Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Beras Toko Saribumi Pasar Induk Cipinang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 140 responden dan jumlah sampel akhir sebesar 104 responden. Data analisis menggunakan outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis. Novelty pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SEM SmartPLS 4.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Beras Toko Saribumi Pasar Induk Cipinang, dan variabel Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Beras Toko Saribumi Pasar Induk Cipinang, sedangkan variabel Harga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Beras Toko Saribumi Pasar Induk Cipinang. Besarnya R-Square yang dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel terhadap Keputusan Pembelian adalah sebesar 84,9%. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah kualitas produk, dengan nilai F2 sebesar 0,455. Implikasi dari penelitian bagi pemilik toko saribumi untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menjaga konsistensi serta keunggulan produk. Meskipun harga bukan faktor utama dalam keputusan pembelian, perusahaan dapat memberikan diskon tanpa mengurangi kualitas produk.ABSTRACTThis study aims to test whether there is an effect of Service Quality, Price, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Rice at Saribumi Store, Cipinang Main Market. The sampling method uses simple random sampling method with a population of 140 respondents and a final sample size of 104 respondents. The results showed that the Service Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on the Rice Purchasing Decision of Saribumi Store in Cipinang Main Market, and the Product Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on the Rice Purchasing Decision of Saribumi Store in Cipinang Main Market, while the Price variable had no positive and significant effect on the Rice Purchasing Decision of Saribumi Store in Cipinang Main Market. The amount of R-Square explained by the three variables on Purchasing Decisions is 84.9%. In this study, the variable that has the most dominant influence is product quality, with an F2 value of 0.455. The implications of the research for saribumi shop owners are to be able to improve service quality and maintain product consistency and excellence. Although price is not a major factor in purchasing decisions, companies can provide discounts without reducing product quality.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, Promosi,dan Harga terhadap Minat Beli pada Showroom Liman Jaya Motor. Metode pengambilan sampelmenggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 380 respondendan jumlah sampel akhir sebesar 77 responden. Data analisis menggunakan outer model, innermodel, dan uji hipotesis. Novelty pada penelitian ini yaitu bahwa variable harga tidak berpengaruhdan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel KesadaranMerek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli pada Showroom Liman Jaya Motor,dan variabel Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli pada Showroom LimanJaya Motor, sedangkan variabel Harga tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap MinatBeli pada Showroom Liman Jaya Motor. Besarnya R-Square yang dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabelterhadap Minat Beli adalah sebesar 49,2%. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang memiliki pengaruhpaling dominan adalah kesadaran merek, dengan nilai F² sebesar 0,381. Implikasi dari penelitian bagiperusahaan terus memperkuat kesadaran merek serta mengoptimalkan efektivitas strategi promosiyang diterapkan. Meskipun variable harga bukan merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkanminat beli, perusahaan tetap perlu mempertimbangkan strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif agartetap relevan di pasar dan mampu menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of Brand Awareness, Promotion, andPrice on Purchase Intention at Liman Jaya Motor Showroom. Using the simple random samplingmethod, the study involved 380 respondents with a final sample size of 77. Data analysis was performed using the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The novelty of this researchlies in the finding that the price variable does not have a significant and positive effect on purchaseintention. The results of the study show that the Brand Awareness variable has a positive andsignificant effect on Purchase Intention at Liman Jaya Motor Showroom, and the Promotion variablehas a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at Liman Jaya Motor Showroom, whilethe Price variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at LimanJaya Motor Showroom. The R-Square value explained by the three variables on Purchase Intentionis 49.2%. In this study, the most dominant variable affecting purchase intention is brand awareness,with an F² value of 0.381. The implications of this research for the company are to continuestrengthening brand awareness and optimizing the effectiveness of the promotional strategiesapplied. Although the price variable is not a major factor in increasing purchase intention, thecompany still needs to consider a competitive pricing strategy to remain relevant in the market and attract more customers.

Abstract

Conventional retail store is a retail business that sells convenience products in order to fulfill the people’s daily needs. However, with the presence of various e-commerce platforms, changing consumer behavior, and other technological developments, conventional retail stores need to adapt their business strategy to stay relevant and compete in the digital age by updating its performance digitally. The benefit is to reach wider customers and increase product accessibility. The aim of this survey is to analyze and provide solutions on what kind of strategy that a conventional retail store should do to upgrade its system to a semi-modern or modern retail store. This research uses qualitative methods to understand the phenomena in society related to conventional retail store that are facing the pressure of modernization. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data contained in this journal is collected by the interview technique to the store owner directly. The results of the research showed specifically the location, Toko Anggun merges into one with the home of the store owner and without a banner or special name board in front of it to introduce the identity or name of the store itself. The method of payment used is still traditional, and does not carry out promotional activities

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in social studies achievement in students who use instructional media visuals that do not use. The study was conducted in Yasmine School with a sample size of 40 students. The study used an experimental method, namely by providing pre-test and post-test. Visual learning media can facilitate understanding and strengthen memory, and cultivate students' interest and can provide the relationship between the content of the subject matter with the real world. The use of visual learning media, hopefully not boring learning social studies only look at the text, but with the visualization of the material presented by the teacher, the learning more interesting and challenging.

