Abstract

Study This is aiming for analyzing communication strategies of the head of madrasah in increasing effective management at State Junior High School 1, Deli Serdang Regency. The main focus of the study covers conceptualization and communication of the head of madrasah, implementation of function management in communication strategy, the impact of communication strategy on effective management, as well as factors that support and inhibit increased effectiveness in madrasah management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with techniques of data collection through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents. Research This applies data validity tests through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study show that (1) the head of the madrasah has good understanding about communication, strategy, conceptualization, and realizing the importance of communication in an organization, which is implemented in a way that is effective for building harmonious relationships. (2) Function management is running optimally, supporting achievement of the purpose of the madrasah in general efficiently and effectively. (3) Implications of communication strategies proven to increase performance in institutions, relationships between stakeholders, motivation and satisfaction, and create a positive organizational culture. (4) Underlying supporting factors for success include strong leadership, support staff, facilities, adequate communication, and competence in good communication. On the other hand, the factor inhibitor covers lack of understanding about communication, barriers to interpersonal communication, limited communication skills, and a high work burden. The solution covers improvement awareness, development skills communication, formation channel effective communication, and utilization of technology information. Conclusion of study This shows that the communication strategy of the head of the madrasah plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of management at State Junior High School 1, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover and analyze (1) the process of redesigning the Merdeka Learning-Independence Campus curriculum implemented at Dharmawangsa University. (2) Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program held at Dharmawangsa University. (3) Implementation of the Free Learning-Free Campus Policy implemented at Dharmawangsa University. (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Free Learning-Free Campus policy implemented at Dharmawangsa University. This type of research used qualitative research. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study: (1) the process of redesigning the curriculum based on the background with the existence of policies, the involvement of the work team in the implementation of MBKM, the mechanism by conducting collaboration or partnerships, the results of the redesigning of the MBKM curriculum with the existence of the MBKM guidebook. (2) The programs to be implemented, namely eight programs according to those offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture, (3) Implementation of the Undhar MBKM program must meet the terms and conditions so that they can take part in the MBKM program and the programs that have been implemented are 8 programs, of the eight programs there are programs that superior, (4) Study of supporting factors in the Undhar MBKM program, namely the existence of rewards, certificates, and studies of inhibiting factors, namely the lack of student interest in participating in MBKM due to work, ignorance of information on MBKM program selection, lack of student ability to use the MBKM program application.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal: 1) How to conceptualize Management Development- Based Higher Education Deeply religious Facing the Era of Society 5.0 at Al Maksum College of Teacher Training and Education Step; 2) How to Implement Management Institution- Based Higher Education Religious in Facing the Era of Society 5.0 in Schools Al Maksum Teacher Training and Education College Step; and 3) What are the Implications Management Higher Education Based Institutions Religious in Facing the Era of Society 5.0 at the Al Maksum Teacher Training and Education College Langkat. The results of this research are: 1) The management concept at STKIP Al Maksum Langkat is based on SN DIKTI, implementing the tri dharma of higher education based on the belief in Almighty God which has the characteristics of character, integrity, innovative, creative, religious and scientific; 2) Implementation management based religion in the era of society 5.0. 3) Implications management at STKIP Al Maksum Langkat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of extroverted personality on job satisfaction; (2) the influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction; (3) the influence of extroverted personality on teacher morale; (4) the influence of emotional intelligence on teacher morale; and (5) the influence of job satisfaction on teacher morale. Subject study is Medan City State Madrasah Aliyah teachers with a total sample size 184 people. Taking sample done with proportional simple random sampling. Method study nature path analysis which aims to test theory and obtain information about research. Based on testing hypothesis can be concluded: (1) exists influence straight extroverted personality with job satisfaction of 0.03 (3%); (2) exists influence direct emotional intelligence with job satisfaction of 0.05 (5%); (3) exists influence direct extroverted personality with teacher's enthusiasm for work of 0.02 (2%); (4) exists influence direct emotional intelligence with teacher's enthusiasm for work amounted to 0.07 (7%); and (5) exist direct influence job satisfaction on teacher morale as big as 0.01 (1%). The research results provide an overview of personality Extroversion, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction influence teacher morale by 20% and the rest is determined by other circumstances.
