Abstract

The distribution of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Family Hope Program aims to improve the welfare of the poor through access to education, health and social welfare services. However, in its implementation several obstacles were found, namely inaccurate data collection, recipients who were not on target, and the slow distribution process. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the system for determining aid recipients, the mechanism for distributing aid, and the impact of aid on community welfare in Gampong Lae Simolap. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The analysis was carried out by referring to indicators of effectiveness, namely target accuracy, timeliness, and changes in the welfare of the beneficiary community. The results of the research show that although the PKH distribution mechanism in Gampong Lae Simolap has followed procedures based on the 2018 Ministry of Social regulations, there are still several weaknesses in data collection and monitoring, such as there are still aid recipients who do not meet the criteria, while families who need it more are not registered. The PKH program has had a positive impact in increasing access to education, health services and economic stability, however the benefits have not been optimal due to the limited amount of assistance and not being well targeted. Therefore, this research recommends increasing the transparency and accuracy of data collection, improving the monitoring system, and adjusting the nominal amount of aid.

Abstract

The Implementation of Real Work Lecture (KKN) is one of the subjects that must be taken by every student with a weight of 6 Semester Credit Units. The implementation of KKN activities in 2019 will be carried out simultaneously with the Educational Field Experience Practices program (PPLK), for students from the Faculty of Tarbiyah, facilitated by the Institute for Research and Community Services (LP2M). KKN participants in the village of Zed, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency, amounted to 18 people consisting of 8 students of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Programs, 8 students of Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD), and 1 person Tadris English Language Study Program (TBI). Implementation of activities that can be carried out by KKN participants for two full months 1) Tutoring (Bimbel) for school residents. 2) Yasinan for housewives and youth of the mosque, which is centered at Al Amin Mosque. 3) Reading huts for ordinary people. 4) Coloring contest for school children, 5) Making corn pillars as a sign that IAIN students have been present in the village. 6) Islamic Hasiri (New Year Hijriyah) Celebration Celebrations. KKN participants received a very respectable place among Zed Village residents. Zed Village is stated to have been very developed, with a very adequate educational background and citizen knowledge. this a condition can support and facilitate KKN participants to socialize in order to help improve the lives of the people of Zed Village. Pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang wajib diambil oleh setiap mahasiswa dengan bobot 6 Satuan Kredit Semester. Pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN tahun 2019 dilakukan secara bersamaan dengan program Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan Kependidikan (PPLK), bagi mahasiswa dari Fakultas Tarbiyah, yang difasilitasi oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M). Peserta KKN di desa Zed, Kecamatan Mendo Barat, Kabupaten Bangka, berjumlah 18 orang terdiri dari mahasiswa 8 orang mahasiswa Program Studi (Prodi) Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), 8 orang mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD), dan 1 orang Mahasiswa Prodi Tadris Bahasa Inggris (TBI). Pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh peserta KKN selama dua bulan penuh 1) Bimbingan Belajar (Bimbel) bagi warga sekolah. 2) Yasinan bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan Remaja masjid yang dipusatkan di Mesjid Al Amin. 3) Pondok Baca bagi masyarakat awam. 4) Lomba mewarnai bagi anak-anak sekolah, 5) Pembuatan tugu jagung sebagai tanda bahwa mahasiswa IAIN pernah hadir di Desa tersebut. 6) Lomba-lomba Perayaan Hasi Besar Islam (Tahun Baru Hijriyah). Peserta KKN mendapat tempat yang sangat terhormat di kalangan warga Desa Zed. Desa Zed dinyatakan sudah sangat berkembang, dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan pengetahuan warga yang sangat memadai. Kondisi ini dapat mendukung dan memudahkan peserta KKN untuk bersosialisasi dalam rangka membantu peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat Desa Zed.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of andragogical principles in higher education, with a focus on the context of STAIN SAS Bangka Belitung. Andragogy, as a learner-centered approach, emphasizes the unique needs of adult learners, including self-directed learning, the integration of prior experiences, and the relevance of education to real-world applications. Through a mixed-methods approach, this research evaluates the effectiveness of a professional development program designed to enhance lecturers' understanding and application of andragogical principles. Data were collected through pre- and post-training assessments, student evaluations, and interviews with lecturers. The findings reveal a significant improvement in lecturers' knowledge of andragogy, with post-test scores increasing by 23.9% compared to pre-test results. Student evaluations further indicated that lecturers effectively applied andragogical principles, particularly in understanding learners' self-concept and fostering a learner-centered environment. However, challenges were identified in integrating students' prior experiences and aligning course content with andragogical principles. Barriers such as insufficient lecturer innovation, inadequate learning facilities, and students' pragmatic orientations were also noted. Conversely, enablers such as institutional support, training opportunities, and student motivation facilitated the successful adoption of andragogical practices. The study underscores the importance of continuous professional development and institutional support in promoting andragogical approaches in higher education. Recommendations include revising curricula to better reflect andragogical principles, investing in modern learning facilities, and fostering a culture of innovation among lecturers. Future research should explore the long-term impact of andragogical training on teaching practices and student outcomes, as well as the role of institutional policies in sustaining these practices. By addressing these challenges and leveraging existing enablers, institutions like STAIN SAS Bangka Belitung can create more effective and engaging learning environments for adult learners, ultimately enhancing the quality of higher education.

