaboration with sponsors and there was no contribution from the local government, the management method is categorized as good because in its implementation the competition was running well according to with the planned objectives, management of facilities and infrastructure can be categorized as good. Because in holding a competition, it already has adequate facilities, technology management is categorized as good because it already had technology help administrators carry out tasks in the office or in the field, marketing management is categorized as good, because in marketing In this competition, the management has collaborated with print media and other electronic media.

Abstract

The development of volleyball on Student Sports Training Education Center (PPLPD) in Musi Banyuasin South Sumatra Indonesia its achievement is less stable, therefore it is necessary to conduct an evaluation as a reference for the preparation of further performance coaching programs. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Context, Input, Process and Product of the PPLPD Musi Banyuasin Volleyball Achievement coaching program. This study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Results: Context Program is coaching women's volleyball achievement. Input coach has coaching license, athletes have skills. Facility and infrastructure for volleyball is already good, the sport Centre has national standards, athlete coaching program funds come from Local Government Budget (APBD). Process, having a training program, in which it is controlled, is given monthly coaching funds to coaches and athletes. Product the PPLPD Musi Banyuasin volleyball performance coaching program has not been maximized, only in the top five in the National Championship level between PPLP. The conclusions of this study are: Context Program for the coaching of women's volleyball sports achievements at Musi Banyuasin PPLPD. Input coaches and athletes are in accordance with what was determined by Sports and Youth Office (DISPORA), coaching funds come from APBD. Process the implementation of coaching program is going well. Product coaching program is the result of competition shows unstable or less than optimal performance.

Abstract

This study evaluate: Context , background, vision-mission and objectives of the coaching program, Input , availability of human resources (HR), the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure and implementation funding sources, Process, implementation of training programs, the role of trainer performance , athletes, facilities and infrastructure, coordination between parties, consumption, and welfare, Products achievement. Results of research context, basketball achievement development program for Bangau is accordance with objectives of coaching program that has been carried out both in background and vision and mission, Input , has good human resources, facilities and infrastructure for Stork basketball club, the National standard is very good , and a good source of funds. Process, training program responsibility coach implementation of training program is not well structured , the recruitment athletes part of coach. running quite well, facilities and infrastructure is very good, coordination between related parties is good, and the welfare in it is good, Product , basketball achievement development program for Bangau club, regarding achievements that are benchmarks for success in last 5 years regional championship in 2015-2020,Bangau club has had achievements and has often participated in championship but is not stable.Conclusion from this research concludes that from the context and input it has been carried out well, while the process , implementation training program is quite good but not structured in running it, product, achievements are good enough because they often participate in championship, but achievements are good. found that it is unstable and not maximal at regional level .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency, to analyze the organizing system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency, analyze the implementation system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency, and to analyze controling system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency. The research methods is descriptive qualitative. The data information was collect from the Chief Executive of PERBASI Banyumas Regency, the General Secretary of PERBASI Banyumas Regency, the Head Coach of PERBASI Banyumas Regency, the Referee of PERBASI Banyumas Regency and the General Secretary of KONI Banyumas Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The result showed that the Planning system is already exist, but not been implemented properly. The organizing system is well structured, the composition of the management is stated in a decree from the Regional Management of PERBASI, Central Java Province. The process of implementing work programs or activities has not been implemented due the corona virus. The evaluation has been going well. The conclusion is the planning system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management in very good category because in planning system meets all the planning criteria of sport organizations. Organizing system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management included in category good and the implementation system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management include in good category because it has not meets the criteria of sports organizations. And the controlling system in PERBASI Banyumas Regency management is included in the sufficient category.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze and study developing elementary school student-athletes in Sragen Regency. Analyze and study the process of installing elementary school student-athletes in Sragen Regency. Analyze and study the nursery process of elementary school student-athletes in Sragen Regency. Analyze and study the process of guiding elementary school student-athletes in Sragen Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were administrators, teachers, and students. This study uses data collection techniques with observation (observation), interviews (interview), documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used data triangulation, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study are the coaching system that answers A (yes) = 63%, B (sometimes) = 32%, and C (no) = 4%. Regarding the coaching program, answer A (yes) = 58.21%, B (no) = 39.64%, and C (no) = 2.41%. Organizing answer A (yes) = 57.40%, B (sometimes) = 36.67%, and C (no) = 50%, B (sometimes) = 33.50%, and C (no) = 16.50%. The extracurricular that answered A (yes) = 60.83%, B (sometimes) = 30%, and C (no) = 9.17%. The training carried out in the elementary school in Sragen Regency went well. Recruitment of athletes as the next generation of achievements is slow and takes a long time. Training programs still tend to depend on field trainers and physical education teachers in their respective schools. Several extracurricular activities in school are not yet optimal. Facilities and infrastructure are sufficiently fulfilled. Sources of funds to finance coaching programs in schools through extracurricular programs can be obtained from the assistance of the committee, parents, and teachers themselves.

