<![CDATA[Community Service is part of the Tridarma of Higher Education. Community Service is oriented to the practice of science and technology directly in the community. The goal is to implement the Tridarma of Higher Education as well as to contribute ideas and transfer technology to the East Lumban Pea Village apparatus. As the application of technology has touched almost all fields of work, including the government sector. This PKM activity was carried out for four days with computer training materials using Google Meet, Zoom, Attandace Tracker and Google Form. <![CDATA[Sistem penggajian merupakan fungsi yang sangat penting untuk memberikan kompensasi kepada para pegawai berupa gaji sebagai kontribusi mereka kepada organisasi atau instansi yang rentan terhadap masalah. Pengolahan data penggajian pada instansi Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara masih manual, sederhana dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pengolahan datanya yaitu menggunakan sistem komputer sederhana menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah kesulitan ketika perhitungan gaji, pembuatan rekapitulasi gaji, data pegawai dan absensi, sering terjadi duplikasi data, dan pembuatan laporan-laporan dengan format yang tidak standart. Perancangan Aplikasi Pengolahan Gaji Pegawai Pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini menggunakan aplikasi Visual Basic.Net, Microsoft Office Access dan Crystal Report. Hasil pembuatan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak instansi.]]>

The design and manufacture of a web-based library information system at SMP Negeri 1 Purba is an element that can influence the operational tasks of the school. Information that is less fast, less accurate, and less efficient can be solved by implementing this system, it is very necessary for libraries to help the performance of data management and transactions that take place in the library. The library is one of the work units in the form of a place to collect, store, manage and organize a collection of library materials systematically to be used by users as a source of information as well as a fun learning tool. <![CDATA[The web-based student value data processing system is one of the systems that give the student’s associated value and activation information online, so it can reinforce the speed and quality of the student’s assessment. The problem with data processing at the high school private valentine diski is currently in manual. This research is aimed at quickly establishing value information systems in check, logging and computerized. In addition, using web-based data processing information can be accssed at any time. This application USES xampp as a server for system designers and mysql as database. The login menu design consists of the homeroom teachers, admin, principal and students have separate access when it will open applications so that the program’s security is protected. The system works the insertion of data, the storing of data, and the processing of data assessments presented by the school. The study has produced a value data processing system that helps performance from both the administration and the homeroom teacher, thus facilitating the use of well-conveyed value processing processes. In addition, system interfaces are implemented according to existing report CARDS so that systems can be used easily and generate accurate value calculations.]]>

In the inventory and sales process, the seller markets the product still using a simple and manual method, so that the marketing of products and services is still not optimal. <![CDATA[Kantor Desa Bahsidua dua merupakan kantor pemerintahan yang bertugas melayani masyarakat khususnya di pelayanan administrasi surat menyurat. Adapun jenis surat diantaranya adalah Surat Berusaha, Surat Kematian, Surat Salah Nama, Surat Belum Menikah, Surat Berkelakuan Baik dan Surat Permohonan Pindah. Dalam pelayanan administrasi di Desa Bahsidua dua warga masih mengalami kesulitan seperti persyaratan apa saja yang harus dibawa apabila mengajukan surat tersebut, dalam hal ini warga harus datang ke kantor Desa untuk menanyakan persyaratan surat apa saja yang harus dilengkapi, apabila persyaratan surat tidak lengkap maka warga harus bolak-balik untuk melengkapi persyaratan surat tersebut, dimana kantor Desa Bahsidua dua hanya beroperasi dari jam 08.30-16.00 WIB. Dalam permasalahan ini dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi di Desa Bahsidua dua BerbasisnWeb yang dilengkapindengannbasis data, sehinggandapat mempermudahnPerangkat Desa dannwarga dalam pelayanan administrasi. Hasil dari penelitiannyangntelah dilakukan,nserta sistem informasi yang telah dibangunnyaitu membantu para Perangkat Desa dalam melakukan pelayanan administrasi pada warga.]]>
