Abstract

One of the nutritional problems that occur in pregnant women is chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women. KEK is a condition caused by an imbalance between intake and energy and protein requirements. Data for Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2018 shows the prevalence of the risk of KEK in pregnant women (15-49 years) in Indonesia is still quite high at 17.3%. One of the causes of KEK is knowledge about low nutritional food intake. The purpose of this PkM is to increase the level of knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition and KEK. The method used in this PkM is counseling through lecture media. The results of the PkM show an increase in knowledge of pregnant women before (pre-test) and after (post-test) counseling on nutrition and KEK

Abstract

Probiotics are foods or drinks that contain live bacteria that benefit or benefit health, whereas prebiotic is a foodstuff that is not digestible by digestive enzymes and can support the growth of good bacteria in the intestines. The magnitude of probiotic food benefits and prebiotics for health as reported by Healthline, prebiotic food and probiotics are effective for treating diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, allergic disorders, but the enrichment regarding probiotic and prebiotic food is very lacking. This activity aims to improve the knowledge of the probiotic food benefits and prebiotics for health. . PkM was held in the village Sidamulya Wanasari Kabupeten Brebes subdistrict in November 2019. The subject that follows the activity of 25 mothers-Ibu Posyandu Kader Sidamulya Village. This activity consists of 3 stages including: preparation stage, implementation stage and interview stage. Data obtained from pretests and posttest results and discussions. Results of this activity is an increase in the knowledge of mothers about the benefits of food probiotics and prebiotic for health, there is an increase from 4% to 68%.

Abstract

In this period, the opportunity to get a job has been very competitive. Many companies only look for the highest quality human resources for recruiting new employees. The tendency to use international standards requires that prospective employees have high quality and competence in their fields. English language skills are a priority requirement for a company to choose human resources. English job interviews are a tool to test the English skills of job seekers. however, job interview skills are not widely taught in formal schools. But today an English job interview must be faced for every job seeker, especially in most large or foreign companies. Ma'arif Vocational School in Cirebon district has many students majoring office administration. After graduating from school they are prepared to work in companies. So, they need English language knowledge the skills to have an English job interview to get a job in a good place. The purpose of the program is English job interview training for 30 students of office administration department 12th grade at SMK Ma'arif using lecture and demonstration methods. This method contains tips and tricks for facing an English Job Interview using demonstration methods and a direct simulation of the English Job Interview process. Therefore this training has many advantages over their needs and it will be effective for their daily activities. This training also provides the main lesson for job interview questions that are frequently used and how to answer them. Using this training, it is hoped that they will have enough perspective, knowledge, and skills in dealing with job interviews at foreign companies

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : pencak silat merupakan salah satu olahraga bela diri yang memerlukan ketahanan fisik yang baik. Ketahanan fisik pada atlet adalah faktor penting yang sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan performa atlet dalam olahraga. Faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan fisik pada atlet antara lain adalah asupan makanan, status gizi, dan pola hidup sehat seperti merokok. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecukupan asupan makan, status gizi perilaku merokok terhadap ketahanan fisik pada atlet pencak silat INSEBA cabang Brebes. Metode : desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi cross-sectional. Penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampel yaitu tidak lebih dari 100 orang. Hasil : menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecukupan asupan makan dengan ketahanan fisik (p= 0,742).Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan ketahanan fisik (p= 0,087).Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku merokok dengan ketahanan fisik (p= 0,001). Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan antara perilaku merokok denan ketahanan fisik.

Abstract

Status gizi merupakan kondisi kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh asupan makanan dan penggunaan zat gizi. Ketika asupan gizi memenuhi kebutuhan, maka akan mempunyai status gizi yang baik . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis desain cross sectional , Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan recall 24 jam. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan uji Chi-Square diketahui bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan status gizi (p=0,114), persepsi dengan status gizi (p=0,028). Kepatuhan membaca label pangan dengan gizi (p=0,599) sedangkan asupan makan dengan status gizi (p=0,721). dapat diambil kelsimpullan bahwa tidak telrdapat hulbulngan antara tingkat pelngeltahulan, dan kepatuhan membaca label gizi delngan statuls gizi. Abstract

Usia sekolah (usia 5 sampai 14 tahun), merupakan salah satu masa yang mengalami tumbuh kembang yang cepat. Pada usia ini aktifitas fisik terus meningkat seperti, bermain, berolahraga atau membantu orang tua dalam bekerja. Asupan gizi yang baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas diperlukan agar tumbuh kembang anak dapat optimal. Pendidikan gizi akan meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi anak dan akan membantu sikap anak yang dapat mempengaruhi kebiasaan anak dalam memilih makanan dan camilan yang menyehatkan. Pengaruh pendidikan gizi terhadap kesehatan mungkin akan lebih efektif jika targetnya adalah langsung pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan gizi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang gizi pada siswa SDN Kedunguter 01 Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan Pre dan Post test desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa dan siswi kelas 4 dan 5. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 103 siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah penyuluhan, Leaflet, alat peraga, kuesioner. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji paired t-test dengan tingkat pemaknaan p<0,05 diperoleh dari dua variabel yakni pengetahuan gizi p-value (0,000) dan sikap tentang gizi p- (0,000) yang berarti lebih kecil 0.05 (p-value < 0,05) maka ada pengaruh. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan gizi meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang gizi. Ada pengaruh pendidikan gizi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang gizi pada siswa SDN Kedunguter 01 Kata kunci : Pendidikan gizi, Pengetahuan, Sikap tentang gizi