Abstract

The quality of administrative services at Al Washliyah Darussalam University Banda Aceh is a problem that needs to be addressed. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving the quality of administrative services. The research method used is a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, where data is collected through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that effective leadership contributes significantly to improving the quality of service, with an indicator of increasing student satisfaction. Where good communication and participatory decision-making by leaders play an important role in creating a productive work environment at Al Washliyah Darussalam University Banda Aceh. The study provides an overview that strengthening leadership in the university environment can improve the quality of administrative services. Recommendations for further research are to explore other factors that can affect the quality of service.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan Guru PAI SMAN 2 Sabang dalam pembelajaran Tuntas Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an yaitu dengan berbagai macam metode salah satunya adalah metode An-Nahdliyah. Yakni metode yang menggunakan ketukan. Mentor senantiasa membimbing siswa dengan metode yang baik dan pas. Salah satu langkahnya dengan melakukan pengelompokan pada siswa berdasarkan kemampuannya. Guru PAI SMAN 2 Sabang memberikan apresiasi kepada murid agar selalu termotivasi dalam belajar Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data primer adalah Guru PAI dan siswa SMAN 2 Sabang. Sumber Data Sekunder dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui literature-literatur seperti artikel jurnal, buku referensi dan lainnya yang terkait erat dengan fokus masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan kendala dalam Program Tuntas Baca Al-Qur’an di SMAN 2 Sabang menunjukkan bahwa program ini dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui tahapan yang jelas, mulai dari identifikasi tingkat kemampuan siswa hingga perencanaan evaluasi yang komprehensif. Pelaksanaan program melibatkan pengajaran dengan metode variatif dan penggunaan alat bantu yang adaptif. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala dan melibatkan berbagai bentuk penilaian. Namun, program ini menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan waktu, fasilitas, dukungan sumber daya, dan motivasi siswa, yang memerlukan perhatian lebih agar program dapat berjalan lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kemampuan guru PAI terhadap peningkatan adversity quotient siswa, (2) Pengaruh keterampilan guru PAI mengelola kelas terhadap peningkatan adversity quotient siswa, (3) Pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara kemampuan guru PAI dan keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap adversity quotient siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Subjek yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 205 orang siswa yang mengacu pada pengambilan sampel dari tabel Morgan dan Krejcie. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan guru PAI terhadap adversity quotient siswa SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pangkalpinang. (2) Terdapat Pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap adversity quotient siswa SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pangkalpinang. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan guru PAI dan keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap peningkatan adversity quotient siswa SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pangkalpinang