Abstract

This research explores the integration of Islamic values and local wisdom within Ruwahan tradition in Lamongan, a communal ritual held in the month of Sha’ban to honor ancestors and prepare spiritually for Ramadan. Through this tradition, Islamic teachings of compassion, respect, and communal solidarity are seamlessly intertwined with Javanese cultural customs, forming a harmonious blend of religious devotion and local heritage. By examining this integration, the research highlights the pivotal role of local wisdom in promoting peaceful coexistence and reinforcing Islamic values within diverse communities. Using an ethnographic approach, this qualitative research provides an in-depth understanding of Ruwahan ritual, its representation of Islamic values, and how it serves and functions as a platform for nurturing social harmony and tolerance. The findings reveal the tradition's significance and critical role in strengthening harmonious social bonds, alleviating tensions, and fostering mutual respect, tolerance, and hospitality across religious and cultural lines. They also underscore the importance of preserving and revitalizing local traditions like Ruwahan as essential vehicles for promoting Islamic values and cultivating harmony and tolerance in an increasingly pluralistic society

Abstract

Program Gerakan Siang Mengaji merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan keagamaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecintaan anak-anak terhadap Al-Qur’an di tengah kesibukan umat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara rutin di TPA Al-Muzzakaroh Desa Pedataran, Kecamatan Gelumbang, Kabupaten Muara Enim. Latar belakang dari adanya program ini adalah keprihatinan terhadap berkurangnya waktu anak-anak dalam berinteraksi dengan Al-Qur’an, terutama akibat perkembangan teknologi dan aktivitas bermain yang kurang bermanfaat. Oleh karena itu, Gerakan Siang Mengaji hadir sebagai upaya mengisi waktu luang anak-anak dengan kegiatan positif yang berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Program Gerakan Siang Mengaji, mengidentifikasi partisipasi anak-anak serta masyarakat, dan menganalisis dampak program terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an serta pemahaman keislaman anak-anak di Desa Pedataran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung kegiatan, wawancara dengan anak-anak, mahasiswa pelaksana program, orang tua, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta dokumentasi berupa foto dan catatan kegiatan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Anak-anak lebih fasih membaca Al-Qur’an sesuai kaidah tajwid, memahami dasar-dasar ajaran Islam, serta memiliki kebiasaan religius yang lebih baik. Dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat juga sangat kuat, sehingga tercipta lingkungan religius yang kondusif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Program Gerakan Siang Mengaji mampu menjadi media strategis dalam menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur’an, memperkuat budaya literasi Islam, dan membangun generasi Qur’ani di tengah masyarakat Desa Pedataran.

Abstract

Abstract Women have the equal role to men, as demonstrated by their involvement in various professions such as education, healthcare, information technology, and political law. As Islam upholds the equality of men and women in spirituality, social responsibility, and intellect, women are not confined merely to domestic roles. They can actively contribute to public and political spheres when equipped with the necessary competence and commitment. The research problem addressed in this study is: what are societal perceptions regarding women serving as public leaders within the social and cultural context of East Java? The primary goal of this research is to investigate public views and islam on the role of women as public leaders in the context of 2024 East Java Regional Head Election, considering the prevailing social and cultural frameworks. This study applies a qualitative approach. The data collection involves three informants from diverse backgrounds: a community leader, a political activist, and a representative of a social community group. The results of this research reveal that the phenomenon of gender equality in regional leadership has affected more women to fearlessly advocate for gender equality. Moreover, women are expected to capably balance their professional careers with their familial responsibilities. Women support each other through women’s communities, religious organizations, and gender advocacy groups in order to to advocate for public policies related to various fields to achieve gender equality in addressing societal needs. Circles within islam and social community perspectives emphasize the need for women to enhance their skills to achieve parity in education and empowerment, despite the enduring strength of patriarchal norms in East Java.  Keywords: Gender Equality; Public Leadership; Regional Head Election.Abstrak Perempuan memiliki peran yang setara dengan laki-laki, sebagaimana terlihat dari keterlibatan mereka dalam berbagai profesi, termasuk pendidikan, kesehatan, teknologi informasi, serta hukum dan politik. Islam menegaskan kesetaraan laki-laki dan perempuan dalam aspek spiritualitas, tanggung jawab sosial, dan intelektualitas, sehingga perempuan tidak terbatas pada peran domestik semata. Perempuan dapat berkontribusi secara aktif dalam ranah publik dan politik sepanjang mereka memiliki kompetensi dan komitmen yang memadai.Permasalahan penelitian yang diangkat dalam studi ini adalah: bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap perempuan yang berperan sebagai pemimpin publik dalam konteks sosial dan budaya Jawa Timur? Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pandangan masyarakat dan perspektif Islam mengenai peran perempuan sebagai pemimpin publik pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Jawa Timur 2024, dengan mempertimbangkan kerangka sosial dan budaya yang berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melibatkan tiga informan dengan latar belakang yang beragam: seorang tokoh masyarakat, seorang aktivis politik, dan seorang perwakilan komunitas sosial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena kesetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan daerah telah mendorong semakin banyak perempuan untuk berani memperjuangkan kesetaraan gender. Selain itu, perempuan diharapkan mampu menyeimbangkan karier profesional dan tanggung jawab keluarga. Perempuan saling memberikan dukungan melalui komunitas perempuan, organisasi keagamaan, dan kelompok advokasi gender untuk mendorong kebijakan publik di berbagai bidang guna mencapai kesetaraan gender dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat.Pandangan dari kalangan Islam maupun komunitas sosial menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas perempuan agar mampu mencapai kesetaraan dalam pendidikan dan pemberdayaan, meskipun norma-norma patriarkal masih memiliki pengaruh yang kuat di Jawa Timur.  Kata Kunci: Kesetaraan Gender; Kepemimpinan Publik; Pemilihan Kepala Daerah