Abstract

Researchers found several problems from the inadequate early age coaching of the AFQOZ Club in Tegal Regency. The research aims to determine 1)Fostering early childhood football achievements, 2)Training program, 3)Funding sources, 4) facilities and infrastructure, 5)The role of the community athletes, 6)The role of the coach. Qualitative research by describing and analyzing, the target of research on fostering the early childhood achievement of the AFQOZ Club. The location of this research is in the AFQOZ Club, Pangkah District, Tegal Regency. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, documentation. The research results are as follows: 1)Fostering the early childhood football achievements of the AFQOZ Club is quite good, because it often uses simulations and there is a tiered system in each age group up to the Elite Pro Academy, 2)The training program is good because it refers to PSSI standards according to the age group in the Club, 3)The club's source of funds comes from the AFQOZ Collection, which can be said to be good, even though the salary of the coach and manager is small, but the facilities obtained are quite adequate, such as club transportation,4)The facilities and infrastructure are quite a lot of good quality and modified, 5)Community support is lacking for the club, the local government does not release field management to the club to interfere with the training program, 6)The trainer becomes a motivator and initiator, plays a good role because it can bring fostered athletes have made achievements in football events.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of physical education learning in special schools throughout the Pekalongan Residency during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative type of research. Research respondents were students, teachers, and school principals. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all used to collect data. Data management included research data collection/collection, research data reduction, presentation or data, conclusion drawing, or research data verification. Result: The teacher-led learning to plan at the Special Schools located throughout the Pekalongan Residency is generally consistent with the curriculum; the teacher also creates syllabi and lesson plans; however, the teacher-led assessment activities have not been completed; consequently, the implemented learning is not consistent with the stages of learning implementation, namely opening, core activities, and closure. This is because it is constrained by the ongoing pandemic; teachers’ evaluations of learning are different, considering the characteristics of their students; one of the teacher’s evaluation activities is to assign assignments at the end of the semester, while the follow-up is related to the evaluation’s results. A follow-up program for the outcomes of the learning evaluation has not been implemented in Physical Education and Health at Special Schools throughout the Pekalongan Residency during the pandemic. Conclusions: learning to plan in special schools within the Pekalongan residency is categorized as (SB), learning implementation in special schools within the residency is categorized as (C), learning evaluation in special schools within the Pekalongan residency is categorized as (K), and follow-up on learning evaluation results is categorized as (K).

Abstract

Becoming a professional teacher can be seen from how their performance, self-concept, and motivation carry out their duties and responsibilities in teaching. This study aims to obtain a description of the performance analysis, self-concept, motivation of physical education teachers at SMPN in Sungai Lilin Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research uses exploratory research. The sources of the research were obtained directly from physical education teachers, school principals, and colleagues through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach. The results of the study explained that PJOK teachers who have a good quality of performance abilities had completed the learning program appropriately. The self-concept of the PJOK teacher by becoming a teacher is his goal, to be positive in responding to unpleasant experiences. Physical education teacher motivation based on internal and external motivational factors is built with the support of all parties. The conclusion of the study shows, the results of the performance of PJOK SMPN teachers in Sungai Lilin Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency, are said to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities well. The self-concept of PJOK teachers is said to be good if it is proven that being a teacher is his ideal. And can positively respond to unpleasant experiences. The motivation of PJOK teachers based on internal and external factors shows that motivation is fairly good with the appreciation given.

Abstract

The government of Kudus Regency plays a central role to determine a policy in the provision of sports facilities (Sport Centre) to meet the lack of infrastructure and to support the achievements of the sports in Kudus. This study employed a qualitative approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. The subjects of this study were the Regional Government of Kudus Regency, the Education, Youth, and Sports Service of Kudus Regency, the Chairperson of KONI, Trainers, and Sports Instructors. They were chosen to produce a reliable or trustworthy picture of the government policy in the provision of sports facilities in Kudus Regency. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data triangulation was applied as a technique to analyze the data. It consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Findings 1) Context Evaluation, the aim of the Policy and Development Priorities to meet the lack of infrastructure, to support sports achievement, and to build public facilities is mainly for sports achievements, educational sports, and recreational sports, 2) Input Evaluation, the policy must be research-based and future-oriented with the principle of achieving the goals to increase achievements and sports culture as well as to increase the Original Local Government Revenue, 3) Process Evaluation, the implementation of the development is carried out through stages and mechanisms guided by priority scale based on the list of budget usage of each year, 4) Product Evaluation, standardization of the venues which are built following the national standards.
