Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan representasi bahasa humor Raditya Dhika dalam acara Stand Up Comedy di Metro TV. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini merupakan monolog dari Raditya Dhika dalam acara Stand Up Comedy di Metro TV yaitu berupa kata dan kalimat yang terkait dengan tindak tutur dalam pragmatik. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan bahasa humor Raditya Dhika dalam acara Stand Up Comedy di Metro TV yang menimbulkan kejenakaan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur bahasa humor Raditya Dhika dalam acara Stand Up Comedy di Metro Tv merupakan representasi kejenakaan, yaitu: (1) Tindak tutur lokusi merepresentasikan kejenakaan dengan menggunakan kata dan kalimat-kalimat memutuskan, mendoakan, merestui, dan menuntut tanpa adanya tendensi apapun. (2) Tindak tutur ilokusi merepresentasikan kejenakaan dengan menggunakan kata dan kalimat-kalimat pemberian izin, mengucapkan terima kasih, menyuruh, menawarkan, dan menjanjikan, dengan adanya tendensi dari mitra tuturnya seperti, tepuk tangan, teriakan serta tawa yang timbul. (3) Tindak tutur perlokusi merepresentasikan kejenakaan dengan menggunakan kalimat-kalimat menipu, membesarkan hati, menganjurkan, meyakinkan, menjengkelkan, membingungkan, mengganggu, memengaruhi, memalukan, dan menarik perhatian serta adanya pengaruh yang didapat oleh mitra tuturnya seperti memikirkan apa yang diucapkan oleh Raditya Dhika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dimensi sosial Fairclough dengan menggunakan prosedur analisis wacana kritis yang digambarkan secara simultan. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut mendorong peneliti untuk mengkaji dalam sebuah studi pustaka berjudul “Dimensi Sosial dalam Novel Negeri Para Bedebah karya Tere Liye (Perspektif Analisis Wacana Kritis). Metode tulisan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil tulisan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga dimensi sosial: pertama, dimensi teks bahasa sebagai piranti linguistik yang di dalamnya tersembunyi ideologi dan kekuasaan. Kedua, dimensi praksis wacana sebagai interpretasi teks dan interpretasi konteks. Ketiga, dimensi praksis sosiokultural dimana wacana ditentukan oleh proses sosial dan praksis sosial.

Abstract

This study aimed to enhance learners Japanese speaking skills and to developed a learning model that suitable for kaiwa course in a huge class (number of participants were more than 20 people). This research was conducted with descriptive research method to describe kaiwa class situation conducted with panel discussion model. Data collection conducted with survey questionnaire and some short interview. Research subjects was the final grade students of Prodi Sastra Jepang, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. The result of survey questionnaire showed that panel discussion model gives more opportunity to all kaiwa class participants to speak Japanese and express their own current research idea than the traditional way of kaiwa learning model. In addition, learners also showed a positive attitude after following the kaiwa class conducted with the panel discussion model, in term of the development of their own current research direction. Research subject stated that they gained a lot of valuable information about their current research from their classmates through question answer sessions. Panel discussion learning model also encourages learners to be more active in the classroom and focusing the class into a Students Centered Learning (SCL) situation.

Abstract

In this research the researcher collects philology materials, local oral stories, forms stories in a story book and uses them as a basis for developing a literacy program based on local oral stories entitled Sekolah Berbudaya Lisan (SBL). By adopting ethnographic and philological methods the researchers collect local oral story data around the school to be transformed into a written form of children's stories in picture books. This storybook based on local oral stories becomes the foundation of the embodiment in developing and cultivating a literacy activity program which is done by combining 4D research and social engineering research methods. The SBL program was developed to create role models for social engineering activities for schools to develop the cultural behavior of oral literacy in their environment. SBL as well as making local oral stories as a distinctive characteristic that must be preserved. Schools become cultural centers of oral stories and preserved forms of local oral stories that are almost extinct because modern society has abandoned traditional oral storytelling.

Abstract

This article aims to formulate a multimodal conception in the learning hierarchy. This exposure is based on three things, namely: (1) Multimodal definitions vary, (2) Higher education curriculum, and (3) Findings of research on multimodal utilization in learning. The problem relates to the pedagogical aspects of multimodal learning in the view of constructivism. 21st century learning requires learners to be proficient in interpreting text, discourse to socio-culture. This issue then inspects the multimodal conception in order to formulate multimodal learning as  an approach.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of a multimodal approach in learning. The method used in this study is an experimental research method whose implementation uses a quasi experiment type. The steps of implementing the effectiveness test, namely (1) determining the control group and the experimental group, (2) conducting the pretest, (3) carrying out learning in the control and experimental class, (4) conducting the postest, and (5) analyzing the experimental test results. The multimodal approach has been tested through the t-test to measure its effect on improving students' literary psychological analysis skills. The results of the effectiveness test showed that there was a significant difference in the psychological analysis abilities of students in general between the post-test scores of the control class and the experimental class (p = 0.00 <0.05). This shows that the two variances are not the same, so the use of the variance to compare the population average (t-test for Equality of Means) in the t-test test must be on the basis of equal variance not assumed. At the equal variance not assumed, a t value of 8.114 was obtained and a significance level of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, p = 0.000. These results indicate that p <0.05, means that there is a significant difference between groups of students who get treatment using a multimodal approach. Thus it can be said that there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes between the experimental class with the multimodal approach compared to the control class with conventional methods. From the results of the above analysis shows that Ho is rejected, because the significance level of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, while H1 was accepted because there was a significant difference between the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

Multimodal competence of students needs to be trained as the necessary skills for the needs of technology and communication in the digital era. Technology and information skills in question are competencies to obtain information and produce knowledge in the digital era. In learning in higher education, it is expected that students can find their identity and develop naturally with lecturers' facilitators in paying attention to concepts and their psychological development. The general purpose of this study is to explain the multimodal learning model of students in higher education. Specifically includes learning steps, role guidelines, evaluation instruments and learning impacts. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Qualitative research with the case study method was chosen to gain a thorough and in-depth understanding of the multimodal learning model of students in higher education. This approach is used to explain and explore the use of student multimodal learning models in universities. The research data are students' verbal and written speech related to learning steps, role guidelines, evaluation instruments and the impact of digital learning. The results showed that the use of a learning management system (digital) in learning psychology of multimodal literature in this study could improve students' multimodal competence. Increasing students' multimodal competence is shown by interaction during the learning process. With a learning model that includes learning steps, role guidelines, evaluation instruments and learning impacts emphasizing the use of LMS and various digital learning resources, it can improve students' multimodal competence by utilizing various modal modalities (language, music, sound, images, movement).

Abstract

Changes in exchange rates are an urgent matter because exchange rates are not fixed from time to time and are not permanent. In economic theory, one can reduce and increase the quantity of money if pursued fairly, because without one's efforts, it cannot develop by itself. In the Islamic economic system currency exchange is still a matter of controversy because the circulating exchange rate is still changing. Likewise the implications of changes in exchange rates, which have principles that need to be reviewed from an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the results of the discussion, the literature states: (1) the exchange rate in Islamic economics is an element of an activity that is permitted. The exchange of currency between the same country or different countries should be in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic economy, (2) the implementation of changes in currency exchange rates does not only affect the level of local products but also affects the value of a country's currency, therefore deflation and inflation cannot be avoided. The implication of this exchange rate change that our nation is looking for is that currency chaos permeates Indonesia and other countries in Asia. The economy collapsed due to changes in currency exchange rates, causing the price of both local and foreign goods to increase. (3) in the Islamic economic order, the conception of the value of time is not money, but the future which has economic rates, not money which has a time value.
