Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity for managing civil servant data among employees of BKD PPSDM Lombok Barat. The program focused on equipping participants with essential skills in data processing, accuracy improvement, and the utilization of data management to support efficient governance and human resource administration. The training was initiated in response to common challenges faced by regional agencies, such as inconsistent data management practices, limited technical knowledge, and the growing demand for accurate and integrated civil servant data. As a solution, the organizing team designed a capacity-building training program specifically tailored for BKD PPSDM staff. The training taught basic and advanced skills in data management, such as checking data accuracy, using Microsoft Excel for data processing, and keeping data safe and secure. A total of 20 employees from various divisions of BKD PPSDM Lombok Barat participated in the program. In addition to expert-led sessions, the training involved hands-on practice and group discussions to strengthen technical understanding and collaborative problem-solving. As a result of this program, participants demonstrated improved technical competence, increased confidence in managing civil servant data, and a stronger commitment to maintaining data quality standards, which are crucial for supporting transparent and effective public service delivery.

Abstract

Era digital adalah sebuah masa atau zaman dimana hampir seluruh bidang dalam tatanan kehidupan sudah dibantu dengan teknologi digital. Pada era digital, pola berbelanja masyarakat menjadi bergeser, kegiatan yang awal mulanya dilakukan dengan cara bertemu dan bertatap muka secara langsung atau melalui media konvensional seperti televisi, radio bahkan koran. Digital marketinga dalah sebuah kegiatan mempromosikan produk atau jasa (branding) yang dilakukan lewat website maupun media sosial. Aplikasi Instagram di Indonesia banyak dimanfaatkan untuk berkreativitas hingga berbisnis oleh masyarakat. Salah satu akun Instagram yang aktif dalam menggunakan aplikasi ini sebagai digital marketing adalah @azkyarahijabku. Akun tersebut merupakan salah satu akun yang berisi mengenai informasi seputar pashion, yang memproduksi baju-baju syar’i, seperti gamis, jilbab anak, hingga baju koko. Digital marketing merupakan penerapan teknologi digital untuk menciptkan saluran yang dapat berhubungan dengan konsumen potensial agar tujuan pelaku usaha dapat berjalan secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknik digital marketing dan menaikkan omset penjualan.Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah akun Instagram @azkyarahijabku menggunakan teknik digital marketing yaitu teknik sales promotion. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan dan penegatahuan serta memberi informasi dan alternatif digital marketing melalui aplikasi Instagram.

Abstract

Persaingan semakin ketat menuntut setiap pelaku usaha untuk fokus dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi kualitas layanan yang meliputi variabel Kehandalan, tanggapan, berwujud, kepastian, Empati, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Bento Kopi Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 100. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kehandalan, tanggapan, berwujud, kepastian, Empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Bento Kopi Mataram

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the dynamics of cultural exchange and technological advancement have profoundly transformed consumer behavior and market orientation. Consumption patterns have shifted from a primarily functional focus toward the fulfillment of psychological and social needs, where lifestyle has become a key determinant of purchasing decisions for traditional cultural products. This study aims to examine the influence of consumer lifestyle, consisting of the dimensions of activities, interests, and opinions, on purchasing decisions for Sukarara woven products. A quantitative research design with a descriptive approach was employed, and data were collected from 150 purposively selected respondents using a structured questionnaire with a five point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS software to assess the contribution of each lifestyle dimension. The results indicate that all three dimensions have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, with interests exerting the strongest influence, followed by activities and opinions. These findings demonstrate that modern consumers evaluate traditional products not only in terms of utility but also through symbolic meaning, aesthetic value, and expressions of self identity. The study emphasizes the importance of developing marketing strategies that enhance cultural relevance, diversify product usage, and strengthen value perceptions to sustain and promote Indonesia’s traditional weaving industry in the global market.

Abstract

Mandalika Special Economic Zone (Mandalika SEZ) has been built and developed to create an independent and sustainable tourism industry ecosystem. The digitization of destinations in the Mandalika SEZ requires the hospitality industry to be able to adapt and respond strategically. The application of technology is believed to be applied in supporting the business continuity of the hospitality industry. This study aims to investigate the perceptions of hoteliers regarding technological adaptation. The method used is a phenomenological qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with five key informants, and documentation. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed by condensing the data, assisted by a coding table. The results of this study found that two important aspects that drive the adoption of technology in hotel operational services are the desire for operational automation and marketing agility. The technology adoption process focuses on hotel operational services that are considered a necessity in the modern era and technological advancements. The existence of this technology adoption indicates the adaptability of technology in the hotel industry. This result contributes as a significant indicator of the progress towards digitalizing destinations, crucial for enhancing the sustainable image of Mandalika SEZ. Consequently, it is strongly recommended to develop an integrated technology application model for operational services, serving as a blueprint for other stakeholders in the hotel industry.