Abstract

Abstrak Status gizi menjadi masalah serius di banyak Negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia pada masa pandemi. Pasalnya status gizi kurang diperhatikan oleh pemerintah semenjak adanya pandemi ini. Permasalahan gizi pada anak sekolah cenderung pada z-score. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan pengetahuan gizi, asupan makan dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi anak sekolah di MI Mamba’ul Hisan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MI Mamba’ul Hisan kelas IV, V dan VI. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan drop out 10% dan didapat 81 anak. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square diperoleh nilai p pengetahuan gizi sebesar 0,799 yakni lebih besar dari dibandingkan dengan α0,05 yang menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi. Nilai p asupan makan seperti energi sebesar 0,000 yakni lebih kecil dari α0,05 artinya ada hubungan dengan status gizi, asupan protein sebesar 0,006 yakni lebih kecil α0,05 artinya ada hubungan dengan status gizi, asupan lemak sebesar 0,641 yakni lebih besar α0,05 artinya tidak ada hubungan, asupan karbohidrat sebesar 0,277 yakni lebih besar α0,05 artinya tidak ada hubungan dengan status gizi. Nilai p aktivitas fisik sebesar 0.977 yakni lebih besar α0,05 artinya tidak ada hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi. Abstract Nutritional status is a serious problem in many developing countries, including Indonesia during the pandemic. This is because the government has paid less attention to nutritional status since this pandemic. Nutritional problems in school children tend to be on the z-score. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between nutritional knowledge, food intake and physical activity with the nutritional status of school children at MI Mamba'ul Hisan. This research is a type of research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were students of MI Mamba'ul Hisan class IV, V and VI. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and 10% drop out and obtained 81 children. The results of the study based on the results of statistical tests using the Chi-square test, the p-value of nutritional knowledge was 0.799, which is greater than 0.05 which indicates that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status. The p value of food intake such as energy is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 meaning there is a relationship with nutritional status, protein intake is 0.006 which is smaller 0.05 meaning there is a relationship with nutritional status, fat intake is 0.641 which is greater 0.05 meaning there is no relationship, carbohydrate intake is 0.277, which is greater than 0.05, meaning that there is no relationship with nutritional status. The p-value of physical activity is 0.977, which is greater than 0.05, which means that there is no relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.

Abstract

Background: The beginning of 2020 is the beginning of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia specifically. COVID-19 is a new type of disease caused by coronavirus virus infection. Doing 3M (wearing a mask, washing hands and keeping your distance), doing physical activity and consuming balanced nutrition to improve the body's immune system by consuming nutritious foods including vitamin A and vitamin E is one way to prevent contracting coronavirus.Purpose: This study aims to find out the relationship of Covid-19 knowledge to clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), intake of vitamin A and vitamin E.Method: This study uses cross sectional research design. The sample used by 30 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Statistical analysis used in hypothesis testing is to use chi-square test to determine whether or not covid-19 knowledge relationship to PHBS and intake of vitamin A and vitamin E.Result: The results of statistical analysis obtained a value of p0.05 which means there is no relationship between knowledge of covid-19 to PHBS and intake of vitamin A and Vitamin E.Conclusion: there is no relationship between the level of knowledge of covid 19 to clean and healthy living behaviors, as well as the intake of vitamin A and vitamin E in Tegalreja Village, Banjarharjo District, Brebes Regency

Abstract

Humans need nutrients to live, grow, develop, move, and maintain health. Nutritional needs are not the same for everyone. The growth and development of school-age children, especially teenagers, depends on providing adequate and balanced nutrition. Teenagers have more a lot of activities that affect the amount of energy the body needs. If there is an imbalance between food intake and output of energy for a long time, it can also affect the value of a person's nutritional status. Nutritional status is one of the important elements in shaping health status. Nutritional status is a condition caused by a balance between food intake and nutritional needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between food intake, physical activity, and nutritional status in students of Vocation High School 1 Tegal City. The research design use analytic with a cross sectional design approach. The research instrument use a questionnaire and direct measurement. The number of samples in this study are 33 people. Sampling methode use simple random sampling. Statistical tests were carried out using the Somers’d test with a value of 0,05. If the p value is less than 0,05 then the results of the study are meaningful. From the results of the analysis, it finds that there is a relationship between food intake and nutritional status, and there was no relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.

Abstract

Anemia pada kehamilan merupakan salah satu masalah nasional karena mencerminkan nilai kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat dan pengaruhnya sangat besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Puskemas Sitanggal terdapat di daerah Kabupaten Brebes. Prevelensi anemia pada wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sitanggal pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 99.01 %.Mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan, perilaku konsumsi tablet tambah darah dan asupan makanan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Sitanggal Kecamatan Larangan Kabupaten BrebesPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik. besar sampel 27 responden. Metode besar penelitian dengan survey dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 53 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan FFQ Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan uji chi – square diketahui bahwa. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan anemia adalah pengetahuan (p=0.00), perilaku (p=0.00), dan asupan makanan protein (p=0.002) vitamin C (p=0.013). berdasarkan uji multivariat dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik di dapatkan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap anemia adalah perilaku konsumsi tablet tambah darah dengan nilai (p=0.002)Terdapat hubungan pengetahuan, perilaku konsumsi tablet tambah darah, dan asupan makanan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Sitanggal Kabupaten Brebes.