Abstract

The young generation was an agent of change demanding environmental hygiene, which was particularly vital to disease prevention efforts. Besides, young representatives from diverse groups were advocating for environmental restoration and preservation out of concern for the potential consequences of climate change on the global community in the future. Thus, the article's objective was to introduce the young generation to the significance of environmental protection and influence their perspective on beginning to safeguard the earth at a young age. Also, the article's objective was to disseminate information regarding the implementation of the concept of environmental protection, which was transmitted and disseminated on the radio via a sharing session. The approach method utilized in this article is a shared session, presented in the manner of a Talk Show. Therefore, the young generation were spearheading the effort to address climate change with enthusiasm, ingenuity, and an unyielding dedication to a sustainable trajectory. The youth's crucial position on the environment will solve climate change, emphasizing their contributions, obstacles, and the significance of their participation in shaping a more favorable future for future generations.

Abstract

Rascals Hotel Kuta Lombok is an accommodation business entity located in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok. Facing increasingly competitive business competition, this hotel provides excellent service with a beautiful environment and authentic traditional interior design. To maintain competitiveness, this hotel adopts technology but is limited to operational efficiency. The purpose of this activity is to build employee understanding and strengthen management initiatives to implement the green hotel concept. This activity is carried out through a series of socializations, digital service observations, and consultation discussions. The results of this activity show the high enthusiasm and initiative of hotel management to implement the green hotel concept. Employees have a basic understanding of the green hotel concept that strengthens resource assets. As a follow-up, it is necessary to create a strong management policy to strengthen long-term joint commitment and can improve operational efficiency and overall hotel competitiveness.

Abstract

Current business developments require business owner to pay more attention to their business strategies and administration such as product quality and marketing by paying attention to consumer desires because of similar competing products requires companies to make their products more attractive compared to competing products. The food industry, type of business that continues to grow, such as cookies and dessert businesses. This study aims to determine a more effective marketing strategy to increasing sales at Kersen Patisserie. This study consists of 3 (three) independent variables, namely business administration, marketing, and relationship marketing, and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The population of this study is Kersen Patisserie consumers. The data used are primary data obtained from 100 respondent samples. The data processed in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable variables. In the classical assumption test, there is no multicollinearity, and the data is normally distributed. The results of this study indicate that partially the marketing and relationship marketing variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. On the other hand, business administration partially does not affect purchasing decisions. Based on simultaneous results, it is proven that the business administration, marketing, and relationship marketing variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of testimonials on shopping decisions among Shopee app users in Mataram City. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates both quantitative and qualitative elements to enhance the understanding of the investigated issues. Quantitative methods involve performing t-tests and f-tests on a sample of 140 Shopee users in Mataram City. The results reveal that both testimonials concerning product quality and those regarding service quality are significant determinants of purchasing decisions. Specifically, testimonials related to product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions, as evidenced by a t-test value of 4.279, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.65589, thereby supporting H1. Similarly, testimonials regarding service quality also impact purchasing decisions, with a t-test value of 6.823 surpassing the t-table value of 1.65589, thus supporting H2. The f-test further confirms that testimonials about both product quality and service quality collectively affect purchasing decisions, with the significance value of 0.000 being less than the p-value of 0.05, thereby validating H3. Therefore, explanatory analysis underscores that testimonials can influence purchasing decisions due to the paramount importance of product quality assessments and service quality evaluations.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the digital era requires companies to implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customer loyalty. The marketing mix, which consists of product, price, promotion, and place, is an important strategy for companies in increasing competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, promotion, and location on the purchasing decisions of Sinar Bahagia consumers. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample size in this study is 60. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The testing tool used is SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that all components of the marketing mix, including product, price, promotion, and location, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide empirical evidence regarding the dimensions of the marketing mix and serve as a reference for retail businesses in formulating marketing strategies.
